一种信息展示方法、计算机装置及非易失性可读存储介质,所述方法包括:获取企业的原始运营数据(101);对所述原始运营数据进行处理,得到预设业务领域的指标数据(102);按照所述业务领域显示所述指标数据(103);接收针对所述指标数据的用户反馈信息(104);根据所述用户反馈信息判断所述指标数据是否异常(105);若所述指标数据异常,调整所述指标数据,显示调整后的指标数据(106)。该方法可以展示企业的经营指标数据,根据用户的反馈信息调整数据,提高数据的准确率,方便用户交流。
Description
本申请要求于2018年07月27日提交中国专利局,申请号为201810844356.1发明名称为“信息展示方法及装置、计算机装置及计算机可读存储介质”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请涉及数据处理技术领域,具体涉及一种信息展示方法及装置、计算机装置和可读存储介质。
目前,很多大中型企业具有部门数量庞大、部门类型多样的特点,如何对企业的各个部门进行分析,以便掌握各个部门的运营情况,成为亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提出一种信息展示方法及装置、计算机装置和非易失性可读存储介质,其可以展示企业的经营指标数据,根据用户的反馈信息调整数据,提高数据的准确率,方便用户交流。
本申请的第一方面提供一种信息展示方法,所述方法包括:
获取企业的原始运营数据;
对所述原始运营数据进行处理,得到预设业务领域的指标数据;
按照所述业务领域显示所述指标数据;
接收针对所述指标数据的用户反馈信息;
根据所述用户反馈信息判断所述指标数据是否异常;
若所述指标数据异常,调整所述指标数据,显示调整后的指标数据。
本申请的第二方面提供一种信息展示装置,所述装置包括:
获取单元,用于获取企业的原始运营数据;
处理单元,用于对所述原始运营数据进行处理,得到预设业务领域的指标数据;
显示单元,用于按照所述业务领域显示所述指标数据;
接收单元,用于接收针对所述指标数据的用户反馈信息;
判断单元,用于根据所述用户反馈信息判断所述指标数据是否异常;
调整单元,用于若所述指标数据异常,调整所述指标数据,显示调整后的指标数据。
本申请的第三方面提供一种计算机装置,所述计算机装置包括处理器,所述处理器用于执行存储器中存储的计算机可读指令时实现所述信息展示方法。
本申请的第四方面提供一种非易失性可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现所述信息展示方法。
本申请获取企业的原始运营数据;对所述原始运营数据进行处理,得到预设业务领域的指标数据;按照所述业务领域显示所述指标数据;接收针对所述指标数据的用户反馈信息;根据所述用户反馈信息判断所述指标数据是否异常;若所述指标数据异常,调整所述指标数据,显示调整后的指标数据。本申请展示企业的经营指标数据,根据用户的反馈信息调整数据,提高数据的准确率,方便用户交流。

