如图4、5所示,所述装饰件2的装饰部包括内侧部23、外侧部24和连接部25,在一些实施例中,所述内侧部23、外侧部24和所述连接部25均构造为环形板状结构的一部分,即三者均构造为不闭合的环状结构。所述连接部25设置在所述内侧部23和所述外侧部24之间,所述连接部25构造为沿所述内侧部23和外侧部24的周向延伸的板状结构,且所述连接部25相对的两侧边分别与所述内侧部23和所述外侧部24连接,所述连接部25竖直设置或所述连接部25从下往上逐渐向远离所述内侧部23的方向倾斜设置,或者,所述连接部25的一部分竖直设置另一部分为倾斜设置,进一步地,所述连接部25靠近所述装饰件2的避让部21的部分为倾斜设置,远离所述避让部21的部分为竖直设置,所述连接部25的具体结构能够与所述支撑环1配合即可。所述第二卡接部22设置在所述内侧部23上,所述装饰件2安装时,所述内侧部23和所述连接部25对所述支撑环1的外侧进行包裹,所述外侧部24位于所述连接部25和所述内侧部23的外侧起装饰作用。所述连接部25连接至所述外侧部24的上侧边缘处,在一些实施例中,所述外侧部24靠近所述避让部21的部分构造为竖直面,远离所述避让部21的部分从上往下逐渐向远离所述连接部25的方向倾斜,以便能够与锅体的外壳适配,使外观更加美观。
如图5、6、7所示,在所述连接部25与所述内侧部23之间形成有导水结构,所述导水结构包括导流槽26和出水口27,在一些实施例中,所述导流槽26沿所述连接部25延伸,所述出水口27设置在靠近所述避让部21的位置,进一步地,在所述避让部21的 两侧各设置一个所述排水口。所述支撑环1与所述装饰件2之间的缝隙流入的水,会沿着所述连接部25流到所述导流槽26内,并沿所述导流槽26流动,直到流到所述出水口27处,通过所述出水口27流出。
如图1、2所示,所述挡水件3设置在所述支撑环1的下侧与所述装饰件2上的避让部21对应的位置,所述挡水件3能够承接所述装饰件2上流下的水,并对水进行导流将水排出,避免水会流到所述锅体内的电器元件上。
如图1、8、9所示,所述挡水件3包括接水部31,所述接水部31与所述装饰件2上的出水口27相对设置,所述出水口27流出的水会流入到所述接水部31内。所述接水部31包括接水槽311,所述接水槽311能够承接所述出水口27流出的水,所述接水部31还包括排水口312,所述接水槽311内的水通过所述排水口312排出。在一些实施例中,所述接水部31还包括排水通道313,所述排水通道313与所述排水口312连通,所述接水槽311内的水通过所述排水口312流入到所述排水通道313内,并沿所述排水通道313流出,使水流到所述锅体的底座上,所述排水通道313优选构造为管状结构。
在一些实施例中,所述挡水件3还包括遮挡部32,所述遮挡部32与所述接水部31连接,所述遮挡部32用于对锅体内的电器元件(例如电路板、线路等)进行遮挡。所述遮挡部32构造为板状结构,所述电器元件位于所述遮挡部32的第一侧(即靠近所述锅体径向内部的一侧),所述接水部31的排水通道313位于所述挡水部32的第二侧,即所述遮挡部32能够将水与所述电器元件隔离,从而进一步避免了水会流到所述电器元件上,并且,所述遮挡部32的设置,除了挡水,还能够对所述电器元件起到一定的保护作用,避免其受到磕碰或其他形式的损坏。
在一些实施例中,所述排水通道313设置在所述挡水部32上,如图8所示,所述排水通道313可以是设置在所述遮挡部32上的槽状结构,或者管状结构。在一些实施例中,所述遮挡部32与所述支撑环1进行连接,所述遮挡部32上设置有与所述支撑环1连接的连接孔321,所述连接孔321可以与螺钉等连接件配合将所述遮挡部32即所述挡水件3固定到所述支撑环1上,在一些实施例中,所述遮挡部32与所述支撑环1上的铰链安装结构11连接,进一步地,所述接水部31和所述遮挡部32之间存在高度差,使得安装时,所述遮挡部32与所述铰链安装结构11接触并连接,所述接水部31靠近所述装饰件2或与所述装饰件2接触,以保证水流落差更小,避免水流入所述接水部31时会有水滴溅起。
如图8所示,在一些实施例中,所述接水部31上设置有与所述装饰件2配合的限位结构314,所述挡水件3安装时,所述限位结构314对所述挡水件3进行限位,以及安装过程中对所述挡水件3的安装进行定位。具体地,所述限位结构314构造为形成在所述接 水部31上的卡槽,所述装饰件2上的所述内侧部23能够卡入到所述卡槽内。在一些实施例中,所述限位结构314包括限位筋,所述卡槽形成在所述限位筋上,并且,所述限位筋还能够与对所述装饰件2起到一定的支撑作用,使所述装饰件2的安装更加可靠。
