Description

Switchgear
This application relates to a switchgear.
The switchgear contains a main circuit room that houses a circuit breaker and a disconnector that opens and closes the main circuit, a cable room that guides external power to the main circuit room, and a bus that supplies power from the main circuit room to equipment. A housing having a bus room, a control room for controlling driving of the main circuit, and the like is provided therein. The buses of adjacent housings are connected to each other, and a plurality of housings are arranged in a row. Side surfaces of adjacent housings of the row board are fixed with screws or the like, and decorative plates are generally attached to the side faces of the housings at both ends of the row board for aesthetic purposes.
There is known a switchboard in which a decorative plate mounting bracket is installed in a housing so that bolts for mounting the decorative plate are located above or below so that the decorative plate can be easily attached and the appearance is not impaired. (For example, Patent Document 1).
The mounting of the decorative board in the conventional switchgear is designed such that mounting holes for attaching the decorative boards are provided on both side faces of the stacked casing, or both side faces of the casing arranged as in Patent Document 1. It was necessary to change the design of the mounting structure of the housing on both sides, such as by designing a decorative plate mounting bracket for mounting the decorative plate on the vehicle.
Furthermore, when the adjacent housings are fixed with bolts, for example, a mounting hole for the lane is necessary. Therefore, if both the decorative plate mounting holes and the row board mounting holes are provided on both side surfaces of each case, it is not necessary to change only the design of the case on both side surfaces arranged in the row. However, in this case, the following problems are feared. That is, between the adjacent casings arranged in the row, the mounting holes for the row are closed with the bolts, but the decorative plate mounting holes are not closed. Therefore, when an accident occurs in the main circuit room of a certain housing, the gas that has become high temperature and pressure due to the internal arc leaks from the unobstructed hole and enters the adjacent housing through the unoccupied hole. There is a risk of doing so. Also, as in Patent Document 1, when the decorative board is provided separately from the housing, when an accident occurs in the main circuit room of a certain housing, the gas that has become high temperature and high pressure due to the internal arc is applied to the side surface. There is a risk of leakage from an unblocked row mounting hole.
The present application discloses a technique for solving the above-mentioned problem, in which the decorative plate mounting hole and the row plate mounting hole on both sides are changed without being changed for each case, and the holes that are not used are removed. It is an object of the present invention to provide a highly reliable switchgear with good workability without gas leakage.
The switchgear disclosed in the present application has a main circuit room in which a main circuit device that is connected to a cable supplied with power from the outside and opens and closes a main circuit is housed, and a bus connected to the main circuit device is housed. A plurality of housings each having a busbar chamber, the switchgear being connected in a plurality of lateral directions, and both side surfaces of each of the plurality of housings are provided with mounting holes for connecting members that connect adjacent housings; The housing has a decorative plate mounting hole for mounting a decorative plate, and the arrangement of the decorative plate mounting holes provided on both side surfaces of each of the housings is different between one side surface and the other side surface, A decorative plate mounting hole on one side of the housing and the decorative plate mounting hole on the other side of the housing connected to the side are provided so as not to overlap with each other, and a plurality of the decorative plates are connected in a lateral direction. Abutting against the end side surfaces of the housing at both ends One in which the decorative plate is attached.
According to the switchgear disclosed in the present application, the one side surface portion and the other side surface portion of the housing are arranged in different positions of the decorative plate mounting holes, and are located at positions where they do not overlap on the side surface portions of the adjacent housings. Since it is provided, when the adjacent casings are connected, the decorative board mounting hole is closed by the side surface of the casing, so that there is no longer a state where the casings penetrate through the decorative board mounting hole. Also, a decorative plate abuts and is attached to the side surface on the end side of the housing at both ends connected in a plurality of lateral directions, so that the mounting holes of the jig connecting the housings are closed by the decorative plate. It is. Thus, the decorative plate mounting holes and the row plate mounting holes on both sides are changed in common for each housing without being changed, and the unused holes are closed by the housing or the decorative plate, so that gas does not leak. A highly reliable switchgear with good workability can be provided.

Embodiment 1 FIG.
Hereinafter, the switchgear according to the first embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a right side view showing the configuration of the switchgear according to the first embodiment. In the figure, a switchgear 1 has a plurality of compartments inside a casing 10 and is roughly divided into circuit breaker rooms 20a and 20b, which are main circuit rooms, a busbar room 40, a cable room 30, and control rooms 50a and 50b. Have been. In this example, two vacuum circuit breakers (Vacuum Circuit Breakers) are provided as circuit breakers, which are main circuit devices for opening and closing the main circuit.
The lower circuit breaker 2a is housed in the circuit breaker room 20a, and one end is connected to the cable 3 in the cable room 30 via the bushing, and the other end is connected to the bus 4 in the bus room 40 via the bushing. Similarly, the upper circuit breaker 2b is housed in the circuit breaker room 20b, and one end is connected to the cable in the cable room 30 via the bushing, and the other end is connected to the bus 4 in the bus room 40 via the bushing. . Wiring is routed from below to the control room 50a, which houses equipment for controlling the opening and closing of the circuit breaker 2a, and the control room 50b, which houses equipment for controlling the opening and closing of the circuit breaker 2b, from below the housing 10. Is done.