优选地,本申请的信息展示方法应用在一个或者多个计算机装置中。所述计算机装置是一种能够按照事先设定或存储的指令,自动进行数值计算和/或信息处理的设备,其硬件包括但不限于微处理器、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、可编程门阵列(Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)、数字处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)、嵌入式设备等。
所述计算机装置可以是桌上型计算机、笔记本、掌上电脑及云端服务器等计算设备。所述计算机装置可以与用户通过键盘、鼠标、遥控器、触摸板或声控设备等方式进行人机交互。
实施例一
图1是本申请实施例一提供的信息展示方法的流程图。所述信息展示方法应用于计算机装置。所述信息展示方法按照业务领域展示企业经营的指标数据,并且在展示指标数据时接收用户对指标数据的信息反馈,便于提高数据的准确率,方便用户交流。
如图1所示,所述信息展示方法具体包括以下步骤:
步骤101,获取企业的原始运营数据。
所述原始运营数据可以包括原始人力数据、原始财务数据、原始研发数据、原始市场销售数据等。
原始人力数据可以包括员工的实际工时、标准工时、指定时期(例如每月)的应聘人数、录用人数、入职人数、离职人数、期初人数、期末人数等。
原始财务数据可以包括指定时期(例如每月)的净利润、销售收入、营业利润、营业收入、利润总额、成本费用总额等。
原始研发数据可以包括指定时期(例如每月)的研发需求量、需求完成量等。
原始市场销售数据可以包括已拓展的客户名称、拓展中的客户名称、各个客户的销售金额等。
可以与企业的业务系统对接,从所述业务系统获取所述原始运营数据。例如,从企业的日报系统获取各个部门员工的实际工时、标准工时。
或者,可以从指定数据库获取所述原始运营数据。用户可以定期将各个部门的原始运营数据导入所述指定数据库。
或者,可以接收用户上传的所述原始运营数据。
步骤102,对所述原始运营数据进行处理,得到预设业务领域的指标数据。
所述预设业务领域可以包括人力、财务、研发、市场销售等。
对所述原始运营数据进行处理可以包括对原始人力数据进行处理得到人力领域的指标数据。
例如,可以根据应聘人数、录用人数计算录用率。可以按照以下公式计算:录用率=(录用人数÷应聘人数)×100%。
又如,根据离职人数、在册人数计算离职率。可以按照以下公式计算:离职率=(离职人数÷(入职人数+期初人数))×100%。
再如,可以计算人员利用率。可以按照以下公式计算:人员利用率=(实际工时÷标准工时)×100%。可以计算企业各个部门的平均实际工时与平均标准工时,根据各个部门的平均实际工时与平均标准工时计算各个部门的平均人员利用率。例如,某个部门的平均实际工时为7.5,平均标准工时为8,则平均人员利用率为7.5/8×100%=93.75%。
对所述原始运营数据进行处理还可以包括对原始财务数据进行处理,得到财务领域的指标数据。
例如,根据净利润、销售收入计算销售净利率,销售净利率=(净利润÷销售收入)×100%。该比率越大,企业的盈利能力越强。
又如,根据营业利润、营业收入计算,营业利润率营业利润率=(营业利润÷营业收入)×100%。该比率越大,企业的盈利能力越强。
再如,根据利润总额、成本费用总额计算成本费用利润率,成本费用利润率=(利润总额÷成本费用总额)×100%。该比率越大,企业的经营效益越高。
对所述原始运营数据进行处理还可以包括对原始研发数据进行处理,得到研发领域的指标数据。
例如,根据研发需求量、需求完成量计算需求实现率。可以按照以下公式计算:需求实现率=(研发需求量÷需求完成量)×100%。
对所述原始运营数据进行处理还可以包括对原始市场销售数据进行处理,得到市场销售领域的指标数据。
例如,统计已拓展客户数量、拓展中客户数量、大客户数量等。
步骤103,按照所述业务领域显示所述指标数据。
可以生成信息展示界面,在所述信息展示界面上展示所述指标数据。
可以根据用户的权限层级生成不同的信息展示界面。可以预先对用户进行权限层级的设定,对不同权限层级的用户生成不同的信息展示界面。例如,对于企业高层,生成管理层看板;对于部门负责人,生成部门看板,由部门负责人查看;对于领域专家,生成领域专家看板。可以根据用户的登录信息(例如用户名)显示与其权限层级对应的信息展示界面。
在一个实施方式中,所述信息展示界面可以包括三个区域:
第一显示区,用于显示用户名、用户权限层级,还可以显示消息通知、帮助及退出功能按钮,第一显示区可以在所述信息展示界面的上侧(可以为右上侧);
第二显示区,也就是导航栏,用于进入不同的业务领域,查看不同业务领域的指标数据。所述导航栏可以显示在所述信息展示界面的左侧。
第三显示区,也就是展示区,用于展示所述指标数据。
可以分层展示所述指标数据。例如,针对每个业务领域生成两个层级的页面,包括主页面和二级页面。所述主页面显示该业务领域的关键指标数据,所述二级页面显示该业务领域的其他的指标数据(关键指标数据之外的指标数据)。或者,可以针对每个业务领域生成三个层级或三个以上层级的页面。
步骤104,接收针对所述指标数据的用户反馈信息。
可以在信息展示界面上显示信息反馈入口或信息反馈区域,接收通过所 述信息反馈入口或信息反馈区域输入的用户反馈信息。
所述信息反馈入口可以是信息反馈按钮,接收到对所述反馈按钮的点击操作后,显示信息反馈界面。
所述用户反馈信息可以包括业务领域、问题类型、问题说明、附件等。所述问题类型可以包括数据时效性、数据准确性、数据范围等。
步骤105,根据所述用户反馈信息判断所述指标数据是否异常。
可以将所述用户反馈信息发送给预设处理方,并接收所述预设处理方对所述用户反馈信息的回复,根据所述回复判定所述指标数据是否异常。所述预设处理方对所述用户反馈信息进行确认,若所述指标数据异常,则返回数据异常的回复。所述预设处理方还可以返回修改后的指标数据。所述预设处理方可以是原始运营数据的提供方。
或者,可以将所述指标数据与预设的指标阈值进行比较,若所述指标数据超过正常值范围,则判定所述指标数据异常。
步骤106,若所述指标数据异常,调整所述指标数据,显示调整后的指标数据。
例如,若所述指标数据的计算公式有误,则调整所述计算公式,利用调整后的计算公式重新计算所述指标数据,得到调整后的指标数据。
又如,获取原始运营数据的提供方返回的修改后的原始运营数据,根据所述修改后的原始运营数据计算所述指标数据,得到调整后的指标数据,显示所述调整后的指标数据。

