有鉴于此,本公开提供一种底座和电子设备,用以解决现有技术中智能语音设备可扩展性较低,用户使用体验较差的技术问题。
本公开提供了一种底座,包括:
壳体;
设置在所述壳体上的卡槽,所述卡槽用于放置显示设备;
其中,所述壳体内设置有:
语音采集装置,用于采集用户的语音数据,其中,所述底座和/或所述显示设备连接的处理服务器获取到所述语音数据后进行处理并生成反馈信息,以使得所述底座输出与所述反馈信息相对应的第一数据并使得所述显示设备输出与所述反馈信息相对应的第二数据。
上述底座,可选的,所述反馈信息包括所述第一数据和所述第二数据;
所述底座接收所述处理服务器发送的所述第一数据,并输出所述第一数据;
其中,所述第二数据由所述显示设备从所述底座或所述处理服务器接收并在所述显示设备上输出。

从上述技术方案可以看出,本公开提供的一种底座及电子设备,通过在底座中设置能够放置显示设备的卡槽以及语音采集装置,从而底座和/或显示设备所连接的处理服务器能够在获取到语音采集装置采集到的语音数据之后 进行处理并生成反馈信息,进而使得底座输出与反馈信息相对应的第一数据并使得显示设备输出与反馈信息相对应的第二数据。由此,本公开中无需专用的智能语音设备,而是将底座与显示设备进行组合实现底座输出第一数据显示设备输出第二数据的目的,而显示设备和底座也可以独立使用实现相应的功能,可见,本公开中为用户提供了多种使用模式,进而明显改善用户的使用体验。

下面将结合本公开实施例中的附图,对本公开实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本公开一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本公开中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本公开保护的范围。
参考图1,为本公开实施例一提供的一种底座的结构示意图,该底座可以与显示设备组合实现智能语音设备的功能。具体的,本实施例中该底座可以包括以下结构:
壳体1;
设置在壳体1上的卡槽2,其中,卡槽2可以用于放置显示设备。该卡槽2可以基于显示设备的外形结构进行设置,从而能够稳定放置显示设备,而显示设备可以为pad或笔记本等设备。
在一种实现方式中,卡槽2在底座中可以为直立设置与底座底面呈90度,或者,为了显示设备在卡槽2内的稳定性,可以将卡槽2设置为与底座底面呈一定角度。
其中,壳体1内设置有语音采集装置3,用于采集用户的语音数据。
而底座和/或显示设备与处理服务器连接。如图2中所示,处理服务器可以与底座和显示设备同时相连;或者,处理服务器可以只连接到底座,而通过底座或其他器件与显示设备间接连接,如图3中所示;或者,处理服务器可以只连接到显示设备,而通过显示设备或其他器件与底座间接连接,如图4中所示。该处理服务器能够获取语音采集装置3所采集到的用户的语音数据,并对该语音数据进行处理并生成反馈信息,由此使得底座输出与反馈信息相对应的第一数据而显示设备输出与反馈信息相对应的第二数据。
其中,壳体1内所设置的语音采集装置3可以通过麦克风等能够采集语音数据的器件实现,而处理服务器可以为云端服务器或者其他能够实现数据处理功能的设备。
在处理服务器中可以直接接收语音采集装置3所采集到的语音数据,如图5中所示,具体可以通过处理服务器与语音采集装置3之间的通信模块实现,例如,语音采集装置3在采集到语音数据之后通过壳体1内的蓝牙、WiFi或移动通信网络的通信模块等将语音数据传输到处理服务器,而处理服务器通过其相应的蓝牙、WiFi或移动通信网络的通信模块等对语音数据进行接收;
或者,在处理服务器中可以通过其他中间器件接收语音采集装置3所采集到的语音数据,例如,语音采集装置3将语音数据采集到之后发送到显示设备,此时,处理服务器接收显示设备所转发的语音数据,从而获得到该语音数据,如图6中所示。
具体的,处理服务器在获取到语音数据之后,通过对语音数据进行处理进而生成反馈信息,该反馈信息可以是对语音数据进行压缩及解压缩等数据传输处理,也可以是对语音数据进行语音识别及数据分离等处理,也可以是处理服务器基于该语音数据的识别结果所获取的各种数据信息,如音频及画面等信息。
需要说明的是,本实施例中显示设备放置在底座中能够与底座组合,在底座输出第一数据时,在显示设备中输出第二数据,从而为用户提供智能语音设备的功能服务体验的同时,提供交互画面的展示,而底座与显示设备也可以拆开独立使用,例如,底座可以单独用来放置其他器件或者采集语音数据进行记录,而显示设备也可以单独用来显示所需要的画面数据等,从而充分利用底座与显示设备的功能价值,为用户提供更多使用体验。
