Abstract

L'invention concerne un modèle d'utilité se rapportant à un nouvel agencement structural d'un appareil destiné à être installé dans des lieux ouverts ou fermés, et qui émet un faisceau de lumière laser visant à effaroucher des animaux envahissants, notamment des oiseaux. Ledit appareil est fabriqué au moyen de composants génériques facilement disponibles sur le marché des composants électriques et électroniques, permettant ainsi la construction d'un équipement de faible coût, que ce soit en termes de composants ou en termes de fabrication. Il comprend ainsi un « boîtier pour tableau de commande » (K), lequel présente, dans l'une de ses parois verticales, une ouverture sous la forme d'une fente horizontale (F). Une plateforme (P) montée intérieurement présente une face supérieure sur laquelle est monté un moteur électrique (M), dont l'axe (3) traverse la plateforme (P) de manière à se trouver sur sa face inférieure, recevant alors le montage d'un disque (D) horizontal présentant une face inférieure à laquelle est fixée une saillie cylindrique (5). Un axe vertical (E) est monté au voisinage du disque (D), axe sur lequel est monté fonctionnel un bras horizontal (B), lequel présente une ouverture longiligne (6) et est monté sur la face inférieure du disque (D), de sorte que ladite saillie (5) reste prisonnière à l'intérieur de l'ouverture (6). En outre, une bride (A) est fixée au niveau de l'extrémité opposée du bras (B), et présente, fixé à celle-ci, un canon (L) émetteur de lumière laser dont le faisceau est positionné dans la direction et la hauteur de ladite fente (F) de la paroi du boîtier (K).
