下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
本申请提供的案件处理意见录入方法,可应用在如图1的应用环境中,其中,终端通过网络与服务器进行通信。其中,该终端可以但不限于各种个人计算机、笔记本电脑、智能手机、平板电脑和便携式可穿戴设备。服务器可以用独立的服务器或者是多个服务器组成的服务器集群来实现。
在一实施例中,如图2所示,提供一种案件处理意见录入方法,以该方法应用在图1中的服务器为例进行说明,包括如下步骤:
101、将待处理的目标案件分配至指定处理人的目标账号下;
本实施例中,服务器在安排任务时,将待处理的目标案件分配至指定处理人的目标账号下。一般来说,在政务系统中,很多待处理的目标案件均需要专人处理,比如敏感数据的公文、薪资申请、政策性的制定等案件,服务器在分配这些案件时,需要根据目标案件本身的需求指定对应的处理人,将该目标案件分配到该指定处理人的目标账号下。当该指 定处理人通过终端登录政务系统后,其目标账号可以显示提示信息,任务列表中也会存在该目标案件的处理链接,从而该指定处理人可以在其目标账号上对该目标案件进行审批处理。
102、若检测到所述目标案件被打开,则调用语音录入接口,向打开所述目标案件的终端提供语音录入功能;
可以理解的是,当指定处理人在其目标账号上打开该目标案件时,服务器可以检测到该目标案件被打开,为了向指定处理人当前使用的终端提供语音录入功能,服务器调用语音录入接口来为该终端提供语音录入服务。其中,语音录入接口可以来自所述服务器自身,也可以由其他服务器或平台进行提供,由所述服务器调取使用,本方案对此不作限定。
103、通过所述语音录入接口获取所述终端发送过来的语音数据;
可知,该指定处理人通过终端使用该语音录入服务,可以针对目标案件录制关于处理意见的语音,因此产生的语音数据由终端通过该语音录入接口发送给所述服务器,从而服务器可以获取到该指定处理人录制的语音数据。具体地,该指定处理人可以使用手机登录自己的账号(即目标账号),在账号下打开该目标案件并进行审阅,在审阅后,该指定处理人可以按住界面上的录音按键并说出自己的处理意见,说完处理意见后松开录音按键,手机即将录制的语音数据通过网络发送给后台服务器中,从而后台服务器可以获取到这些语音数据。
进一步地,由于政务系统中对案件的相关信息的安全性要求较高,尤其是机密等级的案件,若处理意见被篡改或者发生错误,可能导致严重的后果。为此,本方法还对语音数据的安全性进行了加强,如图3所示,在步骤103之后,还可以包括:
201、获取所述目标案件的机密等级;
202、判断所述目标案件的机密等级是否大于或等于预设的等级阈值,若否,则执行步骤203,若是,则执行步骤204;
203、按照正常流程处理;
204、对所述终端发送过来的语音数据进行数字签名验证;
205、若数字签名验证不通过,则拒绝所述语音数据;
206、若数字签名验证通过,则执行步骤104。
对于步骤201,可以理解的是,目标案件在发起或生成时可以预先设置好案件的机密等级,机密等级一般根据案件涉及内容的敏感程度进行确定,涉案内容越敏感,则机密等级越高,案件要求的保密性越强。具体地,机密等级可以包括一般、机密和绝密三种,也 可以量化案件的机密等级,比如将机密等级设置为1至10,机密等级的数值越大,则机密等级越高。
对于步骤202、203和204,可以预先设置一个等级阈值,当该目标案件的机密等级小于预设的等级阈值时,可以认为该目标案件的机密等级不高,无需对该目标案件的处理意见做数字签名验证,可以按照正常流程处理;而当该目标案件的机密等级大于或等于预设的等级阈值时,可以认为该目标案件的机密等级足够高,需要对所述终端发送过来的语音数据进行数字签名验证以确保该处理意见的合法性。
需要说明的是,上述的按照正常流程处理具体可以是不对所述终端发送过来的语音数据进行数字签名验证,可以直接执行下述步骤104,对该语音数据进行声纹识别。可知,这里说的正常流程可以由服务器的维护人员根据实际情况自行设置,本实施例对此不作限定。
对于步骤205和步骤206,可以理解的是,若数字签名验证不通过,则说明该语音数据的合法性存疑或不具有合法性,此时应当拒绝所述语音数据;若数据签名验证通过,则说明该语音数据具有合法性,因此可以执行步骤104。
