下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
本申请提供的项目的标签展示方法,可应用在如图1的应用环境中,其中,客户端(终端设备)通过网络与服务器进行通信。其中,客户端包括但不限于为各种个人计算机、笔记本电脑、智能手机、平板电脑和便携式可穿戴设备。服务器可以用独立的服务器或者是多个服务器组成的服务器集群来实现。
在一实施例中,如图2所示,提供一种项目的标签展示方法,以该方法应用在图1中的服务器为例进行说明,包括如下步骤:
S10、接收用户登录指令,获取所述登录指令中包含的用户信息;所述用户信息包括用户个人信息、用户角色、项目节点、待办事项、处理时限;所述用户角色包括项目经办人、项目经理、管理员。
也即,在用户输入用户名和密码登录项目管理系统时,项目管理系统的服务 器自动获取登录的用户信息;所述用户信息可以根据需求进行设定,包括但不限定于为用户个人信息、用户角色、项目节点、待办事项、处理时限等;所述用户角色对应于不同的工作职责,可以根据需求进行设定,包括项目经办人、项目经理、管理员等。
在一实施例中,所述处理时限根据项目完成要求预先设定,所述项目节点和待办事项根据用户角色的工作职责进行预先设定;比如,项目节点对于项目经办人来说包括但不限定于为立项中、项目进行中、已结项等项目节点,且项目经办人的待办事项包括但不限定于为立项、合同录入、检视和结项等事项;项目节点对于项目经理来说包括但不限定于为审批、已审批等,也即在本实施例中,项目经理仅负责审批即可,比如对项目经办人立项的项目节点进行审批。但是,在本申请中,可以根据需要为项目经理或项目经办人设定不同的项目节点和待办事项,只要分配合理即可。所述管理员为所述项目管理系统的管理者。
在项目管理系统中的每个项目中,可对应设置多个项目经办人与多个项目经理,且多个项目经办人(或多个项目经理)所负责的项目节点和待办事项各不相同,此时,在同一项目中,不同级别和层次的多个项目经办人(或多个项目经理)各司其职,只要负责其各自责任范围内的待办事项即可。
可理解地,多个项目经办人(或多个项目经理)所负责的项目节点和待办事项相同,此时,多个项目经办人(或多个项目经理)可以多人接收到同一待办事项(且该待办事项所需要的处理人数少于或等于设定的项目经办人或项目经理的人数),多人可以同时拥有处理权限,可设定只要其中一位项目经办人(或项目经理)进行处理即可完成该待办事项,此时,由于多人可同时拥有处理权限,可以提升处理速度。
S20、根据所述用户信息获取当前用户关注事项。
也即,在该步骤中,需要根据用户信息来确定用户关注事项。在本实施例的第一方面,用户关注事项包括用户在此前登录时的所关注事项;此时,所述用户关注事项可根据用户在此前的每次登录中操作过的项目节点和/或待办事项的操作次数和操作时长得出。在本实施例的另一方面,用户关注事项包括剩余的处理时限最短的项目节点和/或待办事项,此时,用户关注事项可根据项目管理系统中与项目对应的项目节点、待办事项和处理时限得出。
S30、根据所述用户关注事项生成标签,并将所述标签按照预设显示规则显示在显示界面。
可理解地,所述标签的显示位置可以根据用户需求进行设定,在一实施例中,首先对用户关注事项进行分类,比如所述用户关注事项可分类为关注的项目节点和关注的待办事项,此时将关注的项目节点和关注的待办事项分栏显示标签,且各栏显示区域也已在显示界面上划定,同时,多个标签在所述显示区域中的排布规则等亦预先设定,同时,可以将每一栏标签或每一个不同的标签形状、尺寸、颜色和背景图案进行不同标识,以便于用户识别。可理解地,所述用户关注事项的标签被用户点击之后,直接跳转至所述用户关注事项的处理界面,此时用户可以直接对该用户关注事项进行操作。
本实施例所述的项目的标签展示方法,可以在用户角色不同时,根据其不同的工作职责(对应于不同的用户角色)定制用户关注事项的标签,并将该标签显示在显示界面上,以方便用户选取;本申请操作简单,有针对性,大大提升了用户体验。
在一实施例中,所述步骤S20中,即所述根据所述用户信息获取当前用户关注事项,具体包括如下内容:
根据所述用户个人信息,获取与所述用户关联的用户关注度表中预设排名的用户关注事项;其中,所述用户关注度表根据用户在本次登录之前的预设次数登录中,对项目节点和/或待办事项的操作次数和操作时长生成。
在本实施例中,用户关注事项包括用户在此前登录时的所关注事项,此时,需要根据所述用户个人信息,获取用户在本次登录之前的预设次数登录中的用户关注事项;所述用户关注事项根据用户在每次登录中操作过的项目节点和/或待办事项的操作次数和操作时长得出;所述预设次数登录可以根据需求进行设定,比如设定为本次登录之前的三次登录。可理解地,用户在对项目节点或待办事项进行操作(点击、输入、修改、删除、审批等)之后,会将其记录,以供进行数据统计。
