请参阅图1-3,本实用新型实施例一提供了一种电子烟系统100,电子烟系统100包括电子烟充电装置10以及可拆卸地安装在电子烟充电装置10中的电子烟抽吸装置20,电子烟抽吸装置20与电子烟充电装置10电性连接。电子烟充电装置10可用于为电子烟抽吸装置20充电,电子烟抽吸装置20可雾化放入其内的烟制品(图未示出)。
电子烟充电装置10包括壳体11、设于壳体11一端与壳体11活动连接的上盖结构12以及设于壳体11内的供电装置13。
壳体11的顶部开设有用于置放电子烟抽吸装置20的空腔111,壳体11的顶部远离空腔111的一侧开设有与上盖结构12连接的轴孔(图未示出)。空腔111的顶部腔壁上设有用于和电子烟抽吸装置20外表面抵持的密封圈1111,在本实施方式中,密封圈1111由橡胶、硅胶等材料制成,密封圈1111的外表面与空腔111的腔壁通过卡接的方式连接,可以理解的,在其他实施方式中,密封圈1111还可以采用粘接、插接等方式与空腔111的腔壁连接;在本实施方式中,轴孔为通孔。壳体11的侧壁上开设有与外界空气连通的进气孔112,空腔111的底部还设有引风件113,引风件113的一端和进气孔112连通形成进气通道1131,引风件113的另一端与空腔111连通形成出气通道1132,在本实施方式中,出气通道1132的一端与引风件113连接,出气通道1132的另一端与空腔111的底部连接,使得外界空气通过进气通道1131进入引风件113中,引风件113用于将从进气通道1131进入引风件113的外界空气快速地引至出气通道1132内,使得外界空气通过出气通道1132进入空腔111中。在本实施方式中,引风件113为风机,风机的进气管(图未示出)与进气孔112连通形成进气通道1131,风机的出气管(图未示出)与空腔111连通形成出气通道1132,可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,引风件113还可以为风扇、气泵等。
请再次参阅图2,上盖结构12包括与轴孔对应的转轴(图未示出)以及通过转轴与壳体11转动连接的盖板121,盖板121与壳体11的顶部可转动的连接,盖板121可打开或者关闭空腔111。盖板121的两侧内表面上对应轴孔的两端开设有两个限位孔(图未示出),在本实施方式中,两个限位孔均为盲孔,安装时,先将转轴置于轴孔中,再将其中一个限位孔套设于转轴的一端,此时,通过调节转轴在轴孔中的位移,再将另一个限位孔套设于转轴的另一端。可以理解的,在其他实施方式中,盖板121还可以采用卡接、插接、磁接等方式活动 地安装于壳体11上,此时,用户可通过推动、转动或者其他方式调节盖板121,从而打开或关闭空腔111。在本实施方式中,盖板121上还开设有与外界空气连通的盖板出气口1211,当盖板121关闭空腔111时,盖板出气口1211连通外界空气和空腔111,上盖结构12用于防止电子烟抽吸装置20在充电期间从置放腔211中滑出所导致的充电失效,上盖结构12还用于提升电子烟充电装置10外观的一致性。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,上盖结构12可以省略,当上盖结构12省略时,空腔111与外界空气连通,电子烟抽吸装置20可以通过卡接、螺纹连接等可拆卸连接方式连接至电子烟充电装置10。
供电装置13用于为电子烟充电装置10供电,供电装置13包括第一控制器131、第一电池132以及设置于空腔111底部的第一电极接触(图未示出),第一电池132和第一电极接触均与第一控制器131电性连接,可以理解的,在其他未示出的实施方式中,第一电极接触的位置还可以设置在空腔111的侧壁上并不做限定。
可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,壳体11上可以设有USB(UNIVERSAL SERIAL BUS通用串行总线)接口(图未示出)和至少一个指示器(图未示出),USB接口和指示器均与第一控制器131连接,第一控制器131用于控制指示器提醒用户以及对用户插入USB接口的U盘、读卡器、充电器等进行读取、写入、存储、修改以及充电等操作;其中一个指示器可以用于提醒用户电子烟抽吸装置20已经完成充电;其中一个指示器可以用于提醒用户电子烟抽吸装置20未完全插入空腔111;其中一个指示器可以用于提醒用户电子烟抽吸装置20插入空腔111后的位置发生偏移;其中一个指示器可以用于提醒用户电子烟充电装置的电量水平可以理解的,指示器的功能及数量并不做限定,根据电子烟充电装置10的控制需求设置即可;提醒用户的方式包括第一控制器131控 制多个指示器闪烁、蜂鸣、震动等。
