优选地,还包括第二限位孔,所述第二限位孔与所述第一限位孔两者均设于所述带体上或者均设于所述盖板上;所述盖板处于预设打开位置时,所述限位扣与所述第二限位孔卡接配合。

一种腕戴设备,包括腕戴设备本体、连接于所述腕戴设备本体的生耳轴以及用于连接于所述生耳轴的表带,所述表带为如上述任意一项所述的表带。
本发明提供的表带中,包括带体和盖板,带体上设置有安装槽,盖板活动连接于带体上,生耳轴能够从安装槽的槽口中放入安装槽内。盖板能够盖合或打开安装槽的槽口,在盖板盖合在槽口上时,盖板与安装槽形成封闭环结构,通过将生耳轴限位在该封闭环结构来实现表带与腕戴设备本体的连接;在盖板打开槽口时,生耳轴可以从该安装槽中取出,从而实现表带从腕戴设备本体上的拆卸。
通过在表带中设置安装槽以及与该安装槽相配合的盖板,在拆卸表带时,只需打开盖合在安装槽槽口上的盖板即可,可以方便地实现表带的拆卸,无需像现有技术中先从腕戴设备本体上取下生耳轴方能拆下表带。同时,在两个表带相扣合部位被损坏或者被其他设备夹住无法正产取下佩戴在手腕上的 腕戴设备时,也可以通过打开该盖板将表带与腕戴设备本体相分离,以从手腕上取下腕戴设备,能够避免使用者因无法取下腕戴设备而受到伤害,可以提高佩戴的安全性。
一种优选的实施方式中,盖板滑动连接在带体上,且盖板与带体之间设有第一弹性件,第一弹性件的复位力可以使盖板具有朝向盖合槽口的方向运动的趋势。在拆卸过程中,向盖板施加外力以克服第一弹性件的弹力,使盖板逐渐打开槽口,之后,解除对盖板施加的外力,盖板通过第一弹性件的复位力即可回复到盖合槽口的位置。
该种实施方式中,在拆卸表带时,仅需使用者直接向盖板施加推力以控制盖板的开合,无需使用其他的拆卸工具,拆卸方便且快捷,进一步提高了佩戴的安全性。同时,表带在生耳轴上的拆装过程均可以无需使用工具,有利于提高生产效率,进而降低生产成本,有利于提高后续表带损坏后返修的便捷性,可实现在维修点直接处理而无需返厂。
在另一种优选的实施方式中,盖板滑动连接在带体上,盖板与带体中的一者上设置第一限位孔且另一者上设置限位扣。盖板处于预设盖合位置时,第一限位孔与限位扣卡接配合。
该实施方式中,通过第一限位孔与限位扣的卡接配合,可以保证盖板对安装槽盖合的可靠性,能够有效避免盖板盖合安装槽后相对于带体随意移动,可以降低因腕戴设备本体与表带连接松动而导致腕戴设备本体摔坏的可能性。
本发明提供的包括上述表带的腕戴设备,其表带便于拆卸。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实 施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
本发明的核心是提供一种表带,便于拆卸。本发明的另一核心是提供一种包括上述表带的腕戴设备,其表带便于拆卸。
本发明所提供表带的一种具体实施例中,请参考图1至图18,包括带体1和盖板3。其中,带体1上设有安装槽13,该安装槽13用于安装腕戴设备本体4上的生耳轴2。盖板3活动连接在带体1上,且盖板3用于盖合或打开安装槽13的槽口111。
将生耳轴2放于安装槽13中并通过盖板3盖合安装槽13的槽口111,其中,在盖板3盖合于安装槽13的槽口111上时能够相对固定于该槽口111上,通过带体1与生耳轴2的连接实现表带与腕戴设备本体4的连接。在需要拆卸表带时,使盖板3打开该槽口111,将生耳轴2从安装槽13中取出,从而实现表带从腕戴设备本体4上的拆卸。
本实施例中,通过在表带中设置安装槽13以及与该安装槽13相配合的盖板3,在拆卸表带时,只需打开盖合在安装槽13槽口111上的盖板3即可,可以方便地实现表带的拆卸。在表带扣合部位被损坏或者被其他设备夹住无法正产取下佩戴在手腕上的手表时,也可以通过打开该盖板3将表带与腕戴设备本体4相分离,以从手腕上取下腕戴设备,能够避免使用者因无法取下腕戴设备而受到伤害,提高了佩戴的安全性。
在上述实施例的基础上,盖板3可以滑动连接在带体1上,且滑动方向平行于带体1的延伸方向。通过将盖板3滑动连接在带体1上,便于调整盖板3的位置。
在上述实施例的基础上,盖板3与带体1之间可以设置第一弹性件31,且第一弹性件31的复位力能够使盖板3具有朝向盖合槽口111的方向运动的趋势。在拆卸过程中,向盖板3施加外力以使盖板3打开槽口111,在此过程中,第一弹性件31的形变程度逐渐增大,之后,解除对盖板3施加的外力,盖板3通过第一弹性件31的复位力即可回复到盖合槽口111的位置。