也即,在本实施例中,根据用户操作过的项目节点和/或待办事项的操作次数和操作时长对用户关注事项进行排序;可以分别按照操作次数与操作时长对用户操作过的项目节点和/或待办事项进行排序,操作次数越多,操作时长越长, 代表其关注度越高,此时排序越靠前,可根据上述排序规则生成用户关注度表(该表格中还包括每个用户关注事项的链接),且将该用户关注度表存储至数据库中的对应位置,该位置与所述用户的用户个人信息(用户姓名或与所述用户个人信息对应的唯一标识)及本次登录时间关联。所述操作次数的统计可以是在切换至其他项目节点或待办事项之后,当前的项目节点和/或待办事项的操作次数记为一次;所述操作时长即为在本次登录过程中,对该项目节点或待办事项所有操作时长的总和。
所述用户关注度表可以分为操作次数表和操作时长表。且调取用户关注事项的先后顺序可以根据所述操作次数表和/或所述操作时长表预设调取的先后规则,比如调取操作时长在前三面和操作次数在前三名的用户关注事项,亦可调取操作次数前三名的项目节点或操作时长在前三名的待办事项。
所述用户关注事项亦可分类为关注的项目节点和关注的待办事项。此时可以将项目节点与待办事项分开进行统计,并生成与各自对应的用户关注度表,以供分别进行数据调取。在后续显示标签时,亦可分栏进行显示,以便于用户进行区分。
在一实施例中,所述步骤S20中,即所述根据所述用户信息获取当前用户关注事项,具体包括如下内容:
根据所述用户个人信息,获取与所述用户关联的时限关注表中预设排名的用户关注事项;所述时限关注表根据所述用户信息中的处理时限生成。所述时限关注表中预设排名的用户关注事项可以根据需求进行设定,比如调取时限关注表中前三名的用户关注事项。
在本实施例中,用户关注事项包括剩余的处理时限最短的项目节点和/或待办事项,此时,亦可根据用户信息中的处理时限生成时限关注表(该表格中还包括每个用户关注事项的所有信息及其链接),且该时限关注表中,按照剩余处理时限的长短进行排序,剩余处理时限越短,则该处理时限对应的项目节点和/或待办事项排序越靠前,该时限关注表存储至数据库中的对应位置,该位置与所述用户的用户个人信息(用户姓名或与所述用户个人信息对应的唯一标识)关联,且随系统时间的变化,系统会定时或实时自动更新处理时限的数据,所述时限关注表亦随之更新。
所述用户关注事项亦可分类为关注的项目节点和关注的待办事项。此时可以将项目节点与待办事项分开进行统计,并生成与各自对应的时限关注表,以分别进行数据调取而不相互干扰。在后续显示标签时,亦可将关注的项目节点和关注的待办事项分栏进行显示,以便于用户进行区分。
在一实施例中,如图3所示,所述步骤S30中,即根据所述用户关注事项生成标签,并将所述标签按照预设显示规则显示在显示界面,具体包括如下步骤:
S301,根据所述用户关注事项提取所述用户关注事项的缩略词;在该步骤中,可以提取用户关注事项的关键词作为缩略词,且缩略词的字数可以根据要求进行设置,比如,设定项目经办人的项目节点的缩略词为两个字,此时其缩略词可以为立项(代表立项中)、进行(代表项目进行中)、结项(代表已结项)等。且系统可以自动检测并避开与之前已生成标签的缩略词重合,在此前已存在相同的缩略词之后,自动更换为另一个缩略词。可理解地,所述缩略词亦可以包含时限,比如,设定项目经办人的项目节点的缩略词为两个字+时限天数,此时缩略词立项+2可以代表立项中,立项剩余时限还有2天、结项-3可代表结项时间已超期(或延期)3天等;如此可提醒用户紧急时限。且在标签显示时限时,可以根据时限的紧急程度来设定所述标签或所述缩略词显示在所述标签上的颜色等。
S302,根据预设标签参数生成与所述用户关注事项关联的标签;所述标签参数包括缩略词在所述标签上显示的字体、尺寸、颜色,以及所述标签的形状、尺寸、颜色和背景图案;可理解地,所述标签参数可以根据用户需求进行设定,比如,根据用户关注事项的关注度(比如,用户关注事项在用户关注度表中的排名)、时限紧急程度(比如,用户关注事项在时限关注表中的排名)、用户关注事项的分类(比如所述用户关注事项可分类为关注的项目节点和关注的待办事项)等分别进行不同的显示。
S303,根据所述预设显示规则将生成的所述标签显示在所述显示界面上,并将所述标签关联至所述用户关注事项;所述预设显示规则包括所述标签的显示位置、显示位置的底色和图案、标签出现及显示的方式。
可理解地,在点击标签并进入一个用户关注事项的处理界面之后,所有标签或排名(关注度排名或时限排名)靠前(预设名次)的若干标签可以在该处理界面的预设位置以预设比例缩小显示(或以其他显示方式显示),以供用户在对当 前用户关注事项进行处理之后,点击进入下一个用户关注事项进行操作。
在一实施例中,如图4所示,所述步骤S30之后,也即根据所述用户关注事项生成标签,并将所述标签按照预设显示规则显示在显示界面之后,包括以下步骤:
S40,根据所述用户关注事项的更新信息,更新所述标签在所述显示界面的显示状态。
