Description

PORTABLE AND MANUALLY OPERATING CLEANING WATER STORAGE TANK
Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to AUTOMATIC CLEANING WATER STORAGE TANK , which is use to dean the water storage tank by easy open able valve system. The present invention relates automatic cleaning water storage tanks with provided output valve at the bottom of storage tank. The said system can also incorporates into the existing water tank and/or also provide the output valve facility during the prefabrication of water storage tanks.
Background of the Invention
Generally, most residential and commercial buildings such as office buildings, apartments, and public buildings have water tanks installed on the roof or underground for supplying water, and water tanks are installed in factories for supplying industrial water.
Such water tanks are made of various materials. For example, stainless steel, SMC (sheet molding compound), FRP (fiber reinforced plastic), and concrete are used.
Due to cost effective factor mostly used water tanks are made from reinforced plastic material.
A common problem experienced with cleaning of all water tanks involves the accumulation of sediment at the bottom of the tank.
This problem results from the precipitation of sediment out of the water in the tank, which sediment settles to the bottom of the tank. While the composition of the sediment, and the degree of accumulation naturally depends on the quality of the water supply, the problem persists and the accumulation of sediment greatly reduces the efficiency and operating life of the tank.
Generally people use water tank for the storage water for drinking purpose and other use. In earlier days these water tanks were built using cement sand and bricks as a permanent structure. Now a days tank made out of plastic/fiber people use pump sets of different category for pumping water and storing the water in the tank from wells, bore well, and ponds, etc. During the process of pumping of mud and sand etc. are collected in the water tank. In the continuous process of these unwanted particles, water get contaminated. By using contaminated water, water based, disease are spread. If water yanks are cleaned in short intervals. These problems can be solved Now days to clean the water tank one has to go inside the tank to dean tank by using brush and clothes. This is a difficult and dangerous task. To overcome these difficulties, laborers are engaged, for that one has to sport Rs. 350-500 according to the size of the tank. So people do not dean water tank at short intervals or do not dean at all.
The present invention directed towards a water storage tank deaning device specially designed to cleaning the water tank especially to overcome the problems mentioned in the prior art OBJECTIVES OF THE INVENTION The present invented method is very easy to use and user can use it at regular interval without facing any problem.
The cleaning method is very easy so, it has not required any skilled person to operate the cleaning system.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a water storage tank cleaning device which is a portable and manually operating system.
Summary of the Invention
The present invention is directed towards a water storage tank cleaning device specially designed to water tank cleaning especially to overcome this problems mention in the prior art.
Detailed description of the drawings

Detailed description of the invention
Before explaining the present invention in detail, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited in its application to the details of the construction and arrangement of parts illustrated in the accompany drawings. The invention is capable of other embodiments, as depicted in different figures as described above and of being practiced or carried out in a variety of ways. It is to be understood that the phraseology and terminology employed herein is for the purpose of description and not of limitation.
The present invention consists of a output valve (1) is provided into the bottom of the tank. The output valves are provided at bottom of the tank into the center , which is connected with piping system to drain out the water storage tank.
The water tank is required to put on pre-fabricated stands so, the output pipe is easily come out from the pre-fabricated tank. To clean the bottom of water tank in the present invention brush is provided at the bottom of the water tank surface which is rotated in circular direction with the help of centrally joint handle provided. The centrally connected handle is detachable which can be easy fix or remove. When the wrater tank which has required to be cleaned, the datable handle is connected with center of brush W'hich is provided at the bottom of water tank . The brush will be in the lower portion of the system. The dust and other particles which are ad hursed to the bottom and of the side of the water tank is to be brushed with the help of the brushing system normally. There after the flexible hose is to be kept above the water level and to be filled with w7ater externally. Now this system is ready for discharge. The discharge end of the nousal part to be kept out of the wrater tank, wdiich is replaced below the floor level of the tank. So that the garbage wrater with dust, and other particles will be pumped out of the water tank. The specially designed drain valve system with the adapter portion of enables retention and discharge of the water. If the garbage water is little enough which are pertained to the lower portion of the tank that can be drained out off keeping the non polluted water in the upper side of the tank. It is also possible for drain of the entire water along with the garbage water using this system and brushing system.
While, the invention has been described with respect to the given embodiment, it will be appreciated that many variations, modifications and other applications of the invention may be made. However, it is to be expressly understood that such modifications and adaptations are within the scope of the present invention, as set forth in the following claims
