本公开目的的实现、功能特点及优点将结合实施例,参照附图做进一步说明。
为了使本公开所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚、明白,以下结合附图和实施例,对本公开进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅以解释本公开,并不用于限定本公开。
如图1所示,本公开相关技术的系统包括UE、UP网关、CP网关、BS,其中:BS,负责用户的鉴权和费用管理,下发用户的状态信息或用户配额信息给CP系统;CP系统,负责在用户附着或业务进行过程中,发起用户的鉴权,配额申请等流程。还负责并根据BS的指示,决定用户终端的业务报文的处理策略;UP系统,负责用户报文策略的接收,也负责在执行CP网关的策略,收集用户的计费信息,设置定时器,丢弃或放行用户报文。
如图2所示,本公开实施例的核心在于通过CP网关和UP网关配合,由CP网关向UP网关下发CU分离协议的NPT定时器的参数,在UP网关增加NPT定时器,在NPT定时器生效期间,根据相关策略丢弃用户报文或者重定向用户报文。当用户的业务发生中断时,业务恢复正常使用的过程如下:
业务中断后,CP网关通过CU网关分离的接口发送NPT信息给UP网关,UP网关设置该定时器和相关策略,并在该定时器生效期间,拒绝该用户报文转发或将用于报文重定向(比如改向到运营商的充值中心)。需要说明的是,NPT定时器时长可以由BS下发,也可以在CP网关配置生成。
当NPT定时器超时后,UP网关设置根据NPT定时器超时策略转发、丢弃、或缓存用户的报文。UP网关判断是否有业务开始触发器,如果有业务开始触发器,则上报业务开始事件给CP网关,CP网关发起计费请求消息给BS,走通用的BS开始流程。
基于上述架构,提出本公开的以下实施例。
实施例一
如图3所示,本公开实施例提供的一种业务控制方法,应用CP网关,该方法包括:
S301、向BS发送计费请求消息。
在一实施方式中,当UE成功接入系统,处于数据业务过程中或开始使用数据业务,CP网关向BS发送计费请求消息,计费请求消息可以是新业务开始消息、用户流量门限到达消息、用户位置更新消息等等。
S302、接收BS的计费响应消息,计费响应消息中携带第一报文执行策略,其中,第一报文执行策略包括NPT及相关策略信息、或业务中断原因、或UE配额。
在一实施方式中,BS接收到计费请求消息后,检查是否有权限进行业务,根据检查结果返回第一报文执行策略。如果用户没有充值或者BS网络故障,则第一报文执行策略包括NPT及相关策略信息、或业务中断原因,通知CP网关禁止用户使用业务。如果用户已经充值或者BS网络故障消除,则BS返回成功的结构码和用户的配额,通知CP网关让用户继续使用业务。
其中,业务中断可以是用户欠费引发的中断,或者BS网络故障引发的故障,或者BS的性能太高,要求终止部分用户的业务。这些情况下,BS可以指示CP网关在规定的NPT内中断UE的数据业务使用。相应的,用户业务恢复的条件,可以是用户充值,也可以是网络异常消除,也可以是BS的性能压力消除。
相关策略包括NPT定时器策略、NPT定时器超时策略、和/或业务开始触发器。
NPT定时器策略,用于设置在NPT定时器生效期间,丢弃或重定向用户报文的规则;NPT定时器超时策略,用于设置NPT定时器超时后,放行、上报新业务事件、重定向用户报文、或者缓存用户报文的规则。比如:UP触发会话消息上报给CP网关,CP网关发 送CCR申请新的配额,在等待BS鉴权期间的报文放行策略;业务开始触发器,用于触发业务开始事件上报。
在一实时方式中,CP网关通过控制面及用户面CU分离的接口发送NPT及相关策略信息给UP网关。
S303、向UP网关发送会话修改请求消息,会话修改请求消息携带第二报文执行策略;其中,第二报文执行策略包括NPT及相关策略信息、或UE配额。
在一实施方式中,CP网关根据BS下发的第一报文执行策略,向UP网关发送第二报文执行策略,通知UP网关根据相关策略处理用户报文。
在一些实施例中,当业务中断且第一报文执行策略不包括NPT信息时,CP网关根据业务中断原因产生NPT及相关策略信息。
实施例二
