Claims (18)
- 一种数据无线承载的恢复方法,包括:向网络侧网元发送指示信息,其中,所述指示信息用于指示用户设备所保持的数据无线承载中的第一数据无线承载,所述第一数据无线承载为需要发送上行数据的数据无线承载;接收所述网络侧网元根据所述指示信息返回的配置信息;根据所述配置信息恢复所述第一数据无线承载。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述指示信息包括:第一标识,其中,所述第一标识用于指示所述第一数据无线承载所采用的无线资源类型。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述指示信息包括:第二标识,其中,所述第二标识用于指示所述第一数据无线承载的相关标识,所述第二标识包括以下对象中的至少之一:所述第一数据无线承载的标识;所述第一数据无线承载对应的逻辑信道的标识和所述第一数据无线承载对应的逻辑信道组的标识中的至少之一;所述第一数据无线承载对应的协议数据单元会话PDU session的标识;所述第一数据无线承载对应的服务质量流QoS Flow的标识。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述向网络侧网元发送指示信息,包括:通过以下对象中的至少之一向网络侧网元发送指示信息:向所述网络侧网元发送的无线资源控制RRC消息中所包含的信元和向所述网络侧网元发送的媒体接入控制控制单元MAC CE。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述向所述网络侧网元发送的RRC消息包括以下至少之一:RRC恢复请求消息,RRC恢复完成消息和辅小区组SCG失败信息消息。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,通过向所述网络侧网元发送的MAC CE向所述网络侧网元发送指示信息,包括:重新定义所述网络侧网元发送的MAC CE,其中,重新定义的MAC CE用于指示映射在SCG中的逻辑信道组缓冲区信息的辅小区组缓存状态报告SCG BSR;通过所述重新定义的MAC CE向所述网络侧网元发送指示信息;或者,在缓存状态报告媒体接入控制控制单元BSR MAC CE中增加用于指示SCG中的逻辑信道组缓冲区信息;通过所述BSR MAC CE向所述网络侧网元发送指示信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述接收所述网络侧网元发送的配置信息,包括:在由RRC非活动态下的用户设备向所述网络侧网元发送所述指示信息的情况下,接收所述网络侧网元发送的RRC连接恢复消息;在由RRC连接态下的用户设备向所述网络侧网元发送所述指示信息的情况下,接收所述网络侧网元发送的RRC连接重配置消息。
- 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述RRC连接重配置消息或所述RRC连接恢复消息包括以下对象中的至少之一:所述用户设备的SCG配置信息,所述SCG配置信息用于指示所述用户设备对SCG进行处理;所述用户设备的数据无线承载状态指示信息,所述数据无线承载状态指示信息用于指示所述用户设备所保持的数据无线承载所处于的状态,并根据所述数据无线承载所处于的状态对所述数据无线承载进行处理;所述用户设备的PDU session状态指示信息,所述PDU session状态指示信息用于指示所述用户设备所保持的数据无线承载对应的PDU session所处于的状态,并根据所述数据无线承载对应的PDU session所处于的状态对所述PDU session进行处理;所述用户设备的QoS Flow状态指示信息,所述QoS Flow状态指示信息用于指示所述用户设备所保持的数据无线承载对应的QoS Flow所处于的状态,并根据所述QoS Flow所处于的状态对所述QoS Flow进行处理。
- 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述配置信息恢复所述第一数据无线承载包括以下至少之一:在所述RRC连接重配置消息或所述RRC连接恢复消息包括所述用户设备的SCG配置信息的情况下,所述用户设备根据所述用户设备的SCG配置信息和所述用户设备保存的本地SCG配置信息,恢复所述用户设备的SCG配置信息对应的第一数据无线承载和所述本地SCG配置信息对应的第一数据无线承载,或所述用户设备根据所述用户设备的SCG配置信息,恢复所述用户设备的SCG配置信息对应的第一数据无线承载,或所述用户设备根据所述用户设备保存的本地SCG配置信息,恢复所述本地SCG配置信息对应的第一数据无线承载;在所述RRC连接重配置消息或所述RRC连接恢复消息包括所述用户设备的数据无线承载状态指示信息的情况下,所述用户设备根据所述数据无线承载状态指示信息,恢复所述第一数据无线承载;在所述RRC连接重配置消息或所述RRC连接恢复消息包括所述用户设备的PDU