FIG. 2A is a right side view of the housing of the switchgear 1. The right side portion 60 of the housing 10 is composed of six side plates 60a to 60f that cover the above-described compartments. The side plates 60a to 60f are made of, for example, an iron plate, and are provided with connection holes A (indicated by triangles for convenience) for connecting adjacent housings 10 by using connection members such as bolts and nuts. A decorative plate mounting hole B (illustrated by a circle) for mounting a decorative plate is provided on a side surface on the end side of the housing 10 at both ends connected side by side in a plurality.
For example, three connection holes A are provided in the vertical direction on the front side of the front side plates 60a and 60b of the housing 10, and three each are provided in the vertical direction on the rear side of the rear side plates 60e and 60f. Is provided. Openings 60ch and 60dh for connecting the busbars 4 of the adjacent housings 10 are provided in the side plates 60c and 60d at the center, respectively. In addition, the area indicated by the dotted line in the figure indicates a decorative plate described later, but the side plates 60c and 60d of the housing 10 at both ends connected to each other are covered with plates (not shown) with openings 60ch and 60dh. Then, a decorative plate is attached so as to cover that part and straddle the side plates 60a to 60f. The mounting holes B for mounting the decorative boards are provided in each of the side plates 60a to 60f.
FIG. 2B is a left side view of the housing of the switchgear 1. Similarly to the right side portion 60, the left side portion 70 of the housing 10 is composed of six side plates 70a to 70f closing the above-described compartments, and is made of, for example, an iron plate. Mounting holes A (indicated by triangles for convenience) for connecting them together, and mounting holes B (circles) for mounting decorative panels on the side surfaces on the end side of the housings at both ends connected side by side in plurals. Is shown).
For example, three connection holes A are provided in the vertical direction on the front side of the front side plates 70a and 70b of the housing 10, and three each are provided in the vertical direction on the rear side of the rear side plates 70e and 70f. Is provided. Openings 70ch and 70dh for connecting the busbars 4 of the adjacent housings 10 are provided in the side plates 70c and 70d at the center, respectively. In addition, the area indicated by the dotted line in the figure indicates a decorative plate described later, and the side plates 70c and 70d of the housing 10 at the two ends connected to each other are covered with plates (not shown) with the openings 70ch and 70dh. Then, a decorative plate is attached so as to cover that portion and straddle the side plates 70a to 70f. The mounting holes B for mounting the decorative boards are provided in each of the side plates 70a to 70f.
The connection mounting holes A are provided symmetrically on the right side surface portion 60 and the left side surface portion 70 of the housing 10 because bolts are passed between adjacent housings. On the other hand, the mounting holes B for mounting the decorative board are provided in different positions where the positions of the right side surface portion 60 and the left side surface portion 70 of the housing 10 are all shifted.
FIG. 2C is a diagram showing a positional relationship of a mounting hole B for mounting a decorative board when the right side surface portion 60 and the left side surface portion 70 of the adjacent housing 10 are overlapped. For convenience, the mounting hole A for connection is omitted. ing. The mounting hole for mounting the decorative plate provided on the right side surface portion 60 is indicated by B_right and indicated by a circle, and the mounting hole for mounting the decorative plate provided on the left side surface portion 70 is indicated by B_left and is indicated by a square for convenience. At locations other than the side plates 60d and 70d, the mounting hole B_left of the left side portion 70 is provided to be shifted upward with respect to the mounting hole B_right of the right side portion 60. The mounting hole B_left of the left side portion 70 is shifted rightward with respect to the mounting hole B_right of the right side portion 60 provided above the side plates 60d, 70d, and the right side portion 60 provided below the side plates 60d, 70d is mounted. The mounting hole B_left of the left side surface portion 70 is shifted to the left with respect to the hole B_right.
As described above, the mounting holes B for mounting the decorative board are provided so as not to be overlapped between the right side surface portion 60 and the left side surface portion 70 of the housing 10. The hole B is in a relationship of closing the side surface of the other party. Both side portions 60 and 70 of the casing 10 have a role of preventing the high-temperature and high-pressure gas due to the arc when the accident occurs inside the casing 10 from being released to the outside. Since the mounting holes B for mounting the formed decorative boards close each other between the adjacent housings 10, the release of high-temperature and high-pressure gas is suppressed.
