本申请实施例提供的数据推送方法、装置、计算机设备及存储介质,本实施例方案的数据推送方法通过对新老客户进行区分,这样无须销售业务员重新筛选数据即可获取新客户和维护旧客户,提高了工作效率。另外针对新 客户并根据新客户的属性进行优先级排列,提高了获取优质客户的概率,本实施例的方法提高了客户识别度,便于管理;保证了名单热度,提高了成单几率;名单信息足够丰富,不用坐席重复收集,提高了销售业务员的工作效率。

图1示出了本申请实施例提供的一种数据推送方法的流程示意图,如图1所示,该数据推送方法包括以下步骤:
101、接收待处理的数据;
其中,接收待处理的数据可以为网站推送的数据、各种媒体渠道等抓取的数据;数据中包括了客户的ID、姓名、身份标识、联系方式等数据。
102、依据所述待处理的数据区分所述数据的类型;
本实施例中的数据的类型可以包括第一数据类型和第二数据类型,第一数据类型代表新客户,第二数据类型代表老客户,可以根据客户的ID、姓名、邮件等进行区分数据的类型,例如,根据ID在原数据单中查询是否存在该ID,ID可以为身份标识码,例如身份证号后四位,手机号后四位等;若无,则代表该数据为新客户的数据;根据客户的姓名确认是否为新客户的方式也类似。
103、当所述数据的类型为第一数据类型时,根据所述第一数据类型的来源属性向用户推送所述数据。
步骤103中向用户推送所述数据可以理解为优先向业务员推送相应的数据,避免在将新的数据更新到原数据表中,无法区分优先等级,降低名单热度的问题。
第一数据类型即为新客户,数据来源属性包括了接收的待处理数据的渠道和媒体。
本实施例中根据第一数据类型的来源属性即接收的待处理数据的渠道和媒体,对第一数据类型的数据进行优先等级的推送,这样实现了将优质客户进行优先推送的效果。
上述实施例中的数据推送方法通过对新老客户进行区分,这样无须销售业务员重新筛选数据即可获取新客户和维护旧客户,提高了工作效率。另外针对新客户并根据新客户的属性进行优先级排列,提高了获取优质客户的概率,本实施例的方法提高了客户识别度,便于管理;保证了名单热度,提高了成单几率;名单信息足够丰富,不用坐席重复收集,提高了销售业务员的工作效率。
在上述实施例中第一类型数据和第二类型数据的用户也可以根据用户的设定进行标记。例如,可以在第一类型数据(新用户)标签为新用户、接收或者获取数据的时间等,不定期的对整个数据进行更新。在数据列表中可以设置自动更改的选项,新数据主动进行标记获取数据的时间、新数据标签等,比如定义新用户时间超过1个月以上,自动标签更新为老用户;或者是新用户在电话员拨打后,业务合同签署完毕后,自动标记为老用户。可以手动将新用户修改为老用户,也可以设置自动修改,比如定义新用户时间超过1个月以上,自动标签更新为老用户;或者是新用户在电话员拨打后,业务合同签署完毕后,自动标记为老用户。
针对不同的数据采用不同的推送策略,包括了对于新客户数据的推送策略和对于老客户数据的推送策略,在下述实施例中进行详细说明。
图2示出了本申请另一实施例提供的数据推送方法的流程示意图,如图2所示,该方法是在上述图1中的步骤102之后,对步骤103的进一步的举例说明。
具体的,当所述数据的类型为第一数据类型时,根据所述第一数据类型 的来源属性推送所述数据,包括以下步骤:
103A、当所述数据的类型为第一数据类型时,根据所述数据的渠道和媒体获取所述数据的优先级;
103B、根据所述数据的优先级推送所述数据。
对于新客户数据,确定获取新客户的渠道和媒体,进行优先等级排列推送给业务员;对于老客户也采用不同的策略进行推送给业务员。具体举例如下:
对于新客户数据,确定获取新客户的渠道和媒体,进行优先等级排列推送给业务员。
优先等级排列可以根据获取客户信息渠道的置信度、可靠权重、客户的背调等信息进行优先等级排列,也可以根据客户的信息是否完整进行排列,例如,对于客户信息不完整的,优先级靠后,另外对于获取客户信息的渠道的置信度高、可靠权重高的等,优先级会靠前。
例如,对于正规渠道和媒体,其获取优质客户较多;另外针对贷款业务,公司老板或者是需要用钱的客户需求较大,这类客户的排名也会靠前。
其中,渠道和媒体包括了日常工作渠道是每天收到的公文、信函、简报、报表、电话、电报、传真、电子邮件的相关信息;互联网络渠道是指各大搜索网站,大众媒体渠道是指广播、电视、报纸、杂志、图书上的信息。或者是第三方提供的数据,例如,房产交易网站客户申请注册信息等。
具体方法是从多个信息渠道向客户采集以下元素:手机号码、接触时间、接触渠道、接触内容、用户反馈、用户接受程度的信息并进行汇总;一旦发现元素中的手机号码、接触内容均相同时,判断为重复信息,按照接触时间删除接触时间最早的同一号码的所有信息,只保留最晚接触时间的内容信息;利用手机号码、接触时间、接触渠道、接触内容、用户反馈、用户接受程度 的组合方式将多个信息渠道采集的客户信息进行存储;按照接触内容,对客户信息进行归档。
图3示出了本申请实施例提供的数据推送方法的流程示意图,如图3所示,该方法在图1的步骤102之后,当数据的类型为第二数据类型时,会依据不同的情况推送数据,当然也可以根据预先设置,具体的当数据的类型为第二数据类型时,可以通过以下几种情况:
104、当所述数据的类型为第二数据类型时,依据所述数据的更新时间,推送所述数据。
本实施例中依据数据的更新时间推送数据,保障了将更新时间距离当前时间较近的进行推送,避免了错过客户的重要信息的情况,比如老客户贷款续费时间到期,更新续费的时间等信息。
在另一种可实现的方式中,如图4所示:
105、当所述数据的类型为第二数据类型时,根据所述数据的标识,将所述数据与原数据表中与所述数据的标识对应的数据进行对比,并更新所述原数据表中所述数据的标识对应的数据,依据所述数据的目标项的数据确定所述数据的优先级;
如下表1所示,当更改ID为123的续期时,则只需要更改原数据表中的到期日即可,这时候在原数据表中中获取ID,然后将现有的数据与该ID对应的所有项目进行比对,本实施例中只更新到期日。

