Abstract

The present disclosure relates to neuromodulation, and in particular to devices and techniques for delivering non-invasive neurostimulation to treat enuresis and pelvic floor disorders. Particularly, aspects of the present disclosure are directed to a transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) device including a controller configured to provide a set of stimulation parameters, and a pulse generator configured to generate neural stimulation based on the set of stimulation parameters; electrode(s) connected to the TENS device for delivering the neural stimulation generated by the pulse generator to a region of a user; sensor(s) for detecting one or more of the following: a triggering event for the neural stimulation, a nerve response of the neural stimulation, and a sensitivity level of the patient to the neural stimulation; and a garment or pad attached to the TENS device, the electrode(s), and the sensor(s).