session状态指示信息的情况下,所述用户设备根据所述PDU session状态指示信息,恢复所述PDU session状态指示信息对应的PDU session中所有QoS Flow所映射的第一数据无线承载;在所述RRC连接重配置消息或所述RRC连接恢复消息包括所述用户设备的QoS Flow状态指示信息的情况下,所述用户设备根据所述QoS Flow状态指示信息,恢复所述QoS Flow状态指示信息对应的QoS Flow所映射的第一数据无线承载。
- 一种数据无线承载的恢复方法,包括:接收用户设备发送的指示信息,其中,所述指示信息用于指示用户设备所保持的数据无线承载中的第一数据无线承载,所述第一数据无线承载为需要发送上行数据的数据无线承载;根据所述指示信息返回配置信息至所述用户设备,其中,所述配置信息用于指示所述用户设备根据所述配置信息恢复所述第一数据无线承载。
- 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,所述指示信息包括:第一标识,其中,所述第一标识用于指示所述第一数据无线承载所采用的无线资源类型。
- 根据权利要求10或11所述的方法,其中,所述指示信息包括:第二标识,其中,所述第二标识用于指示所述第一数据无线承载的具体目标;所述第二标识包括以下对象中的至少之一:所述第一数据无线承载的标识;所述第一数据无线承载对应的逻辑信道的标识和所述第一数据无线承载对应的逻辑信道组的标识中的至少之一;所述第一数据无线承载对应的协议数据单元会话PDU session的标识;所述第一数据无线承载对应的服务质量流QoS Flow的标识。
- 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述指示信息返回配置信息至所述用户设备,包括:在接收的所述指示信息由RRC非活动态下的用户设备发送的情况下,将 RRC连接恢复消息返回至所述用户设备;在接收的所述指示信息由RRC连接态下的用户设备发送的情况下,将RRC连接重配置消息返回至所述用户设备。
- 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中,所述RRC连接重配置消息或所述RRC连接恢复消息包括以下对象中的至少之一:所述用户设备的辅小区组SCG配置信息,所述SCG配置信息用于指示所述用户设备对SCG进行处理;所述用户设备的数据无线承载状态指示信息,所述数据无线承载状态指示信息用于指示所述用户设备所保持的数据无线承载所处于的状态,并根据所述数据无线承载所处于的状态对所述数据无线承载进行处理;所述用户设备的PDU session状态指示信息,所述PDU session状态指示信息用于指示所述用户设备所保持的数据无线承载对应的PDU session所处于的状态,并根据所述数据无线承载对应的PDU session所处于的状态对所述PDU session进行处理;所述用户设备的QoS Flow状态指示信息,所述QoS Flow状态指示信息用于指示所述用户设备所保持的数据无线承载对应的QoS Flow所处于的状态,并根据所述QoS Flow所处于的状态对所述QoS Flow进行处理。
- 一种数据无线承载的恢复装置,包括:指示模块,设置为向网络侧网元发送指示信息,其中,所述指示信息用于指示用户设备所保持的数据无线承载中的第一数据无线承载,所述第一数据无线承载为需要发送上行数据的数据无线承载;接收模块,设置为接收所述网络侧网元根据所述指示信息返回的配置信息;恢复模块,设置为根据所述配置信息恢复所述第一数据无线承载。
- 一种数据无线承载的恢复装置,包括:获取模块,设置为接收用户设备发送的指示信息,其中,所述指示信息用于指示用户设备所保持的数据无线承载中的第一数据无线承载,所述第一数据无线承载为需要发送上行数据的数据无线承载;配置模块,设置为根据所述指示信息返回配置信息至所述用户设备,其中,所述配置信息用于指示所述用户设备根据所述配置信息恢复所述第一数据无线承载。
- 一种存储介质,存储有计算机程序,其中,所述计算机程序被设置为运行时执行所述权利要求1至9任一项中所述的方法,或者执行所述权利要求 10至14任一项中所述的方法。
- 一种电子装置,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器中存储有计算机程序,所述处理器被设置为运行所述计算机程序以执行所述权利要求1至9任一项中所述的方法,或者执行所述权利要求10至14任一项中所述的方法。
