在本发明实施例中,标识信息至少用于标识预定设备的型号,该设备型号指示了设备的具体编号。其中,上述标识信息的获取可以通过应用调用应用所在的终端的摄像头对预定设备的二维码进行扫描以获取预定设备的标识信息;也可以通过人工输入的方式将标识信息输入到应用中,当需要时直接调用标识信息,本发明实施例中并不限定预定设备的型号和类型。
可选的,对于上述扫描方式,不仅可以包括上述扫描二维码,还可以包括扫描其它的图形码,如扫描一维码,或者扫描其它指纹码。
需要说明的是,应用在获取预定设备上的标识信息前,在应用中可以预先储存该预定设备的三维和/或二维模型,以在需要展示某个设备时候,可以通过直接获取标识信息对应的预定设备的3D模型,进而在应用中显示该三维模型,可以供用户或设备维修人员进行维修,从而可以使人们对预定设备的操作方便。
可选的,应用还可以对预定设备进行拍照,并对照片进行识别以获得该预定设备的标识信息,从而进行展示,标识信息可以标识产品型号,标识信息也可以是唯一标识一台设备的。
步骤S104,应用获取标识信息对应的预定设备的3D模型,其中,3D模型能够被用户所操作,3D模型用于显示预定设备的组成。
可选的,在应用获取3D模型时,可以通过调用服务器中存储的该预定设备的3D模型的数据以获取到3D模型。3D模型中可以包括预定设备各个部件的组成,如对于空调而言,3D模型可以包括风机、拉杆、四通管等部件。在本发明实施例中,由于预定设备不同,则对于3D模型中的部件组成也不做具体限定,可以在实际工作中根据实际情况自行设置。
步骤S106,应用显示3D模型。
需要说明的是,应用可以显示3D模型以及操作控件,其中,操作控件用于显示展示3D模型的方式;当接收到用户选择的显示3D模型的方式之后,可以根据选择的3D模型的方式展示3D模型。
其中,上述的操作控件,可以是应用所在屏幕界面显示的控件,如对于空调而言,“五级水洗控件”,“电机拆卸控件”等,而对于洗衣机而言,可以包括“水桶内筒控件”,“转轴控件”等,本发明实施例对于不同的设备所设定操作控件不相同。另外,在本发明中对于不同的3D模型,会有对应的操作空间,用户可以在操作空间对3D模型进行触控操作,触摸介质(如手指、触摸笔等)可以对屏幕界面进行触控操作(如移动、长按、拖动等)。
另外,在标识信息标识展示3D模型的方式的情况下,应用显示3D模型可以包括但不限于:应用根据标识出的展示3D模型的方式展示3D模型。
可选的,上述展示3D模型的方式包括展示对预定设备的预定操作,包括但不限于以下几种:组装预定设备、拆解预定设备、清洗预定设备、维修预定设备、安装预定设备、解除安装预定设备等。
其中,上述的解除安装预定设备可以是移机,即对预定设备进行移机操作。
通过上述步骤,应用可以获取预定设备上的标识信息;应用可以获取标识信息对应的预定设备的3D模型,其中,3D模型能够被用户所操作,3D模型用于显示预定设备的组成;应用显示3D模型。达到了根据获取预定设备上的标识信息进行显示3D模型的目的,可以通过显示3D模型来显示设备的立体图,并且用户还可以通过该3D模型来模拟使用设备,从而实现了灵活的展示设备模型的技术效果,进而解决了相关技术中展示设备时,效率较低的技术问题。
作为本发明一个可选的实施例,还可以让应用接收用户对3D模型的操作,并根据操作对3D模型进行以下至少之一的显示:对3D模型的整体或者部分进行旋转显示、对3D模型的整体或者部分进行缩放显示、对3D模型的各个部件的组装关系进行显示、通过上述3D模型显示预定设备的工作状态。
在上述实施例中,用户可以通过手机的APP显示空调的模型,空调模型的每个空调部件都可以拆出来单独展示,并且,可以旋转、放大、缩小等,方便维修的人员使用。比如说,维修的人员对空调进行维修操作,这时候就可以通过APP展示怎么对这个空调进行移机,如果维修人员要维修空调漏水的问题,这时候可以通过APP展示维修该漏水问题应该怎么把空调打开。这个APP不仅仅给维修人员使用,也可以给用户自行维修空调提供参考。
另外,上述实施例中除了可以展示3D模型之外,还可以显示该预定设备所在的房屋的模型,该房屋模型的大小可以是用户自行配置的,这样可以使用户真正看到该设备在房屋中的样子。也即是说,在该房屋模型中,还可以显示该预定设备的工作状态,例如,可以模拟空调的安装位置,让用户形象的看到空调的使用情况。
通过上述实施例,可以让用户通过应用直接观察到预定设备的3D模型,并且可以操控应用所在界面上的控件,观察到设备的各个部件的动态,并且还可以模型对预定设备的相关操作,如清洗操作、维修操作、组装操作、拆解操作、安装操作。通过这些操作可以让用户提前了解到如何对设备进行相关操作,从而减少后续的操作。
下面结合另一种可选的设备模型对本发明进行说明,如图2所示,该模型为空调模型,在空调模型中可以包括:360螺旋扫风控件、五级水洗控件、电机拆卸控件,缩放、旋转查看细节,从而通过各个控件了解到如何对该空调模型进行相关操作,为后续对空调进行拆卸操作。可选的,在对空调模型进行操作之前,还可以通过点击图2中右下角的视频控件来播放出空调操作的视频内容,从而让用户一步步了解到如何对空调模型进行相关动作。
