Abstract

Изобретение относится к области машиностроения, а именно к торцовым уплотнениям для вращающихся валов. На невращающемся уплотнительном кольце выполнен замкнутый контактный поясок с постоянным по ширине и переменным по радиусу профилем. Причем ширина контактного пояска равна половине ширины зоны контакта уплотнительных колец, а осесимметричный профиль контактного пояска представляет собой сопряженные волнистые линии, размещенные между концентричными окружностями, ограничивающими зону контакта уплотнительных колец. Профиль выполнен при условии равенства соответствующих радиусов окружностей, образующих две сопряженные дуги параллельных волнистых линий в каждом секторе осесимметричного профиля контактного пояска, где центры волнообразующих окружностей расположены на линиях, ограничивающих сектор и проходящих через центр уплотнительного кольца, вне зоны, ограниченной концентрическими окружностями. Соотношение наружного и внутреннего диаметров концентрических окружностей составляет 1,25. Технический результат заключается в снижении показателей охрупчивания контактного пояска на элементе пары трения и в увеличении его износостойкости.