在另一实施例中,所述信息展示方法还可以包括:抓取所述指标数据或所述指标数据所属业务领域相关的行业新闻,显示抓取的行业新闻。进一步地,所述信息展示方法可以将抓取的行业新闻发送给预设联系人(例如所述 指标数据所属业务领域的负责人)。可以通过邮件、短信、微信等方式将抓取的行业新闻发送给预设联系人。
在另一实施例中,所述信息展示方法还可以包括:获取所述指标数据或所述指标数据所属业务领域相关的企业内部消息,显示所述企业内部消息。例如当前显示人力领域的指标数据,则若获取新员工入职的企业内部消息(例如从企业内部网检索到该新员工入职的企业内部消息),则显示所述新员工入职的企业内部消息。进一步地,所述信息展示方法还可以将所述企业内部消息发送给预设联系人(例如所述指标数据所属业务领域的负责人),例如将所述新员工入职的企业内部消息发送给企业人力资源部门的负责人。可以通过邮件、短信、微信等方式将所述企业内部消息发送给预设联系人。
在另一实施例中,所述信息展示方法还可以包括:若所述指标数据异常,将数据异常通知发送给预设联系人(例如所述指标数据所属业务领域的负责人)。可以通过邮件、短信、微信等方式将数据异常通知发送给预设联系人。
实施例二
图2为本申请实施例二提供的信息展示装置的结构图。如图2所示,所述信息展示装置10可以包括:获取单元201、处理单元202、显示单元203、接收单元204、判断单元205、调整单元206。
获取单元201,用于获取企业的原始运营数据。
所述原始运营数据可以包括原始人力数据、原始财务数据、原始研发数据、原始市场销售数据等。
原始人力数据可以包括员工的实际工时、标准工时、指定时期(例如每月)的应聘人数、录用人数、入职人数、离职人数、期初人数、期末人数等。
原始财务数据可以包括指定时期(例如每月)的净利润、销售收入、营业利润、营业收入、利润总额、成本费用总额等。
原始研发数据可以包括指定时期(例如每月)的研发需求量、需求完成量等。
原始市场销售数据可以包括已拓展的客户名称、拓展中的客户名称、各个客户的销售金额等。
可以与企业的业务系统对接,从所述业务系统获取所述原始运营数据。 例如,从企业的日报系统获取各个部门员工的实际工时、标准工时。
或者,可以从指定数据库获取所述原始运营数据。用户可以定期将各个部门的原始运营数据导入所述指定数据库。

