现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1所示的一种气流循环式易烘干智能家用毛绒玩具清洁机,包括清洁主机1以及抽拉支架2。
如图2、图3所示,所述的清洁主机1包括外壳体11、内壳体12、吹砂装置13、除砂装置14、除湿装置15、控制器16以及导向板19;所述的内壳体12是套接固定在外壳体11的内腔中并彼此完全隔绝,外壳体11、内壳体12之间设有外腔体17;
所述的外壳体11具有单向开口;所述内壳体12的内腔体18两端具有开口,其中一个开口是与外壳体11的开口对正,且内壳体12下端设有储砂槽124,储砂槽124内储存有清洁砂,储砂槽124上方设有网板125隔绝清洁砂与内腔体18。
如图4所示,所述的吹砂装置13、除砂装置14、控制器16是固定设置在外腔体17内;所述的吹砂装置13包括第一气泵131、吹砂管134,第一气泵131出气口与储砂槽124分别与吹砂管134的一端连接。第一气泵131将外腔体17内的空气吸入后喷向吹砂管134形成负压,清洁砂在吹砂管134内负压的影响下随着气流吹向内腔体18,为了获得更多的空气,外壳体11上设有进气孔。
如图2所示,吹砂管134的另一端与内壳体12远离外壳体11开口一端的 开口相互连接,所述的导向板19是铰接设置在该开口上。
如图7、图2所示,所述的导向板19是V字形结构,导向板19上镶嵌设置有铁块191,并在内壳体12上设有电磁铁121;通过电磁铁121的吸引引导导向板19转向而改变气流的方向,气流吹起毛绒玩具上的绒毛,清洁砂进入绒毛内将污垢吸附出来。
在如图3所示的一种可能的实施例中,若干个导向板19竖向叠加,分别控制可形成乱流。
如图5所示,所述的除砂装置14包括第一壳体141、第二气泵142、挡板143,第一壳体141一侧是与内腔体18相互连通,第二气泵142设于第一壳体141另一侧,挡板143是竖直交错设置在第一壳体141内腔中,并在第一壳体141下端设有管道与储砂槽124相互连接;第二气泵142向第一壳体141外抽气,含有细小清洁砂的气流在挡板143之间穿行减速,清洁砂沉降最终沿着管道滑落到储砂槽124内,避免清洁砂污染毛绒玩具。
如图6所示,所述的除湿装置15是镶嵌设置在外壳体11上,除湿装置15包括第二壳体151、风管154,第二壳体151与内腔体18连通,风管154中部盘绕在第二壳体151内腔,风管154两端穿出第二壳体151且其一端与设置在外腔体17的第三气泵155的出气口连接;湿热空气进入第二壳体151,第三气泵155将冷空气充入风管154冷凝湿热空气中的水分并储存在第二壳体151内腔。
如图8所示,所述的抽拉支架2包括门板21、具有C字形结构的支撑架22;所述的支撑架22从内腔体18的另一开口伸入,门板21与外壳体11抵接并与内壳体12围成具有环形内壁的密闭的内腔体18,环形内壁有利于形成环形气流;
所述的支撑架22上还设有振动电机222、伸展夹223、振动杆224,振动电机222与振动杆224相互传动连接,夹住毛绒玩具的伸展夹223与支撑架22通过弹力绳连接,弹力绳伸缩在支撑架22的内腔中;
所述的控制器16分别与第一气泵131、第二气泵142、第三气泵155、振动 电机222、电磁铁121电连接,以此控制其运作。
在如图4所示的一种实施例中,所述的第一气泵131、第二气泵142的进气口以及出气口设有防尘网132,以此防止清洁砂进入气泵内。
在如图4所示的一种实施例中,所述的吹砂管134通过管道与储砂槽124相互连接,且在该管道上设有与控制器16电连接控制清洁砂进出的电磁阀133,烘干毛绒玩具后打开电磁阀133注入清洁砂清理毛绒玩具,在完成清洁后需要清除清洁砂时关闭电磁阀133,通过除砂装置14和振动杆224的协助下除去清洁砂。
在如图3所示的一种实施例中,所述的内腔体18侧壁上对称设置有若干远红外加热板123烘干毛绒玩具,当然也可以使用例如微波加热等非接触、无明火的加热方式烘干毛绒玩具。
在一种实施例中,所述的内壳体12上设置有倒T字形结构的滑轨122,滑轨122卡入设置在支撑架22上倒T字形结构的滑槽221。
在如图6所示的一种实施例中,所述的第二壳体151上下端分别设有通孔153,且下端通孔153上设有旋转塞152,当湿热气体进入第二壳体151内腔后冷凝出的水分储藏在第二壳体151中,旋转塞152用于封堵下端用于出水的通孔153,上端的通孔153用于泄压,在一种实施例中上端开口设有压力阀。
