Abstract
L'invention concerne un nouveau procédé de désactivation de composants tels qu'un ventilateur de refroidissement affectant négativement le parcours de chauffage, un turbo-ventilateur augmentant la consommation d'énergie du four ainsi que des lampes à certaines périodes de façon à réduire la consommation d'énergie et à améliorer l'efficacité énergétique au cours de la cuisson dans des fours intégrés.
