本实用新型涉及水冷散热器技术领域,特别是涉及一种电脑分体式硬管水冷散热器里边各配件之间连接的接头。
背景技术
随着人们的生活水平越来越高,台式机电脑已经不仅是满足人们的使用需求,更多的也是一种装饰品的效果,所以硬管水冷应运而生,所谓硬管就是采用透明材料的PEGT或者亚克力材料不添加柔软剂的管子,而非传统的可以随意弯拆的软管。这种管子的好处就是可以按照使用者的意愿做出各种造型,管子之间的接头从传统的水暖行业借鉴过来,大家普遍采用的是标准O型圈做为密封材料。问题就是管子的公差问题会导致在装配过程中出现以下3大类的问题:
1、螺帽孔的公差与管子的公差很难匹配,甚至同一批次的管子公差都可能不一样,就会导致透明亚克力管(或PEGT透明管)表面划伤,严重影响外观。
2、密封O型圈规格很难选择,因为管子的外径公差比较大,当出现配合公差太大时,会导致漏水。
3、由于接头与管子之间的连接是靠O型圈的摩擦来固定的,而由于前述的第2点原因,同时会导致管子与O型圈之间的摩擦力不足,当水冷温度上升,内部压力增大时,导致亚克力管与接头脱离,导致严重的后果。

本实用新型通过提供一种用于电脑硬管水冷的快速接头,解决了现有技术中接头与硬管之间不能很好密封的技术问题,通过设计倒梯形橡胶密封圈代替O型圈 设,大大增强了密封效果。

(2)本实用新型中密封圈上底边设有倒角形凹陷部,使插硬管时密封圈不易划伤硬管;且由于密封圈的独特设计使得快拧盖的第四通道直径尺寸可以大于硬管外径,两者之间的公差可以做的稍大,这样可以使得硬管很容易的通过第四通道,以避免划伤硬管。而传统方案由于需要用O型圈密封,所以快拧盖中通道与硬管之间的公差不能做大,做大了O型圈容易在拧快拧盖的时候跑出来,但做小了又容易划伤硬管。
(3)本实用新型优化产品结构,实现防漏水、防脱管、防划伤、装配简单易用的产品大大提高安全可靠性,简化安装过程中的难度。