其中,第一弹性件31有多种具体设置方式。优选地,请参考图2,第一弹性件31可以包括两个弹片,弹片的一端固定于盖板3上且另一端为自由端,弹片的自由端与带体1相抵,两个弹片的配合有利于保证盖板3运动的稳定 性。在盖板3相对于带体1滑动的过程中,两个弹片的形变程度会相应变化。具体请参考图8和图9,此时盖板3处于预设盖合位置,沿着带体1的延伸方向向右滑动,弹片逐渐压缩形变,直至盖板3运动如图10和图11所示的预设打开位置,此时可以取出生耳轴2,然后,解除对盖板3施加的外力,盖板3可以在弹片的复位力的作用下回复至图8和图9所示的预设盖合位置。当然,第一弹性件31也可以设置为压簧等其他弹性件。
其中,在盖板3处于盖合的极限位置时,所述盖合的极限位置指盖板3在盖合运动至与带体1相抵而不能继续沿原方向运动的位置,优选地,第一弹性件31可以处于形变状态,以使第一弹性件31为盖板3提供一定的预紧力,以保证盖合的可靠性。
需要说明的是,盖板3可以在一段滑动范围内均能够盖合槽口111,即,盖板3在沿着盖合槽口111的方向滑动,在第一次完全盖合住槽口111时,如图12所示,盖板3还能够沿原方向继续滑动一段距离,直至运动至与带体1相抵。在图12、图13和图9所示的方位中,盖板3向左运动以盖合槽口111,当运动至图12所示的第一次完全盖合住槽口111的位置时,还能够继续向左运动,经图13所示的位置后继续向左运动,直至运动至图9所示位置与带体1相抵,图9所示为盖板3向左进行盖合运动的极限位置。在盖板3由图12所示位置向左运动至图9所示位置过程中的任一位置,盖板3均能够盖合住槽口111,此时,预设盖合位置为该段滑动范围内的一个特定位置,优选为图9所示的盖合运动的极限位置。又或者,盖板3可以仅在一个特定的预设盖合位置能够盖合槽口111,即,盖板3在刚刚盖合住槽口111后即不能继续沿盖合运动的方向继续运动。
需要说明的是,盖板3可以在一段滑动范围内均能够打开槽口111,即,盖板3在沿着打开槽口111的方向滑动,在第一次完全打开槽口111时,盖板3还能够沿原方向继续滑动一段距离,直至运动至第一弹性件31的形变程度不再改变的极限位置。在图11和图14所示的方位中,盖板3向右运动以打开槽口111,当运动至图11所示的第一次完全打开槽口111的位置时,还能够继续向右运动,直至运动至图14所示位置,图14所示为盖板向右进行打开运动的极限位置。在盖板3由图11所示位置向右运动至图14所示位置过程中的任一位置,盖板3均能够打开槽口111,此时,预设打开位置为该段 滑动范围内的一个特定位置,优选为图11所示的刚刚打开时的位置。又或者,盖板3可以仅在一个特定的预设打开位置能够打开槽口111,即,盖板3在打开运动的过程中,在运动至图11所示的刚刚打开的位置即不能继续向右运动。
在该种实施方式中,在拆卸表带时,仅需使用者向第一弹性件31施加推力以控制盖板3滑动即可,无需使用其他的拆卸工具,拆卸方便且快捷,进一步提高了佩戴的安全性。同时,有利于提高生产效率,进而降低生产成本,后续表带损坏后返修便捷,可在维修点直接处理,无需返厂。
在本发明所提供表带的另一种具体实施例中,请参考图15至图18,带体1与盖板3中的一者上可以设置第一限位孔32且另一者上可以设置限位扣14。盖板3处于预设盖合位置时,第一限位孔32与限位扣14卡接配合。其中,第一限位孔32可以为通孔,也可以为盲孔。另外,为保证移动的顺畅性,第一限位孔32与限位扣14中的至少一者可以设置为具有弹性结构。
可选地,请参考图15,盖板3上设置第一限位孔32,相应地,带体1上设置限位扣14。在盖板3滑动的过程中,限位扣14相对固定,第一限位孔32随盖板3进行滑动。此时,第一限位孔32可以设置为贯穿盖板3的通孔,以保证卡接强度。
可选地,请参考图18,带体1上可以设置第一限位孔32,相应地,盖板31上设置限位扣14,此时,限位扣14优选设置为具有一定的弹性,以便限位扣14能够顺利移出第一限位孔32。相应地,第一限位孔32可以设置为盲孔,以避免灰尘经第一限位孔32进入带体1内部。
该实施方式中,通过第一限位孔32与限位口的卡接配合,可以保证盖板3对安装槽13盖合的可靠性。
在上述实施例的基础上,表带还可以包括第二限位孔33,第二限位孔33与第一限位孔32两者均设置在带体1上或者均设置在盖板3上,以便能够均与限位扣14相配合。盖板3处于预设打开位置时,限位扣14与第二限位孔33卡接配合,以避免在从安装槽中取出生耳轴时盖板3随意晃动。