进一步地,如图4所示,步骤204可以包括:
301、采用哈希函数从所述终端发送过来的承载所述语音数据的报文中计算得到第一报文摘要;
302、采用所述目标账号预留的公钥对所述报文中附加的数字签名进行解密,得到第二报文摘要;
303、判断所述第一报文摘要与所述第二报文摘要是否一致,若否,则执行步骤304,若是,则执行步骤305;
304、确定数字签名验证不通过;
305、确定数字签名验证通过。
对于步骤301,可以理解的是,当该目标案件的机密等级较高时,为了提高数据的安全性,服务器会要求终端发送过来的承载语音数据的报文经过数字签名,这样,服务器在接收到终端发送过来的语音数据是承载在报文中的,首先需要采用哈希(hash)函数从该报文中该计算出第一报文摘要。需要说明的是,服务器的采用的哈希函数与终端进行数字签名时所用的哈希函数是相同的,对此服务器和终端可以预先约定。
对于步骤302,另外,在进行数字签名验证时,还需要采用目标账号预留的公钥对所述报文中附加的数字签名进行解密,得到第二报文摘要。可知,终端在对语音数据进行数 字签名时是使用目标账号的私钥进行签名处理的,该私钥与公钥成对,在生成公私钥时,公钥预留在服务器上,私钥可以由目标账号指定的终端保存。
对于步骤303-305,可以理解的是,对该第一报文摘要和该第二报文摘要,若所述第一报文摘要与所述第二报文摘要不一致,可知服务器接收到的报文存在异常,不是所述终端发送的报文,因此可以确定数字签名验证不通过,拒绝该报文中的所述语音数据,比如可以直接丢弃该报文;若所述第一报文摘要与所述第二报文摘要一致,可知服务器接收到的报文就是所述终端发送的报文,因此可以确定数字签名验证通过,从所述报文中获取该语音数据。
其中,本实施例中,在步骤204之前,还可以包括:接收所述终端通过所述语音录入接口反馈语音数据的请求;在接收到所述请求后,向所述终端发送第一指令,以使所述终端根据所述第一指令对承载所述语音数据的报文进行数字签名,再通过所述语音录入接口发送数字签名后的报文。可以理解的是,服务器判断得知该目标案件的机密等级较高时,对该目标案件相关数据的安全性要求也较高,从而可以在接收到终端反馈的语音数据请求时,也即请求传输语音数据给服务器时,可以向该终端发送第一指令,要求该终端对语音数据进行数字签名操作来提高语音数据在网络传输过程中的安全性。
其中,所述终端根据所述第一指令对承载所述语音数据的报文进行数字签名具体包括:
步骤401、所述终端采用哈希函数从所述报文中生成第三报文摘要;
步骤402、所述终端采用所述目标账号预留的与所述公钥对应的私钥对所述第三报文摘要进行加密,得到数字签名;
步骤403、所述终端将所述数字签名附加到所述报文上。
对于步骤401,该终端在接收到第一指令之后,可以采用哈希函数从所述报文中生成第三报文摘要,其中该哈希函数与服务器使用的哈希函数相同。
对于步骤402和403,由上述内容可知,公私钥在生成后,私钥由目标账号保留,因此,终端可以采用该目标账号预留的私钥对所述第三报文摘要进行加密,得到数字签名,并将该数字签名附加在报文上,随报文一并从语音录入接口发送给服务器。
104、对所述语音数据进行声纹识别,得到语音声纹特征;
服务器在获取到语音数据之后,可以采用声纹识别技术从所述语音数据中提取声纹特征,即该语音声纹特征。可以理解的是,一个人的声纹特征与指纹特征类似,都可以作为验证个人真实身份的唯一标识,当两份声音的声纹特征相同时,代表发出这两份声音的人 员是同一个人。因此,本方案利用声纹的特征,在指定处理人录入语音数据的同时进行声纹识别和验证,以完成对该指定处理人的身份验证。
105、判断所述语音声纹特征是否与所述目标账号预留的处理人声纹特征一致,若否,则执行步骤106,若是,则执行步骤107;
106、拒绝将所述语音数据确定为所述目标案件的处理意见;
107、将所述语音数据确定为所述目标案件的处理意见。
对于步骤105-107,可以理解的是,如果所述语音声纹特征与所述目标账号预留的处理人声纹特征不一致,则表示该语音数据并非该目标账号对应的处理人产生的,也即不属于该指定处理人的语音,因此可以认为该语音数据不具有合法性,不能将该语音数据确定为该目标案件的处理意见。反之,如果所述语音声纹特征与所述目标账号预留的处理人声纹特征一致,则表示该语音数据是该目标账号对应的处理人产生的,也即属于该指定处理人的语音,因此可以认为该语音数据具有合法性,将其确定为该目标案件的处理意见。
