Abstract

The invention relates to a smoking mouthpiece (1) comprising a first, preferably rigid tube section (3a) having a first free end (2a), and a second, preferably rigid tube section (3b) having a second free end (2b). The invention relates to a smoke mouthpiece and a smoking device with such a smoke mouthpiece. The smoke mouthpiece allows a preferred mouthpiece position to be set when using smoking devices such as hookahs, electric or e-cigarettes, e-shishas or other smoke-generating devices.

Smoking hookahs, so-called shishas, is very popular. A smoke generated in a burner is inhaled by the smoker through a vessel filled with water via a hose, at the end of which a mouthpiece is attached. Conventional hookahs generally have a rigid, straight mouthpiece that has a central hole through which the smoke can be inhaled. Since water pipes are often consumed together, it is known to use disposable smoke mouthpieces in the straight mouthpieces of the water pipes to ensure a hygienic smoking experience. These smoke mouthpieces are straight tubes, the outer diameter of which corresponds to the inner diameter of the bore in the actual mouthpiece of the water pipe or the smoke hose. Occasionally, these disposable mouthpieces can also have a conical part that simplifies insertion into the mouthpiece hole. After completing the smoking process, these disposable smoke mouthpieces can be removed from the water pipe mouthpiece. The next user of the hookah uses his own disposable smoke mouthpiece.

A disadvantage of the known smoke mouthpieces is that they extend the actual mouthpiece of the hookah in a linear direction. This may force the smoker to adopt an uncomfortable head posture when using the smoking device. It is also necessary that there is enough space to hold the mouthpiece below the mouth. This proves to be uncomfortable, especially when consuming the hookah, for example in a lying position. The object of the present invention is therefore to enable an individual adjustment of a mouthpiece of a hookah.

This object is achieved with a smoking mouthpiece according to claim 1 and a smoking device according to claim 18. Advantageous further developments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.

In connection with the invention, the smoke mouthpiece according to the invention is mainly described in connection with hookahs. However, the invention is in no way limited to this. The smoke mouthpiece can also be used with so-called electric or e-cigarettes, e-shishas, or other, also conventional, smoking devices, such as pipes or the like. An electrical cigarette, also known as an e-cigarette or electronic cigarette or e-shisha, is to be understood as devices which, by means of an electrically heated coil, cause a liquid (the so-called liquid) to evaporate. The resulting wet steam is inhaled or puffed by the consumer. In contrast to the cigarette, there is no combustion process. The invention is not restricted to this type of smoking device.

The smoke mouthpiece according to the invention is designed as a tube section which has a first and a second free end. The first pipe section can be connected directly or indirectly via a smoke hose and / or a smoke pipe to a smoking device, while the second pipe section is provided for insertion into the mouth of a smoker. The first and second pipe sections are essentially straight and preferably rigid or essentially rigid. The invention is characterized in that a third, flexible or flexible pipe section is provided between the first and second pipe sections. The bending flexibility or bending elasticity is achieved by suitable material deformation, for example in the form of a bellows and / or by setting the material parameters of a preferably one-piece smoke mouthpiece in the region of the third pipe section. The third tube section is preferably elastically deformable and individually adjustable in shape and bending radius. The pipe section retains the deformation that has been set, but can be readjusted, at. The invention thus allows the position of the second pipe end to be adjusted to the individual needs of the smoker. This can be done before or after the introduction of the first pipe section directly into the smoking device, the smoke hose or the existing, usually straight mouthpiece or smoke pipe of a water pipe or the smoke outlet hole provided there. The second pipe section is thereby bent towards the smoker's mouth. The invention thus has the advantage that a mouthpiece position can be personalized in a simple manner.

In a further development of the invention that is considered to be advantageous, it is provided that the first pipe section is longer than the second pipe section. This configuration enables the length of the protruding part of the smoke mouthpiece to be adjusted relative to the mouthpiece or smoke hose of the smoking device. This allows the mouthpiece position to be further adjusted. The extended pipe section can also serve as a handle. The reverse case is of course also conceivable. The smoke mouthpiece then has an elongated second pipe section.

It is considered favorable if the flexible tube section is designed as a bellows or essentially bellows-like. All bellows configurations are conceivable here, for example as bellows or corrugated bellows. The bellows-like configuration is molded in during the manufacture of the flexible pipe section or the entire smoke mouthpiece. Depending on the type of bellows and the materials used, the flexible part can be brought into one position and remains there. Alternatively, of course, it is also possible for the flexible part to remain flexible during the entire use of the smoke mouthpiece, and thus a permanent, continuous readjustment is possible. The bend in the smoke mouthpiece also improves the draft of the smoking device due to turbulence in the smoke mouthpiece, or it can be influenced and improves the smoking experience.

The introduction of the smoke mouthpiece into the smoke hose of a smoking device is simplified in that the first tube section is designed to taper towards its free end. In contrast, the second can optionally Pipe section, which serves as a smoke outlet opening and is inserted into the mouth of the smoker, also be designed to be tapered. This results in a different way of forwarding the escaping smoke and the smoking experience can thus be improved.

The smoke mouthpiece according to the invention is intended for inserting the first pipe section into one end of a smoke line, in particular a smoke pipe or smoke hose, or into the existing mouthpiece or handle of a smoking device, preferably a hookah. Of course, in a further development there is the possibility that the first and second pipe sections are of identical design and thus no specifications are made with regard to the part of the smoke mouthpiece to be connected to the end of the smoke line.

