咖啡是通过泡制咖啡粉并萃取其中某些物质成分而制作出来的饮料,与可可、茶同为流行于世界的主要饮品,而在现代社会中,泡制萃取咖啡可以选用各种各样的设备,如意式浓缩咖啡机、美式电动咖啡机、虹吸壶、摩卡壶及手冲杯;
其中,现有的意式浓缩咖啡机可以制作出浓缩咖啡;其通过电动水泵提供足够的水压,使热水通过压实的咖啡粉,萃取得到浓缩咖啡;需要插电使用,且体积重量较大,不便于携带。
另一方面,现有的压水式的手动浓缩咖啡制作设备,通常使用压杆和一个与咖啡粉碗开口面面积相近的加压面积的活塞,手动将热水一次性地直接压入粉碗并通过粉碗里的咖啡粉,得到咖啡液。由于活塞加压面积较大,所以加压费力,难以得到萃取浓缩咖啡所需要的足够大压强,机器往往厚重且体积庞大,且添加水和咖啡粉的工作较繁琐。
发明内容
本申请提供一种泡制萃取设备,利用一个较小加压面积的活塞和相应气缸,配合两个单向阀,分多次而单次少量地将热水泵入咖啡粉碗,以解决现有的压水式的手动浓缩咖啡制作设备由于压水活塞的加压面积较大,而导致加压费力、难以得到萃取浓缩咖啡所需要的足够大压强、机器厚重体积庞大且加水加粉繁琐的问题。另外,本设备可集成支架、盖体、加热装置、恒压水阀、水压表等配件,实现粉碗悬空、易固定、自行加热、设置并保持液体压强恒定、实时监测液体压强等功能。为了解决上述问题,本申请公开了一 种泡制萃取设备,包括:气缸、活塞、压杆、连接杆、壶体、第一单向阀、第二单向阀、分水器及粉碗;所述压杆包括压杆头部和压杆手柄;所述壶体包括水箱、第一管道及第二管道;
所述连接杆与所述压杆头部连接;所述压杆头部与所述活塞的一端连接;所述活塞设置于所述气缸内;所述水箱通过所述第一管道与所述气缸的底部连接;所述第一单向阀位于所述第一管道内;所述气缸还通过设置于其底部的所述第二管道与所述分水器连接;所述第二单向阀位于所述第二管道内;
当上拉所述压杆手柄时,所述压杆头部带动所述活塞在气缸内向上移动,所述水箱中的液体在大气压作用下通过第一单向阀流动至气缸,同时第二单向阀关闭;当下压所述压杆手柄时,所述压杆头部带动所述活塞在气缸内向下移动,所述气缸中的液体受压通过第二单向阀流动至分水器,同时第一单向阀关闭;液体经分水器分散后流入粉碗;液体浸泡所述粉碗中压实的泡制原料,得到萃取液。
优选地,所述泡制萃取设备还包括支架;所述支架设置于所述壶体的底部外侧;所述支架用于固定并支撑起所述泡制萃取设备的主体部分。
优选地,所述泡制萃取设备还包括盖体;所述盖体设置于所述壶体的上方。
优选地,所述粉碗与所述分水器连接,所述粉碗的底部具有至少一个通孔;所述粉碗用于填装泡制原料并经由所述底部通孔将所述液体高压滤过泡制原料,从而得到萃取液。
优选地,所述泡制萃取设备还包括加热装置;所述加热装置设置于所述水箱底部或侧边,所述加热装置用于加热所述水箱中的液体。
优选地,所述壶体还设置有恒压水阀;所述恒压水阀与所述第二管道连接;所述恒压水阀用于当下压所述压杆手柄时,所述压杆头部带动所述活塞在气缸内向下移动,所述气缸中的液体受压通过第二单向阀流动至分水器的过程中,调节所述液体的压强。
优选地,所述壶体还设置有水压表;所述水压表与所述第二管道连接; 所述水压表用于当下压所述压杆手柄时,所述压杆头部带动所述活塞在气缸内向下移动,所述气缸中的液体受压通过第二单向阀流动至分水器的过程中,测量所述液体的压强。

本申请中,所述泡制萃取设备能使用户轻松施力即可获得巨大的液体压力和液体压强,萃取出高品质的浓缩咖啡。设备小巧轻便可拆卸,便于携带。加水加咖啡粉的工作简单方便。使用后要清洗的部件少,清洗工作简单方便。另外,在集成了加热装置的情况下,可以自行加热水箱中的液体及给壶体预热;在集成了恒压水阀的情况下,可以设置并保持系统中的液体压强恒定,从而实现萃取效果的多样性和一致性,提高了使用趣味和萃取效果;在集成了水压表的情况下,可以实时观测系统中的液体压强,易于控制萃取效果。

具体实施方式
为了使本申请所解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
参照图1,示出了本申请的一种泡制萃取设备的结构框图,具体可以包括如下组件:气缸1、活塞2、压杆3、连接杆4、壶体5、第一单向阀6、第二单向阀7、分水器8及粉碗11;所述压杆3包括压杆头部31和压杆手柄32;所述壶体5包括水箱51、第一管道52及第二管道53;