进一步地,本实施例中,一个目标案件在处理流程上可能存在多个节点,当前节点的处理人的处理意见可以提供给其它相关处理人查阅,或者一个目标案件可以存在多个指定处理人,某个指定处理人上传处理意见后可以提供给其它指定处理人查阅,有利于多个指定处理人在提交处理意见时相互印证和对比,更有助于目标案件的处理。为此,如图5所示,在步骤107之后,本方法还可以包括:
501、获取与所述目标案件预先关联的除所述目标账号以外的其它账号;
502、向所述终端提供与所述其它账号对应的各个链接选项;
503、获取所述终端选中并反馈的链接选项;
504、将所述处理意见发送至获取到的所述链接选项所对应的账号下。
对于步骤501,可以理解的是,该目标案件可以预先关联多个账号,例如,该目标案件可以指定多个处理人,各个处理人之间可以有先后处理顺序,在某个节点中,最先处理的处理人为本实施例中的指定处理人,该指定处理人的账号为目标账号,此外的其它处理人对应的账号为所述其它账号,这些账号均可以预先与目标案件关联。将账号与目标案件关联起来,表示当某个处理人上传处理意见时,其可以选择性地将该处理意见分享给这些关联的账号查看。
对于步骤502-504,服务器获取到这些关联的其它账号,并在将终端发送过来的语音数据确定为语音数据之后,服务器可以向该终端提供与这些其它账号对应的各个链接选 项。比如,在一个应用场景下,指定处理人在系统界面上录入语音处理意见之后,目标案件的处理意见输入框中显示这条处理意见,此时,服务器还可以在这条处理意见旁边弹出几条链接选项,这些链接选项分别对应几位其它处理人,该指定处理人可以在终端上选取其中的一条或几条选项后确定,终端会向服务器反馈选中的链接选项,这代表指定处理人希望将当前的这条处理意见分享给这些选中的链接选项对应的处理人。从而,服务器在获取到选中的链接选项之后,可以将该处理意见发送至获取到的所述链接选项所对应的账号下,以便这些账号对应的处理人查阅该处理意见。
进一步地,政务系统中存在多种类型的案件,不同类型的案件对处理意见的要求也存在差异。其中,某个或某些类型的案件要求录入的处理意见必须是文本形式的,比如公文类型的案件,这样便于服务器后续管理案件时对处理意见进行搜索。因此,如图6所示,在步骤107之后,本方法还可以包括:
601、获取所述目标案件的案件类型;
602、判断所述案件类型是否属于预设的指定类型,若否,则执行步骤603,若是,则执行步骤604;
603、将所述语音数据添加至所述目标案件的处理意见输入位置;
604、对所述语音数据进行语音识别,得到意见文本;
605、将所述意见文本添加至所述目标案件的处理意见输入位置。
对于上述步骤601~605,可以理解的是,对于那些要求处理意见必须是文本形式的案件,服务器可以即将这些案件的类型预先设定为指定类型,然后,在指定处理人录入语音数据时,服务器获取当前的目标案件的案件类型,并检测该目标案件的案件类型是否为该指定类型,若是,则表示该目标案件要求文本类型的处理意见,从而执行步骤604和605,先将语音数据转换为文本数据,即意见文本,再将该意见文本添加至所述目标案件的处理意见输入位置;若否,则可以认为该目标案件对处理意见没有类型上的要求,直接将所述语音数据添加至所述目标案件的处理意见输入位置即可。
本实施例中,首先,将待处理的目标案件分配至指定处理人的目标账号下;若检测到所述目标案件被打开,则调用语音录入接口,向打开所述目标案件的终端提供语音录入功能;然后,通过所述语音录入接口获取所述终端发送过来的语音数据;接着,对所述语音数据进行声纹识别,得到语音声纹特征;再之,判断所述语音声纹特征是否与所述目标账号预留的处理人声纹特征一致;若所述语音声纹特征与所述目标账号预留的处理人声纹特征不一致,则拒绝将所述语音数据确定为所述目标案件的处理意见;若所述 语音声纹特征与所述目标账号预留的处理人声纹特征一致,则将所述语音数据确定为所述目标案件的处理意见。可见,本实施例提供的案件处理意见录入方法可以采用语音录入的方式获取处理人的处理意见,并且自动进行声纹识别来完成对处理人的身份验证,验证通过才将其录入的语音数据作为目标案件的处理意见,无需处理人输入文字,也无需进行复杂的身份验证流程,大大提高了案件处理意见录入的效率,从而间接提高了案件的处理效率。
