Description

AN ADDITIONAL CONNECTION MODULE FOR BUSBAR
Technical Field
The invention relates to an additional connection module for busbars used in energy distribution systems.
In particular, the invention relates to a new additional connection module in electrical distribution systems which allows the electrical continuity of the busbar modules without the use of bolts or nuts.
Background of the Invention
In today's energy distribution systems, modular compact conductors called busbar are used. Each conductor called busbar is more preferred because it has structures with a high current carrying capacity.
Electrical distribution and transport systems known as busbar are modular. Each busbar module is attached to the end of the line according to the route of the electrical line and forms the electric transport line. The modules are connected to each other by means of the so-called additional module.
The busbar add-on module connects the conductor rods in the busbar modules electrically and mechanically to each other and allows the line to continue.
When the additional module is attached to said conductive bars, the tightening torque applied to each of the conductive bars is attempted to be compressed in each additional module.
In the present embodiments used, there is a need for ancillary tools for said compression process. Each conductor is compressed by the effect of the tightening torque. The applied torque cannot be applied to all conductor bars at the same value, and in certain cases unwanted deformations occur due to strength. These deformations also cause electrical losses.
In the British patent application GB2298969, the subject matter relates to:“A coupling module for connecting conductors longer than two busbars with end-to-end connection has conductor plates arranged in spaced pairs with insulating plates mounted on the central double-head bolt. Each pair of conductive plates has a two- piece roller bearing mounted on the bolt and housed in a channeled configuration of the plates. The bush spring is connected to the ends of the plates in contact with the insulating layers during use and to maintain the correct slot widths by terminating the insulating layers”.
In said application, an additional connection module is used which is used to make connections of conductor bars in busbar systems.
In the literature, US patent application No. US3376377A also relates to the subject matter:“The invention relates to the assembly of a plurality of relatively large thin flat bars supported in an elongated sheet housing. In said assembly process, cavities are formed at the end points of all the busbar modules located on top of each other of the additional connection apparatus. The purpose of these recesses is to accommodate the screw which secures the additional module.”
In said embodiment, the busbar system is described, which provides the electrical and mechanical connection with each other by means of a screw by forming cavities at the end points of the busbar modules.
For the aforementioned reasons, a new additional connection module was needed for the busbars.
Purpose of the Invention
From this position of the art, the object of the invention is to provide a new additional connection module which eliminates the present disadvantages. Another object of the invention is to provide a structure which enables the bus conductors to be mounted to the additional connection module much easier and practical.
Another object of the invention is to provide a structure that prevents deformation of the conductive rods.
Another object of the invention is to provide a structure which allows the busbar conductors to be mounted to the additional connection module without the need for auxiliary tools.
Another object of the invention is to provide a structure which prevents electrical losses during and after assembly.

Figure 5 shows a view of the circular locking device (A) closed in the additional connection module (2) of the invention.
Figure 6 shows a view of the circular locking device (A) open in the additional connection module (2) of the invention.
Circular locking device (A) for securing the conductive bars (1.2) located at the ends of the busbar modules (1 ), which electrically and mechanically connect multiple busbar modules (1 ), on the additional connection module (2) consists of main parts that; body of the busbar module (1.3) forming the main body of the busbar module (1), the body module holder (1.1) for mounting said conductive bars (1.2) to the body of the busbar module (1.3), body of the additional connection module (2.1 ) positioned as protection element positioned around said additional connection module (2), hole of the conductive bars (2.5) which is the opening in said conductive bars (1.2) are positioned on the additional connecting module (2), a circular lock (2.3) which performs the opening and closing operation of said hole of the conductive bars (2.5) to be of the size of conductive bar (1.2) or wider than the conductive bar (1.2) for easy assembly, in order to secure said conductive bar (1.2), the spring assembly (2.2) positioned on said circular lock (2.3) in order to allow flexible mounting of the conductive bars (1.2) by opening and closing of said circular lock (2.3), the compressing bar (2.4) positioned as a support between said circular lock (2.3) and the spring assembly (2.2), a bump (2.3.1 ) which provides a certain amount of clearance in the hole of the conductive bars (2.5) wider than the conductive bars (1.2) in order to make said conductor bars (1.2) more easily assembled by pushing said compressing bar (2.4) upward in said opening position of said circular lock (2.3), a flat surface (2.3.2) which rests on said compressing bar (2.4) in said closing position of said circular lock (2.3) so that said the hole of the conductive bars (2.5) is the size of the conductive bar (1.2), spring flexible module (2.2.1 ) located on said spring assembly (2.2) and with its flexible structure allowing conductive bars (1.2) to be mounted without crushing.
Each busbar module (1 ) is attached to the end of the power line according to the route of the power line to form the power line. In each busbar module (1 ), the body module holder (1.1) comprises the conductive bars (1.2) and the body of the busbar module (1.3).
Said busbar modules (1 ) are connected to each other by means of an additional connection module (2). Said additional connection module (2) electrically and mechanically connects the conductive bars (1.2) in the busbar modules (1 ) to each other and ensures the continuation of the line.
When said busbar modules (1 ) are connected by means of the additional connection module (2), it is desirable that the conductive bars (1.2) in the busbar module (1 ) remain constant. The additional connection module (2) holds the busbar modules (1 ) together for the installation of the electric transport line. Since the height of the circular lock (2.3) in said additional connection module (2) is different in circular regions, that is, in bumps (2.3.1 ), when the circular lock (2.3) is rotated in the opening position, the height of the conductive bars (1.2) is increased. The hole of the conductive bars (2.5) is opened to the width in which it can enter.
Thanks to this width, the conductive bars (1.2) entering into the additional connection module (2) are completed easily and easily by turning the circular lock (2.3) in the closing position.