可选地,请参考图15,限位扣14可以设置在带体1上,相应地,第一限位孔32与第二限位孔33设置在盖板3上。当表带与腕戴设备本体4装配到一起时,如图16所示,限位扣14与第一限位孔32扣合,当需要将表带取 下时,只需滑动盖板3,直到限位扣14与第二限位孔33扣合,如图17所示,此时即可取下表带。
在上述任一实施例的基础上,请参考图11,盖板3可以设置在带体1的内部,以对盖板3进行保护,同时降低盖板3从带体1上脱落的可能性。
优选地,为方便盖板3与带体1之间的安装,带体1可以包括带体本体11和固定连接于带体本体11的后盖12,盖板3夹设在带体本体11与后盖12之间。进一步地,请参考图2,带体本体11可以嵌设有安装底座19,盖板3放入安装底座19中,然后,后盖12盖合在该安装底座19中并与带体本体11相固定。其中,盖板3相对于后盖12以及带体本体11可滑动。
进一步地,由于盖板3设置在带体1之内,为使使用者能够从带体1之外控制带体1的移动,在盖板3上设置把手34,带体1上设置把手通孔15,把手34经把手通孔15伸出带体1之外,把手通孔15设有用于把手34滑动的空间,以使把手34能够与盖板3同步滑动,在带体1外,使用者直接拨动把手34即可控制盖板3相对于带体1的滑动。
可选地,把手通孔15可以设置在后盖12与带体本体11的连接处,由设置在带体本体11上的朝向后盖12开口的凹槽和盖合住该凹槽的后盖12形成,便于盖板3与带体1之间的安装。
其中,由于把手34伸出于带体1之外,后盖12与带体本体11之间可以不可拆卸地连接在一起,从而可以避免盖板3与带体1相脱离。
可选地,带体1可以为硅胶和塑胶嵌件注塑件,对于设有弹片的表带,在装配时,首先将盖板3装入带体本体11的安装底座19中,其中,把手34位于把手通孔15中。随后推动盖板3,使弹片的自由端与带体本体11相接触,继续推动盖板3,让弹片发生形变,直到盖板3装入带体本体11。随后将后盖12通过点胶工艺将热熔胶或环氧胶点到胶槽17中,随后保压待胶凝固即可,即可实现后盖12与带体本体11的可靠固定。当然,在其他实施例中,后盖12与带体本体11之间也可以通过卡扣、螺钉或者其他部件实现连接。
另外,带体1上与槽口111正对的部分设有用于生耳轴2移出带体1的移出通道18,生耳轴2能够顺利从移出带体1,避免带体1对生耳轴2的拆卸造成干涉。可选地,移出通道18可以设置在后盖12上,在拆卸表带时, 盖板3打开安装槽13的槽口111后,生耳轴2可以经后盖12上的移出通道18移出表带,从而实现表带的拆卸。
进一步地,把手通孔15可以通过与把手34相抵以限制盖板3相对于带体1的滑动范围,即,当盖板3处于预设打开位置时,把手通孔15的一端与把手34相抵;当盖板3处于预设盖合位置时,把手通孔15的另一端与把手34相抵,从而可以通过把手通孔15的长度对把手34的滑动行程进行限制,在设置第一弹性件31时,可以避免第一弹性件31过度形变,有利于提高第一弹性件31的使用寿命。
在上述任一实施例的基础上,请参考图9,带体1上还可以设置插槽110。其中,盖板3处于预设打开位置时,盖板3与插槽110分别位于槽口111的两侧;盖板3处于预设盖合位置时,盖板3盖合住槽口111并插接于插槽110内。
本实施例中,通过插槽110的设置,在盖板3处于预设盖合位置时,可以保证盖板3对该安装槽13密封的可靠性,同时可以提高盖板3与带体1连接的稳定性。可选地,该插槽110可以为设置在带体本体11上的硬胶凹槽。
在上述任一实施例的基础上,为保证盖板3的稳定滑动,盖板3的两个相对的侧面上均可以与带体1之间设置滑块组件,以通过滑块组件进行导向。可选地,请参考图3至图6,盖板3的两个相对侧面上可以分别设有滑块37和凸包36,滑块37滑动连接于带体本体11上的滑槽,凸包36滑动连接于后盖12上的滑槽。
具体地,表带与腕戴设备本体4组装到一体时,盖板3如图9所示,盖板3上的封闭墙35插接固定在插槽110中,此时弹片可以处于挤压受力状态,弹片对盖板3产生一个向左的反作用力,以保证封闭墙35不会从插槽110内脱出,生耳轴2被固定于安装槽13与盖板3中间的区域内,具体可以自由旋转活动。当希望将表带从腕戴设备本体4上取下时,使用者可向远离腕戴设备本体的方向推动盖板3,在盖板3滑动过程中,滑块37和带体本体11的滑槽16之间、凸包36和后盖12上的滑槽16之间的配合导向,同时,由于弹片与带体1相抵,盖板3的移动会使弹片产生变形。封闭墙35会随着盖板3的移动而从插槽110中脱出,具体如图11,随着盖板3的移动,生耳轴2拆卸的路径会裸露出来,从而可以将表带拆下。需要组装表带与腕戴设备本 体4时,按照同样的方法操作即可。