具体应用到本申请中,该连接杆4是可以旋转的,所述连接杆4与所述压杆头部31连接;所述压杆头部31与所述活塞2的一端连接;所述活塞2设置于所述气缸1内;所述水箱51通过所述第一管道52与所述气缸1的底部连接;所述第一单向阀6位于所述第一管道52内;所述气缸1还通过设置于其底部的所述第二管道53与所述分水器8连接;所述第二单向阀7位于所述第二管道53内;
在本申请的一种实际应用中,当上拉所述压杆手柄32时,所述连接杆4绕底部支点旋转,所述压杆头部31带动所述活塞2在气缸1内向上移动,所述水箱51中的液体在大气压作用下通过第一单向阀6流动至气缸1,同时第二单向阀7关闭;当下压所述压杆手柄32时,所述连接杆4绕底部支点旋转,所述压杆头部31带动所述活塞2在气缸1内向下移动,所述气缸1中的液体受压通过第二单向阀7流动至分水器8,同时第一单向阀6关闭; 液体经分水器8分散后流入粉碗11;液体浸泡所述粉碗11中压实的泡制原料,在足够大压强下过滤通过压实的泡制原料并同时萃取其中某些物质后,经由粉碗11底部通孔流出,得到萃取液。泡制原料可以预先放置于所述粉碗11中,将粉碗11与所述分水器8连接。
不论活塞的运动方向如何,进而产生的作用于液体的压力方向如何,上述第一单向阀6让第一管道52内的液体只能沿着进入气缸1的方向流动,第二单向阀7让第二管道53内的液体只能沿着离开气缸1的方向流动,从而保证在活塞2的往复运动过程中,系统内的液体一直沿着“水箱—气缸—分水器”的方向运动,而不会产生倒流。
需要说明的是,所述气缸1与所述活塞2及两个单向阀可以相互配合,实现液体的多次泵入及泵出气缸1;即所述活塞2以固定行程范围在气缸1内移动,本申请对所述气缸1的尺寸,如直径、深度等,不作过多的限制。
另一方面,所述活塞2可以是挤压式橡胶圈加活塞柱的结构(即在活塞柱的头部设置一个挤压式橡胶圈作为密封件),此外,活塞2还可以是单独一个毛玻璃或表面经过处理的金属或高分子材料等材质的不依赖橡胶圈而可以自行起到密封作用的圆柱体(或其他形状),还可以是其他形式的活塞设计结构。本申请对活塞2的材质及结构不作具体的限制。
进一步地,该连接杆4与压杆头部31连接;所述压杆头部31与所述活塞2的一端连接,上述的连接杆4及其底部支点、压杆3、气缸1及活塞2共同构成了类似“复式杠杆”结构,起到省力效果。根据帕斯卡原理,泡制原料上受到的水压压强等于气缸1内产生的水压压强,且同等压力下,受压面积越小,压强越大,通过气缸1和活塞2直径的设置(即设置一个较小的气缸1和活塞2直径),可以轻松地通过按压压杆3带动活塞2在气缸1内获得巨大的压强,进而使粉碗内泡制原料上的液体获得巨大的压强。因此不需要用户针对设备施加较大压力便可得到萃取浓缩咖啡所需的足够大压强。由于手施加的压力较小,所以不需要加大设备的体积重量来获得足够稳定性,实现了产品的结构紧凑且便于携带的设计效果,提高用户的操作便利性。
参照图2,示出了本申请的泡制萃取设备的另一种状态示意图,压杆手 柄32是可拆卸的,从而方便携带,且本申请对连接杆4与压杆3的材质不作过多的限制,如连接杆4与压杆3的材质可以为塑料或金属。且本申请对压杆手柄的形状及是单节设计结构还是可拼接的多节设计结构不做限制。
参照图3,示出了本申请的一种壶体5的局部结构框图,该壶体5可以包括水箱51、第一管道52及第二管道53,且第一单向阀6可以设置于所述第一管道52内,第二单向阀7可以设置于所述第二管道53内。
水箱51设置于气缸1周围、其与壶体外壁之间的环形空间,本申请对水箱51设置的位置不作限制,即所述水箱51的位置可以是本领域技术人员根据实际情况而设置的任何位置,且由于水箱51里的液体是通过气缸1加活塞2加单向阀泵入气缸进而泵入粉碗的,而非现有的众多产品那样通过活塞直接压入粉碗的,意味着水箱里的液体不需承压,所以水箱可以设计为开放式或不需要密封的加盖式,从而使加水的工作轻松简单。
需要说明的是,所述第一单向阀6及第二单向阀7的种类可以包括弹簧式单向阀、重力式单向阀、旋启式单向阀、塑料隔膜式单向阀等,本申请对第一单向阀6及第二单向阀7的种类不作过多的限制。