106、根据所述数据的优先级推送所述数据。
数据的目标项的数据可以理解为数据更新时间、业务的到期时间等跟期限相关的数据。
其中,根据数据的目标项的数据确定所述数据的优先级,包括:
当所述数据的目标项的数据与目标值的差值小于等于预设阈值时,向所述数据的标识发送提示通知。
可理解的是,例如目标项的数据为贷款业务到期时间为2018.6.1,目标值为2018.4.20,预设阈值为10天,则需要向该数据对应的标识(手机号)发送贷款业务续费的通知,可以电话通讯提示也可以短消息提示或者邮件提示等。一般的,对于老客户数据的推送策略:
A、数据更新时间离当前时间最近的优先级最大,
但是当数据更新时间离当前时间最近时的一种特殊情况下,优先级会排到最后,要综合参考更新数据,例如当前数据更新时间离当前时间小于10分钟,优先级靠前排列,但是更新数据的内容是改客户的目标信息,其中,目标信息包括贷款结算完成信息、不续贷信息、客户明确不合作等信息,如果遇到该信息则直接将排名排到老客户数据的后面,优先级靠后。
B、获取老客户数据中贷款期限,将要到期待续期等需求的用户,或者是待到期的用户按照时间优先级进行排序。
A与B方案可以分优先级,也可以并列权重,具体的优先级顺序不进行限定,也可以有多种方案。
关于老客户的数据更新,一种方式是对于老客户的数据进行及时更新,例如,手机号变更,通信地址变更等以保证客户能够正常联络;或者是客户有其他新增的贷款业务等,进行及时的补录和跟踪,具体包括但不限于以下数据更新。
更新后的老客户的数据会优先级较高,排在新客户推送的后面较前的位置。
对于老客户数据,将获取的数据与老客户数据进行比对,通过增量覆盖方式进行补充更新。
该更新可以包括:例如客户的联系方式、客户的需求、其他新增业务等。
关于老客户的数据更新,第二种方式是进行客群标签区分,根据不同的客群标签,进行短信推送,通过客户回复数据进行名单的重复利用和更新。
其中客群标签可以为客户的来源标签,例如推送媒体的标签或者是介绍人的标签,也可以理解为为该客户服务的业务员的标签,这样更有针对性的推送给相应的业务员,在业务员离职或者不在岗等情况下,也可以推送给与业务员组别相同的其他业务员的标签,这样更方便数据管理。也方便了业务员自身维护客户的便利性。
例如,客户贷款的到期时限提醒、客户续贷等。
上述方法包括对新老客户进行区分,这样无须销售业务员重新筛选数据即可获取新客户和维护旧客户,提高了工作效率。另外针对新客户进行了优先级排列,提高了获取优质客户的概率;对于老客户也进行数据的更新,另外还通过短信推送的方式进行获取数据,以及名单的重复利用,降低名单获取成本;提高客户识别度,便于管理;保证了名单热度,提高了成单几率;名单信息足够丰富,不用坐席重复收集,提高了坐席工作效率。
图5示出了本申请实施例提个的一种数据推送装置的结构示意图,如图5所示,该数据推送装置50包括:
接收模块51,用于接收待处理的数据;
其中,接收待处理的数据可以为网站推送的数据、各种媒体渠道等抓取的数据;数据中包括了客户的ID、姓名、身份标识、联系方式等数据。
类型区分模块52,用于依据所述待处理的数据区分所述数据的类型;

