为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:提供一种LED显示屏单元箱体,包括前述任意一项技术方案述及的边角保护装置和设于所述LED显示屏单元箱体侧壁上的支撑件,当所述护角固定在所述LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部时,所述支撑件与所述护角能将所述LED显示屏单元箱体共同支撑于支撑平台上。
本发明提供的LED显示屏单元箱体的有益效果在于:与现有技术相比,本发明LED显示屏单元箱体的边角保护装置能有效保护LED显示屏单元箱体的四角,避免LED显示屏单元箱体的四角被磕坏;在将LED显示屏单元箱体立起来时,支撑件的自由端能与起保护作用的护角共同支撑LED显示屏单元箱体,使LED显示屏单元箱体稍微倾斜,提高LED显示屏单元箱体立起来的稳定性。

请参阅图1至图5,现对本发明提供的边角保护装置进行说明。边角保护装置,包括滑轨轴10、护角卡位机构20和护角30,滑轨轴10固定在LED显示屏单元箱体上,护角卡位机构20固定在LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部的侧壁上,护角30滑动连接在滑轨轴10上,护角30滑动至LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部并覆盖LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部的两侧壁及护角卡位机构20时,护角卡位机构20能将护角30固定在箱体的顶部。
本发明提供的边角保护装置,与现有技术相比,护角30能在滑轨轴10上滑动至LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部,将LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部的两侧覆盖保护起来,同时,护角卡位机构20能将护角30卡固在LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部,提高护角30保护LED显示屏单元箱体四角的稳定性。
进一步地,请参阅图5及图7,作为本发明提供的边角保护装置的一种具体实施方式,还包括滑动件40,滑轨轴10上设有与滑动件40适配的滑轨11,滑动件40滑设于滑轨11内,护角30连接于滑动件40,滑动件40和滑轨11的配合让护角30在滑轨轴10上的滑动更加顺畅、稳定、牢固。
进一步地,请参阅图5及图7,作为本发明提供的边角保护装置的一种具体实施方式,滑动件40包括多个滑动轴41,多个滑动轴41均滑设于滑轨11内且与护角30固定连接,改善了护角30和滑轨轴10的配合紧度,让护角30在滑轨轴10上的滑动更加稳定、顺畅、牢固。
进一步地,请参阅图5及图7,作为本发明提供的边角保护装置的一种具体实施方式,滑轨11为设于滑轨轴10上的通槽,多个滑动轴41均穿设于通槽, 能更牢固、稳定、方便的将护角30滑动连接在滑轨轴10上,让护角30的滑动更加顺畅。
具体地,请参阅图5,滑动轴41设为两个,能减小滑动轴41与滑轨11之间的摩擦力,提高护角30在滑轨轴10上滑动的稳定性和流畅性。
进一步地,请参阅图5,作为本发明提供的边角保护装置的一种具体实施方式,护角30为L形,护角30的内侧设有沿护角30的长度方向延伸的固定板,固定板和护角30半包围滑轨轴10,滑动轴41穿过通槽且其端部固定在固定板上,能将护角30更牢固、方便的滑设于滑轨轴10上。
具体的,滑动轴41可以为螺钉或销。
进一步地,请参阅图6及图7,作为本发明提供的边角保护装置的一种具体实施方式,滑轨11的靠近LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部的一端较滑轨11的远离LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部的一端到LED显示屏单元箱体的外周的距离近,当护角30滑动至LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部时,能让护角30向外凸出,覆盖LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部的两侧壁,从而起到保护LED显示屏单元箱体的四角的作用;当护角30滑动至LED显示屏单元箱体的底部时,能让护角30缩回LED显示屏单元箱体的两侧壁的内侧,避免对LED显示屏单元箱体的拼装造成干涉。
进一步地,请参阅图6及图7,作为本发明提供的边角保护装置的一种具体实施方式,滑轨11的靠近LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部的一端朝向靠近LED显示屏单元箱体的外周的方向弯折,能更好的让护角30起到保护LED显示屏单元箱体的作用,让护角30不干涉LED显示屏单元箱体的拼装。
具体地,请参阅图4及图6,滑轨11从LED显示屏单元箱体的底部朝向LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部延伸。
进一步地,请参阅图6及图7,作为本发明提供的边角保护装置的一种具体实施方式,护角30位于滑轨轴10的外周向的一侧,滑轨轴10的面向护角30的一侧的靠近LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部的一端较其远离LED显示屏单元箱 体的顶部的一端到LED显示屏单元箱体的外周的距离近,当护角30滑动至LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部时,能让护角30向外凸出,让护角30与LED显示屏单元箱体的侧壁的距离更近,更好的保护LED显示屏单元箱体;当护角30滑动至LED显示屏单元箱体的底部时,能让护角30缩回LED显示屏单元箱体的两侧壁的内侧,避免对LED显示屏单元箱体的拼装造成干涉。
进一步地,请参阅图6及图7,作为本发明提供的边角保护装置的一种具体实施方式,滑轨轴10的靠近LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部的一端朝向靠近LED显示屏单元箱体的外周的方向弯折,能更好的让护角30起到保护LED显示屏单元箱体的作用,让护角30不干涉LED显示屏单元箱体的拼装。
