一种高效破碎进料斗,包括进料斗(1),进料斗(1)上端设有盖板(2),盖板(2)上端设有纵向搅拌电机(3),纵向搅拌电机(3)的下端设有位于进料斗(1)内的搅拌轴(4),搅拌轴(4)上安装有螺旋输送片(5),进料斗(1)上部为圆柱形、下部为倒锥形,搅拌轴(4)下方设有位于进料斗(1)内的旋转轴(6),旋转轴(6)上安装有搅拌叶片(7),旋转轴(6)通过轴承座与进料斗(1)侧壁活动连接,旋转轴(6)的外端连接有横向搅拌电机(8),横向搅拌电机(8)固定安装在进料斗(1)侧壁上,进料斗(1)的下端设有出料管(9),盖板(2)上设有进料口(13)。通过在进料斗内增设纵向布置的搅拌轴和横向布置的旋转轴,能够对进料斗内结块物料进行双重搅拌,确保结块物料打碎充分,有效防止物料在进料斗内造成堵塞,延长进料斗的使用寿命。

Description

高效破碎进料斗 技术领域
本发明涉及一种进料斗,尤其涉及高效破碎进料斗。
背景技术
目前,送料装置广泛应用于矿山、煤炭、食品、化工、医药和建筑等行业,送料装置主要包括料斗和传输装置,比如皮带机。其中,料斗是送料装置的主要部件。一般工程中主要采取在料斗的外壁上安装振动电机的方式,振动电机工作时带动料斗的箱型结构产生受迫振动,使原料不易附着或堆积在料斗体的倾斜的内壁上,从而解决原料堵塞问题。但在工作过程中,物料会存在结块,结块的物料在料斗内堆积即使振动也无法使结块破碎,从而影响物料的输送。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单,制造方便,操作方便快捷,对进料斗内结块物料能够进行双重搅拌,确保结块物料能够被打碎,有效防止物料在进料斗内造成堵塞的高效破碎进料斗。
为此本发明所采用的技术方案是:
包括进料斗,所述进料斗上端设有盖板,所述盖板上端设有纵向搅拌电机,纵向搅拌电机的下端设有位于进料斗内的搅拌轴,搅拌轴上安装有螺旋输送片,进料斗上部为圆柱形,进料斗下部为倒锥形,搅拌轴下方设有位于进料斗内的旋转轴,旋转轴上安装有搅拌叶片,旋转轴通过轴承座与进料斗侧壁活动连接,旋转轴的外端连 接有横向搅拌电机,横向搅拌电机固定安装在进料斗侧壁上,进料斗的下端设有出料管,所述盖板上设有进料口。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述进料斗下部的侧壁上安装有振动器。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述进料斗的侧壁内壁上设有耐磨层,所述耐磨层通过粘结剂粘接在进料斗内壁上。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述出料管上设有流量控制阀。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述流量控制阀为插板式阀门,所述出料管上设有插缝,插板式阀门安装在插缝内。
本发明的优点是:
本发明结构简单,制造方便,操作方便快捷,通过在进料斗内增设纵向布置的搅拌轴和横向布置的旋转轴,能够对进料斗内结块物料进行双重搅拌,确保结块物料打碎充分,有效防止物料在进料斗内造成堵塞,延长进料斗的使用寿命。

作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述进料斗1下部的侧壁上安装有振动器10。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述进料斗1的侧壁内壁上设有耐磨层11,所述耐磨层11通过粘结剂粘接在进料斗1内壁上。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述出料管9上设有流量控制阀12。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述流量控制阀12为插板式阀门,所述出料管9上设有插缝,插板式阀门安装在插缝内。

  1. 高效破碎进料斗,其特征在于,包括进料斗,所述进料斗上端设有盖板,所述盖板上端设有纵向搅拌电机,纵向搅拌电机的下端设有位于进料斗内的搅拌轴,搅拌轴上安装有螺旋输送片,进料斗上部为圆柱形,进料斗下部为倒锥形,搅拌轴下方设有位于进料斗内的旋转轴,旋转轴上安装有搅拌叶片,旋转轴通过轴承座与进料斗侧壁活动连接,旋转轴的外端连接有横向搅拌电机,横向搅拌电机固定安装在进料斗侧壁上,进料斗的下端设有出料管,所述盖板上设有进料口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的高效破碎进料斗,其特征在于,所述进料斗下部的侧壁上安装有振动器。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的高效破碎进料斗,其特征在于,所述进料斗的侧壁内壁上设有耐磨层,所述耐磨层通过粘结剂粘接在进料斗内壁上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的高效破碎进料斗,其特征在于,所述出料管上设有流量控制阀。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的高效破碎进料斗,其特征在于,所述流量控制阀为插板式阀门,所述出料管上设有插缝,插板式阀门安装在插缝内。