进一步的,所述数据推送装置还包括:
通知模块,用于当所述数据的目标项的数据与目标值的差值小于等于预设阈值时,向所述数据的标识发送提示通知。
本申请实施例还提供了一种计算机设备,包括存储器、处理器以及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时实现上述数据推送方法的步骤。
本实施例提供的一种计算机设备,如可以执行程序的智能手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、台式计算机、机架式服务器、刀片式服务器、塔式服务器或机柜式服务器(包括独立的服务器,或者多个服务器所组成的服务器集群)等。本实施例的计算机设备20至少包括但不限于:可通过系统总线相互通信连接的存储器21、处理器22,如图6所示。需要指出的是,图6仅示出了具有组件21-22的计算机设备20,但是应理解的是,并不要求实施所有示出的组件,可以替代的实施更多或者更少的组件。
本实施例中,存储器21(即可读存储介质)包括闪存、硬盘、多媒体卡、卡型存储器(例如,SD或DX存储器等)、随机访问存储器(RAM)、静态随机访问存储器(SRAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、可编程只读存储器(PROM)、磁性存储器、磁盘、光盘等。在一些实施例中,存储器21可以是计算机设备20的内部存储单元,例如该计算机设备20的硬盘或内存。在另一些实施例中,存储器21也可以是计算机设备20的外部存储设备,例如该计算机设备20上配备的插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital,SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)等。当然,存储器21还可以既包括计算机设备20的内部存储单元也包括其外部存储设备。本实施例中,存储器21通常用于存储安装于计算机设备20的操作系统和各类应用软件,例如上述实施例中的数据推送装置中程序代码等。此外,存储器21还可以用于暂时地存储已经输出或者将要输出的各类数据。
处理器22在一些实施例中可以是中央处理器(Central Processing Unit, CPU)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器、或其他数据处理芯片。该处理器22通常用于控制计算机设备20的总体操作。本实施例中,处理器22用于运行存储器21中存储的程序代码或者处理数据,例如数据推送装置10,以实现上述实施例中的数据推送方法。
本申请的实施例的计算机设备可以以多种形式存在,包括但不限于:
(1)移动通信设备:这类设备的特点是具备移动通信功能,并且以提供话音、数据通信为主要目标。这类终端包括:智能手机(例如iPhone)、多媒体手机、功能性手机,以及低端手机等。
(2)超移动个人计算机设备:这类设备属于个人计算机的范畴,有计算和处理功能,一般也具备移动上网特性。这类终端包括:PDA、MID和UMPC设备等,例如iPad。
(3)便携式娱乐设备:这类设备可以显示和播放多媒体内容。该类设备包括:音频、视频播放器(例如iPod),掌上游戏机,电子书,以及智能玩具和便携式车载导航设备。
(4)服务器:提供计算服务的设备,服务器的构成包括处理器、硬盘、内存、系统总线等,服务器和通用的计算机架构类似,但是由于需要提供高可靠的服务,因此在处理能力、稳定性、可靠性、安全性、可扩展性、可管理性等方面要求较高。
(5)其他具有提醒事项记录功能的电子装置。

本申请实施例提供了一种计算机程序产品,其中,计算机程序产品包括存储在非暂态计算机可读存储介质上的计算机程序,计算机程序包括程序指令,其中,当程序指令被计算机设备执行时,使电子设备执行上述任意方法实施例中的数据推送方法。
在本申请各个实施例中的各功能模块可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个模块单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上模块集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用硬件加软件功能单元的形式实现。

- 一种数据推送方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:接收待处理的数据;依据所述待处理的数据区分所述数据的类型;当所述数据的类型为第一数据类型时,根据所述第一数据类型的来源属性向用户推送所述数据。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述数据的来源属性包括所述数据的渠道和媒体;当所述数据的类型为第一数据类型时,根据所述第一数据类型的来源属性推送所述数据,包括:当所述数据的类型为第一数据类型时,根据所述数据的渠道和媒体获取所述数据的优先级;根据所述数据的优先级推送所述数据。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在依据所述待处理的数据区分所述数据的类型之后,所述方法还包括:当所述数据的类型为第二数据类型时,依据所述数据的更新时间,推送所述数据。

- 根据权利要求15所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,在依据所述待处理的数据区分所述数据的类型之后,所述方法还包括:当所述数据的类型为第二数据类型时,根据所述数据的标识,将所述数 据与原数据表中与所述数据的标识对应的数据进行对比,并更新所述原数据表中所述数据的标识对应的数据。
- 根据权利要求19所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:当所述数据的目标项的数据与目标值的差值小于等于预设阈值时,向所述数据的标识发送提示通知。