进一步地,请参阅图5,作为本发明提供的边角保护装置的一种具体实施方式,滑轨轴10的远离LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部的一端设有轴盖板12,滑轨轴10通过轴盖板12固定连接在LED显示屏单元箱体上,能让滑轨轴10在LED显示屏单元箱体上的连接更加牢固、稳定,方便固定滑轨轴10。
具体地,轴盖板12和LED显示屏单元箱体上均设有螺纹孔,通过螺钉将滑轨轴10固定在LED显示屏单元箱体上。
进一步地,请参阅图5,作为本发明提供的边角保护装置的一种具体实施方式,LED显示屏单元箱体上设有固定孔14,滑轨轴10的靠近LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部的一端设有与固定孔14适配的固定轴15,固定轴15伸进固定孔14内,让滑轨轴10的固定更加牢固。
进一步地,请参阅图7,作为本发明提供的边角保护装置的一种具体实施方式,滑轨轴10的远离LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部的一端设有弹性伸缩件13,护角30滑动至滑轨轴10的远离LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部的一端时,弹性伸缩件13能将护角30固定在滑轨轴10的远离LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部的一端。当不需要护角30保护LED显示屏单元箱体时,将护角30滑动至滑轨轴10的远离LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部的一端,弹性伸缩件13就能将护角30固定在LED显示屏单元箱体的底部,避免护角30朝向LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部滑动而干 涉LED显示屏单元箱体的拼装;当需要护角30保护LED显示屏单元箱体时,将护角30朝向LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部方向滑动,弹性伸缩件13就会被顶回滑轨轴10内,此时护角30就能朝向LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部方向滑动了。
具体地,弹性伸缩件13可以为本身具有弹性的弹性件,也可以为在弹簧的自由端部固定刚体而得到的弹性件。
具体地,弹性伸缩件13为弹珠。
进一步地,请参阅图5,作为本发明提供的边角保护装置的一种具体实施方式,护角卡位机构20包括弹性卡键21,LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部的侧壁上设有卡键孔211,弹性卡键21能收缩至卡键孔211内或伸出卡键孔211外,当护角30滑动至LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部时,弹性卡键21抵压于护角30并限制护角30沿滑轨轴10滑动。
当护角30朝向LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部方向滑动时,弹性卡键21就会被护角30顶进卡键孔211内,当将护角30移动至保护位即LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部时,由于弹性卡键21有一定的伸缩量,因此弹性卡键21会通过摩擦力将护角30卡固在LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部的保护位上,从而更好的保护LED显示屏单元箱体的四角不受损坏;当不需要保护LED显示屏单元箱体的四角时,将护角30朝向LED显示屏单元箱体的底部滑动即可。
具体地,请参阅图5,卡键孔211为盲孔,卡键孔211内安装有弹性,弹性卡键21固定在弹簧的上端。
进一步地,请参阅图5,作为本发明提供的边角保护装置的一种具体实施方式,弹性卡键21上还设有弹性按钮22,弹性按钮22能带动弹性卡键21收缩至卡键孔211内或伸出卡键孔211外,当护角30滑动至LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部时,弹性按钮22位于护角30外。
当护角30朝向LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部方向滑动时,按下弹性按钮22,带动弹性卡键21运动,让弹性卡键21缩回卡键孔211内,当护角30滑动至保护位时,松开弹性按钮22,让弹性卡键21伸出卡键孔211并顶住护角30,将 护角30卡固在LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部,能将护角30更加牢固、方便的固定在保护位上;当不需要保护LED显示屏单元箱体的四角时,再次按下弹性按钮22就能带动弹性卡键21缩回卡键孔211内,从而让护角30滑动至LED显示屏单元箱体的底部。
具体地,请参阅图5,LED显示屏单元箱体的侧壁上设有按钮孔221,弹性按钮22能缩回按钮孔221内,让弹性按钮22的操作、固定更加方便。
具体地,请参阅图5,按钮孔221为盲孔,按钮孔221内安装有弹性,弹性按钮22固定在弹簧的上端。
具体地,请参阅图5,弹性卡键21和弹性按钮22通过一连接板连接。
进一步地,作为本发明提供的边角保护装置的一种具体实施方式,护角30上设有卡位孔,护角30滑动至LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部时,弹性卡键21伸入卡位孔内,能更加牢固方便的将护角30固定在LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部的保护位上。
进一步地,请参阅图5,作为本发明提供的边角保护装置的一种具体实施方式,护角卡位机构20还包括盖板23,盖板23上设有与弹性卡键21和弹性按钮22匹配的通孔231,弹性卡键21和弹性按钮22均伸出通孔231外,弹性卡键21和弹性按钮22通过盖板23固定在LED显示屏单元箱体上。