所述预设业务领域可以包括人力、财务、研发、市场销售等。

例如,可以根据应聘人数、录用人数计算录用率。可以按照以下公式计算:录用率=(录用人数÷应聘人数)×100%。

再如,可以计算人员利用率。可以按照以下公式计算:人员利用率=(实际工时÷标准工时)×100%。可以计算企业各个部门的平均实际工时与平均标准工时,根据各个部门的平均实际工时与平均标准工时计算各个部门的平均人员利用率。例如,某个部门的平均实际工时为7.5,平均标准工时为8,则平均人员利用率为7.5/8×100%=93.75%。
对所述原始运营数据进行处理还可以包括对原始财务数据进行处理,得到财务领域的指标数据。
例如,根据净利润、销售收入计算销售净利率,销售净利率=(净利润÷销售收入)×100%。该比率越大,企业的盈利能力越强。
又如,根据营业利润、营业收入计算,营业利润率营业利润率=(营业利润÷营业收入)×100%。该比率越大,企业的盈利能力越强。
再如,根据利润总额、成本费用总额计算成本费用利润率,成本费用利润率=(利润总额÷成本费用总额)×100%。该比率越大,企业的经营效益越高。
对所述原始运营数据进行处理还可以包括对原始研发数据进行处理,得到研发领域的指标数据。
例如,根据研发需求量、需求完成量计算需求实现率。可以按照以下公 式计算:需求实现率=(研发需求量÷需求完成量)×100%。
对所述原始运营数据进行处理还可以包括对原始市场销售数据进行处理,得到市场销售领域的指标数据。

显示单元203,用于按照所述业务领域显示所述指标数据。
可以生成信息展示界面,在所述信息展示界面上展示所述指标数据。

所述信息反馈入口可以是信息反馈按钮,接收到对所述反馈按钮的点击操作后,显示信息反馈界面。
所述用户反馈信息可以包括业务领域、问题类型、问题说明、附件等。所述问题类型可以包括数据时效性、数据准确性、数据范围等。
判断单元205,用于根据所述用户反馈信息判断所述指标数据是否异常。
可以将所述用户反馈信息发送给预设处理方,并接收所述预设处理方对所述用户反馈信息的回复,根据所述回复判定所述指标数据是否异常。所述预设处理方对所述用户反馈信息进行确认,若所述指标数据异常,则返回数据异常的回复。所述预设处理方还可以返回修改后的指标数据。所述预设处理方可以是原始运营数据的提供方。

调整单元206,用于若所述指标数据异常,调整所述指标数据,显示调整后的指标数据。

在另一实施例中,所述信息展示装置10还可以包括:抓取单元,用于抓取所述指标数据或所述指标数据所属业务领域相关的行业新闻,显示所述行业新闻。进一步地,所述抓取单元还可以将抓取的行业新闻发送给预设联系人(例如所述指标数据所属业务领域的负责人)。可以通过邮件、短信、微信等方式将抓取的行业新闻发送给预设联系人。
在另一实施例中,所述信息展示装置10还可以包括:内部消息获取单元,获取所述指标数据或所述指标数据所属业务领域相关的企业内部消息,显示所述企业内部消息。例如当前显示人力领域的指标数据,则若获取新员 工入职的企业内部消息(例如从企业内部网检索到该新员工入职的企业内部消息),则显示所述新员工入职的企业内部消息。进一步的,所述内部消息获取单元还可以将所述企业内部消息发送给预设联系人(例如所述指标数据所属业务领域的负责人),例如将所述新员工入职的企业内部消息发送给企业人力资源部门的负责人。可以通过邮件、短信、微信等方式将所述企业内部消息发送给预设联系人。
在另一实施例中,所述信息展示装置10还可以包括:发送单元,用于若所述指标数据异常,将数据异常通知发送给预设联系人(例如所述指标数据所属业务领域的负责人)。可以通过邮件、短信、微信等方式将数据异常通知发送给预设联系人。
实施例三
本实施例提供一种非易失性可读存储介质,该非易失性可读存储介质上存储有计算机可读指令,该计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现上述信息展示方法实施例中的步骤,例如图1所示的步骤101-106:
步骤101,获取企业的原始运营数据;
步骤102,对所述原始运营数据进行处理,得到预设业务领域的指标数据;
步骤103,按照所述业务领域显示所述指标数据;
步骤104,接收针对所述指标数据的用户反馈信息;
步骤105,根据所述用户反馈信息判断所述指标数据是否异常;
步骤106,若所述指标数据异常,调整所述指标数据,显示调整后的指标数据。