应理解,上述实施例中各步骤的序号的大小并不意味着执行顺序的先后,各过程的执行顺序应以其功能和内在逻辑确定,而不应对本申请实施例的实施过程构成任何限定。
在一实施例中,提供一种案件处理意见录入装置,该案件处理意见录入装置与上述实施例中案件处理意见录入方法一一对应。如图7所示,该案件处理意见录入装置包括案件分配模块701、功能调用模块702、语音数据获取模块703、声纹识别模块704、声纹特征判断模块705、拒绝模块706和处理意见确定模块707。各功能模块详细说明如下:
案件分配模块701,用于将待处理的目标案件分配至指定处理人的目标账号下;
功能调用模块702,用于若检测到所述目标案件被打开,则调用语音录入接口,向打开所述目标案件的终端提供语音录入功能;
语音数据获取模块703,用于通过所述语音录入接口获取所述终端发送过来的语音数据;
声纹识别模块704,用于对所述语音数据进行声纹识别,得到语音声纹特征;
声纹特征判断模块705,用于判断所述语音声纹特征是否与所述目标账号预留的处理人声纹特征一致;
拒绝模块706,用于若所述声纹特征判断模块的判断结果为否,则拒绝将所述语音数据确定为所述目标案件的处理意见;
处理意见确定模块707,用于若所述声纹特征判断模块的判断结果为是,则将所述语音数据确定为所述目标案件的处理意见。
进一步地,所述案件处理意见录入装置还可以包括:
机密等级获取模块,用于获取所述目标案件的机密等级;
机密等级判断模块,用于判断所述目标案件的机密等级是否大于或等于预设的等级阈值;
签名验证模块,用于若所述机密等级判断模块的判断结果为是,则对所述终端发送过 来的语音数据进行数字签名验证;
数据拒绝模块,用于若所述签名验证模块的验证结果为不通过,则拒绝所述语音数据;
触发模块,用于若所述签名验证模块的验证结果为通过,则触发所述声纹识别模块。

第一意见添加模块,用于若所述类型判断模块的判断结果为否,则将所述语音数据添加至所述目标案件的处理意见输入位置;
第二意见添加模块,用于若所述类型判断模块的判断结果为是,则对所述语音数据进行语音识别,得到意见文本,然后将所述意见文本添加至所述目标案件的处理意见输入位置。
关于案件处理意见录入装置的具体限定可以参见上文中对于案件处理意见录入方法的限定,在此不再赘述。上述案件处理意见录入装置中的各个模块可全部或部分通过软件、硬件及其组合来实现。上述各模块可以硬件形式内嵌于或独立于计算机设备中的处理器 中,也可以以软件形式存储于计算机设备中的存储器中,以便于处理器调用执行以上各个模块对应的操作。
在一个实施例中,提供了一种计算机设备,该计算机设备可以是服务器,其内部结构图可以如图8所示。该计算机设备包括通过系统总线连接的处理器、存储器、网络接口和数据库。其中,该计算机设备的处理器用于提供计算和控制能力。该计算机设备的存储器包括非易失性存储介质、内存储器。该非易失性存储介质存储有操作系统、计算机可读指令和数据库。该内存储器为非易失性存储介质中的操作系统和计算机可读指令的运行提供环境。该计算机设备的数据库用于存储案件处理意见录入方法中涉及到的数据。该计算机设备的网络接口用于与外部的终端通过网络连接通信。该计算机可读指令被处理器执行时以实现一种案件处理意见录入方法。
在一个实施例中,提供了一种计算机设备,包括存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机可读指令,处理器执行计算机可读指令时实现上述实施例中案件处理意见录入方法的步骤,例如图2所示的步骤101至步骤107。或者,处理器执行计算机可读指令时实现上述实施例中案件处理意见录入装置的各模块/单元的功能,例如图7所示模块701至模块707的功能。为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
