一种面板显示组件及空调器 技术领域
本公开涉及空调技术领域,特别涉及一种面板显示组件及空调器。
背景技术
家电产品在采用隐藏式显示时,通常为保证显示效果,直接将显示屏贴合在显示面板上,显示屏则安装于单边塑料盒。为保证显示屏与显示面板充分贴合,塑料盒与显示面板之间的设计间隙要大于显示屏与面板之间的设计间隙,以此实现显示屏充分贴合。
因塑料盒与显示面板之间存在设计间隙,存在防潮、防蚊虫方面的隐患。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本公开旨在提出一种面板显示组件及空调,以对面板显示组件的设计间隙密封,防止面板显示组件受潮,以及防蚊虫。
为达到上述目的,本公开的技术方案是这样实现的:
本公开的实施例提供了一种面板显示组件,显示组件的外周与面板表面形成有间隙,所述面板上设置有密封筋,所述密封筋用于对所述间隙密封。
在一实施例中,所述密封筋与所述显示组件的外周间隙配合。
在一实施例中,所述密封筋为迷宫形,所述密封筋绕所述显示组件的外周设置。
在一实施例中,所述密封筋包括多条依次排列的面板筋条,两条相邻的所述面板筋条之间形成有密封槽,所述显示组件的外周设置于所述密封槽内。
在一实施例中,所述显示组件的外周上设置有显示组件筋条,所述显示组件筋条位于所述密封槽内。
在一实施例中,所述显示组件筋条为多条。
在一些实施例中,每一所述密封槽内均设置有一所述显示组件筋条。
在一实施例中,两条相邻的所述面板筋条与位于这两条相邻的所述面板筋条之间的密封槽的显示组件筋条之间的间隙δ为0.15mm~0.55mm。
在一实施例中,两条相邻的所述面板筋条与位于这两条相邻的所述面板筋条之间的密封槽的显示组件筋条之间的重叠量L为≥2mm。
在一实施例中,所述密封筋与所述面板一体成型。
本公开的实施例还提供了一种空调器,所述空调器具有本公开所述的面板显示组件。
相对于现有技术,本公开提供的面板显示组件及空调器具有以下优势:
本公开所述的面板显示组件及空调器,通过设置密封筋对间隙进行密封,以此,在能够保证显示组件达到最好的显示效果的同时,能够起到很好的密封效果,进而能够起到防潮以及防蚊虫的效果。

具体实施方式
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本公开中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本公开内容。
实施例一
结合图1-3所示,本公开实施例一提出了一种面板显示组件,面板1上设置显示组件2,显示组件2的外周与面板1表面形成有间隙4,面板1上设置有密封筋3,密封筋3用于对间隙4密封,以此对面板显示组件,防止面板显示组件受潮,以及防蚊虫。
显示组件2包括显示器盒201和设置于显示器盒201上的显示板202,显示板202的一表面与面板1的表面贴合。
在现有的面板显示组件中,为了使显示板202的显示效果更好,因此在安装面板1与显示板202时,显示板202的显示面要尽量贴合面板1表面的透明处,同时,显示板202安装在显示器盒201上,其具体为显示板202安装在显示器盒201的开口处,显示板202的显示面位于显示器盒201的开口外部,以此在方便显示板202的安装时,能够使显示板202的显示面更好的贴合面板1,但是,在这种安装条件下,显示器盒201的外周,即本公开中显示组件2的外周必然会与面板1存在间隙4。
在本实施例中,通过在间隙4处设置密封筋3,通过密封筋对间隙4进行密封,以此,在能够保证显示组件2达到最好的显示效果的同时,能够起到很好的密封效果,以此,能够起到防潮以及防蚊虫的效果。
实施例二
实施例二提供的面板显示组件,在实施例一的基础上进一步作了如下改进:参照图4和图5所示,密封筋3与显示组件2的外周间隙配合。
在现有的面板显示组件中,在对间隙4进行密封时,通常采用柔性材料,如海绵、绒布来进行密封,在显示组件2安装于面板1上时,在间隙4处填充柔性材料进行密封,但是在显示组件2从面板1上拆卸检修,或长时间使用后,柔性材料或产生脱落,而再次密封则需要添加额外的柔性材料。
在本实施例中,通过密封筋3与显示组件2的外周间隙配合,其具体的,密封筋3与显示组件2的外周之间存在一定间距。
在安装或使用的过程中,不会影响到密封结构,同时能够节省柔性材料的使用,同时由于存在一定间距,在使用的过程中,密封筋3或显示组件2受到高温膨胀的影响,不会出现挤压,导致显示组件2的损坏,以及防止其挤压过后导致不方便进行拆卸,或拆卸后无法进行安装。