本发明所述的一种气流循环式易烘干智能家用毛绒玩具清洁机,其结构合理,包括清洁主机以及抽拉支架,毛绒玩具固定在振动杆上,并通过伸展夹将毛绒玩具伸展开来,通过远红外加热烘干毛绒玩具,烘干产生的湿热气体通过除湿装置处理后排出,在带有清洁砂的旋转气流或者乱流吹动下,清洁砂可以进入绒毛根部将毛绒玩具彻底清洁,清洁完成后振动杆振动将毛绒玩具上的清洁砂抖落到储砂槽,并通过除砂装置将空气中的细小砂砾回收到储砂槽内;其结构合理,具有结构简单、使用方便、智能化程度高、清洁彻底、对毛绒玩具损伤小等优点,有效解决毛绒玩具不好清洁的问题。
以上述依据本发明的理想实施例为启示,通过上述的说明内容,相关工作 人员完全可以在不偏离本项发明技术思想的范围内,进行多样的变更以及修改。本项发明的技术性范围并不局限于说明书上的内容,必须要根据权利要求范围来确定其技术性范围。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种气流循环式易烘干智能家用毛绒玩具清洁机,其特征是:包括清洁主机(1)以及抽拉支架(2),所述的清洁主机(1)包括外壳体(11)、内壳体(12)、吹砂装置(13)、除砂装置(14)、除湿装置(15)、控制器(16)以及导向板(19);所述的内壳体(12)是套接固定在外壳体(11)的内腔中,外壳体(11)、内壳体(12)之间设有外腔体(17);所述内壳体(12)的内腔体(18)两端具有开口,且内壳体(12)下端设有储砂槽(124),储砂槽(124)上方设有网板(125);
    所述的吹砂装置(13)、除砂装置(14)、控制器(16)是设置在外腔体(17)内;所述的吹砂装置(13)包括第一气泵(131)、吹砂管(134),第一气泵(131)出气口与储砂槽(124)分别与吹砂管(134)的一端连接,吹砂管(134)的另一端与内壳体(12)的开口相互连接,所述的导向板(19)是铰接设置在该开口上,所述的导向板(19)是V字形结构,导向板(19)上镶嵌设置有铁块(191),并在内壳体(12)上设有电磁铁(121);
    所述的除砂装置(14)包括第一壳体(141)、第二气泵(142)、挡板(143),第一壳体(141)一侧是与内腔体(18)相互连通,第二气泵(142)设于第一壳体(141)另一侧,挡板(143)是竖直交错设置在第一壳体(141)内腔中,并在第一壳体(141)下端设有管道与储砂槽(124)相互连接;
    所述的除湿装置(15)是镶嵌设置在外壳体(11)上,除湿装置(15)包括第二壳体(151)、风管(154),第二壳体(151)与内腔体(18)连通,风管(154)中部盘绕在第二壳体(151)内腔,风管(154)两端穿出第二壳体(151)且其一端与设置在外腔体(17)的第三气泵(155)出气口连接;
    所述的抽拉支架(2)包括门板(21)、具有C字形结构的支撑架(22);所述的支撑架(22)从内腔体(18)的另一开口伸入,门板(21)与外壳体(11)抵接并与内壳体(12)围成具有环形内壁的密闭的内腔体(18);所述的支撑架(22)上还设有振动电机(222)、伸展夹(223)、振动杆(224),振动电机(222)与振动杆(224)相互传动连接,伸展夹(223)与支撑架(22)通过弹力绳连 接;
    所述的控制器(16)分别与第一气泵(131)、第二气泵(142)、第三气泵(155)、振动电机(222)、电磁铁(121)电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种气流循环式易烘干智能家用毛绒玩具清洁机,其特征是:所述的第一气泵(131)、第二气泵(142)的进气口以及出气口设有防尘网(132)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种气流循环式易烘干智能家用毛绒玩具清洁机,其特征是:所述的吹砂管(134)通过管道与储砂槽(124)相互连接,且在该管道上设有与控制器(16)电连接控制清洁砂进出的电磁阀(133)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种气流循环式易烘干智能家用毛绒玩具清洁机,其特征是:所述的内腔体(18)侧壁上对称设置有若干远红外加热板(123)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种气流循环式易烘干智能家用毛绒玩具清洁机,其特征是:所述的内壳体(12)上设置有倒T字形结构的滑轨(122),滑轨(122)卡入设置在支撑架(22)上倒T字形结构的滑槽(221)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种气流循环式易烘干智能家用毛绒玩具清洁机,其特征是:所述的第二壳体(151)上下端分别设有通孔(153),且下端通孔(153)上设有旋转塞(152)。