能更加方便的将弹性卡键21和弹性按钮22固定在LED显示屏单元箱体的侧壁上,并且更加牢固,容易操作。
请参阅图1,现对本发明提供的LED显示屏单元箱体进行说明。LED显示屏单元箱体,包括前述任一实施例述及的边角保护装置和设于LED显示屏单元箱体侧壁上的支撑件50,当护角30固定在LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部时,支撑件50与护角30能将LED显示屏单元箱体共同支撑于支撑平台上。
本发明提供的边角保护装置,与现有技术相比,边角保护装置能有效保护LED显示屏单元箱体的四角,避免LED显示屏单元箱体的四角被磕坏;在将LED显示屏单元箱体立起来时,支撑件50的自由端能与起保护作用的护角30共同 支撑LED显示屏单元箱体,使LED显示屏单元箱体稍微倾斜,提高LED显示屏单元箱体立起来的稳定性。
具体地,支撑件50设多两个。
具体地,支撑件50为螺钉。

Claims (10)

  1. 边角保护装置,包括护角,其特征在于:还包括滑轨轴和护角卡位机构,所述滑轨轴固定在LED显示屏单元箱体上,所述护角卡位机构固定在所述LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部的侧壁上,所述护角滑动连接在所述滑轨轴上,所述护角滑动至所述LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部并覆盖所述LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部的两侧壁及所述护角卡位机构时,所述护角卡位机构能将所述护角固定在所述LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的边角保护装置,其特征在于:还包括滑动件,所述滑轨轴上设有与所述滑动件适配的滑轨,所述滑动件滑设于所述滑轨内,所述护角连接于所述滑动件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的边角保护装置,其特征在于:所述滑动件包括多个滑动轴,多个所述滑动轴均滑设于所述滑轨内且与所述护角固定连接;
    所述滑轨为设于所述滑轨轴上的通槽,多个所述滑动轴均穿设于所述通槽。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的边角保护装置,其特征在于:所述滑轨的靠近所述LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部的一端较所述滑轨的远离所述LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部的一端到所述LED显示屏单元箱体的外周的距离近;
    所述护角位于所述滑轨轴的外周向的一侧,所述滑轨轴的面向所述护角的一侧的靠近所述LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部的一端较其远离所述LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部的一端到所述LED显示屏单元箱体的外周的距离近。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的边角保护装置,其特征在于:所述滑轨轴的远离所述LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部的一端设有弹性伸缩件,所述护角滑动至所述滑轨轴的远离所述LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部的一端时,所述弹性伸缩件能将所述护角固定在所述滑轨轴的远离所述LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部的一端。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的边角保护装置,其特征在于:所述护角卡位机构包括弹性卡键,所述LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部的侧壁上设有卡键孔,所述弹 性卡键能收缩至所述卡键孔内或伸出所述卡键孔外,
    当所述护角滑动至所述LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部时,所述弹性卡键抵压于所述护角并限制所述护角沿所述滑轨轴滑动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的边角保护装置,其特征在于:所述弹性卡键上还设有弹性按钮,所述弹性按钮能带动所述弹性卡键收缩至所述卡键孔内或伸出所述卡键孔外,
    当所述护角滑动至所述LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部时,所述弹性按钮位于所述护角外。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的边角保护装置,其特征在于:所述护角上设有卡位孔,所述护角滑动至所述LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部时,所述弹性卡键伸入所述卡位孔内。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的边角保护装置,其特征在于:所述护角卡位机构还包括盖板,所述盖板上设有与所述弹性卡键和所述弹性按钮匹配的通孔,所述弹性卡键和所述弹性按钮均伸出所述通孔外,所述弹性卡键和所述弹性按钮通过所述盖板固定在所述LED显示屏单元箱体上。
  10. LED显示屏单元箱体,其特征在于:包括权利要求1-9任意一项所述的边角保护装置,还包括设于所述LED显示屏单元箱体侧壁上的支撑件,当所述护角固定在所述LED显示屏单元箱体的顶部时,所述支撑件与所述护角能将所述LED显示屏单元箱体共同支撑于支撑平台上。