如图4所示,本公开实施例提供的一种业务控制方法,应用UP网关,该方法包括:
S401、接收CP网关发送的会话修改请求消息,获取第二报文执行策略,第二报文执行策略包括NPT及相关策略信息、或UE配额。
在一实施方式中,NPT相关策略包括NPT定时器策略、NPT定时器超时策略、和/或业务开始触发器。
NPT定时器策略,用于设置在NPT定时器生效期间,丢弃或重定向用户报文的规则;
NPT定时器超时策略,用于设置NPT定时器超时后,放行、上报新业务事件、重定向用户报文、或者缓存用户报文的规则。比如:UP触发会话消息上报给CP网关,CP网关发送CCR申请新的配额,在等待BS鉴权期间的报文放行策略。
S402、当业务中断时,根据NPT信息设置NPT定时器,在NPT定时器生效期间,根据相关策略丢弃或重定向用户报文。
S403、当NPT定时器超时后,根据相关策略处理用户报文。
实施例三
如图5所示,本公开实施例提供的一种业务控制方法,应用于BS,该方法包括:
S501、接收到CP网关发送的计费请求消息后,校验UE的使用权限。
在一实施方式中,计费请求消息可以是新业务开始消息,用户流量门限到达消息,用户位置更新消息等等。BS接收到计费请求消息后,检查是否有权限进行业务,包括鉴权和费用校验。
S502、根据UE使用权限的校验结果生成第一报文执行策略,其中,UE配额、或NPT及相关策略信息、或业务中断原因。
在一实施方式中,BS根据检查结果生成返回第一报文执行策略,如果用户没有充值或者BS网络故障,则第一报文执行策略包括NPT及相关策略信息、或业务中断原因,通知CP网关禁止用户使用业务。如果用户已经充值或者BS网络故障消除,则BS返回成功的结构码和用户的配额,通知CP网关让用户继续使用业务。其中,业务中断可以是用户欠费引发的中断,或者BS网络故障引发的故障,或者BS的性能太高,要求终止部分用户的业务。这些情况下,BS可以指示CP网关在规定的NPT内中断UE的数据业务使用。相应的,用户业务恢复的条件,可以是用户充值,也可以是网络异常消除,也可以是BS的性能压力消除。其中,相关策略信息包括NPT定时器超时策略、和/或业务开始触发器。
NPT定时器策略,用于设置在NPT定时器生效期间,丢弃或重定向用户报文的规则;
NPT定时器超时策略,用于设置NPT定时器超时后,放行、上报新业务事件、重定向用户报文、或者缓存用户报文的规则。比如:UP触发会话消息上报给CP网关,CP网关发送CCR申请新的配额,在等待BS鉴权期间的报文放行策略。
S503、向CP网关发送计费响应消息,计费响应消息中携带第一报文执行策略。
实施例四
如图6所示,本公开实施例以用户欠费后充值,业务重新鉴权恢复流程的场景为例进行说明,该方法包括以下步骤:
S601、UE成功的接入系统,处于正常的业务过程中或开始使用数据业务。
S602、CP网关发送计费请求消息到BS。
S603、BS向CP网关发送计费响应消息,计费响应消息携带欠费指示和NPT。
在一实施方式中,BS审核用户使用网络的权限,发现用户的费用不足,返回用户的 欠费指示和NPT。
S604、CP网关向UP网关发送会话修改请求消息,修改请求消息携带NPT定时器和业务开始触发器。
在一实施方式中,CP网关收到BS的响应消息,判断用户欠费,发送会话修改请求消息,携带NPT定时器和业务开始触发器发送给UP网关,可选携带业务改向地址,比如让用户业务改向到充值网站。
S605、UP网关设置NPT定时器,并发送会话修改响应消息。
S606、在NPT定时器生效期间,丢弃用户报文。
S607、NPT定时器超时,UP网关设置用户的报文状态为初始态,并设置业务开始触发器。
S608、UE使用业务,报文到达UP网关。
S609、UP网关发送新业务到达请求给CP网关。
在一实施方式中,UP网关判断该业务有业务开始触发器,就发送新业务到达请求给CP网关。
S610、CP网关回复新业务到达响应消息。
S611、CP网关向BS发送计费请求消息,携带该业务标识等参数。
S612、返回成功结果码和用户的配额等信息。
在一实施方式中,如果用户在等待NTP期间充值,BS查询用户的费用充足,返回成功结果码和用户的配额等信息。
S613、CP网关发送会话修改请求,携带用户的配额信息给UP网关.