实施例三
实施例三提供的面板显示组件,在实施例二的基础上进一步作了如下改进:参照图4和图5所示,密封筋3为迷宫形,密封筋3绕显示组件2的外周设置,以此充分的对显示组件2进行密封。
在一实施例中,密封筋3包括多条依次排列的面板筋条301,两条相邻的面板筋条301之间形成有密封槽302,显示组件2的外周设置于密封槽302内,以此形成迷宫形的密封筋3,在对显示组件2进行密封,防止显示组件2受潮的同时,通过多条多层次的面板筋条301的设置,能够增加蚊虫攀爬难度,更好的防止蚊虫的进入。
实施例四
实施例四提供的面板显示组件,在实施例三的基础上进一步作了如下改进:参照图6和图7所示,显示组件2的外周上设置有显示组件筋条203,显示组件筋条203位于密封槽302内。
其中,显示组件筋条203与形成密封槽302的面板筋条301间隙配合,其间隙δ为0.15mm~0.55mm,在一实施例中,δ为0.2mm~0.5mm,该间隙是指:形成密封槽302的两条相邻的面板筋条301与位于这两条相邻的面板筋条301之间的密封槽302的显示组件筋条203之间的距离,如图7中C所示意,该间隙配合的设置能够在防止蚊虫的进入的同时,能够提高面板显示组件的通用化率,同时能够有效防止密封筋3或显示组件2受 热膨胀出现挤压的情况。
在一实施例中,显示组件筋条203位于密封槽302中的筋条长度,即显示组件筋条203与形成密封槽302的面板筋条301之间的重叠量为L,L≥2mm,该重叠连是指:形成密封槽302的两条相邻的面板筋条301与位于这两条相邻的面板筋条301之间的密封槽302的显示组件筋条203之间的重叠连,该重叠的形式使得密封效果更好,使得蚊虫攀爬难度更大,更好的防止蚊虫的进入。
通过在显示组件2的外周上设置有显示组件筋条203,显示组件筋条203与形成密封槽302的面板筋条301能够进行更好的配合,以此进行密封,能够更好的达成密封的效果,同时能够提升面板显示组件的通用化率,在显示组件2需要进行更换时,直接使用包括有相同的显示组件筋条203的显示组件2即可,使得部件的更换维修更加方便。
在一实施例中,显示组件筋条203为多条,对应每一密封槽302内均设置有一显示组件筋条203,在本实施例中,显示组件筋条203与形成密封槽302的面板筋条301采用相互搭接的方式形成间隙连接,使得显示组件筋条203与面板筋条301可错落排布、相互错位,达成迷宫形,以此更在一实施例中增加蚊虫攀爬难度,更好的防止蚊虫的进入,以及更在一实施例中提高面板显示组件的通用化率。
实施例五
实施例五提供的面板显示组件,在实施例一的基础上进一步作了如下改进:密封筋3与面板1一体成型,在面板显示组件生产制作的过程中密封筋3直接一体成型于面板1上,以此能够减少面板显示组件的生产工序,提高生产效率。
实施例六
实施例六提供了一种空调器,其包括有本公开提供的面板显示组件。在空调器的壳体上包括有面板显示组件,在面板1与显示组件2的外周之间形成间隙4,以使显示效果更好的同时,通过在间隙4处设置密封筋3,通过密封筋对间隙4进行密封,以此,能够起到很好的密封效果,并能够起到防潮以及防蚊虫的效果。

  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的面板显示组件,其特征在于,所述密封筋(3)包括多条依次排列的面板筋条(301),两条相邻的所述面板筋条(301)之间形成有密封槽(302),所述显示组件(2)的外周设置于所述密封槽(302)内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的面板显示组件,其特征在于,所述显示组件(2)的外周上设置有显示组件筋条(203),所述显示组件筋条(203)位于所述密封槽(302)内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的面板显示组件,其特征在于,所述显示组件筋条(203)为多条。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的面板显示组件,其特征在于,两条相邻的所述面板筋条(301)与位于这两条相邻的所述面板筋条(301)之间的密封槽(302)的显示组件筋条(203)之间的间隙δ为0.15mm~0.55mm。
