La présente invention concerne un dispositif serre-tête réglable comprenant : un élément de support avant (320, 420); un premier élément élastique (330, 430) et un second élément élastique (340, 440), le premier élément élastique (330, 430) et le second élément élastique (340, 440) étant respectivement reliés à une extrémité de l'élément de support avant (320, 420); un élément de raccordement arrière (350, 450) relié respectivement au premier élément élastique (330, 430) et au second élément élastique (340, 440) de manière à former un raccordement annulaire de l'élément de support (320, 420), du premier élément élastique (330, 430), du second élément élastique (340, 440), et de l'élément de raccordement arrière (350, 450); un premier élément de groupe de roues rotatives (310, 410), disposé dans l'élément de support avant (320, 420); un premier élément tirette, dont une extrémité est reliée au premier élément de groupe de roues rotatives (310, 410), et l'autre extrémité est reliée à l'élément de raccordement arrière (350, 450), le premier élément de groupe de roues rotatives (310, 410) servant à contracter l'élément de raccordement arrière (350, 450) en entraînant l'élément tirette. Le dispositif serre-tête de l'invention est portable et peut être entreposé, et par ailleurs, le réglage ainsi que le confort de port de ce dernier sont améliorés.