请再次参阅图3,电子烟抽吸装置20包括外壳21、位于外壳21内的第二电池22和第二控制器23。外壳21上一端开口形成用于置放烟制品的置放腔211,在本实施方式中,外壳21上远离第二电池22的一端开口形成有用于置放烟制品的置放腔211,可以理解地,在其他实施方式中,置放腔211可以设置在外壳21上的任意位置。外壳21的侧壁上开设有至少一个进气口212,置放腔211的腔壁上开设有至少一个与进气口212连通的出气口(图未示出),出气口使得通过出气通道1132进入空腔111中的空气,能够通过进气口212进入到外壳21中,外壳21中的空气能够通过出气口进入到置放腔211中,第二控制器23与第二电池22连接。电子烟抽吸装置20还包括设于置放腔211内与第二控制器23连接的加热件24以及设于外壳21底部与第一电极接触对应的第二电极接触(图未示出),第二电极接触与第二电池22电性连接。可以理解地,当第一电极接触与第二电极接触电性连接时,即电子烟抽吸装置20放置在电子烟充电装置10的置放腔211中充电时,沿空腔111内的空气流动方向密封圈1111相对于进气口212位于空气流动方向的下游,从而保证空腔111内的空气无法从密封圈1111位置逸出,且空腔111内的空气由进气口212进入到电子烟抽吸装置20的置放腔211中,在本实施方式中,充电时密封圈1111与外壳21抵持的位置相对于进气口212位于电子烟抽吸装置20轴向的上方。可以理解地,烟制品包括过滤部(图未示出)以及位于过滤部一端的气溶胶形成基质(图未示出),在本实施方式中,过滤部由醋酸纤维或者聚丙烯材质制成,气溶胶形成基质为烟丝,可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,气溶胶形成基质还可以为烟膏、烟饼等其他烟草制品。使用时,将烟制品置于置放腔211中的加热件24上,加热件24可加热雾化烟制品以形成烟雾。
安装过程:组装上盖结构12,组装时,先将转轴置于轴孔中,再将其中一个限位孔套设于转轴的一端,通过调节转轴在轴孔中的位移,再将另一个限位孔套设于转轴的另一端,使得盖板121与壳体11的底部可转动的连接,从而盖板121可打开或者关闭空腔111。
使用过程:当用户需要抽吸电子烟系统100时,将烟制品置于置放腔211中并且烟制品与加热件24接触,加热件24可加热雾化烟制品以形成烟雾。可选的,当用户需要对电子烟抽吸装置20充电时,将烟制品从置放腔211中拔出,将电子烟抽吸装置20置放于空腔111中,使得第二电极接触与第一电极接触连接,电子烟充电装置10向电子烟抽吸装置20充电。
优选的,将电子烟抽吸装置20置放于空腔111中,使得电子烟抽吸装置20的外表面与密封圈1111的内表面抵持,此时,密封圈1111限定了电子烟抽吸装置20的位置,并封闭了其与电子烟抽吸装置20外表面之间的间隙。盖板121关闭空腔111后,当加热分解电子烟抽吸装置20中加热件24上的污垢时,电子烟充电装置10启动引风件,引风件向出气通道1132吹风,使得外界空气通过进气通道1131进入引风件113,进入引风件113内的空气迅速地通过出气通道1132进入到空腔111底部,由于密封圈1111的内表面封闭了其与电子烟抽吸装置20外表面之间的间隙,密封圈1111的外表面封闭了其与空腔111腔壁之间的间隙,因此,空腔111底部的空气逐渐地能够通过外壳21侧壁上的进气口212进入到外壳21内,流经外壳21内的一部分空气经过出气口进入置放腔211中,从而将置放腔211中加热件24加热分解污垢后所形成的气体通过盖板出气口1211排出至外界空气中,外壳21内的另外一部分空气通过吹拂第二电池22和第二控制器23,从而降低第二电池22和第二控制器23在其使用中所产生的余温,这部分空气再通过出气口进入到置放腔211中,最终通过盖板出气 口1211及时排出至外界空气中,从而能够对第二电池22和第二控制器23进行散热。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,密封圈1111还可以省略,当密封圈1111省略时,当加热分解电子烟抽吸装置20中加热件24上的污垢时,电子烟充电装置10启动引风件,引风件向出气通道1132吹风,使得外界空气通过进气通道1131进入引风件113,进入引风件113内的空气迅速地通过出气通道1132进入到空腔111底部,空腔111底部的空气通过置放腔211上端,从而将置放腔211中加热件24加热分解污垢所形成的气体通过盖板出气口1211排出至外界空气中。
本实用新型实施例一的电子烟充电装置10或采用该电子烟充电装置10的电子烟系统100,由于壳体11上分别开设有用于置放电子烟抽吸装置20的空腔111以及与外界空气连通的进气孔112,壳体11内还设有连通进气孔112和空腔111的引风件113;当电子烟抽吸装置20放置在空腔111中,引风件能够将通过进气孔112进入到引风件113中的外界空气吹至空腔111中,使得空腔111中的空气能够通过电子烟抽吸装置20上的进气口212进入到与进气口212连通的设有加热件24的置放腔211中,从而将残留污垢加热分解后所形成的气体通过盖板出气口1211流至外界空气中;本实用新型的电子烟系统100,通过在电子烟充电装置10内和电子烟抽吸装置20内形成对流气流,能够将残留污垢加热分解后所形成的气体排出至外界空气中,便于用户清洁加热件24。