在一个实施例中,提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,该一个或多个存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性可读存储介质,计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器执行计算机可读指令时实现上述方法实施例中案件处理意见录入方法的步骤,或者,该一个或多个存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性可读存储介质,计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器执行计算机可读指令时实现上述装置实施例中案件处理意见录入装置中各模块/单元的功能。为避免重复,这里不再赘述。

- 一种案件处理意见录入方法,其特征在于,包括:将待处理的目标案件分配至指定处理人的目标账号下;若检测到所述目标案件被打开,则调用语音录入接口,向打开所述目标案件的终端提供语音录入功能;通过所述语音录入接口获取所述终端发送过来的语音数据;对所述语音数据进行声纹识别,得到语音声纹特征;判断所述语音声纹特征是否与所述目标账号预留的处理人声纹特征一致;若所述语音声纹特征与所述目标账号预留的处理人声纹特征不一致,则拒绝将所述语音数据确定为所述目标案件的处理意见;若所述语音声纹特征与所述目标账号预留的处理人声纹特征一致,则将所述语音数据确定为所述目标案件的处理意见。
- 根据权利要求1所述的案件处理意见录入方法,其特征在于,在通过所述语音录入接口获取所述终端发送过来的语音数据之后,还包括:获取所述目标案件的机密等级;判断所述目标案件的机密等级是否大于或等于预设的等级阈值;若所述目标案件的机密等级大于或等于预设的等级阈值,则对所述终端发送过来的语音数据进行数字签名验证;若数字签名验证不通过,则拒绝所述语音数据;若数字签名验证通过,则执行对所述语音数据进行声纹识别的步骤。
- 根据权利要求2所述的案件处理意见录入方法,其特征在于,所述对所述终端发送过来的语音数据进行数字签名验证包括:采用哈希函数从所述终端发送过来的承载所述语音数据的报文中计算得到第一报文摘要;采用所述目标账号预留的公钥对所述报文中附加的数字签名进行解密,得到第二报文摘要;判断所述第一报文摘要与所述第二报文摘要是否一致;若所述第一报文摘要与所述第二报文摘要不一致,则确定数字签名验证不通过;若所述第一报文摘要与所述第二报文摘要一致,则确定数字签名验证通过。
- 根据权利要求1所述的案件处理意见录入方法,其特征在于,在将所述语音数据确定为所述目标案件的处理意见之后,还包括:获取与所述目标案件预先关联的除所述目标账号以外的其它账号;向所述终端提供与所述其它账号对应的各个链接选项;获取所述终端选中并反馈的链接选项;将所述处理意见发送至获取到的所述链接选项所对应的账号下。
- 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的案件处理意见录入方法,其特征在于,在将所述语音数据确定为所述目标案件的处理意见之后,还包括:获取所述目标案件的案件类型;判断所述案件类型是否属于预设的指定类型;若所述案件类型不属于预设的指定类型,则将所述语音数据添加至所述目标案件的处理意见输入位置;若所述案件类型属于预设的指定类型,则对所述语音数据进行语音识别,得到意见文本,然后将所述意见文本添加至所述目标案件的处理意见输入位置。
- 一种案件处理意见录入装置,其特征在于,包括:案件分配模块,用于将待处理的目标案件分配至指定处理人的目标账号下;功能调用模块,用于若检测到所述目标案件被打开,则调用语音录入接口,向打开所述目标案件的终端提供语音录入功能;语音数据获取模块,用于通过所述语音录入接口获取所述终端发送过来的语音数据;声纹识别模块,用于对所述语音数据进行声纹识别,得到语音声纹特征;声纹特征判断模块,用于判断所述语音声纹特征是否与所述目标账号预留的处理人声纹特征一致;拒绝模块,用于若所述声纹特征判断模块的判断结果为否,则拒绝将所述语音数据确定为所述目标案件的处理意见;处理意见确定模块,用于若所述声纹特征判断模块的判断结果为是,则将所述语音数据确定为所述目标案件的处理意见。