比如,在其中一个用户关注事项被更新状态时,此时获取用户关注事项的更新信息,并将该用户关注事项关联的标签进行更新,比如,某项目的项目经办人的显示界面中,此前存在“立项中”这一项目节点的标签显示,当立项完毕之后,项目节点由立项中进入项目进行中,且由于项目进行中的项目节点刚刚开始,时限很长且暂时不需要进行操作,此时取消“立项中”标签的显示,并且不必显示“项目进行中”的标签,且由于标签的当前数量和排名发生了变化,因此,此时会随之更新标签的显示,其更新过程可参考上述步骤,无需赘述。
在一实施例中,如图5所示,所述步骤S30之后,也即根据所述用户关注事项生成标签,并将所述标签按照预设显示规则显示在显示界面之后,还包括以下步骤:
S50,接收用户退出登录指示,获取本次登录的所述用户关注事项并将其存储。
也即,在用户每次退出登录时,记录用户本次登录中所关注事项,且将其存储至数据库中与该用户的用户个人信息关联的预设位置,以供用户在下次登录时调取。具体过程可参考步骤S20,在此不再赘述。
在一实施例中,如图6所示,提供一种项目的标签展示装置,该项目的标签展示装置与上述实施例中项目的标签展示方法一一对应。该项目的标签展示装置包括接收模块61、获取模块62和显示模块63。各功能模块详细说明如下:
接收模块61,用于接收用户登录指令,获取所述登录指令中包含的用户信息;所述用户信息包括用户个人信息、用户角色、项目节点、待办事项、处理时限;所述用户角色包括项目经办人、项目经理、管理员;
获取模块62,用于根据所述用户信息获取当前用户关注事项;
显示模块63,用于根据所述用户关注事项生成标签,并将所述标签按照预 设显示规则显示在显示界面。
在一实施例中,如图7所示,所述获取模块62包括:
第一获取子模块621,用于根据所述用户个人信息,获取与所述用户关联的用户关注度表中预设排名的用户关注事项;其中,所述用户关注度表根据用户在本次登录之前的预设次数登录中,对项目节点和/或待办事项的操作次数和操作时长生成;
第二获取子模块622,用于根据所述用户个人信息,获取与所述用户关联的时限关注表中预设排名的用户关注事项;所述时限关注表根据用户信息中的处理时限生成。
可理解地,所述获取模块62可以仅包含所述第一获取子模块621与第二获取子模块622中其中一个子模块,亦可同时包含两者。
在一实施例中,所述获取模块还用于根据所述用户个人信息,获取与所述用户关联的时限关注表中预设排名的用户关注事项;所述时限关注表根据所述用户信息中的处理时限生成。
在一实施例中,如图8所示,所述显示模块63包括:
提取子模块631,用于根据用户关注事项提取所述用户关注事项的缩略词;
生成子模块632,用于根据预设标签参数生成与所述用户关注事项关联的标签;所述标签参数包括缩略词在所述标签上显示的字体、尺寸、颜色,以及所述标签的形状、尺寸、颜色和背景图案;
显示子模块633,用于根据预设显示规则将生成的所述标签显示在显示界面上,并将所述标签关联至所述用户关注事项;所述预设显示规则包括所述标签的显示位置、显示位置的底色和图案、标签出现及显示的方式。
在一实施例中,所述显示模块还用于根据所述用户关注事项的更新信息,更新所述标签在所述显示界面的显示状态;或接收用户退出登录指示,获取本次登录的所述用户关注事项并将其存储。
关于项目的标签展示装置的具体限定可以参见上文中对于项目的标签展示方法的限定,在此不再赘述。上述项目的标签展示装置中的各个模块可全部或部分通过软件、硬件及其组合来实现。上述各模块可以硬件形式内嵌于或独立于终端设备中的处理器中,也可以以软件形式存储于终端设备中的存储器中,以便于 处理器调用执行以上各个模块对应的操作。
在一个实施例中,提供了一种终端设备(即计算机设备),该终端设备可以是服务器,其内部结构图可以如图9所示。该终端设备包括通过系统总线连接的处理器、存储器、网络接口和数据库。其中,该终端设备的处理器用于提供计算和控制能力。该终端设备的存储器包括非易失性存储介质、内存储器。该非易失性存储介质存储有操作系统、计算机可读指令和数据库。该内存储器为非易失性存储介质中的操作系统和计算机可读指令的运行提供环境。该终端设备的网络接口用于与外部的终端通过网络连接通信。该计算机可读指令被处理器执行时以实现一种项目的标签展示方法。
在一个实施例中,提供了一种终端设备,包括存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机可读指令,处理器执行计算机可读指令时实现以下步骤:接收用户登录指令,获取所述登录指令中包含的用户信息;所述用户信息包括用户个人信息、用户角色、项目节点、待办事项、处理时限;所述用户角色包括项目经办人、项目经理、管理员;根据所述用户信息获取当前用户关注事项;根据所述用户关注事项生成标签,并将所述标签按照预设显示规则显示在显示界面。

    接收用户登录指令,获取所述登录指令中包含的用户信息;所述用户信息包括用户个人信息、用户角色、项目节点、待办事项、处理时限;所述用户角色包括项目经办人、项目经理、管理员;
    根据所述用户信息获取当前用户关注事项;