上述图2示出的内容中,对空调所对应的模型进行模型操作,利用应用显示屏可 以识别特定触控动作,并对模型进行相应的操作显示,为用户后续动作做准备,以减少后续操作失误。
下面结合另一种装置实施例对本发明进行说明。
实施例2
根据本发明实施例还提供了一种设备展示处理装置,需要说明的是,本发明实施例的设备展示处理装置可以用于执行本发明实施例所提供的设备展示处理方法。以下对本发明实施例提供的设备展示处理装置进行介绍。
图3是根据本发明实施例的一种设备展示处理装置的示意图,如图3所示,该设备展示处理装置包括:第一获取单元31,第二获取单元33以及第一显示单元35。下面对该设备展示处理装置进行详细说明。
第一获取单元31,设置为让应用获取预定设备上的标识信息。
第二获取单元33,设置为让应用获取标识信息对应的预定设备的3D模型,其中,3D模型能够被用户所操作,3D模型用于显示预定设备的组成。
第一显示单元35,设置为让应用显示3D模型。
在本发明实施例中,利用第一获取单元31让应用可以获取预定设备上的标识信息,,然后利用第二获取单元33让应用可以获取标识信息对应的预定设备的3D模型,其中,3D模型能够被用户所操作,3D模型用于显示预定设备的组成,最后可以利用第一显示单元35让应用显示3D模型。从而实现了灵活的展示设备模型的技术效果,进而解决了相关技术中展示设备时,效率较低的技术问题。
作为本发明一个可选的实施例,第一显示单元包括:展示模块,设置为在标识信息还用于标识展示3D模型的方式的情况下,应用根据标识出的展示3D模型的方式展示3D模型。
作为本发明一个可选的实施例,上述的设备展示处理装置还包括:第二显示单元,设置为显示3D模型以及操作控件,其中,操作控件用于显示展示3D模型的方式;展示单元,设置为在接收到用户选择的显示3D模型的方式之后,根据选择的3D模型的方式展示3D模型。
作为本发明一个可选的实施例,上述展示单元,还设置为展示对预定设备进行的预定操作,操作包括以下至少之一:组装预定设备、拆解预定设备、清洗预定设备、维修预定设备、安装预定设备、解除安装预定设备。
作为本发明一个可选的实施例,上述第一获取单元包括:调用模块,设置为应用调用应用所在的终端的摄像头对预定设备的二维码进行扫描以获取预定设备的标识信息。
作为本发明一个可选的实施例,上述设备展示处理装置还包括:处理单元,设置为应用接收用户对3D模型的操作,并根据操作对3D模型进行以下至少之一的显示:对3D模型的整体或者部分进行旋转显示、对3D模型的整体或者部分进行缩放显示、对3D模型的各个部件的组装关系进行显示、通过上述3D模型显示预定设备的工作状态。
上述设备展示处理装置包括处理器和存储器,上述第一获取单元31,第二获取单元33以及第一显示单元35等均作为程序单元存储在存储器中,由处理器执行存储在存储器中的上述程序单元来实现相应的功能。
上述处理器中包含内核,由内核去存储器中调取相应的程序单元。内核可以设置一个或以上,通过应用获取预定设备上的标识信息,以利用标识信息让应用显示3D模型。
上述存储器可能包括计算机可读介质中的非永久性存储器,随机存取存储器(RAM)和/或非易失性内存等形式,如只读存储器(ROM)或闪存(flash RAM),存储器包括至少一个存储芯片。
根据本发明实施例的另外一个方面,还提供了一种存储介质,存储介质包括存储的程序,其中,程序执行上述中任意一项的设备展示处理方法。
根据本发明实施例的另外一个方面,还提供了一种处理器,处理器用于运行程序,其中,程序运行时执行上述中任意一项的设备展示处理方法。
在本发明实施例中还提供了一种设备,该设备包括处理器、存储器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的程序,处理器执行程序时实现以下步骤:应用获取预定设备上的标识信息;应用获取标识信息对应的预定设备的3D模型,其中,3D模型能够被用户所操作,3D模型用于显示预定设备的组成;应用显示3D模型。
可选地,上述的处理器在执行程序时,还可以实现如下步骤:应用根据标识的展示3D模型的方式展示3D模型。
可选地,上述的处理器在执行程序时,还可以实现如下步骤:应用还显示3D模型以及操作控件,其中,操作控件用于显示展示3D模型的方式;在接收到用户选择的显示3D模型的方式之后,根据选择的3D模型的方式展示3D模型。
可选地,上述的处理器在执行程序时,还可以实现如下步骤:展示对预定设备进行的预定操作,操作包括以下至少之一:组装预定设备、拆解预定设备、清洗预定设备、维修预定设备、安装预定设备、解除安装预定设备。
可选地,上述的处理器在执行程序时,还可以实现如下步骤:应用调用应用所在的终端的摄像头对预定设备的二维码进行扫描以获取预定设备的标识信息。