在一些实施例中,所述接水部31与所述遮挡部32之间设置有连接结构33,所述连接结构33优选构造为同时与所述接水部31和所述遮挡部32连接的板状结构,所述连接结构33的设置使得所述挡水件3的整体结构强度更高。在一些实施例中,所述连接结构33上设置有卡线部331,所述卡线部331用于对所述锅体内的线路进行固定,使线路更加整齐,避免锅体内部结构过于凌乱。在一些实施例中,所述卡线部331构造为在所述连接结构33的边缘形成的卡钩,线路能够通过所述卡钩进行固定,所述卡钩优选在所述连接结构33的边缘开槽形成。为了进一步提高结构强度,所述连接结构33上还设置有加强筋332,所述加强筋332同时与所述连接结构33、接水部31和遮挡部32连接。
在一些实施例中,所述接水部31设置有两个,两个所述接水部31设置在所述遮挡部32的两侧,并且两个所述接水部31与所述遮挡部32构成凹形结构。
本公开还提供一种烹饪器具,包括锅体和盖体,所述锅体上设置有所述支撑环组件,所述盖体与所述支撑环组件连接。所述支撑环组件的所述装饰件2的外侧部24构成所述锅体的外观结构,以提高所述烹饪器具整体的美观。在一些实施例中,所述烹饪器具为电饭煲、电压力锅等。
本公开提供的支撑环组件通过设置装饰件构成锅体的外观件,使锅体外观更加美观。并且,在装饰件上设置导水结构,使流入到装饰件上的水能够按照设定的路线排出,并通过挡水件与装饰件上的排水结构配合将水导出,避免水流到锅体内的电器元件上。
本领域的技术人员容易理解的是,在不冲突的前提下,上述各优选方案可以自由地组合、叠加。
应当理解,上述的实施方式仅是示例性的,而非限制性的,在不偏离本公开的基本原理的情况下,本领域的技术人员可以针对上述细节做出的各种明显的或等同的修改或替换,都将包含于本公开的权利要求范围内。
Claims (15)
- 一种烹饪器具,包括:锅盖;以及锅体,包括支撑环组件,所述支撑环组件设在所述锅体上并且包括支撑环和装饰件,所述装饰件与所述支撑环连接,所述装饰件设有导水结构,所述导水结构能够收集流到所述支撑环与所述装饰件之间的水并将水排出,以便将水与所述锅体内的电器元件隔离。
- 根据权利要求1所述的烹饪器具,还包括挡水件,用于承接从所述导水结构排出的水。
- 根据权利要求2所述的烹饪器具,其中所述挡水件被构造成将其承接的水导流至所述锅体的底座上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的烹饪器具,其中所述装饰部包括内侧部、外侧部和连接部,所述连接部设置在所述内侧部与所述外侧部之间,并且所述连接部与所述内侧部和所述外侧部相连,所述连接部与所述内侧部之间形成导流槽和出水口,所述导流槽将水引导到所述出水口排出。
- 根据权利要求4所述的烹饪器具,其中所述挡水件包括接水部,所述接水部与所述出水口相对设置,所述出水口流出的水流到所述接水部内。
- 根据权利要求2所述的烹饪器具,其中所述接水部设有限位结构,所述限位结构用于所述接水部与所述装饰件之间的限位。
- 根据权利要求2所述的烹饪器具,其中所述接水部包括接水槽和排水通道,所述接水槽用于承接所述出水口流出的水,所述接水槽内的水通过所述排水通道流出。
- 根据权利要求7所述的烹饪器具,其中所述挡水件还包括遮挡部,所述遮挡部将所述锅体内的电器元件与所述排水通道隔离。
- 根据权利要求8所述的烹饪器具,其中所述遮挡部构造为板状结构,所述排水通道设置在所述板状结构远离所述电器元件的一侧。
- 根据权利要求8所述的烹饪器具,其中所述排水通道构造为设置在所述遮挡部上的管状或槽状结构。
- 根据权利要求8所述的烹饪器具,其中所述遮挡部上设置有用于与所述支撑环连接的连接孔。
- 根据权利要求7所述的烹饪器具,其中所述接水部与所述遮挡部之间设置有连接结构,所述连接结构与所述接水部和所述遮挡部相连。
- 根据权利要求4所述的烹饪器具,其中所述装饰件包括装饰部和避让部,所述避让部用来避让开所述支撑环上的铰链结构,所述装饰部与所述避让部构成环形结构。所述导流槽沿所述连接部延伸,所述避让部的两侧均设置有所述出水口。
- 根据权利要求4所述的烹饪器具,其中所述内侧部通过卡接的方式与所述支撑环连接。
- 根据权利要求1-14中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其中所述烹饪器具包括电饭煲或电压力锅。