    根据所述用户关注事项生成标签,并将所述标签按照预设显示规则显示在显示界面。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的项目的标签展示方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述用户信息获取当前用户关注事项,包括:
    根据所述用户个人信息,获取与所述用户关联的用户关注度表中预设排名的用户关注事项;其中,所述用户关注度表根据用户在本次登录之前的预设次数登录中,对项目节点和/或待办事项的操作次数和操作时长生成。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的项目的标签展示方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述用户信息获取当前用户关注事项,包括:
    根据所述用户个人信息,获取与所述用户关联的时限关注表中预设排名的用户关注事项;所述时限关注表根据所述用户信息中的处理时限生成。

    根据预设标签参数生成与所述用户关注事项关联的标签;所述标签参数包括缩略词在所述标签上显示的字体、尺寸、颜色,以及所述标签的形状、尺寸、颜色和背景图案;
    根据所述预设显示规则将生成的所述标签显示在所述显示界面上,并将所述标签关联至所述用户关注事项;所述预设显示规则包括所述标签的显示位置、显示位置的底色和图案、标签出现及显示的方式。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的项目的标签展示方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述用户关注事项生成标签,并将所述标签按照预设显示规则显示在显示界面之后,包括:
    根据所述用户关注事项的更新信息,更新所述标签在所述显示界面的显示状态;或
    接收用户退出登录指示,获取本次登录的所述用户关注事项并将其存储。
  6. 一种项目的标签展示装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收用户登录指令,获取所述登录指令中包含的用户信息;所述用户信息包括用户个人信息、用户角色、项目节点、待办事项、处理时限;所述用户角色包括项目经办人、项目经理、管理员;
    获取模块,用于根据所述用户信息获取当前用户关注事项;
    显示模块,用于根据所述用户关注事项生成标签,并将所述标签按照预设显示规则显示在显示界面。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的项目的标签展示装置,其特征在于,所述获取模块包括:
    第一获取子模块,用于根据所述用户个人信息,获取与所述用户关联的用户关注度表中预设排名的用户关注事项;其中,所述用户关注度表根据用户在本次登录之前的预设次数登录中,对项目节点和/或待办事项的操作次数和操作时长生成;
    第二获取子模块,用于根据所述用户个人信息,获取与所述用户关联的时限关注表中预设排名的用户关注事项;所述时限关注表根据所述用户信息中的处理时限生成。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的项目的标签展示装置,其特征在于,所述获取模块还用于根据所述用户个人信息,获取与所述用户关联的时限关注表中预设排名的用户关注事项;所述时限关注表根据所述用户信息中的处理时限生成。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的项目的标签展示装置,其特征在于,所述显示模块包括:
    提取子模块,用于根据所述用户关注事项提取所述用户关注事项的缩略词;
    生成子模块,用于根据预设标签参数生成与所述用户关注事项关联的标签; 所述标签参数包括缩略词在所述标签上显示的字体、尺寸、颜色,以及所述标签的形状、尺寸、颜色和背景图案;
    显示子模块,用于根据所述预设显示规则将生成的所述标签显示在所述显示界面上,并将所述标签关联至所述用户关注事项;所述预设显示规则包括所述标签的显示位置、显示位置的底色和图案、标签出现及显示的方式。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的项目的标签展示装置,其特征在于,所述显示模块还用于根据所述用户关注事项的更新信息,更新所述标签在所述显示界面的显示状态;或接收用户退出登录指示,获取本次登录的所述用户关注事项并将其存储。
  11. 一种终端设备,包括存储器、处理器以及存储在所述存储器中并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机可读指令,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现如下步骤:
