Description

阴道内射精潜伏期及阴道阵挛监测装置 技术领域
本发明涉及医疗监测设备领域,尤其涉及一种阴道内射精潜伏期及阴道阵挛监测装置。
背景技术
早泄是成年男性中最常见的性功能障碍疾病。早泄可由客观标准和主观感受两种不同方法来定义。客观标准定义是根据阴茎进入阴道到射精的持续时间,即阴道内射精潜伏时间(intravaginal ejaculation latency time,IELT),来衡量有无早泄症状的客观指标;主观感受的定义是指男性在其本人或伴侣期望的时间之前射精的情况,感觉到对射精控制力降低或这种情况引起困扰不满或人际交往障碍。早泄在成年男性中发病率为30%左右,严重地影响患者的家庭生活以及工作质量。
目前,早泄的初步判断主要依赖采用评价问卷的形式询问患者病史,调查患者性生活。问卷包括早泄诊断工具、阿拉伯早泄指数以及中国早泄患者性功能评价表等。但是,综合上述各类问卷,早泄的临床诊断主要还是依赖患者主诉,通过患者描述的性交时间,根据早泄评价问卷进行评估是否患有早泄,缺少实用的客观量化指标。当前,使用秒表来测定IELT(又称Stopwatch)虽然客观,但需要患者在性交过程中手动记录开始与结束的时间,影响了男女双方的互动,尤其给男方带来巨大的压力。因此,除研究外,Stopwatch在临床上不具有实用性。临床上更多采用主观的描述及问卷,缺乏长期客观的IELT数据的支持。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种阴道内射精潜伏期及阴道阵挛监测装置,实现对阴道内性交时间、阴道内抽动幅度、抽动力度及阴道阵挛等的监测。通过对这些数据的记录和分析,对患者自我性功能的评估和医生对患者的诊断和治疗提供科学的数据。
为达到上述目的,本发明是采用以下技术方案实现的:
本发明公开的阴道内射精潜伏期及阴道阵挛监测装置,包括监测套、综合传感器组和处理电路集成模块,所述综合传感器组位于监测套内(或体外,可作为两个专利),所述处理电路集成模块与监测套可拆卸连接,所述处理电路集成模块包括实时时钟芯片、中央处理单元、数据传输部件和电源模块,所述综合传感器组、实时时钟芯片、数据传输部件均连接中央处理单元,所述电源模块用于提供工作电源。
优选的,所述综合传感器组包括光电传感器、压电传感器、超声波传感器、电阻传感器和电磁传感器,综合传感器组封装在长方体机构中,所述长方体机构的长边与监测套的长度方向相同;所述监测套设有夹层,综合传感器组位于夹层中。
优选的,所述处理电路集成模块的外观为半圆柱形的弧形结构,所述半圆柱形的弧形结构的直径大于监测套的开口直径,半圆柱形的弧形结构的端面与监测套的开口部可拆卸连接。

本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明可以自动记录射精潜伏时间,性交抽动幅度,性交抽动力度,性交抽动频率等数据,不影响男女双方性交时的互动。
2、本发明使用简单,使用方便。
3、本发明利用各种传感器实时记录,记录的数据客观可靠,为医生的诊断提供了数据支持。
4、本发明的处理电路集成模块采用可拆卸、防水设计,并且可采用多种方式充电,该模块可反复使用,成本较低。
5、可使用应用程序接收、存储数据,应用程序安装在现有的计算机或者手机中,减少了硬件成本。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
如图1、图2所示,本发明公开的阴道内射精潜伏期及阴道阵挛监测装置,包括监测套1、综合传感器组2、处理电路集成模块3、数据存储装置、应用程序、智能终端,其中,综合传感器组2、处理电路集成模块3均安装在监测套1上,处理电路集成模块3分别与综合传感器组2和数据存储装置相连,综合传感器组2用于监测性交频率及幅度;处理电路集成模块3用于接收处理所述综合传感器组的输出信号、将信息通过应用程序传递到智能终端、接收智能终端的控制信号;智能终端用于分析接收的信息得到性能力的相关参数。
处理电路集成模块3和所述数据存储装置通过卡扣8固定在靠近监测套1开口处,4个卡扣8成对分别安装在扩展环4和处理电路集成模块3上,对应于人体阴茎根部位置,所述处理电路集成模块3包括实时时钟芯片、中央处理单元、无线通信模块、电源模块、开关及指示灯部件5、数据传输模块6、传感器电路接口7。
综合传感器组2沿监测套1轴向方向安装在监测套1上,综合传感器组2包括光电传感器、压电传感器、超声波传感器、电阻传感器、电磁传感器、传感器电路接口7,综合传感器组2的传感器电路接口7与所述处理电路集成模块3的 传感器电路接口7相连。
实际使用时,被检查者先使用穿戴传统避孕套方式戴上监测套1,戴上监测套1后,将处理电路集成模块3安装在扩展环4上,将处理电路集成模块3的传感器电路接口7与综合传感器组2的传感器电路接口7连接,打开开关及指示灯部件5后,正常性交,通过综合传感器组2监测实时信息,并传递给中央处理单元,中央处理单元分析处理实时信息后存入数据存储装置,实时时钟芯片记录开始和结束的具体时间,这样就可以获得射精潜伏总时间,性交抽动幅度,性交抽动力度,性交抽动频率及阴道阵挛等数据。性交结束后,关闭电源开关,取下处理电路集成模块3。本发明还能将数据存储装置中的数据通过应用程序传输到智能终端,通过分析得到的数据,自动生成系列可视化的报表、曲线图、小结等。
