具体实施方式
以下是本实用新型的具体实施例并结合附图,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本实用新型并不限于这些实施例。
如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5、图6、图7所示,本消毒杀菌迷你型洗衣机,包括壳体1以及设置在壳体1内的洗衣腔2,洗衣腔2设置有可转动的搅拌装置3,搅拌装置3可拆卸连接有脱水桶4,搅拌装置3可带动脱水桶4转动,搅拌装置3用于搅拌水和衣物,脱水桶4用于脱水,洗衣腔2底部还设置有电解装置5和起泡装置6,电解装置5用于电解产生次氯酸,起泡装置6用于将加压空气通入水中并形成纳米气泡,洗衣腔2还设置有排水管路7,排水管路7用 于洗涤完毕后污水的脱除。
进一步细说,搅拌装置3包括波轮8以及带动波轮8转动的驱动装置9,驱动装置9包括波轮轴10和电机11,波轮轴10底部设置有皮带轮12,皮带轮12通过皮带13连接电机11,电机11用于带动波轮轴10旋转从而带动波轮8搅拌水和衣物。搅拌装置3起到搅拌的作用,使得衣物洗的更为洁净。
进一步细说,电解装置5包括环状阴阳电解极片,阴阳电解极片上连接有电源。阴阳电解极片用于电解,水和氯气在通电的情况下生产次氯酸,次氯酸可用于消毒杀菌。
进一步细说,起泡装置6包括进气管路16以及和进气管路16连接的气泵18,进气管路16末端连接有圆环状的出气管路17,出气管路17上分布有多个出气孔20,出气孔20用于释放纳米气泡。水中分布的大量的纳米气泡能除去衣物上残留的污渍,得到干净的衣物。出气孔20的粒径是纳米级别的。
进一步细说,洗衣腔2底部中心向下内凹形成凹台21,波轮8位于凹台21上与波轮轴10连接,环状阴阳电解极片和圆环状出气管路17位于凹台21和波轮8之间并贴近凹台21底部。有效利用了波轮8下部的空间,使得本实用新型的空间利用率高,体积小。
进一步细说,波轮8包括波轮座22和多个波轮片23,波轮片23自波轮座22中部向波轮座22边缘延伸形成凸起波浪形脊状,且靠近波轮座22边缘的脊状凸起大于波轮座22中部的脊状凸起,相邻波轮片23之间形成凹形曲面。因为波轮片23表面为凸起波浪形脊状,增大了接触面积,既能起到很好的搅拌衣物和水的作用,当波轮8和脱水桶4连接时,有能增大摩擦,防止了脱水桶4和波轮8脱离。波轮片23分布有多个圆孔,波轮片23的侧壁有能让水通过的开口槽,一个波轮片23中的脊状凸起之间也通过下凹的曲面连接。
进一步细说,波轮座22的中部向上凸起。起到定位的作用,也能有效防止脱水桶4和波轮8脱离。凸起和波轮片23之间也用曲面连接。
进一步细说,脱水桶4底部形状与波轮8表面形状相同并可紧密贴合。因为脱水桶4底部形状与波轮8表面形状相同并可紧密贴合。当需要使用脱水桶4时,只需将脱水桶4和波轮8连接安装好,搅拌装置3旋转从而带动脱水桶4工作。
进一步细说,壳体1底部设置有放置电机11和电源的容纳腔24,容纳腔24用于防止水进入电机11和电源。容纳腔24起到保护的作用。
进一步细说,波轮8和洗衣腔2内壁的表面光滑。能够很好的保护衣物。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种消毒杀菌洗衣机,其特征在于,包括壳体(1)以及设置在壳体(1)内的洗衣腔(2),所述的洗衣腔(2)设置有可转动的搅拌装置(3),所述的搅拌装置(3)可拆卸连接有脱水桶(4),所述的搅拌装置(3)可带动脱水桶(4)转动,所述的搅拌装置(3)用于搅拌水和衣物,所述的脱水桶(4)用于脱水,所述的洗衣腔(2)还设置有电解装置(5)和起泡装置(6),所述的电解装置(5)用于电解产生次氯酸,所述的起泡装置(6)用于将加压空气通入水中并形成纳米气泡,所述的洗衣腔(2)还设置有排水管路(7),所述的排水管路(7)用于洗涤完毕后污水的脱除。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种消毒杀菌洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的搅拌装置(3)包括波轮(8)以及带动波轮(8)转动的驱动装置(9),所述的驱动装置(9)包括波轮轴(10)和电机(11),所述的波轮轴(10)底部设置有皮带轮(12),所述的皮带轮(12)通过皮带(13)连接电机(11),所述的电机(11)用于带动波轮轴(10)旋转从而带动波轮(8)搅拌水和衣物。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种消毒杀菌洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的电解装置(5)包括环状阴阳电解极片,所述阴阳电解极片上连接有电源。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种消毒杀菌洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的起泡装置(6)包括进气管路(16)以及和进气管路(16)连接的气泵(18),所述的进气管路(16)末端连接有圆环状的出气管路(17),所述的出气管路(17)上分布有多个出气孔(20),所述的出气孔(20)用于释放纳米气泡。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种消毒杀菌洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的洗衣腔(2)底部中心向下内凹形成凹台(21),所述的波轮(8)位于凹台(21)上与波轮轴(10)连接,所述的环状阴阳电解极片和圆环状出气管路(17)位于凹台(21)和波轮(8)之间并贴近凹台(21)底部。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种消毒杀菌洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的波轮(8)包括波轮座(22)和多个波轮片(23),所述的波轮片(23)自波轮座(22)中部向波轮座(22)边缘延伸形成凸起波浪形脊状,且靠近所述波轮座(22)边缘的脊状凸起大于波轮座(22)中部的脊状凸起,所述相邻波轮片(23)之间形成凹形曲面。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种消毒杀菌洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的波轮座(22)的中部向上凸起。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的一种消毒杀菌洗衣机,其特征在于,所述脱水桶(4)底部形状与波轮(8)表面形状相同并可紧密贴合。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种消毒杀菌洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的壳体(1)底部设置有放置电机(11)和电源的容纳腔(24),所述的容纳腔(24)用于防止水进入电机(11)和电源。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的一种消毒杀菌洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的波轮(8)和洗衣腔(2)内壁的表面光滑。
