具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例和附图对本实用新型进一步说明。
见图1-2所示,为一种HDMI转接器,其包括:线材1以及安装于线材1两端并通过线材1形成电性连接的HDMI插头2和HDMI插座3,也就是说,该本实用新型能够实现HDMI插头2和HDMI插座3的互换,达到转接的目的,其中,该HDMI插头2为HDMI A公连接器,该HDMI插座3为HDMI A母连接器。
结合2-6所示,所述HDMI插头2包括有HDMI插头主体21、包覆于该HDMI插头主体21外围的第一上金属壳22和第一下金属壳23以及设置于HDMI插头主体21、第一上金属壳22、第一下金属壳23外围的第一塑胶外套24,该HDMI插头主体21与线材1电性连接,其中,所述第一下金属壳23后端边缘向上弯折形成有第一、第二后包边231、232,该第一、第二后包边231、232分别与第一下金属壳23两侧形成的第一、第二侧板233、234连接,该第一、第二后包边231、232之间形成有线材1穿过的第一孔位230,该第一、第二后包边231、232及第一、第二侧板233、234上端均与第一上金属壳22接触,以使该第一上金属壳22及第一下金属壳23对HDMI插头主体21的上、下、左、右端面及后端面实现全面包覆于,以此不仅能够保证第一上金属壳22及第一下金属壳23与HDMI插头主体21装配的稳定性,由于该HDMI插头主体21的上、下、左、右端面及后端面均被该第一上金属壳22及第一下金属壳23包覆,可以达到极为理想的EMI屏蔽功效,保证本实用新型的通讯质量,令本实用新型具有极强的市场竞争力。
与之对应的,结合图7-10所示,所述HDMI插座3包括有HDMI插座主体31、包覆于该HDMI插座主体31外围的第二上金属壳32和第二下金属壳33以及设置于HDMI插座主体31、第二上金属壳32、第二下金属壳33外围的第二塑胶外套34,该HDMI插座主体31与线材1电性连接,所述第二下金属壳33后端边缘向上弯折形成有第三、第四后包边331、332,该第三、第四后包边331、332分别与第一下金属壳23两侧形成的第三、第四侧板333、334连接,该第三、第四后包边331、332之间形成有线材1穿过的第二孔位330,该第三、第四后包边331、332及第三、第四侧板333、334上端均与第二上金属壳32接触,以使该第二上金属壳32及第二下金属壳33对HDMI插座主体31的上、下、左、右端面及后端面实现全面包覆,以此不仅能够保证第二上金属壳32及第二下金属壳33与HDMI插座主体31装配的稳定性,由于该HDMI插座主体31的上、下、左、右端面及后端面均被该第二上金属壳32及第二下金属壳33包覆,可以达到极为理想的EMI屏蔽功效,进一步保证本实用新型的通讯质量,令本实用新型具有极强的市场竞争力。
集合图5、6所示,所述第一上金属壳22和第一下金属壳23后端通过二次注塑成型有第一密封胶块25,以此进一步保证第一上金属壳22和第一下金属壳23后端装配的稳定性,并且可以提升密封性,所述第一塑胶外套24包覆于该第一密封胶块25外围,保证HDMI插头2结构的稳定性及密封性。
结合图3-5所示,所述第一下金属壳23后端成型有第一弧形包片235,该第一上金属壳22后端设置有第一、第二包夹片221、222,且该第一、第二包夹片221、222包夹固 定后形成一圆筒形结构,该第一弧形包片235包覆于该线材1外围,且该圆筒形结构包覆于第一弧形包片235及线材1外围,以此可以使第一下金属壳23和第一上金属壳22与线材1稳定装配在一起,同时可保证HDMI插头2与线材1装配的稳定性。
结合图3、4所示,所述第一上金属壳22前端设置有一定位缺口223,所述HDMI插头主体21上端设置有定位凸块211,该定位缺口223与定位凸块211卡嵌对接,以此保证第一上金属壳22可稳定的装配于HDMI插头主体21上。