当用户上拉所述压杆手柄32时,所述连接杆4绕底部支点旋转,所述压杆头部31带动所述活塞2在气缸1内向上移动,所述水箱51中的液体在大气压作用下通过第一单向阀6流动经由第一管道52至气缸1,同时第二单向阀7关闭;此时用户进一步下压所述压杆手柄32时,所述连接杆4绕底部支点旋转,所述压杆头部31带动所述活塞2在气缸1内向下移动,所述气缸1中的液体受压通过第二单向阀7经由第二管道53流动至分水器8,同时第一单向阀6关闭;液体经分水器8分散后流入粉碗11;液体浸泡所述粉碗11中压实的泡制原料,在足够大压强下过滤通过压实的泡制原料并同时萃取其中某些物质后,经由粉碗底部通孔流出,得到萃取液。
本申请中,所述泡制萃取设备能使用户轻松施力即可获得巨大的液体压力和液体压强,萃取出高品质的浓缩咖啡。设备小巧轻便可拆卸,便于携带。加水加咖啡粉的工作简单方便。使用后要清洗的部件少,清洗工作简单方便。
参照图4,示出了本申请的另一种泡制萃取设备的结构框图,所述泡制 萃取设备还包括支架9;所述支架9设置于所述壶体5的底部外侧;所述支架9用于固定并支撑起所述泡制萃取设备的主体部分,此外,所述支架9还可设置于壶体的任意位置高度以固定并支撑起所述泡制萃取设备的主体部分,本申请对此不作限制。
如图4所示,该支架9设置于所述壶体5的底部外侧与分水器8的上方外侧之间,用于固定并支撑起泡制萃取设备的主体部分,以方便用户将某容器置于粉碗下方接取萃取液,提高用户的操作效率。
参照图5,示出了本申请的一种支架9的结构框图,如图5所示,该支架9可以包括三根支撑脚,当然也可以包括四根支撑脚,本申请对此不作限制;进一步地,上述支架9的结构仅仅是本申请的一种示例,还可以采用其他种类的支架固定并支撑起该泡制萃取设备的主体部分,本申请对支架的结构不作限制。
参照图6,示出了本申请的另一种泡制萃取设备的结构框图,所述泡制萃取设备还包括盖体10;所述盖体10设置于所述壶体5的上方。
进一步地,该泡制萃取设备还可以增加一盖体10于壶体5的上方,方便用户按住泡制萃取设备,以固定该泡制萃取设备,加强设备的固定性能;当该盖体10被取下时,用户可以通过握持的方式固定所述泡制萃取设备。
参照图7,示出了本申请的泡制萃取设备的另一种状态示意图,如图7所示,该粉碗1可以与分水器8分离,所述分水器8的作用是将被气缸压过来的液体分散,均匀喷洒到粉碗11的泡制原料上,所述粉碗11的底部具有至少一个通孔;可以经由所述通孔将萃取液流出至一容器中。
如图7所示,该粉碗11可以包括一个或多个通孔,萃取液可以通过该粉碗11的通孔流至某个容器中,需要说明的是,所述粉碗11与所述分水器8的连接方式可以是螺纹连接、卡扣连接等,本申请对此不作限制。
参照图8,示出了本申请的一种加热装置12的内部结构框图,所述泡制萃取设备还包括加热装置12,所述加热装置12用于加热水箱51中的液体。该加热装置12可以设置于水箱底部的外侧,与水箱底部紧密结合,或者,该加热装置12直接作为水箱的底部,与水箱的侧壁紧密结合,共同构成壶 体的水箱结构,优选地,也可设置于水箱侧边的外侧,本申请对此不作限制,该加热装置12可以包括加热件121及温控器123、导线122等。所述加热件121是被绝缘导热材料包裹的高电阻发热导体。当然,该加热装置12还可以包括外壳、按键、控制板、外接电线及插头等某些必要组件,本申请对加热装置的具体组成不作限制。
另外,图8中的加热设计方式是本申请的一种举例,泡制萃取设备的加热装置还可以通过其他的加热设计方式实现,本申请对加热的具体实现方式不作限制。
参照图9,示出了所述加热装置12在水箱底部内侧一面的结构框图,如图9所示,水箱底部的内侧包括温控器123,温控器123伸入水箱内部,所述温控器123用于检测水箱51内液体温度,从而控制加热电路的开闭。
参照图10,示出了本申请的另一种泡制萃取设备的结构框图,所述壶体5还设置有恒压水阀13;所述恒压水阀13与所述第二管道53连接;所述恒压水阀13用于当下压所述压杆手柄32时,所述连接杆4绕底部支点旋转,所述压杆头部31带动所述活塞2在气缸1内向下移动,所述气缸1中的液体受压通过第二单向阀7流动至分水器8的过程中,调节所述液体的压强。液体在从第二单向阀7流出后,先经过恒压水阀13,再到达分水器8,在此串联过程中恒压水阀13对水压进行调节,从而使得分水器8内的液体压强保持恒定。