- 根据权利要求6所述的案件处理意见录入装置,其特征在于,所述案件处理意见录入装置还包括:机密等级获取模块,用于获取所述目标案件的机密等级;机密等级判断模块,用于判断所述目标案件的机密等级是否大于或等于预设的等级阈 值;签名验证模块,用于若所述机密等级判断模块的判断结果为是,则对所述终端发送过来的语音数据进行数字签名验证;数据拒绝模块,用于若所述签名验证模块的验证结果为不通过,则拒绝所述语音数据;触发模块,用于若所述签名验证模块的验证结果为通过,则触发所述声纹识别模块。
- 根据权利要求7所述的案件处理意见录入装置,其特征在于,所述签名验证模块包括:第一摘要单元,用于采用哈希函数从所述终端发送过来的承载所述语音数据的报文中计算得到第一报文摘要;第二摘要单元,用于采用所述目标账号预留的公钥对所述报文中附加的数字签名进行解密,得到第二报文摘要;摘要判断单元,用于判断所述第一报文摘要与所述第二报文摘要是否一致;第一确定单元,用于若所述摘要判断单元的判断结果为否,则确定数字签名验证不通过;第二确定单元,用于若所述摘要判断单元的判断结果为是,则确定数字签名验证通过。
- 根据权利要求6所述的案件处理意见录入装置,其特征在于,所述案件处理意见录入装置还包括:其它账号获取模块,用于获取与所述目标案件预先关联的除所述目标账号以外的其它账号;链接选项提供模块,用于向所述终端提供与所述其它账号对应的各个链接选项;选项获取模块,用于获取所述终端选中并反馈的链接选项;意见发送模块,用于将所述处理意见发送至获取到的所述链接选项所对应的账号下。
- 根据权利要求6至9中任一项所述的案件处理意见录入装置,其特征在于,所述案件处理意见录入装置还包括:案件类型获取模块,用于获取所述目标案件的案件类型;类型判断模块,用于判断所述案件类型是否属于预设的指定类型;第一意见添加模块,用于若所述类型判断模块的判断结果为否,则将所述语音数据添加至所述目标案件的处理意见输入位置;第二意见添加模块,用于若所述类型判断模块的判断结果为是,则对所述语音数据进行语音识别,得到意见文本,然后将所述意见文本添加至所述目标案件的处理意见输入位置。
- 一种计算机设备,包括存储器、处理器以及存储在所述存储器中并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机可读指令,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现如下步骤:将待处理的目标案件分配至指定处理人的目标账号下;若检测到所述目标案件被打开,则调用语音录入接口,向打开所述目标案件的终端提供语音录入功能;通过所述语音录入接口获取所述终端发送过来的语音数据;对所述语音数据进行声纹识别,得到语音声纹特征;判断所述语音声纹特征是否与所述目标账号预留的处理人声纹特征一致;若所述语音声纹特征与所述目标账号预留的处理人声纹特征不一致,则拒绝将所述语音数据确定为所述目标案件的处理意见;若所述语音声纹特征与所述目标账号预留的处理人声纹特征一致,则将所述语音数据确定为所述目标案件的处理意见。
- 根据权利要求11所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还实现如下步骤:获取所述目标案件的机密等级;判断所述目标案件的机密等级是否大于或等于预设的等级阈值;若所述目标案件的机密等级大于或等于预设的等级阈值,则对所述终端发送过来的语音数据进行数字签名验证;若数字签名验证不通过,则拒绝所述语音数据;若数字签名验证通过,则执行对所述语音数据进行声纹识别的步骤。
- 根据权利要求12所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述对所述终端发送过来的语音数据进行数字签名验证包括:采用哈希函数从所述终端发送过来的承载所述语音数据的报文中计算得到第一报文摘要;采用所述目标账号预留的公钥对所述报文中附加的数字签名进行解密,得到第二报文摘要;判断所述第一报文摘要与所述第二报文摘要是否一致;若所述第一报文摘要与所述第二报文摘要不一致,则确定数字签名验证不通过;若所述第一报文摘要与所述第二报文摘要一致,则确定数字签名验证通过。