    接收用户登录指令,获取所述登录指令中包含的用户信息;所述用户信息包括用户个人信息、用户角色、项目节点、待办事项、处理时限;所述用户角色包括项目经办人、项目经理、管理员;
    根据所述用户信息获取当前用户关注事项;
    根据所述用户关注事项生成标签,并将所述标签按照预设显示规则显示在显示界面。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述根据所述用户信息获取当前用户关注事项,包括:
    根据所述用户个人信息,获取与所述用户关联的用户关注度表中预设排名的用户关注事项;其中,所述用户关注度表根据用户在本次登录之前的预设次数登录中,对项目节点和/或待办事项的操作次数和操作时长生成。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述根据所述用户信息获取当前用户关注事项,包括:
    根据所述用户个人信息,获取与所述用户关联的时限关注表中预设排名的用户关注事项;所述时限关注表根据所述用户信息中的处理时限生成。
  14. 如权利要求11所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述根据所述用户关注事项生成标签,并将所述标签按照预设显示规则显示在显示界面,包括:
    根据所述用户关注事项提取所述用户关注事项的缩略词;
    根据预设标签参数生成与所述用户关注事项关联的标签;所述标签参数包括缩略词在所述标签上显示的字体、尺寸、颜色,以及所述标签的形状、尺寸、颜色和背景图案;
    根据所述预设显示规则将生成的所述标签显示在所述显示界面上,并将所述标签关联至所述用户关注事项;所述预设显示规则包括所述标签的显示位置、显示位置的底色和图案、标签出现及显示的方式。
  15. 如权利要求11所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述根据所述用户关注事项生成标签,并将所述标签按照预设显示规则显示在显示界面之后,包括:
    根据所述用户关注事项的更新信息,更新所述标签在所述显示界面的显示状态;或接收用户退出登录指示,获取本次登录的所述用户关注事项并将其存储。
  16. 一个或多个存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行如下步骤:
    接收用户登录指令,获取所述登录指令中包含的用户信息;所述用户信息包括用户个人信息、用户角色、项目节点、待办事项、处理时限;所述用户角色包括项目经办人、项目经理、管理员;
    根据所述用户信息获取当前用户关注事项;
    根据所述用户关注事项生成标签,并将所述标签按照预设显示规则显示在显示界面。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的非易失性可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述根据所述用户信息获取当前用户关注事项,包括:
    根据所述用户个人信息,获取与所述用户关联的用户关注度表中预设排名的用户关注事项;其中,所述用户关注度表根据用户在本次登录之前的预设次数登录中,对项目节点和/或待办事项的操作次数和操作时长生成。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的非易失性可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述根据所述用户信息获取当前用户关注事项,包括:
    根据所述用户个人信息,获取与所述用户关联的时限关注表中预设排名的用户关注事项;所述时限关注表根据所述用户信息中的处理时限生成。
  19. 如权利要求16所述的非易失性可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述根据 所述用户关注事项生成标签,并将所述标签按照预设显示规则显示在显示界面,包括:
    根据所述用户关注事项提取所述用户关注事项的缩略词;
    根据预设标签参数生成与所述用户关注事项关联的标签;所述标签参数包括缩略词在所述标签上显示的字体、尺寸、颜色,以及所述标签的形状、尺寸、颜色和背景图案;
    根据所述预设显示规则将生成的所述标签显示在所述显示界面上,并将所述标签关联至所述用户关注事项;所述预设显示规则包括所述标签的显示位置、显示位置的底色和图案、标签出现及显示的方式。
  20. 如权利要求16所述的非易失性可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述根据所述用户关注事项生成标签,并将所述标签按照预设显示规则显示在显示界面之后,包括:
    根据所述用户关注事项的更新信息,更新所述标签在所述显示界面的显示状态;或接收用户退出登录指示,获取本次登录的所述用户关注事项并将其存储。