其中,底座可以通过设置语音输出装置将第一数据输出,如扬声器等。
从上述技术方案可以看出,本公开实施例一提供的一种底座,通过在底座中设置能够放置显示设备的卡槽以及语音采集装置,从而底座和/或显示设备所连接的处理服务器能够在获取到语音采集到的语音数据之后进行处理并生成反馈信息,进而使得底座输出与反馈信息相对应的第一数据并使得显示设备输出与反馈信息相对应的第二数据。由此,本实施例中无需专用的智能语音设备,而是将底座与显示设备进行组合实现底座输出第一数据显示设备输出第二数据的目的,而显示设备和底座也可以独立使用实现相应的功能,可见,本公开中为用户提供了多种使用模式,进而明显改善用户的使用体验。
在一种实现方式中,第一数据可以为处理服务器所生成的语音回复数据等信息,第二数据可以为处理服务器所生成的画面数据或视频数据等信息,由此,底座接收到用户的语音数据之后,经过与处理服务器的数据交互,底座上输出第一数据的同时,显示设备上输出第二数据,从而实现声音和画面同时输出,以实现智能语音设备的功能。
在一种实现方式中,底座与处理服务器相连接,而显示设备可以与底座间接连接,由此显示设备与处理服务器之间通过底座进行数据传输;或者显示设备可以与处理服务器相连接,显示设备与处理服务器之间直接进行数据传输。
而处理服务器所生成的反馈信息中包括有第一数据和第二数据,也就是说,处理服务器在获取到语音采集装置3采集到的语音数据之后,对语音数据进行处理,得到第一数据和第二数据,例如,对语音数据进行语音识别,并基于语音识别的结果实现数据交互,从而得到相应的第一数据和第二数据,即第一数据和第二数据为处理服务器基于语音识别的结果所反馈的信息。
相应的,底座接收处理服务器所发送的第一数据和第二数据,进而将该第一数据进行输出,同时,底座将接收到的第二数据转发到显示设备,由此,第二数据由显示设备从底座接收并在显示设备上进行输出,如图7中所示;或者,底座接收处理服务器所发送的第一数据,而第二数据则由处理服务器直接发送给显示设备,并在显示设备上进行输出,如图8中所示。
在一种实现方式中,底座与处理服务器相连接,而显示设备可以与底座间接连接,由此显示设备与处理服务器之间通过底座进行数据传输。
而处理服务器所生成的反馈信息包括处理服务器基于语音数据所反馈的内容,底座对处理服务器所生成的反馈信息进行接收并对反馈信息进行解析,从而得到第一数据和第二数据并将第一数据进行输出,而对于第二数据,底座在解析得到第二数据之后将第二数据发送给显示设备,由显示设备将第二数据进行输出,也就是说,处理服务器在获取到语音采集装置3采集到的语音数据之后,基于语音数据进行交互反馈,得到反馈信息,而底座在接收到处理服务器发送的反馈信息之后进行解析,得到第一数据和第二数据。
由此,底座将解析得到的第一数据进行输出,同时,底座将解析得到的第二数据发送到显示设备,由此,第二数据由显示设备从底座接收并在显示设备上进行输出,如图9中所示。
在一种实现方式中,底座与处理服务器相连接,而显示设备可以与底座间接连接,由此显示设备与处理服务器之间通过底座进行数据传输;或者显示设备与处理服务器相连接,显示设备与处理服务器之间直接进行数据传输。
而处理服务器所生成的反馈信息包括处理服务器基于语音数据所反馈的内容,底座对处理服务器所生成的反馈信息进行接收并对反馈信息进行解析,从而得到第一数据并将第一数据进行输出,与此同时,反馈信息也会由处理服务器发送到显示设备,显示设备对从处理服务器接收来的反馈信息进行解析,从而得到第二数据并将第二数据进行输出,如图10中所示;
或者,底座对处理服务器所生成的反馈信息进行接收并对反馈信息进行解析,从而得到第一数据并将第一数据进行输出,与此同时,反馈信息也会由底座转发到显示设备,显示设备对从底座接收来的反馈信息进行解析,从而得到第二数据并将第二数据进行输出,如图11中所示。
在一种实现方式中,显示设备与处理服务器相连接,而底座可以与显示设备间接连接,由此底座与处理服务器之间通过显示设备进行数据传输;或者底座与处理服务器相连接,底座与处理服务器之间直接进行数据传输。
而处理服务器所生成的反馈信息中包括有第一数据和第二数据,也就是说,处理服务器在获取到语音采集装置3采集到的语音数据之后,对语音数据进行处理,得到第一数据和第二数据,例如,对语音数据进行语音识别,并基于语音识别的结果实现数据交互,从而得到相应的第一数据和第二数据,即第一数据和第二数据为处理服务器基于语音识别的结果所反馈的信息。