当然,盖板3不限于设置为以上各实施例所提供的滑动连接于带体1上。在另一种具体实施例中。盖板3可以转动连接于带体1,盖板3与带体1之间可以卡接固定,便于加工。具体地,盖板3可以通过转轴铰接于带体1上,在盖板3绕转轴转动至盖合在安装槽13的槽口111上时,生耳轴2被限位在盖板3与安装槽13之间的空间中,且盖板3与带体1之间卡接固定,以将盖板3锁定在带体1上;当需要拆下表带时,解除盖板3与带体1之间的卡接,绕转轴翻开盖板3,此时可以从安装槽13中取出生耳轴2。
进一步地,盖板3与带体1之间可以设置第二弹性件,第二弹性件的复位力使盖板3具有朝向盖合槽口111的方向运动的趋势,从而可以在盖合盖板3时使盖板3能够自动绕转轴朝向槽口111翻转,进一步方便盖合操作。
除了上述表带,本发明还提供了一种腕戴设备,该腕戴设备包括腕戴设备本体4、连接在该腕戴设备本体4上的生耳轴2以及用于连接在该生耳轴2上的表带,其中,该表带可以为以上任一实施例中提供的表带,有益效果可以相应参考以上各实施例。可选地,腕戴设备本体4可以为手表或者手环。该腕戴设备的其他各部分的结构请参考现有技术,本文不再赘述。

  1. 一种表带,包括带体(1),其特征在于,还包括盖板(3),所述带体(1)上设有用于安装腕戴设备本体(4)上生耳轴(2)的安装槽(13),所述盖板(3)活动连接于所述带体(1)上且所述盖板(3)用于盖合或打开所述安装槽(13)的槽口(111)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的表带,其特征在于,所述盖板(3)滑动连接于所述带体(1),且滑动方向平行于所述带体(1)的延伸方向。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的表带,其特征在于,所述盖板(3)与所述带体(1)之间设有第一弹性件(31),所述第一弹性件(31)的复位力使所述盖板(3)具有朝向盖合所述槽口(111)的方向运动的趋势。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的表带,其特征在于,所述带体(1)与所述盖板(3)中的一者上设有第一限位孔(32)且另一者上设有限位扣(14);所述盖板(3)处于预设盖合位置时,所述第一限位孔(32)与所述限位扣(14)卡接配合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的表带,其特征在于,还包括第二限位孔(33),所述第二限位孔(33)与所述第一限位孔(32)两者均设于所述带体(1)上或者均设于所述盖板(3)上;所述盖板(3)处于预设打开位置时,所述限位扣(14)与所述第二限位孔(33)卡接配合。
  6. 根据权利要求2至5任意一项所述的表带,其特征在于,所述盖板(3)设于所述带体(1)的内部。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的表带,其特征在于,所述盖板(3)上设有把手(34),所述把手(34)经所述带体(1)上的把手通孔(15)伸出所述带体(1)之外,所述把手通孔(15)设有用于所述把手(34)滑动的空间,以使所述把手(34)能够与所述盖板(3)同步滑动;所述带体(1)上与所述槽口(111)正对的部分设有移出通道(18),以供生耳轴(2)移出所述带体(1)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的表带,其特征在于,所述把手通孔(15)能够通过与所述把手(34)相抵以限制所述盖板(3)相对于所述带体(1)的滑动范围。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的表带,其特征在于,所述带体(1)上还设有 插槽(110);所述盖板(3)处于预设打开位置时,所述盖板(3)与所述插槽(110)分别位于所述槽口(111)的两侧;所述盖板(3)处于预设盖合位置时,所述盖板(3)盖合住所述槽口(111)并插接于所述插槽(110)内。
  10. 一种腕戴设备,包括腕戴设备本体、连接于所述腕戴设备本体(4)的生耳轴(2)以及用于连接于所述生耳轴(2)的表带,其特征在于,所述表带为权利要求1至9任意一项所述的表带。