S614、UP网关收到会话修改请求,放行用户的报文,并返回会话修改响应消息。
在一实施方式中,UP网关判断会话修改请求包含了UE配额,则放行用户的报文,用户业务畅通。
本公开实施例中,对于当前业务系统使用很高的一种业务,对降低系统的负荷,提高用户的体验很有价值。
实施例五
如图7所示,本公开实施例以用户欠费没有充值,继续保持中断业务的场景为例进行说明,具体过程如下:
S701、用户成功的接入系统,处于正常的业务过程中或开始使用数据业务;
S702、CP网关触发计费请求消息到BS。
S703、BS审核用户使用网络的权限,返回计费响应消息,携带欠费指示和NPT时长。
S704、CP网关收到BS的响应消息,判断用户欠费,发送会话修改请求消息,携带NPT定时器和业务开始触发器发送给UP网关。
可选携带业务改向地址,比如让用户业务改向到充值网站。
S705、UP网关设置NPT定时器及丢弃报文策略,发送会话修改响应消息。
S706、在NPT定时器生效期间,丢弃用户报文。
S707、NPT定时器超时,UP网关设置用户的报文状态为初始态,并设置业务开始触发器。
S708、用户使用业务,报文到达UP网关。
S709、UP网关判断该业务有业务开始触发器,就发送新业务到达请求给CP网关。
S710、CP网关回复新业务到达响应消息。
S711、CP网关向BS发送计费请求消息,携带该业务标识等参数。
S712、BS返回计费响应消息,返回欠费结果码和NPT。
在一实施方式中,由于用户在等待NTP期间没充值,BS查询用户的费用依然欠费,
S713、转至步骤S704。
实施例六
如图8所示,本公开实施例以用户欠费充值,业务直接恢复使用的场景,具体实施过程如下:
S801、用户成功的接入系统,处于正常的业务过程中或开始使用数据业务。
S802、CP网关触发计费请求消息到BS。
S803、BS审核用户使用网络的权限,发现用户的费用不足,返回用户的欠费指示和 NPT定时器。
S804、CP网关收到BS的响应消息,判断用户欠费,发送会话修改请求消息,携带NPT定时器发送给UP网关。
其中,可选携带业务改向地址,比如让用户业务改向到充值网站。
S805、UP网关设置NPT定时器以及用户报文丢弃,并发送会话修改响应消息。
S806、在NPT定时器生效期间,丢弃用户报文。
S807、NPT定时器超时,UP网关设置用户的报文状态为报文通过态。
S808、用户报文到达UP网关,UP网关判断该业务处于报文通过态,直接转发报文给数据网络,用户报文畅通。
本公开实施例中,不需要对用户业务重新鉴权,可提高用户体验,降低系统的负荷。
实施例七
如图9所示,本公开实施例以用户欠费充值,从CP网关获取NPT直接恢复业务使用为例说明,具体实施过程如下:
S901、用户成功接入系统,处于正常的业务过程中或开始使用数据业务;
S902、CP网关触发计费请求消息到BS。
S903、BS审核用户使用网络的权限,返回用户的欠费指示。
S904、CP网关获取本地配置的NPT定时器。
S905、CP网关发送会话修改请求消息发送给UP网关。
在一实施方式中,CP网关收到BS的响应消息,判断用户欠费,如果发现CP网关配置了NPT定时器,就携带NPT定时器发送给UP网关,可选携带业务改向地址,比如让用户业务改向到充值网站。
S906、UP网关设置NPT定时器及丢弃用户报文策略,并向CP网关返回发送会话修改响应消息。
S907、在NPT定时器生效期间,丢弃用户报文。
S908、当NPT定时器超时,UP网关设置用户的报文状态为报文通过态。
S909、报文到达UP网关,UP网关判断该业务处于报文通过态,就直接转发报文给数据网络,用户报文畅通。
本公开实施例中,用户欠费后充值,NPT可以根据中断原因查询本地的配置,获取NPT定时器发送给UP网关。
实施例八
本公开实施例提供一种网络设备,该网络设备包括存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,该计算机程序被处理器执行时,实现上述业务控制方法的步骤。
需要说明的是,本公开实施例的终端与上述业务控制方法实施例属于同一构思,其具体实现过程详细见方法实施例,且方法实施例中的技术特征在本实施例中均对应适用,这里不再赘述。
实施例九
本公开实施例还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,计算机可读存储介质上存储有计算机程序,计算机程序被处理器执行时,实现上述业务控制方法的步骤。
需要说明的是,本公开实施例的计算机可读存储介质与上述业务控制方法实施例属于同一构思,其具体实现过程详细见方法实施例,且方法实施例中的技术特征在本实施例中均对应适用,这里不再赘述。