相应的,显示设备接收处理服务器所发送的第一数据和第二数据,并将该第二数据进行输出,同时,显示设备将接收到的第一数据转发到底座,底座从显示设备接收第一数据并进行输出,如图12中所示;或者,第二数据由显示设备从处理服务器接收并在显示设备进行输出,同时,底座将第一数据从处理服务器直接接收并进行输出,如图13中所示。
在一种实现方式中,显示设备与处理服务器相连接,而底座可以与显示设备间接连接,由此底座与处理服务器之间通过显示设备进行数据传输。
而处理服务器所生成的反馈信息包括处理服务器基于语音数据所反馈的内容,显示设备从处理服务器接收反馈信息并对反馈信息进行解析,从而得到第一数据和第二数据并将第二数据进行输出,而对于第一数据,显示设备在解析得到第一数据之后将第一数据发送给底座,由底座将第一数据进行输出,也就是说,处理服务器在获取到语音采集装置3采集到的语音数据之后,基于语音数据进行交互反馈,得到反馈信息,而显示设备在接收到处理服务器发送的反馈信息之后进行解析,得到第一数据和第二数据。
由此,显示设备将解析得到的第二数据进行输出,同时,显示设备将解析得到的第一数据发送到底座,由此,第一数据由底座从显示设备接收并在底座上进行输出,如图14中所示。
在一种实现方式中,显示设备与处理服务器相连接,而底座可以与显示设备间接链接,由此底座与处理服务器之间通过显示设备进行数据传输;或者底座与处理服务器之间相连接,与处理服务器之间直接进行数据传输。
而处理服务器所生成的反馈信息包括处理服务器基于语音数据所反馈的内容,显示设备从处理服务器接收反馈信息,并对反馈信息进行解析,从而得到第二数据并将第二数据进行输出。与此同时,反馈信息也会由处理服务器发送到底座,底座对从处理服务器接收来的反馈信息进行解析,从而得到第一数据并将第一数据进行输出,如图15中所示;
或者,显示设备从处理服务器接收反馈信息并对反馈信息进行解析,从而得到第二数据并将第二数据进行输出,与此同时,显示设备也会将反馈信息转发到底座,底座从显示设备接收转发来的反馈信息,之后,底座对从显示设备接收来的反馈信息进行解析,从而得到第一数据并将第一数据进行输出,如图16中所示。
如图17中底座侧视图所示,在一种实现方式中,本实施例中的底座中还可以包括有:充电接口4,该充电接口4可以设置在卡槽2内,并且,能够与放置在卡槽2内的显示设备相连接,从而充电接口4能够利用外界的供电电源或者自身的电池等储能设备对显示设备进行充电,还可以对其他能够放置在卡槽2内的电子设备进行充电。
如图18中所示,在一种实现方式中,本实施例中的底座还可以包括有:脚架5,该脚架5的强度可以根据需求而设置,而脚架5设置在底座的底部6后侧,该底部6后侧为与第二数据在显示设备上的输出侧面相反的侧面,也就是说,脚架5在底座上的位置与显示设备的输出朝向相反,由此,在显示设备以一定角度斜放置在卡槽2内时,显示设备的重心会因为显示设备的输出向输出方向的相反方向偏移,而此时脚架5可以在显示设备输出相反的反向上对显示设备的重心进行支撑,从而支撑底座不翻倒,从而达到支撑显示设备稳定的放置在卡槽2内。
如图19中所示,在一种实现方式中,本实施例中可以在底座上设置至少一个扬声器7,底座上的扬声器7能够输出第一数据,并且,扬声器7可以设置在底座的至少一个侧面上,例如,如果底座上只设置一个扬声器7时,可以将扬声器7设置在底座的前侧面,该前侧面即为与第二数据在显示设备的输出侧面相同的一面;或者,如果底座上设置有多个扬声器7时,可以将扬声器7设置在底座前侧面的左右两端,或者,如图20所示,设置在底座左右两个侧面,以达到左右声道环绕立体声的声音输出效果。
如图21所示,在一种实现方式中,为了能够清晰有效的采集语音数据,本实施例中可以在底座上设置至少两个麦克风8,即语音采集装置3由至少两个麦克风8组成,这些麦克风8设置在底座的前侧面,用于采集语音数据,而前侧面则是与第二数据在显示设备上的输出侧面同侧的一面,在前侧面的两端和中间可以分别设置麦克风,3个麦克风一起能够采集360度的3米以上的远场语音数据。
如图22中所示,在一种实现方式中,底座上还可以设置有:背板9,该背板9可以通过灰色透明聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯PMMA(polymethyl methacrylate)实现,设置在底座卡槽2内且贴靠在卡槽2内的后侧面,而后侧面为第二数据在显示设备上的输出侧面相反的侧面,背板9的高度可以大于卡槽2的深度,即背板9设置在卡槽2内后高出卡槽2一定距离,且背板9高出底座顶面的部分与底座顶面呈现预设的角度,该预设角度小于90度,从而使得背板9能够稳定支撑卡槽2内放置的显示设备。