可选地,上述的处理器在执行程序时,还可以实现如下步骤:应用接收用户对3D模型的操作,并根据操作对3D模型进行以下至少之一的显示:对3D模型的整体或者部分进行旋转显示、对3D模型的整体或者部分进行缩放显示、对3D模型的各个部件的组装关系进行显示、通过上述3D模型显示预定设备的工作状态。
在本发明实施例中还提供了一种计算机程序产品,当在数据处理设备上执行时,适于执行初始化有如下方法步骤的程序:应用获取预定设备上的标识信息;应用获取标识信息对应的预定设备的3D模型,其中,3D模型能够被用户所操作,3D模型用于显示预定设备的组成;应用显示3D模型。

另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。
所述集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时, 可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可为个人计算机、服务器或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、移动硬盘、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
工业实用性
本申请实施例提供的方案可以用于根据获取的预定设备上的标识信息显示预定设备的3D模型,在本申请实施例提供的技术方案中,通过显示3D模型来显示设备的立体图,并且用户还可以通过该3D模型来模拟使用设备,从而实现了灵活的展示设备模型的技术效果,进而解决了相关技术中展示设备时,效率较低的技术问题。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种设备展示处理方法,包括:
    应用获取预定设备上的标识信息;
    所述应用获取所述标识信息对应的所述预定设备的3D模型,其中,所述3D模型能够被用户所操作,所述3D模型用于显示所述预定设备的组成;
    所述应用显示所述3D模型。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述标识信息还用于标识展示所述3D模型的方式的情况下,所述应用显示所述3D模型包括:
    所述应用根据标识出的展示所述3D模型的方式展示所述3D模型。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,还包括:
    所述应用显示所述3D模型以及操作控件,其中,所述操作控件用于显示展示所述3D模型的方式;
    在接收到用户选择的显示所述3D模型的方式之后,根据选择的所述方式展示所述3D模型。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的方法,其中,展示所述3D模型的方式包括:展示对所述预定设备进行的预定操作,所述操作包括以下至少之一:组装所述预定设备、拆解所述预定设备、清洗所述预定设备、维修所述预定设备、安装所述预定设备、解除安装所述预定设备。
  5. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述应用获取所述预定设备上的标识信息包括:
    所述应用调用所述应用所在的终端的摄像头对所述预定设备的二维码进行扫描以获取所述预定设备的标识信息。
  6. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    所述应用接收用户对所述3D模型的操作,并根据所述操作对所述3D模型进行以下至少之一的显示:对所述3D模型的整体或者部分进行旋转显示、对所述3D模型的整体或者部分进行缩放显示、对所述3D模型的各个部件的组装关系进行显示、通过上述3D模型显示所述预定设备的工作状态。
  7. 一种设备展示处理装置,包括:
    第一获取单元,设置为应用获取预定设备上的标识信息;
    第二获取单元,设置为所述应用获取所述标识信息对应的所述预定设备的3D模型,其中,所述3D模型能够被用户所操作,所述3D模型用于显示所述预定设备的组成;
    第一显示单元,设置为所述应用显示所述3D模型。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述第一显示单元包括:
    展示模块,设置为在所述标识信息还用于标识展示所述3D模型的方式的情况下,所述应用根据标识出的展示所述3D模型的方式展示所述3D模型。
  9. 一种存储介质,所述存储介质包括存储的程序,其中,所述程序执行权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的设备展示处理方法。
  10. 一种处理器,所述处理器用于运行程序,其中,所述程序运行时执行权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的设备展示处理方法。