本公开实施例的业务控制方法、网络设备和计算机可读存储介质,通过CP网关向UP网关下发CU分离协议的NPT定时器的参数,UP网关设置NPT定时器,并在定时器生效期间丢弃用户数据报文,从而防止用户在业务中断后,UE被迫下线而频繁尝试连接设备造成的BS和CP的网络负荷。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解,上文中所公开方法中的全部或某些S、系统、装置中的功能模块/单元可以被实施为软件、固件、硬件及其适当的组合。

本公开实施例通过CP网关向UP网关下发NPT定时器的参数,UP网关设置NPT定时器并在定时器生效期间丢弃用户数据报文,定时器到达后,对用户数据报文执行NPT策略。从而减轻用户在业务中断后,UE被迫下线而频繁尝试连接设备造成的BS和CP的网络负荷。
本公开实施例的业务控制方法、网络设备和计算机可读存储介质,通过CP网关向UP网关下发CU分离协议的NPT定时器的参数,UP网关设置NPT定时器,并在定时器生效期间丢弃用户数据报文,从而防止用户在业务中断后,UE被迫下线而频繁尝试连接设备造成的BS和CP的网络负荷。

Claims (10)
- 一种业务控制方法,应用于控制面CP网关,其中,该方法包括:向计费系统BS发送计费请求消息;接收BS的计费响应消息,所述计费响应消息中携带第一报文执行策略,其中,所述第一报文执行策略包括拒绝报文时长NPT及相关策略信息、或业务中断原因、或UE配额;向用户面UP网关发送会话修改请求消息,所述会话修改请求消息携带第二报文执行策略,其中,所述第二报文执行策略包括所述NPT及相关策略信息、或所述UE配额。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种业务控制方法,其中,所述向UP网关发送第二报文执行策略包括:通过控制面及用户面CU分离的接口发送NPT及相关策略信息给所述UP网关。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种业务控制方法,其中,所述向UP网关发送第二报文执行策略之前,该方法还包括:当业务中断时,如果所述第一报文执行策略不包括NPT信息,则根据所述业务中断原因产生所述NPT及相关策略信息。
- 根据权利要求1-3任意一项权利要求所述的一种业务控制方法,其中,所述相关策略信息包括:NPT定时器策略,用于设置在NPT定时器生效期间,丢弃或重定向用户报文的规则;NPT定时器超时策略,用于设置NPT定时器超时后,放行、上报新业务事件、重定向或者缓存用户报文的规则;和/或业务开始触发器,用于触发上报新业务开始事件。
- 一种业务控制方法,应用于UP网关,其中,该方法包括:接收CP网关发送的会话修改请求消息,获取第二报文执行策略,其中,所述第二报文执行策略包括所述NPT及相关策略信息、或所述UE配额;当业务中断时,根据NPT信息设置NPT定时器,在所述NPT定时器生效期间,根据相关策略丢弃所述用户报文或重定向所述用户报文;当NPT定时器超时后,根据相关策略处理所述用户报文。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种业务控制方法,其中,所述相关策略还包括业务开始触发器,相应的,当所述NPT定时器超时后,该方法还包括:接收到用户报文后,根据所述业务开始触发器向所述CP网关发送新业务开始事件。
- 一种业务控制方法,应用于BS,其中,该方法包括:接收到CP网关发送的计费请求消息后,校验UE的使用权限;根据所述UE使用权限的校验结果生成第一报文执行策略,所述第一报文执行策略包括:所述UE配额、或NPT及相关策略信息、或业务中断原因;向所述CP网关发送计费响应消息,所述计费响应消息中携带所述第一报文执行策略。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种业务控制方法,其中,所述相关策略信息包括:NPT定时器策略,用于设置在NPT定时器生效期间,丢弃或重定向用户报文的规则;NPT定时器超时策略,用于设置NPT定时器超时后,放行、上报新业务事件、重定位或者缓存用户报文的规则;和/或业务开始触发器,用于触发上报新业务开始事件。
- 一种网络设备,其中,网络设备包括存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述计算机程序被所述处理器执行时,实现如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的业务控制方法的步骤;或实现如权利要求5至6中任一项所述的业务控制方法的步骤;或实现如权利要求7至8中任一项所述的业务控制方法的步骤。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时,实现如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的业务控制方法的步骤;或实现如权利要求5至6中任一项所述的业务控制方法的步骤;或实现如权利要求7至8中任一项所述的业务控制方法的步骤。
