Description

本发明属于塔扇技术领域,尤其涉及一种塔扇安装组件以及塔扇。
目前,塔扇的固定方式常用的为两种,第一种为将塔扇底盘拆分成上下两部分,底盘上部分与机身连接,底盘下部分再通过螺钉或卡扣等紧固方式与底盘上部分连接固定。第二种是将塔扇机身底部直接嵌合到底盘中用螺钉或其他独立的紧固件等固定。
上述方案中,第一种方案连接的底盘稳定性较差,同时安装工序复杂,成本较高;第二种方案不仅导致底盘与机身连接的稳定性较差,而且需要额外的增加新物料如螺钉、紧固件,同时还需要螺丝刀等专门的工具进行安装,操作复杂,成本较高,不利于用户的安装拆卸,给用户的体验带来了不便。

- 根据权利要求7所述的塔扇安装组件,其特征在于,所述底盘上还设有用于围设形成所述第二限位槽的第二限位面,所述凸起件包括与所述第二限位面配合以限制所述机身转动的第三配合面。
- 根据权利要求7所述的塔扇安装组件,其特征在于,所述底盘上还设有卡设件,所述卡设件包括用于围设形成所述第二限位槽的第三限位面,所述凸起件包括与所述第三限位面配合以限制所述机身沿所述底盘轴向方向移动的第四配合面。
- 根据权利要求9所述的塔扇安装组件,其特征在于,所述卡设件还包括第四限位面,所述凸起件包括与所述第四限位面配合以限制所述机身沿所述底盘径向方向位移的第五配合面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的塔扇安装组件,其特征在于,所述机身上设有环形筋条,所述底盘上设有与所述环形筋条配合以限制所述机身沿所述底座径向方向位移的安装凹槽。
- 一种塔扇,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-11任一项中所述的塔扇安装组件。
