[权利要求 1] 一种用于室内场地的四肢力量训练装置, 包括平台、 绳索回缩机构、 绳索、 外轮组、 脚踏、 脚踏驱动机构及鞍座, 其特征在于, 所述平台 包括支腿和台面, 支腿固定安装在台面的底部; 绳索回缩机构通过支 撑臂设在台面的前上方, 其包括外壳及内轮组, 外壳由左盘体和右盘 体扣合形成圆盘结构; 内轮组包括多个内转轮, 多个内转轮呈螺旋方 式依次布置在外壳的空腔内, 内转轮两侧分别与左盘体和右盘体活动 相连; 外轮组位于外壳的后侧, 外轮组包括第一、 第二、 第三外轮体 , 绳索由内向外依次绕过各内转轮, 穿出外壳后再绕过外轮组的第一 、 第二、 第三外轮体, 其末端连接有把手; 脚踏有两个, 对称设在平 台的两侧, 通过脚踏驱动机构与绳索相连; 鞍座位于台面的后部上方 , 其下端与台面前后滑动相连。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的一种用于室内场地的四肢力量训练装置, 其特 征在于, 台面为长条状的板体, 其后部的上表面开有第一滑槽, 第一 滑槽内设置有第一滑块, 第一滑块与鞍座的底部固定相连。
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 1所述的一种用于室内场地的四肢力量训练装置, 其特 征在于, 所述支撑臂有两个, 对称布置在外壳的左右两侧, 支撑臂的 下端与台面的前端侧面固定相连, 其上端与外壳的侧面中心位置固定 相连。
[权利要求 4] 根据权利要求 1所述的一种用于室内场地的四肢力量训练装置, 其特 征在于, 各内转轮的轮轴两端分别设有第三滑块, 两个第三滑块分别 与左盘体和右盘体滑动相连, 各第三滑块分别沿其所在位置的法线方 向运动; 各第三滑块靠近其所在盘体中心的一侧设置有压缩弹簧, 各 压缩弹簧的一端与第三滑块相连, 另一端与其对应的盘体相连, 每个 压缩弹簧均位于其所在盘体对应的弹簧安放腔内。
[权利要求 5] 根据权利要求 1所述的一种用于室内场地的四肢力量训练装置, 其特 征在于, 所述外壳的下部后侧开有绳索出口, 外壳位于绳索出口的位 置设有一对转向轮, 其中一个转向轮安装在外壳的内侧, 另一个转向 轮安装在外壳的外侧。
[权利要求 6] 根据权利要求 1所述的一种用于室内场地的四肢力量训练装置, 其特 征在于, 台面位于外壳的后侧, 由前往后依次设有第一支架和第二支 架; 第一外轮体设置在第一支架上, 第二、 第三外轮体分别设置在第 二支架的下部和上部; 绳索依次绕过第一、 第二、 第三外轮体, 第二 支架的上端后侧具有可放置把手的卡槽。
[权利要求 7] 根据权利要求 1所述的一种用于室内场地的四肢力量训练装置, 其特 征在于, 平台中部的两侧对称设置有两个脚踏安装架, 每个脚踏安装 架上纵向水平设有一个转轴, 每个脚踏固定于同侧转轴的后端, 可随 转轴一同相对于脚踏安装架转动。
[权利要求 8] 根据权利要求 1所述的一种用于室内场地的四肢力量训练装置, 其特 征在于, 脚踏驱动机构包括滑轨、 第二滑块、 齿条及齿轮, 滑轨固定 在台面的中部, 第二滑块连接在绳索位于第一、 第二外轮体之间的部 分上, 绳索驱动第二滑块在滑轨内前后运动; 齿条固定安装在第二滑 块的上表面, 齿轮位于齿条上方, 齿条驱动齿轮转动; 齿轮通过设置 在其齿轮轴两端的伞齿轮驱动两个转轴转动。