The connection between the smoke mouthpiece and the smoking device or the end of the smoke hose is improved in that, as provided in a preferred embodiment, rings or knobs applied to an outer surface on the first and / or second pipe section, preferably in the region of the first and / or second free end , a lamellar structure or a thread is provided, for example molded. These structures on the first pipe section enable a force-fit connection, in particular inserting or screwing the smoke mouthpiece into the smoking device or the end of the smoke line. This improves the connection between the smoke mouthpiece and the smoke device or smoke line. On the second pipe section, which is inserted into the smoker's mouth, rings, knobs or lamellar structures can be used to achieve a better hold of the mouthpiece, for example between the teeth or lips of the smoker. The mouthpieces can also be marked using the surface structure.

It is considered advantageous if the pipe sections have the same or variable wall thicknesses. This increases the stability of the smoke mouthpiece. At the same time, the different wall thicknesses also allow the flexible section to be molded in when producing the smoke mouthpiece. The flexible pipe section preferably has the smallest wall thickness, which facilitates a simple change in position, ie, the bending of the third pipe section becomes. The draft behavior of the smoking device can be influenced and improved by selecting wall thicknesses that are variable over the length of the smoke mouthpiece. The inhaled smoke is bundled and the flow of smoke is evened out.

In one embodiment, the pipe sections in the smoke mouthpiece according to the invention have the same or different diameters, in addition or as an alternative to the different wall thickness. In addition to the adaptability to the diameter of the smoke hose or the smoke pipe or the smoke outlet opening, it is thus possible to react to different requirements on the part of the smoker. The pulling behavior of the smoking device can also be influenced and improved by selecting a diameter that is variable over the length of the smoking mouthpiece. The inhaled smoke is bundled and the flow of smoke is evened out.

It is considered favorable if the smoke mouthpiece is formed in one piece and can therefore be produced in a standardized manufacturing process, for example an injection molding process. In a preferred embodiment, the smoke mouthpiece is preferably designed as an injection molded part. This allows a simple and inexpensive manufacture of the smoke mouthpiece in large numbers.

The smoke mouthpiece is preferably designed as a disposable or reusable article. If multiple uses are provided, the smoke mouthpiece can be made from a temperature and dishwasher safe material. It is considered favorable if the smoke mouthpiece is made of a food-safe plastic material, metal, glass or combinations thereof. For example, the first and second pipe sections can be made of metal and the connecting flexible pipe section made of plastic. Of course, all other flexurally flexible or elastic materials such as textile materials, leather, plastic, metal hoses or the like are conceivable. In an advantageous development of the invention, the first and second pipe sections are each made of metal, glass or plastic and are connected via the flexible pipe section made of plastic or metal. The flexible pipe section is preferably designed as a molded hose section, corrugated or bellows section or flexible pipe section. In the design of the pipe section, the flexible pipe section can also be made from a metal pipe or a metal fabric tube. This is particularly advantageous in the case of smoke mouthpieces intended for multiple use.

It is considered favorable if the bending radius of the flexible pipe section is in particular freely adjustable. This makes the particularly simple and individual adjustment of the smoke mouthpiece possible according to the smoker's preference.

In a further development which is considered to be favorable, the smoke mouthpiece is characterized in that a further, removable pipe section is provided. This additional pipe section preferably has a chamber through which smoke can flow, in particular a coolable chamber. The additional, fourth pipe section is in particular assigned to the first or second pipe section and is preferably designed as a chamber. The fourth pipe section is arranged, for example, between the first or second pipe section and the third, flexible pipe section. The fourth pipe section can also be made removable, so that, for example, the chamber can be cooled after removal. Before the water pipe is actually consumed, the cooled chamber part is then inserted into the mouthpiece and cools the inhaled smoke. This will further improve the smoking experience. Of course, the entire smoke mouthpiece, including the chamber, can also be cooled. In a further development of the invention, the chamber can also be designed as a ring that can be plugged onto the smoke mouthpiece or as a chamber that partially encloses the smoke mouthpiece. The ring or chamber contains a coolant. The chamber or ring is cooled before use and is only applied to the smoke mouthpiece when the smoking device is started up. Cooling improves the smoking experience because aromas in the smoke come into their own better. The chamber or the ring can have a wide variety of geometric shapes, for example as a rectangular cuboid or an elongated sleeve with a round or square outer geometry. The chamber can completely smoke the mouthpiece or partially enclose. In addition to being pushed onto the mouthpiece, the ring or the chamber can also be attached or clipped on.

The smoke mouthpiece according to the invention can be connected directly or indirectly to a smoking device. This is in particular a hookah or a so-called e-cigarette or e-shisha. The smoke mouthpiece, which is designed as a disposable or reusable article, allows several smokers to use the smoking device at the same time by exchanging the smoke mouthpiece.

The smoking device according to the invention preferably has a smoke pipe, such as a smoke pipe or a smoke hose. The smoke mouthpiece according to the invention is advantageously inserted into the end of the smoke line or the smoke pipe, in particular inserted or screwed in. The smoke mouthpiece is preferably designed as a disposable or reusable article and allows the simultaneous use of the smoking device or the smoke hoses or smoke pipes by different people.