实际应用到本申请中,可以在泡制萃取设备的第二管道53处增加一恒压水阀13,该恒压水阀13可以实现调节所述液体的压强的技术效果,具体地,该恒压水阀13可以包括调节旋钮,通过调节旋钮调节设置在第二单向阀7流动至分水器8的过程中液体的压强。恒压水阀13布置于壶体上并与第二管道53相通即可,其与压杆3的相对位置不做限制。
参照图11,示出了本申请的另一种泡制萃取设备的结构框图,所述壶体5还设置有水压表14;所述水压表14与所述第二管道53连接;所述水压表14用于当下压所述压杆手柄32时,所述连接杆4绕底部支点旋转,所述压杆头部31带动所述活塞2在气缸1内向下移动,所述气缸1中的液体受压 通过第二单向阀7流动至分水器8的过程中,测量所述液体的压强。液体在从第二单向阀7流出后,一部分流入水压表14,一部分流入分水器8,二者呈并联关系,从而使得水压表14中监测到的液体压强等于分水器8内液体的液体压强。
进一步应用到本申请中,可以在泡制萃取设备的第二管道53处增加一水压表14,该水压表14可以实现用户在按压压杆手柄32的过程中观测液体压强的功能。水压表14布置于壶体上并与第二管道53相通即可,其与压杆3的相对位置不做限制。
本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种泡制萃取设备,其特征在于,包括:气缸、活塞、压杆、连接杆、壶体、第一单向阀、第二单向阀、分水器及粉碗;所述压杆包括压杆头部和压杆手柄;所述壶体包括水箱、第一管道及第二管道;
    所述连接杆与所述压杆头部连接;所述压杆头部与所述活塞的一端连接;所述活塞设置于所述气缸内;所述水箱通过所述第一管道与所述气缸的底部连接;所述第一单向阀位于所述第一管道内;所述气缸还通过设置于其底部的所述第二管道与所述分水器连接;所述第二单向阀位于所述第二管道内;
    当上拉所述压杆手柄时,所述压杆头部带动所述活塞在气缸内向上移动,所述水箱中的液体在大气压作用下通过第一单向阀流动至气缸,同时第二单向阀关闭;当下压所述压杆手柄时,所述压杆头部带动所述活塞在气缸内向下移动,所述气缸中的液体受压通过第二单向阀流动至分水器,同时第一单向阀关闭;液体经分水器分散后流入粉碗;液体浸泡所述粉碗中压实的泡制原料,得到萃取液。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的泡制萃取设备,其特征在于,所述泡制萃取设备还包括支架;所述支架设置于所述壶体的底部外侧;所述支架用于固定并支撑起所述泡制萃取设备的主体部分。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的泡制萃取设备,其特征在于,所述泡制萃取设备还包括盖体;所述盖体设置于所述壶体的上方。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的泡制萃取设备,其特征在于,所述粉碗与所述分水器连接,所述粉碗的底部具有至少一个通孔;所述粉碗用于填装泡制原料并经由所述底部通孔将所述液体高压滤过泡制原料,从而得到萃取液。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的泡制萃取设备,其特征在于,所述泡制萃取设备还包括加热装置;所述加热装置设置于所述水箱底部或侧边,所述加热装置用于加热所述水箱中的液体。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的泡制萃取设备,其特征在于,所述壶体还设置有恒压水阀;所述恒压水阀与所述第二管道连接;所述恒压水阀用于当下压所述压杆手柄时,所述压杆头部带动所述活塞在气缸内向下移 动,所述气缸中的液体受压通过第二单向阀流动至分水器的过程中,调节所述液体的压强。
  7. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的泡制萃取设备,其特征在于,所述壶体还设置有水压表;所述水压表与所述第二管道连接;所述水压表用于当下压所述压杆手柄时,所述压杆头部带动所述活塞在气缸内向下移动,所述气缸中的液体受压通过第二单向阀流动至分水器的过程中,测量所述液体的压强。