如图23中所示,在一种实现方式中,底座上还可以设置有语音处理装置10,如数字信号处理器DSP(Digital Signal Processing)等,用以对语音采集装置3所采集到的语音数据进行降噪及回声抑制处理,从而得到降噪后的语音数据,再由处理服务器对降噪后的语音数据进行处理得到反馈信息,从而提高后续第一数据和第二数据等交互信息的准确性。
如图24中所示,在一种实现方式中,底座上还可以设置有信号处理装置11,如放大器等,用以对第一数据进行信号放大处理,以使得底座利用其扬声器等声音输出装置将经过信号放大处理后的第一数据进行输出。
如图25中所示,在一种实现方式中,底座上还可以设置有指示灯12,指示灯12可以设置在底座前侧面、后侧面或者前侧面和后侧面同时设置,指示灯12可以采用透明导光材料,可以为条状结构,可以沿竖直方向设置,而且指示灯12在底座上的位置可以与卡槽2上显示设备输出第二数据的输出侧面同侧。具体的,指示灯12可以通过闪光来提示用户,并且通过指示灯12的闪光方式表征底座的工作状态,工作状态例如是连接正常、连接异常或正在语音交互等状态,或者指示灯12还可以用以提示显示设备的工作状态等等。例如指示灯12快闪时表征蓝牙连接正在配对过程中,指示灯12绿色长亮表征蓝牙连接正常,等等。
另外,为了保护底座上各种组件如扬声器等,可以在底座的各侧面设置布网架,并在布网架上设置出音网布,从而达到保护扬声器而不影响声音输出效果的目的。
在实际应用中,底座的壳体1侧饰板等结构的材质可以采用塑料金属漆喷涂实现,而在底座壳体1顶部(上盖)和底部(底盖)可以设置塑料咬花,实现美观效果,改善用户使用体验。
参考图26,为本公开实施例二提供的一种电子设备的结构示意图,该电子设备可以包括有以下结构:

可见,本公开实施例二提供的一种电子设备,通过在底座中设置能够放置显示设备的卡槽以及语音采集装置,从而底座和/或显示设备所连接的处理服务器能够在获取到语音采集到的语音数据之后进行处理并生成反馈信息,进而使得底座输出与反馈信息相对应的第一数据并使得显示设备输出与反馈信息相对应的第二数据。由此,本实施例中无需专用的智能语音设备,而是将底座与显示设备进行组合实现底座输出第一数据显示设备输出第二数据的目的,而显示设备和底座也可以独立使用实现相应的功能,可见,本公开中为用户提供了多种使用模式,进而明显改善用户的使用体验。
以下以底座为蓝牙底座,以显示设备为pad(平板电脑)为例,对电子设备进行举例说明:
如图27和图28中所示,底座可以通过蓝牙和主机处理服务器连接,蓝牙模块负责底座和主机处理服务器之间的数据上下行通信,底座上有麦克风阵列和用于实现远场降噪和回声抑制功能的DSP芯片。由此,底座将麦克风阵列采集到的语音数据,通过DSP进行前端消噪,然后通过蓝牙模块传给平板电脑。平板电脑收到语音数据后,上传到语音服务提供商的Cloud接口,并通过蓝牙将语音信息下行到底座的喇叭,实现和云端智能语音服务的对接与交互。与此同时,蓝牙底座同时可配合平板电脑的屏幕,将云端的视觉交互类信息呈现在平板电脑的屏幕上,从而实现Smart Display的功能。
可见,本实施例中采用平板与蓝牙底座相组合的方式实现Smart Display功能,对于已经有平板电脑的用户,只需要再入手一个蓝牙底座,就能将手头的平板电脑变为Smart Display。用很低的成本实现Smart Display功能,即智能语音设备功能,实现实时语音交互。
其中,蓝牙底座具备锁定使用Dock/解锁Undock的特性,在Undock状态下,用户可以随意使用平板电脑,而蓝牙底座也可以单独作为蓝牙音箱或者录音设备使用;当用户不用平板电脑的时候,可以将平板电脑插入蓝牙底座,实现带远场语音交互的Smart Display的功能,因此,本实施例中具有很强的灵活性。
而蓝牙底座除了可作为平板电脑的支架,扩展Smart Display功能外,对于已经有配备无线Pogo Pin充电接口的平板电脑,底座同时还能给平板电脑充电。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。对于实施例公开的装置而言,由于其与实施例公开的方法相对应,所以描述的比较简单,相关之处参见方法部分说明即可。

  1. 一种底座,包括:
    壳体;