- 根据权利要求11所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,在将所述语音数据确定为所述目标案件的处理意见之后,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还实现如下步骤:获取与所述目标案件预先关联的除所述目标账号以外的其它账号;向所述终端提供与所述其它账号对应的各个链接选项;获取所述终端选中并反馈的链接选项;将所述处理意见发送至获取到的所述链接选项所对应的账号下。
- 根据权利要求11至14中任一项所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,在将所述语音数据确定为所述目标案件的处理意见之后,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还实现如下步骤:获取所述目标案件的案件类型;判断所述案件类型是否属于预设的指定类型;若所述案件类型不属于预设的指定类型,则将所述语音数据添加至所述目标案件的处理意见输入位置;若所述案件类型属于预设的指定类型,则对所述语音数据进行语音识别,得到意见文本,然后将所述意见文本添加至所述目标案件的处理意见输入位置。
- 一个或多个存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行如下步骤:将待处理的目标案件分配至指定处理人的目标账号下;若检测到所述目标案件被打开,则调用语音录入接口,向打开所述目标案件的终端提供语音录入功能;通过所述语音录入接口获取所述终端发送过来的语音数据;对所述语音数据进行声纹识别,得到语音声纹特征;判断所述语音声纹特征是否与所述目标账号预留的处理人声纹特征一致;若所述语音声纹特征与所述目标账号预留的处理人声纹特征不一致,则拒绝将所述语音数据确定为所述目标案件的处理意见;若所述语音声纹特征与所述目标账号预留的处理人声纹特征一致,则将所述语音数据确定为所述目标案件的处理意见。
- 根据权利要求16所述的非易失性可读存储介质,其特征在于,在通过所述语音录入接口获取所述终端发送过来的语音数据之后,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器还执行如下步骤:获取所述目标案件的机密等级;判断所述目标案件的机密等级是否大于或等于预设的等级阈值;若所述目标案件的机密等级大于或等于预设的等级阈值,则对所述终端发送过来的语音数据进行数字签名验证;若数字签名验证不通过,则拒绝所述语音数据;若数字签名验证通过,则执行对所述语音数据进行声纹识别的步骤。
- 根据权利要求17所述的非易失性可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述对所述终端发送过来的语音数据进行数字签名验证包括:采用哈希函数从所述终端发送过来的承载所述语音数据的报文中计算得到第一报文摘要;采用所述目标账号预留的公钥对所述报文中附加的数字签名进行解密,得到第二报文摘要;判断所述第一报文摘要与所述第二报文摘要是否一致;若所述第一报文摘要与所述第二报文摘要不一致,则确定数字签名验证不通过;若所述第一报文摘要与所述第二报文摘要一致,则确定数字签名验证通过。
- 根据权利要求16所述的非易失性可读存储介质,其特征在于,在将所述语音数据确定为所述目标案件的处理意见之后,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器还执行如下步骤:获取与所述目标案件预先关联的除所述目标账号以外的其它账号;向所述终端提供与所述其它账号对应的各个链接选项;获取所述终端选中并反馈的链接选项;将所述处理意见发送至获取到的所述链接选项所对应的账号下。
- 根据权利要求16至19中任一项所述的非易失性可读存储介质,其特征在于,在将所述语音数据确定为所述目标案件的处理意见之后,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器还执行如下步骤:获取所述目标案件的案件类型;判断所述案件类型是否属于预设的指定类型;若所述案件类型不属于预设的指定类型,则将所述语音数据添加至所述目标案件的处理意见输入位置;若所述案件类型属于预设的指定类型,则对所述语音数据进行语音识别,得到意见文 本,然后将所述意见文本添加至所述目标案件的处理意见输入位置。
