本发明涉及系外裤所使用皮带的皮带头。
背景技术
已经在售和技术公开的皮带头有下面几种。针扣式,板扣式,自动扣式,滚轴扣式皮带头。
技术问题
针扣式和板扣式皮带头对皮带孔的损伤较明显,调节系带松紧度不精准。自动扣式承受的拉力小,扣皮带不牢靠。滚轴扣式对皮带损伤大,长时间使用后滚轴对皮带磨损使皮带扣不住。
技术解决方案
为了克服现有皮带头扣皮带时对皮带损伤大、扣皮带不牢靠等缺陷,本发明提供一种夹板扣式皮带头,夹板扣式皮带头是用两块大面积的夹板从前后夹住皮带在扣主体后面的上下两个滑槽内向右或向左滑行来夹紧皮带或松开对皮带的夹持。夹板与皮带之间无滑动磨擦,夹板对皮带的压力大,压强小,靠大的静磨擦力扣紧皮带。
本发明解决其问题所采用的技术方案是:一种夹板扣式皮带头,包括扣部和连接部,皮带的固定端固定在连接部,扣部与连接部之间用一根销轴活动连接,扣部有扣主体,在扣主体的上端有一个上斜行孔,在扣主体的下端有一个下斜行孔,上斜行孔、下斜行孔是左右斜行走向,上斜行孔、下斜行孔靠销轴侧的一端位置靠后,上斜行孔、下斜行孔的另一端位置靠前;其特征是:在扣主体后面的上部有一个上滑槽,在扣主体后面的下部有一个下滑槽,上滑槽、下滑槽是等宽的左右走向的槽;在扣主体的后面有一块前夹板,在前夹板的上端中央有一个上长条孔,在前夹板的下端中央有一个下长条孔,上长条孔、下长条孔呈前后走向,前夹板的上端嵌在上滑槽内左右滑行,前夹板的下端嵌在下滑槽内左右滑行,前夹板的前表面始终贴在扣主体的后表面左右滑行;在前夹板的后面有一块后夹板,在后夹板的中央有一根垂轴,垂轴的上端插入上长条孔、上斜行孔内,垂轴的下端插入下长条孔、下斜行孔内;垂轴与上长条孔、下长条孔一起控制着前夹板与后夹板在上滑槽、下滑槽内左右滑行时同步;垂轴与上斜行孔、下斜行孔一起控制着后夹板在与前夹板同步左右滑行时向前夹板靠拢或分开;系带时皮带的活动端插入前夹板与后夹板之间,调整好系带的松紧度后用手拨动垂轴滑向拔出皮带的方向,前夹板与后夹板一起夹着皮带在上滑槽、下滑槽内同步向拔出皮带的方向滑行,同时垂轴在上斜行孔、下斜行孔内向前斜行,带动后夹板向前移动,后夹板与前夹板一起夹紧皮带;解带时一手固定好扣主体,另一手拉皮带活动端,皮带带动前夹板、后夹板向插进皮带的方向在上滑槽、下滑槽内同步滑行,同时垂轴在上斜行孔、下斜行孔内向后斜行带动后夹板向后移动,后夹板与前夹板分开。
有益效果
夹板扣式皮带头是无级调节松紧的皮带头,调节皮带松紧灵敏。夹板面积大,对皮带的压力大,静磨擦力大,扣皮带扣得牢固;夹板对皮带压强小,对皮带损伤小。皮带无需打孔和装齿链。

本发明的实施方式
【实施例1】皮带头可以用不锈钢、铜、锌合金材料或它们混合制作成,本实施例用不锈钢材料制作。
夹板扣式皮带头包括扣部和连接部2,皮带的固定端固定在连接部2。扣部包括扣主体1,前夹板8和后夹板11,见图5、图6。扣主体1与连接部2之间用销轴3活动连接,见图1、图5。
扣主体1的前、后表面是圆柱弧面,在扣主体1的上端有一个上斜行孔6,在扣主体1的下端有一个下斜行孔7,上斜行孔6、下斜行孔7是左右斜行走向,上斜行孔6、下斜行孔7靠销轴3侧的一端位置靠后,上斜行孔6、下斜行孔7的另一端位置靠前。在扣主体1后面的上方有一个上滑槽4,在扣主体1后面的下方有一个下滑槽5,上滑槽4、下滑槽5是等宽的、左右走向的槽,见图1、图5、图6。
在扣主体1的后面有一块前夹板8,前夹板8的高度略小于扣主体1下滑槽5的底部到上滑槽4的顶部之间的高度,宽度略小于上滑槽4、下滑槽5的宽度。在前夹板8的上端中央有一个上长条孔9,在前夹板8的下端中央有一个下长条孔10,上长条孔9、下长条孔10呈前后走向,见图2。前夹板8的上端嵌在上滑槽4内左右滑行,前夹板8的下端嵌在下滑槽5内左右滑行,前夹板8的前表面始终贴在扣主体1的后表面左右滑行,前夹板8的上、下端在上滑槽4、下滑槽5内能比较轻松地左右滑动,见图5和图6。
在前夹板8的后面有一块后夹板11,在后夹板11的中央有一根垂轴12,后夹板11的高度略小于前夹板8的上、下端内部之间的高度,见图3、图4。垂轴12的上端插入上长条孔9、上斜行孔6内,垂轴12的下端插入下长条孔10、下斜行孔7内,见图4和图5。垂轴12与上长条孔9、下长条孔10一起控制着前夹板8与后夹板11在上滑槽4、下滑槽内5左右滑行时同步;垂轴12与上斜行孔6、下斜行孔7一起控制着后夹板11在与前夹板8同步左右滑行时向前夹板8靠拢或分开。
系带时皮带插入前夹板8与后夹板11之间,调整好系带的松紧度后用手拨动垂轴12滑向拔出皮带的方向,前夹板8、后夹板11在上滑槽4、下滑槽5内同步向拔出皮带的方向滑行,同时垂轴12在上斜行孔6、下斜行孔7内向前斜行带动后夹板11向前移,与前夹板8一起夹紧皮带。
解带时一手固定好扣主体1,一手牵拉皮带活动端,皮带带动前夹板8、后夹板11向插进皮带的方向在上滑槽4、下滑槽5内同步滑行,同时垂轴12在上斜行孔6、下斜行孔7内向后斜行带动后夹板11向后移,并与前夹板8分开。
扣主体1前、后表面也可以是平面,相对应扣主体1的上滑槽4、下滑槽5就是直槽,前夹板8的前表面也对应是平面,前夹板8的上端、下端也对应是直线形,后夹板11的前表面也对应是平面。
上斜行孔6、下斜行孔7可以做成弧形。
扣主体1的上滑槽4、下滑槽5的后缘板可以向下、向上延伸合拢成连为一体的一块板。
后夹板11的前表面可以加工成竖波纹面以增加磨擦力。
