Abstract
The present invention relates to detection of conditions in which capacity violation in the front passenger seat of a vehicle is present in the image of passing vehicles by using license plate recognition system cameras (LPRS) positioned on fixed camera carrying platforms and method thereof. The present invention particularly relates to a method for detecting capacity violation in front passenger seat that allows for automatically detecting passengers travelling in front passenger seats of vehicles (101) and that enables informing police units on duty in order to issue warnings or to take the necessary criminal action against vehicles in case of the detection of a violation by using image processing and deep learning techniques on the images obtained along the road.