实施例二
请同时参阅图4,本实用新型实施例二提供的电子烟充电装置10与实施例一的电子烟充电装置10的主要区别在于,出气通道1132的一端与引风件113连接,出气通道1132的另一端与空腔111的一侧腔壁连接,且出气通道1132与空腔111腔壁连接的一端靠近外壳21上的进气口212,使得引风件113中的 空气经出气通道1132进入到空腔111中。
本实用新型实施例二的电子烟充电装置10或采用该电子烟充电装置10的电子烟系统100,出气通道1132的一端与引风件113的顶部腔壁连接,出气通道1132的另一端与空腔111的一侧腔壁连接,由于出气通道1132与空腔111一侧腔壁连接的一端靠近外壳21上的进气口212,因此,当引风件113向出气通道1132吹风时,在引风件113的助力下,外界空气从出气通道1132进入到空腔111中,进入空腔111中的空气再通过外壳21侧壁上的进气口212进入到外壳21内,流经外壳21内的一部分空气经过出气口进入置放腔211中,从而将置放腔211中加热件24加热分解污垢后所形成的气体通过盖板出气口1211排出至外界空气中。由于出气通道1132与空腔111一侧腔壁连接的一端靠近外壳21上的进气口212,一方面,缩短了外界空气进入外壳21内的时间,另一方面,外界空气通过进气口212进入外壳21内的空气气压较高,使得通过出气口进入置放腔211的空气气压也较高,从而可以更加迅速地将置放腔211中加热件24加热分解污垢后所形成的气体通过盖板出气口1211排出至外界空气中,提高了排出污染气体的效果。
上述实施例仅表达了本实用新型的实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本实用新型专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本实用新型的保护范围。因此,本实用新型专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子烟充电装置,用于电子烟系统,所述电子烟系统包括电子烟抽吸装置,其特征在于:所述电子烟充电装置包括壳体,所述壳体上分别开设有用于置放所述电子烟抽吸装置的空腔以及与外界空气连通的进气孔,所述壳体内还设有连通所述进气孔和所述空腔的引风件。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于:所述引风件的一端和所述进气孔连通形成进气通道,所述引风件的另一端和所述空腔连通形成出气通道。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于:所述空腔的顶部腔壁上设有密封圈,当所述电子烟抽吸装置置放在所述空腔中时,所述电子烟抽吸装置的外表面与所述密封圈的内表面抵持。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于:还包括安装于所述壳体上的与所述壳体活动连接的上盖结构,用户能够通过所述上盖结构露出或者遮蔽所述空腔。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于:所述壳体上开设有轴孔,所述上盖结构包括与所述轴孔对应的转轴以及通过所述转轴与所述壳体转动连接的盖板,所述盖板的两侧壁上对应所述轴孔的两端开设有两个限位孔。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于:所述盖板上还开设有与所述与外界空气连通的盖板出气口。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟充电装置,其特征在于:所述壳体内设有为所述电子烟充电装置供电的供电装置,所述供电装置包括第一控制器、第一电池以及设于所述空腔上的第一电极接触,所述第一电池、所述第一电极接触均与所述控制器电性连接。
  8. 一种电子烟系统,其特征在于:包括电子烟抽吸装置以及如权利要求1-7 任一项所述的电子烟充电装置。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的电子烟系统,其特征在于:所述电子烟抽吸装置包括外壳、分别设于所述外壳内的第二控制器、加热件以及第二电池,所述外壳上开设有至少一个进气口,所述外壳上开设有用于置放烟制品的置放腔,所述加热件设于所述置放腔内,所述置放腔的腔壁上开设有至少一个与所述进气口连通的出气口,所述加热件和所述第二电池均与所述第二控制器电性连接。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的电子烟系统,其特征在于:所述电子烟抽吸装置还包括设于所述外壳上的第二电极接触,所述第二电极接触与所述第二电池连接。
