所述的第三面料主体上表面左右两侧分别设有半圆形的第一海绵块,所述的第一海绵块之间形成第一竖向凹槽,第一海绵块上表面内侧分别向 下嵌有与耳机头相配合的凹槽,第三面料主体下表面左右两侧分别设有半圆形的第二海绵块,所述的第二海绵块之间形成第二竖向凹槽,第二海绵块外表面分别设有内侧开口的半圆形网兜;
所述的第三面料主体为复合结构,包括上侧的第二涤纶纤维层,所述的第二涤纶纤维层下侧设有第二塑胶片层,所述的第二塑胶片层下侧设有金属网层,所述的金属网层外侧设有第三塑胶片层,所述的第三塑胶片层外侧设有尼龙面料层。
优选的,所述的第一面料主体和第二面料主体外表面设有反光贴。
优选的,所述的第一面料主体和第二面料主体外表面还设有防水层。
本发明具有以下突出的有益效果:
1、由于第一面料主体和第二面料主体之间的连接布片固定设有圆形的第三面料主体,第一面料主体和第二面料主体边沿设有相互拉合的拉链。因此,使用时,第一面料主体和第二面料主体能够组成耳机袋,第三面料主体能够对耳机进行规整,通过拉链拉合第一面料主体和第二面料主体,能够防止耳机丢失,具有很好的推广利用价值。
2、由于所述的竹炭纤维层外侧设有海绵层,所述的海绵层外侧设有第一涤纶纤维层,所述的第一涤纶纤维层外侧设有第一塑胶片层,所述的第一塑胶片层外侧设有牛仔面料层。因此,使用时,竹炭纤维层使得第一面料主体和第二面料主体均具有抗菌抑菌的作用,海绵层使得第一面料主体和第二面料主体均具有抗压的作用,第一涤纶纤维层使得第一面料主体和第二面料主体均均有良好的弹性,第一塑胶片层均具有平整第一面料主体和第二面料主体的作用,牛仔面料层使得第一面料主体和第二面料主体均具有耐磨的作用,有利于延长第一面料主体和第二面料主体的使用寿命。
3、由于第一海绵块上表面内侧分别向下嵌有与耳机头相配合的凹槽,第三面料主体下表面左右两侧分别设有半圆形的第二海绵块,所述的第二 海绵块之间形成第二竖向凹槽,第二海绵块外表面分别设有内侧开口的半圆形网兜。因此,使用时,耳机线可以缠绕在第一竖向凹槽和第二竖向凹槽内,耳机头可以嵌入凹槽内,有利于对耳机进行规整,网兜内可以储放纸巾,有利于人们擦拭耳机或擦手使用。
4、由于所述的第二涤纶纤维层下侧设有第二塑胶片层,所述的第二塑胶片层下侧设有金属网层,所述的金属网层外侧设有第三塑胶片层,所述的第三塑胶片层外侧设有尼龙面料层。因此,使用时,第二涤纶纤维层使得第三面料主体具有良好的弹性,第二塑胶片层和第三塑胶片层具有平整第三面料主体的作用,金属网层能够增加第三面料主体的强度,尼龙面料层使得第三面料主体具有耐磨的作用,有利于延长第三面料主体的使用寿命。

如图1至图5所示,该种带有网兜的复合型耳机袋面料,其结构包括弧状圆形的第一面料主体1,所述的第一面料主体1右侧边沿通过连接布片16与弧状圆形的第二面料主体4左侧边沿连接,第一面料主体1和第二面料主体4之间的连接布片16固定设有圆形的第三面料主体3,第一面料主体1和第二面料主体4边沿设有相互拉合的拉链2。使用时,第一面料主体1和第二面料主体4能够组成耳机袋,第三面料主体3能够对耳机进行规整,通过拉链2拉合第一面料主体1和第二面料主体4,能够防止耳机丢失。
