本发明涉及路灯技术领域,尤其为一种具有自主清理功能的智能路灯,包括支撑板,所述支撑板底端面从左至右依次固定连接有第一固定块、灯罩和第二固定块,所述第一固定块右端面固定连接有电机,所述电机的主轴末端固定连接有刮杆,且刮杆与灯罩滑动连接,所述刮杆右端面固定连接有转轴,且转轴与第二固定块转动连接,所述灯罩外侧设有过滤网,且过滤网与灯罩固定连接,本发明中,通过设置的刮杆,这种设置配合刮杆与灯罩的滑动连接与光感器对太阳光的感应,当感应器感应的太阳光很弱时,控制器会控制电机反复转动,从而带动刮杆反复刮动,实现对灯罩的智能清理,避免了异物积压在灯罩上影响路灯的光照强度。

本发明涉及路灯技术领域,具体为一种具有自主清理功能的智能路灯。
背景技术
路灯是指给道路提供照明功能的灯具,泛指交通照明中路面照明范围内的灯具,路灯被广泛运用于各种需要照明的地方,随着社会的进步与发展,由于路灯的节能环保特性,路灯的应用范围越来越广泛,路灯的出现给我们的生活提供了很大的方便,但是部分路灯在使用的过程中,随着时间的推移,一些缺陷也在慢慢凸显出来,因此,对一种具有自主清理功能的智能路灯的需求日益增长。
目前路灯领域被投入到公路上使用的部分路灯,在使用的过程中,随着时间的推移会由于灰尘的累积降低路灯的亮度,从而不能很好的实现照明的效果,特别是一些蚊虫的粪便等异物的遮挡,对路灯的影响更为严重,还有一些路灯会随着使用时间的增长,温度会不断升高,从而影响路灯的使用寿命,特别是在夜长昼短的季节,路灯工作时间越长,温度就越容易升高,因此,针对上述问题提出一种具有自主清理功能的智能路灯。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有自主清理功能的智能路灯,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种具有自主清理功能的智能路灯,包括支撑板,所述支撑板底端面从左至右依次固定连接有第一固定块、灯罩和第二固定块,所述第一固定块右端面固定连接有电机,所述电机的主轴末端固定连接有刮杆,且刮杆与灯罩滑动连接,所述刮杆右端面固定连接有转轴,且转轴与第二固定块转动连接,所述灯罩外侧设有过滤网,且过滤网与灯罩固定连接,所述支撑板顶端面固 定连接有固定杆,所述支撑板顶端面中心位置连通有风箱,所述风箱内侧固定连接有支撑杆,所述支撑杆顶端面固定连接有风机,所述固定杆顶端面固定连接有固定架,所述固定架顶端面固定连接有挡光箱,所述挡光箱底端面内侧固定连接有呈左右设置的光感器和控制器,所述挡光箱内侧顶端设有透光板,且透光板与挡光箱固定连接。
优选的,所述固定架呈弧状设置。
优选的,所述刮杆一次性转动的角度为180°。
优选的,所述透光板是由玻璃材质的板材制成的。
优选的,所述控制器与光感器、风机和电机电性连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明中,通过设置的刮杆,这种设置配合刮杆与灯罩的滑动连接与光感器对太阳光的感应,当感应器感应的太阳光很弱时,控制器会控制电机反复转动,从而带动刮杆反复刮动,实现对灯罩的智能清理,避免了异物积压在灯罩上影响路灯的光照强度;
2、本发明中,通过设置的风箱,这种设置配合控制器对风机的控制与过滤网对外界冷风的过滤,在路灯使用达到一定时间时,控制器会控制风机转动,从而带动外界的冷风对路灯进行降温,避免了高温对路灯使用寿命的影响,因为左右两侧的过滤网分别被第一固定块和第二固定块挡着,所以下雨天也不会影响使用,这种设计构思新颖设计科学,具有巨大的经济效益和广泛的市场前景,值得推广使用。

一种具有自主清理功能的智能路灯,包括支撑板1,所述支撑板1底端面从左至右依次固定连接有第一固定块2、灯罩3和第二固定块4,所述第一固定块2右端面固定连接有电机5,所述电机5的主轴末端固定连接有刮杆6,且刮杆6与灯罩3滑动连接,所述刮杆6右端面固定连接有转轴7,且转轴7与第二固定块4转动连接,所述灯罩3外侧设有过滤网8,且过滤网8与灯罩3固定连接,所述支撑板1顶端面固定连接有固定杆9,所述支撑板1顶端面中心位置连通有风箱10,所述风箱10内侧固定连接有支撑杆11,所述支撑杆11顶端面固定连接有风机12,所述固定杆9顶端面固定连接有固定架13,所述固定架13顶端面固定连接有挡光箱14,所述挡光箱14底端面内侧固定连接有呈左右设置的光感器15和控制器16,所述挡光箱14内侧顶端设有透光板17,且透光板17与挡光箱14固定连接。
所述固定架13呈弧状设置,这种设置最大程度避免了光感器15感应到路灯的光照,所述刮杆6一次性转动的角度为180°,这种设置便于最大程度的对灯罩3进行快速刮动清理,所述透光板17是由玻璃材质的板材制成的,这种设置在避免内部构件被雨淋的同时,也保证了光感器15能很好的感应外界的太阳光,所述控制器16与光感器15、风机12和电机5电性连接,这种设置便于实现路灯清理工作和路灯降温工作自动化和智能化,一定程度上延长了路灯的使用寿命。
电机5的型号为ZGB37RG电机,风机12的型号为DHBFG风机,光感器15的型号为KG-3光感器,控制器16的型号为KG316T控制器。
工作流程:所述装置内的所有用电器均为外接电源,当使用路灯时,启动装置,当光感器15感应到外界的太阳光时,风机12会一直处于断电状态,而电机5则会在控制器16的控制下定时反复转动,对灯罩3进行清理,因为刮杆6的左端与电机5固定连接,刮杆6的右端通过转轴7与第二固定块4转动连接,所以电机5会带动刮杆6转动,因为刮杆6与灯罩3滑动连接,所以此时的刮杆6会对灯罩3的表面进行刮动清理,当夜幕降临,感应器15感应的太阳光弱到一定程度时,路灯开始发光,此时控制器16会控制电机5断电复位,此时的风机12会在控制器16的控制下定时通电对路灯进行降温工作,风机12通电会牵引外界的冷风经过滤网8过滤,然后对路灯进行降温,降温后的热空气再贯穿风箱10排出去,这种设计构思新颖设计科学,具有巨大的经济效益和广泛的市场前景,值得推广使用。