步骤102,对所述原始运营数据进行处理,得到预设业务领域的指标数据;
步骤103,按照所述业务领域显示所述指标数据;
步骤104,接收针对所述指标数据的用户反馈信息;

示例性的,所述计算机可读指令40可以被分割成一个或多个模块/单元, 所述一个或者多个模块/单元被存储在所述存储器20中,并由所述处理器30执行,以完成本申请。所述一个或多个模块/单元可以是能够完成特定功能的一系列计算机可读指令段,该指令段用于描述所述计算机可读指令40在所述计算机装置1中的执行过程。例如,所述计算机可读指令40可以被分割成图2中的获取单元201、处理单元202、显示单元203、接收单元204、判断单元205、调整单元206,各单元具体功能参见实施例二。
所述计算机装置1可以是桌上型计算机、笔记本、掌上电脑及云端服务器等计算设备。本领域技术人员可以理解,所述示意图3仅仅是计算机装置1的示例,并不构成对计算机装置1的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件,例如所述计算机装置1还可以包括输入输出设备、网络接入设备、总线等。
所称处理器30可以是中央处理单元(Central Processing Unit,CPU),还可以是其他通用处理器、数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、现成可编程门阵列(Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件等。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器30也可以是任何常规的处理器等,所述处理器30是所述计算机装置1的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个计算机装置1的各个部分。
所述存储器20可用于存储所述计算机可读指令40和/或模块/单元,所述处理器30通过运行或执行存储在所述存储器20内的计算机可读指令和/或模块/单元,以及调用存储在存储器20内的数据,实现所述计算机装置1的各种功能。所述存储器20可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等;存储数据区可存储根据计算机装置1的使用所创建的数据(比如音频数据、电话本等)等。此外,存储器20可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如硬盘、内存、插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital,SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)、至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他易失性固态存储器件。
所述计算机装置1集成的模块/单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个非易失性可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本申请实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,也可以通过计算机可读指令来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的计算机可读指令可存储于一非易失性可读存储介质中,该计算机可读指令在被处理器执行时,可实现上述各个方法实施例的步骤。其中,所述计算机可读指令代码可以为源代码形式、对象代码形式、可执行文件或某些中间形式等。所述非易失性可读介质可以包括:能够携带所述计算机可读指令代码的任何实体或装置、记录介质、U盘、移动硬盘、磁碟、光盘、计算机存储器、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、电载波信号、电信信号以及软件分发介质等。需要说明的是,所述非易失性可读介质包含的内容可以根据司法管辖区内立法和专利实践的要求进行适当的增减,例如在某些司法管辖区,根据立法和专利实践,非易失性可读介质不包括电载波信号和电信信号。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的计算机装置和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的计算机装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式。
另外,在本申请各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在相同处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在相同单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用硬件加软件功能模块的形式实现。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本申请不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本申请的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本申请。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本申请的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化涵括在本申请内。不应将权利要求中的任何附图标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。此外,显然“包括”一词不排除其他单元或步骤,单数不排除复数。计算机装置权利要求 中陈述的多个单元或计算机装置也可以由同一个单元或计算机装置通过软件或者硬件来实现。第一,第二等词语用来表示名称,而并不表示任何特定的顺序。