FIG. 3A is a perspective view showing a right side surface of the rightmost housing 10 with the decorative plate 80 attached thereto among the stacked housings 10, and FIG. 3B is a left end of the rightmost housing 10 with the decorative plate 90 attached thereto. FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a left side surface of the housing 10 of FIG. The right decorative panel 80 attached to the housing 10 is composed of five decorative panels 80a to 80e so as to straddle the boundary between the above-described six side panels 60a to 60f. It is made of an iron plate. The border between the decorative board 80a and the decorative board 80c, the decorative board 80a and the decorative board 80d, the decorative board 80c and the decorative board 80d, the decorative board 80b and the decorative board 80e, the decorative board 80d and the decorative board 80e overlap each other, and correspond to the right side portion 60. Attached in contact. Similarly, the left decorative panel 90 attached to the housing 10 is composed of five decorative panels 90a to 90e so as to straddle the boundary between the above-described six side panels 70a to 70f, and is made of, for example, an iron plate. The borders between the decorative board 90a and the decorative board 90c, the decorative board 90a and the decorative board 90d, the decorative board 90c and the decorative board 90d, the decorative board 90b and the decorative board 90e, and the decorative board 90d and the decorative board 90e overlap each other and correspond to the side face 70. Attached in contact.
A hole is provided in the right decorative plate 80 so as to correspond to the mounting hole B for mounting the decorative plate provided on the right side surface portion 60 of the housing 10. For example, a nut sert may be attached to the mounting hole B of the right side portion 60, the right decorative plate 80 may be applied to the right side portion 60, bolts may be inserted from the decorative plate side, and the nuts may be fastened to the nut holes of the mounting hole B of the right side portion 60. The nutsert is a component having a threaded hole formed therein, and can form a nut function in the mounting hole B of the right side surface portion 60 without welding. When the nutsert is not used, a two-person operation of inserting a bolt from one of the right decorative panel 80 and the right side surface 60 of the housing 10 and pressing the bolt from the other is necessary. However, when the nutsert is used, the operation can be performed only by inserting bolts from the decorative plate 80 side on the outside of the housing 10 without an operator entering the inside of the housing 10.
Similarly, the left decorative plate 90 is provided with holes corresponding to the mounting holes B for mounting the decorative plate provided on the left side surface portion 70 of the housing 10, and for example, a nut sert is mounted on the mounting hole B of the left side surface portion 70. Then, a bolt may be inserted from the left decorative plate 90 and fastened to the left side surface portion 70.
In the above description, as an example in which the mounting holes B for mounting the decorative boards 80 and 90 are asymmetrically displaced on the right side surface portion 60 and the left side surface portion 70 of the housing 10, the mounting holes B are vertically and horizontally However, as shown in FIG. 4, the positions may be oblique to each other. Further, the relationship may be such that the holes are shifted from one another in any of the vertical direction, the horizontal direction, and the oblique direction.
In the above description, the mounting holes B for mounting the decorative boards are shown as being shifted from each other so as not to overlap the right side portion 60 and the left side portion 70 of the housing 10, but the circuit breaker rooms 20a, 20b If the mounting hole B on the side surface of the cable chamber 30 is displaced, the mounting hole B on another portion may not be displaced. Since the control chambers 50a and 50b have a low possibility of arcing, the mounting hole B does not have to be displaced between the right side 60 and the left side 70 of the housing 10.
(4) Although the right side portion 60 and the left side portion 70 of the housing 10 have been described as being constituted by six plate members, the present invention is not limited to this. Although the decorative plates 80 and 90 attached to the right side surface portion 60 and the left side surface portion 70 have been described as being each composed of five members, the present invention is not limited to this. In order to increase the strength, in order to suppress the release of the high-temperature and high-pressure gas, it is preferable that the decorative plates 80 and 90 straddle the boundaries of the respective plate members in the side portions 60 and 70 as described above.
In the above description, the mounting hole A for the connecting member and the mounting hole B for mounting the decorative board provided on the side surface parts 60 and 70 are the same as the bolts inserted into the mounting holes A for the connecting member. The mounting holes B are different from each other because the bolts are fastened through nutserts, but may be common holes having the same size. The use of the common hole having the same size facilitates the manufacture of the side portions 60 and 70.
As described above, in the first embodiment, in the switchgear 1 in which the housings 10 are connected in a plurality of lateral directions, the side surface portions 60 and 70 on both side surfaces of the plurality of housings 10 connect the adjacent housings 10 respectively. It has a mounting hole A for a connecting member to be connected and a decorative plate mounting hole B for mounting a decorative plate on the housing 10. One side (right side) 60 and the other side (left side) of the housing 10 are provided. ) And 70, the decorative plate mounting holes B are provided asymmetrically, so that the holes are displaced from each other between the adjacent casings 10 and the holes are closed by opposing side portions. There is no longer a state in which the housings penetrate through each other. Further, decorative plates 80 and 90 are attached to the side surfaces 60 and 70 on the end side of the housing 10 at both ends connected in a plurality of lateral directions, so that the jigs for connecting the housing 10 are provided. The mounting hole A is closed by the decorative plates 80 and 90. Accordingly, the decorative plate mounting holes B and the row plate mounting holes of the both side portions 60 and 70 can be commonly used without being changed for each housing 10, and the unused holes can be changed to the side portions 60 and 70 of the housing 10 or the decorative holes. Since the plate is closed, the high-temperature and high-pressure gas generated by the arc of the internal accident is not directly released. In addition, since it is sufficient to prepare two types of side portions 60 and 70 for the right side and the left side, it is possible to provide a highly reliable switchgear with good workability.
