本发明涉及机械领域,尤其涉及一种瓷砖切割机。
背景技术
瓷砖是人们装修时常用的产品,又称磁砖,是以耐火的金属氧化物及半金属氧化物,经由研磨、混合、压制、施釉、烧结之过程,而形成的一种耐酸碱的瓷质或石质等,称之为瓷砖。瓷砖切割机主要是用来切割瓷砖的,现有的手动瓷砖切割机只能切直线,不能切割曲线,因此在工人装修过程中,遇到复杂的造型时,无法自主完成,只能送到工厂在切割,十分的复杂麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种瓷砖切割机,以解决上述技术问题,为实现上述目的本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种瓷砖切割机,包括切割顶、切割台面、台腿、防滑垫、瓷砖槽、弹簧、底部磁铁,所述切割台面内圈焊接瓷砖槽,且切割台面四角分别通过焊接连接四个台腿,所述防滑垫设置于台腿底部,所述弹簧共有四根,且每根弹簧一端焊接于瓷砖槽角上,另一端焊接于底部磁铁四角上,所述切割顶与整个切割机分离
在上述技术方案基础上,所述切割顶包括固定摇杆、滑动槽、螺纹帽、旋转摇杆、摇杆连轴、顶部磁铁、推刀、连杆,所述固定摇杆与摇杆连轴为一体连接,且连杆套于摇杆连轴上,所述滑动槽设置于连杆上,且螺纹帽穿过滑动槽与推刀连接,所述旋转摇杆设置于连杆末端上,顶部磁铁与摇杆连轴焊接连接,且切割顶通过顶部磁铁与底部磁铁通过磁力相互吸引使其固定位置。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述推刀型号为SPS-20推刀。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述底部磁铁与顶部磁铁中间放置瓷砖。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:本发明结构简单,设计合理,造价成本低;弥补了传统直线切割的不足,使瓷砖可以切割为圆形,也能够只切割一个弧度,方便工人师傅做造型,和传统的直线切割机配合使用,更加的灵活,由于是手工切割,所以也方便携带,重量轻,易安放,安全可靠,宜推广使用。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细阐述。
一种瓷砖切割机,包括切割顶1、切割台面2、台腿3、防滑垫4、瓷砖槽5、弹簧6、底部磁铁7,所述切割台面2内圈焊接瓷砖槽5,且切割台面2四角分别通过焊接连接四个台腿3,所述防滑垫4设置于台腿3底部,所述弹簧6共有四根,且每根弹簧6一端焊接于瓷砖槽5角上,另一端焊接于底部磁铁7四角上,所述切割顶1与整个切割机分离。
所述切割顶1包括固定摇杆8、滑动槽9、螺纹帽10、旋转摇杆11、摇杆连轴12、顶部磁铁13、推刀14、连杆15,所述固定摇杆8与摇杆连轴12为一体连接,且连杆15套于摇杆连轴12上,所述滑动槽9设置于连杆15上,且螺纹帽10穿过滑动槽9与推刀14连接,所述旋转摇杆11设置于连杆15末端上,顶部磁铁13与摇杆连轴12焊接连接,且切割顶1通过顶部磁铁13与底部磁铁7通过磁力相互吸引使其固定位置。
所述推刀14型号为SPS-20推刀。
所述底部磁铁7与顶部磁铁13中间放置瓷砖。
本发明工作原理:把瓷砖放置在瓷砖槽内部,然后把切割顶放置在瓷砖的中心,确定需要开洞半径,调整螺纹帽,螺纹帽带动推刀移动,移动到位置后,螺紧螺纹帽,用手推动旋转摇杆,带动推刀运动,在瓷砖上留下圆形轨道,取下切割顶,用木锤把圆形部分敲击下来,就可以使用瓷砖了。

  1. 一种瓷砖切割机,其特征在于,包括切割顶(1)、切割台面(2)、台腿(3)、防滑垫(4)、瓷砖槽(5)、弹簧(6)、底部磁铁(7),所述切割台面(2)内圈焊接瓷砖槽(5),且切割台面(2)四角分别通过焊接连接四个台腿(3),所述防滑垫(4)设置于台腿(3)底部,所述弹簧(6)共有四根,且每根弹簧(6)一端焊接于瓷砖槽(5)角上,另一端焊接于底部磁铁(7)四角上,所述切割顶(1)与整个切割机分离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种瓷砖切割机,其特征在于,所述切割顶(1)包括固定摇杆(8)、滑动槽(9)、螺纹帽(10)、旋转摇杆(11)、摇杆连轴(12)、顶部磁铁(13)、推刀(14)、连杆(15),所述固定摇杆(8)与摇杆连轴(12)为一体连接,且连杆(15)套于摇杆连轴(12)上,所述滑动槽(9)设置于连杆(15)上,且螺纹帽(10)穿过滑动槽(9)与推刀(14)连接,所述旋转摇杆(11)设置于连杆(15)末端上,顶部磁铁(13)与摇杆连轴(12)焊接连接,且切割顶(1)通过顶部磁铁(13)与底部磁铁(7)通过磁力相互吸引使其固定位置。