    设置在所述壳体上的卡槽,所述卡槽用于放置显示设备;
    其中,所述壳体内设置有:
    语音采集装置,用于采集用户的语音数据,其中,所述底座和/或所述显示设备连接的处理服务器获取到所述语音数据后对所述语音数据进行处理并生成反馈信息,以使得所述底座输出与所述反馈信息相对应的第一数据并使得所述显示设备输出与所述反馈信息相对应的第二数据。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的底座,其中,所述反馈信息包括所述第一数据和所述第二数据;
    所述底座接收所述处理服务器发送的所述第一数据,并输出所述第一数据;
    其中,所述第二数据由所述显示设备从所述底座或所述处理服务器接收并在所述显示设备上输出。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的底座,其中,所述底座接收所述处理服务器发送的反馈信息,对所述反馈信息进行解析,得到第一数据和第二数据,并将所述第一数据输出;
    所述底座向所述显示设备发送所述第二数据,以使得所述显示设备将所述第二数据进行输出。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的底座,其中,所述底座接收所述处理服务器发送的反馈信息,并对所述反馈信息进行解析,得到第一数据,将所述第一数据输出;其中,所述显示设备从所述底座或所述处理服务器接收所述反馈信息并对所述反馈信息进行解析得到第二数据,并将所述第二数据输出。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的底座,其中,所述反馈信息包括第一数据和第二数据;
    其中,所述第二数据由所述显示设备从所述处理服务器接收并输出;
    所述底座接收所述显示设备或所述处理服务器发送的第一数据,并将所述第一数据输出。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的底座,其中,所述反馈信息由所述显示设备从所述处理服务器接收并对所述反馈信息进行解析,得到第一数据和第二数据,所述第二数据由所述显示设备进行输出;
    所述底座接收所述显示设备发送的所述第一数据,并将所述第一数据进行输出。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的底座,其中,所述反馈信息由所述显示设备从所述处理服务器接收并对所述反馈信息进行解析,得到第二数据,所述第二数据由所述显示设备进行输出;
    所述底座接收所述显示设备或所述处理服务器发送的所述反馈信息,并对所述反馈信息进行解析,得到第一数据,将所述第一数据输出。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的底座,其中,还包括:
    充电接口,设置在所述卡槽内,与放置在所述卡槽内的显示设备相连接,用于对所述显示设备进行充电;
    脚架,设置在所述底座的底部后侧,所述底部后侧为与所述第二数据在所述显示设备上的输出侧面相反的侧面,所述脚架用于支撑在所述卡槽内设置所述显示设备的底座;以及
    至少一个扬声器,所述扬声器用于输出所述第一数据,且所述扬声器设置在所述底座的至少一个侧面上;
    其中,所述语音采集装置包括:
    至少两个麦克风,所述麦克风设置在所述底座的前侧面上,用于采集语音数据,其中,所述前侧面与所述第二数据在所述显示设备上的输出侧面同侧。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的底座,其中,还包括:
    背板,设置在所述卡槽内且贴靠在所述卡槽内的后侧面,所述后侧面为与所述第二数据在所述显示设备上的输出侧面相反的侧面,所述背板的高度大于所述卡槽的深度,且所述背板高出所述底座顶面的部分与所述底座顶面呈预设角度,所述预设角度小于90度。
  10. 一种电子设备,包括:
    显示设备;
    底座;所述底座包括:
    壳体;
    设置在所述壳体上的卡槽,所述卡槽用于放置显示设备;
    其中,所述壳体内设置有:
    语音采集装置,用于采集用户的语音数据,其中,所述底座和/或所述显示设备连接的处理服务器获得到所述语音数据后进行处理并生成反馈信息,以使得所述底座输出与所述反馈信息相对应的第一数据并使得所述显示设备输出与所述反馈信息相对应的第二数据。