上述实施例中,具体的,所述的第一面料主体1和第二面料主体4均为复合结构,且结构相同,包括内侧的竹炭纤维层11,所述的竹炭纤维层11外侧设有海绵层12,所述的海绵层12外侧设有第一涤纶纤维层13,所述的第一涤纶纤维层13外侧设有第一塑胶片层14,所述的第一塑胶片层14外侧设有牛仔面料层15。使用时,竹炭纤维层11使得第一面料主体1和第二面料主体4均具有抗菌抑菌的作用,海绵层12使得第一面料主体1和第二面料主体4均具有抗压的作用,第一涤纶纤维层13使得第一面料主体1和第二面料主体4均均有良好的弹性,第一塑胶片层14均具有平整第一面料主体1和第二面料主体4的作用,牛仔面料层15使得第一面料主体1和第二面料主体5均具有耐磨的作用,有利于延长第一面料主体1和第二面料主体5的使用寿命。
上述实施例中,具体的,所述的第三面料主体3上表面左右两侧分别设有半圆形的第一海绵块30,所述的第一海绵块30之间形成第一竖向凹槽,第一海绵块30上表面内侧分别向下嵌有与耳机头相配合的凹槽301,第三面料主体3下表面左右两侧分别设有半圆形的第二海绵块31,所述的第二海绵块31之间想成第二竖向凹槽,第二海绵块31外表面分别设有内侧开口的半圆形网兜311。使用时,耳机线可以缠绕在第一竖向凹槽和第二竖向凹槽内,耳机头可以嵌入凹槽301内,有利于对耳机进行规整,网兜311 内可以储放纸巾,有利于人们擦拭耳机或擦手使用。
上述实施例中,具体的,所述的第三面料主体3为复合结构,包括上侧的第二涤纶纤维层32,所述的第二涤纶纤维层32下侧设有第二塑胶片层33,所述的第二塑胶片层33下侧设有金属网层34,所述的金属网层34外侧设有第三塑胶片层35,所述的第三塑胶片层35外侧设有尼龙面料层36。使用时,第二涤纶纤维层32使得第三面料主体3具有良好的弹性,第二塑胶片层33和第三塑胶片层35具有平整第三面料主体3的作用,金属网层34能够增加第三面料主体3的强度,尼龙面料层36使得第三面料主体3具有耐磨的作用,有利于延长第三面料主3体的使用寿命。
上述实施例中,更为具体的,所述的第一面料主体1和第二面料主体4外表面设有反光贴。使用时,反光贴能够反射光线,发出亮光,增加装饰效果。
上述实施例中,更为具体的,所述的第一面料主体1和第二面料主体4外表面还设有防水层。使用时,防水层能够起到防水的作用,防止耳机被水浸泡损坏。

- 一种带有网兜的复合型耳机袋面料,其特征是,其结构包括弧状圆形的第一面料主体,所述的第一面料主体右侧边沿通过连接布片与弧状圆形的第二面料主体左侧边沿连接,第一面料主体和第二面料主体之间的连接布片固定设有圆形的第三面料主体,第一面料主体和第二面料主体边沿设有相互拉合的拉链;所述的第一面料主体和第二面料主体均为复合结构,且结构相同,包括内侧的竹炭纤维层,所述的竹炭纤维层外侧设有海绵层,所述的海绵层外侧设有第一涤纶纤维层,所述的第一涤纶纤维层外侧设有第一塑胶片层,所述的第一塑胶片层外侧设有牛仔面料层;所述的第三面料主体上表面左右两侧分别设有半圆形的第一海绵块,所述的第一海绵块之间形成第一竖向凹槽,第一海绵块上表面内侧分别向下嵌有与耳机头相配合的凹槽,第三面料主体下表面左右两侧分别设有半圆形的第二海绵块,所述的第二海绵块之间形成第二竖向凹槽,第二海绵块外表面分别设有内侧开口的半圆形网兜;所述的第三面料主体为复合结构,包括上侧的第二涤纶纤维层,所述的第二涤纶纤维层下侧设有第二塑胶片层,所述的第二塑胶片层下侧设有金属网层,所述的金属网层外侧设有第三塑胶片层,所述的第三塑胶片层外侧设有尼龙面料层。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种带有网兜的复合型耳机袋面料,其特征是,所述的第一面料主体和第二面料主体外表面设有反光贴。