最后应说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本申请进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本申请的技术方案进行修改或等同替换,而不脱离本申请技术方案的精神和范围。
Claims (20)
- 一种信息展示方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:获取企业的原始运营数据;对所述原始运营数据进行处理,得到预设业务领域的指标数据;按照所述业务领域显示所述指标数据;接收针对所述指标数据的用户反馈信息;根据所述用户反馈信息判断所述指标数据是否异常;若所述指标数据异常,调整所述指标数据,显示调整后的指标数据。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:抓取所述指标数据或所述指标数据所属业务领域相关的行业新闻,显示所述行业新闻。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:获取所述指标数据或所述指标数据所属业务领域相关的企业内部消息,显示所述企业内部消息。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:若所述指标数据异常,将数据异常通知发送给预设联系人。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述原始运营数据包括原始人力数据、原始财务数据、原始研发数据、原始市场销售数据,所述对所述原始运营数据进行处理,得到预设业务领域的指标数据包括:对所述原始人力数据进行处理,得到人力领域的指标数据;对所述原始财务数据进行处理,得到财务领域的指标数据;对所述原始研发数据进行处理,得到研发领域的指标数据;对所述原始市场销售数据进行处理,得到市场销售领域的指标数据。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述按照所述业务领域显示所述指标数据包括:根据用户的权限层级生成不同的信息展示界面:对于企业高层,生成管理层看板;对于部门负责人,生成部门看板;对于领域专家,生成领域专家看板。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述按照所述业务领域显示所述指标数据包括:生成信息展示界面,在所述信息展示界面上展示所述指标数据,其中所述信息展示界面包括:第一显示区,用于显示用户名、用户权限层级、消息通知、帮助及退出功能按钮;第二显示区,即导航栏,用于进入不同的业务领域,查看不同业务领域的指标数据;第三显示区,即展示区,用于展示所述指标数据。
- 一种信息展示装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:获取单元,用于获取企业的原始运营数据;处理单元,用于对所述原始运营数据进行处理,得到预设业务领域的指标数据;显示单元,用于按照所述业务领域显示所述指标数据;接收单元,用于接收针对所述指标数据的用户反馈信息;判断单元,用于根据所述用户反馈信息判断所述指标数据是否异常;调整单元,用于若所述指标数据异常,调整所述指标数据,显示调整后的指标数据。
- 一种计算机装置,其特征在于,所述计算机装置包括处理器和存储器,所述存储器用于存储计算机可读指令,所述处理器用于执行所述计算机可读指令以实现以下步骤:获取企业的原始运营数据;对所述原始运营数据进行处理,得到预设业务领域的指标数据;按照所述业务领域显示所述指标数据;接收针对所述指标数据的用户反馈信息;根据所述用户反馈信息判断所述指标数据是否异常;若所述指标数据异常,调整所述指标数据,显示调整后的指标数据。
- 如权利要求9所述的计算机装置,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于执 行所述计算机可读指令以实现以下步骤:抓取所述指标数据或所述指标数据所属业务领域相关的行业新闻,显示所述行业新闻。
- 如权利要求9所述的计算机装置,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于执行所述计算机可读指令以实现以下步骤:获取所述指标数据或所述指标数据所属业务领域相关的企业内部消息,显示所述企业内部消息。
- 如权利要求9所述的计算机装置,其特征在于,所述原始运营数据包括原始人力数据、原始财务数据、原始研发数据、原始市场销售数据,所述对所述原始运营数据进行处理,得到预设业务领域的指标数据包括:对所述原始人力数据进行处理,得到人力领域的指标数据;对所述原始财务数据进行处理,得到财务领域的指标数据;对所述原始研发数据进行处理,得到研发领域的指标数据;对所述原始市场销售数据进行处理,得到市场销售领域的指标数据。
- 如权利要求9所述的计算机装置,其特征在于,所述按照所述业务领域显示所述指标数据包括:根据用户的权限层级生成不同的信息展示界面:对于企业高层,生成管理层看板;对于部门负责人,生成部门看板;对于领域专家,生成领域专家看板。
- 如权利要求9所述的计算机装置,其特征在于,所述按照所述业务领域显示所述指标数据包括:生成信息展示界面,在所述信息展示界面上展示所述指标数据,其中所述信息展示界面包括:第一显示区,用于显示用户名、用户权限层级、消息通知、帮助及退出功能按钮;第二显示区,即导航栏,用于进入不同的业务领域,查看不同业务领域的指标数据;第三显示区,即展示区,用于展示所述指标数据。
- 一种非易失性可读存储介质,所述非易失性可读存储介质上存储有计算机可读指令,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现以下步骤:获取企业的原始运营数据;对所述原始运营数据进行处理,得到预设业务领域的指标数据;按照所述业务领域显示所述指标数据;接收针对所述指标数据的用户反馈信息;根据所述用户反馈信息判断所述指标数据是否异常;若所述指标数据异常,调整所述指标数据,显示调整后的指标数据。
- 如权利要求15所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于执行所述计算机可读指令以实现以下步骤:抓取所述指标数据或所述指标数据所属业务领域相关的行业新闻,显示所述行业新闻。
