所述弹性胶座3呈U字形,该弹性胶座3的卡口12内侧成型有卡凸31,且该卡凸31具有引导斜面311,该卡凸31在固定卡子主体1夹持于该管子或柱子上后,起到防脱离的功效,且该引导斜面311能够使该固定卡子主体1能够更加快速的卡扣于该管子或柱子上,提高使用的便利性。
综上所述,本实用新型中的固定卡子主体1采用五金弹簧扣2作为骨架,以提高弹性夹持力,并在五金弹簧扣2外围通过模压成型的方式一体固定形成弹性胶座3,该弹性胶座3具有弹性,并可随五金弹簧扣2张开或闭合,在使用时,将固定卡子主体1的卡口12朝向管子或柱子,再用力一推,该固定卡子主体1的卡口12先张开以形成弹性恢复力,并在管子或柱子落入固定卡子主体1的卡持空间11中后,该固定卡子主体1的卡口12在弹性恢复力的作用下复位,以此使固定卡子主体1稳定的夹持于该管子或柱子上,且不易脱离,其操作起来十分方便。其中,所述弹性胶座3具有一定的弹性,并可为五金弹簧扣2提供一定的辅助弹性力量,其相对较易掰开而套到管子或柱子上,该弹性胶座3具有一定的摩擦力,可有效防止该固定卡子主体1在管子或柱子上滑动,使用起来十分方便,而且弹性胶座3的耐气候性良好,不容易老化,产品寿命长,导致使用成本低,令本实用新型具有极强的市场竞争力。
实施例二:
结合图6、7所示,本实施例二与上述实施例一的不同之处在于:所述弹性胶座3具有两个所述的卡持空间11及两个与该卡持空间11一一对应的卡口12,也就是说,固定卡子主体1能够同时卡扣于两根管子或柱子上,以满足不同的使用要求,进一步提高使用的便利性。
所述五金弹簧扣2呈m字形,且该弹性胶座3同样呈m字形,该弹性胶座3一体成型于该五金弹簧扣2上。所述五金弹簧扣2上成型有若干用于增强弹性能力的第一镂空孔203及若干用于定位的第一定位孔204,所述弹性胶座3内部一体固定于该第一镂空孔203中及第一定位孔204中。
所述五金弹簧扣2包括有呈U字形的折弯部24以及沿折弯部24上端两侧弯曲形成的并呈圆弧状的第一弹簧扣主体25和第二弹簧扣主体26,该第一弹簧扣主体25端部弯折 形成第三引导片27;该第二弹簧扣主体26端部弯折形成第四引导片28。
除以上所述之外,本实施例二的结构与上述实施例一的结构均相同,且该本实施例二能够达到与上述实施例一相同的技术效果,在此不再一一赘述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种固定卡子,其包括固定卡子主体(1),该固定卡子主体(1)具有一卡持空间(11)及与该卡持空间(11)连通的卡口(12),其特征在于:所述固定卡子主体(1)包括有五金弹簧扣(2)以及一体成型于该五金弹簧扣(2)外围且外形与五金弹簧扣(2)适配的弹性胶座(3),该弹性胶座(3)具有所述的卡持空间(11)及卡口(12)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种固定卡子,其特征在于:所述五金弹簧扣(2)包括由片状金属板弯曲成型并呈圆弧状的弹簧扣主体(21)以及沿该弹簧扣主体(21)两端向外弯折形成的第一引导片(22)和第二引导片(23),所述弹性胶座(3)两端延伸至该第一引导片(22)和第二引导片(23)外围。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种固定卡子,其特征在于:所述五金弹簧扣(2)上成型有若干用于增强弹性能力的镂空孔(201),所述弹性胶座(3)内部一体固定于该镂空孔(201)中。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种固定卡子,其特征在于:所述五金弹簧扣(2)上成型有若干用于定位的定位孔(202),所述弹性胶座(3)内部一体固定于该定位孔(202)中。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的一种固定卡子,其特征在于:所述弹性胶座(3)呈U字形,该弹性胶座(3)的卡口(12)内侧成型有卡凸(31),且该卡凸(31)具有引导斜面(311)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种固定卡子,其特征在于:所述弹性胶座(3)由橡胶一体成型。
  7. 一种固定卡子,其包括固定卡子主体(1),该固定卡子主体(1)具有一卡持空间(11)及与该卡持空间(11)连通的卡口(12),其特征在于:所述固定卡子主体(2)包括有五金弹簧扣(2)以及一体成型于该五金弹簧扣(2)外围且外形与五金弹簧扣(2)适配的弹性胶座(3),所述弹性胶座(3)具有两个所述的卡持空间(11)及两个与该卡持空间(11)一一对应的卡口(12)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种固定卡子,其特征在于:所述五金弹簧扣(2)呈m字形,且该弹性胶座(3)同样呈m字形,该弹性胶座(3)一体成型于该五金弹簧扣(2)上。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种固定卡子,其特征在于:所述五金弹簧扣(2)包括有呈U字形的折弯部(24)以及沿折弯部(24)上端两侧弯曲形成的并呈圆弧状的第一弹簧扣主体(25)和第二弹簧扣主体(26),该第一弹簧扣主体(25)端部弯折形成第三引导片(27);该第二弹簧扣主体(26)端部弯折形成第四引导片(28)。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的一种固定卡子,其特征在于:所述五金弹簧扣(2)上成型有若 干用于增强弹性能力的第一镂空孔(203)及若干用于定位的第一定位孔(204),所述弹性胶座(3)内部一体固定于该第一镂空孔(203)中及第一定位孔(204)中。