结合图3、4所示,所述第一上金属壳22设置有第一工字型加强筋224,以此可增强第一上金属壳22整体强度;所述第一下金属壳23设置有第二工字型加强筋236,以此可增强第一下金属壳23整体强度。
结合图7-9所示,所述第二上金属壳32和第二下金属壳33后端通过二次注塑成型有第二密封胶块35,以此进一步保证第二上金属壳32和第二下金属壳33后端装配的稳定性,并且可以提升密封性,所述第二塑胶外套34包覆于该第二密封胶块35外围,即可保证HDMI插座3整体结构的稳定性。
结合图7、8所示,所述第二下金属壳33后端成型有第二弧形包片335,该第二上金属壳32后端设置有第三、第四包夹片321、322,且该第三、第四包夹片321、322包夹固定后形成一圆筒形结构,该第二弧形包片335包覆于该线材1外围,且该圆筒形结构包覆于第二弧形包片335及线材1外围,以此可以使第二上金属壳32和第二下金属壳33与线材1稳定装配在一起,同时可保证HDMI插座3与线材1装配的稳定性。
结合图7所示所述第二上金属壳32设置有第三工字型加强筋323,以此增强第二上金属壳32整体结构强度;所述第二下金属壳33设置有第四工字型加强筋337,以此增强第二下金属壳33整体结构强度。
结合图11所示,所述线材1包括有若干组绞接在一起的信号线组11和电子线12、包覆于该信号线组11及电子线12外围的外编织金属网13和包覆于外编织金属网13外围的塑胶外被14,该信号线组11包括同轴对绞在一起的信号线111、地线112以及包覆于该信号线111和地线112外围的内编织金属网113、设置于内编织金属网113外围的铝箔114及设置于铝箔114外围的绝缘层115。所述电子线12用于传输低速信号。由于信号线111被内编织金属网113及铝箔114进行双层屏蔽杂讯,其EMI屏蔽效果非常好,可大大提高本实用新型的通讯质量。
所述电子线12、信号线111和地线112均包括有金属芯线以及设置于金属芯线外围的绝缘体。该金属芯线均用于与HDMI插头2中的端子和HDMI插座3中的端子焊接固 定,并形成电性连接。
本实用新型中的第一上金属壳22及第一下金属壳23对HDMI插头主体21的上、下、左、右端面及后端面实现全面包覆于,以此不仅能够保证第一上金属壳22及第一下金属壳23与HDMI插头主体21装配的稳定性,由于该HDMI插头主体21的上、下、左、右端面及后端面均被该第一上金属壳22及第一下金属壳23包覆,可以达到极为理想的EMI屏蔽功效,保证本实用新型的通讯质量;另外,该第二上金属壳32及第二下金属壳33对HDMI插座主体31的上、下、左、右端面及后端面实现全面包覆,以此不仅能够保证第二上金属壳32及第二下金属壳33与HDMI插座主体31装配的稳定性,由于该HDMI插座主体31的上、下、左、右端面及后端面均被该第二上金属壳32及第二下金属壳33包覆,可以达到极为理想的EMI屏蔽功效,进一步保证本实用新型的通讯质量。由于线材中的信号线111同轴对绞设计,且信号线111被内编织金属网113及铝箔114进行双层屏蔽杂讯,其EMI屏蔽效果非常好,可大大提高本实用新型的通讯质量。
当然,以上所述仅为本实用新型的具体实施例而已,并非来限制本实用新型实施范围,凡依本实用新型申请专利范围所述构造、特征及原理所做的等效变化或修饰,均应包括于本实用新型申请专利范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. HDMI转接器,其包括:线材以及安装于线材两端并通过线材形成电性连接的HDMI插头和HDMI插座,所述HDMI插头包括有HDMI插头主体、包覆于该HDMI插头主体外围的第一上金属壳和第一下金属壳以及设置于HDMI插头主体、第一上金属壳、第一下金属壳外围的第一塑胶外套,该HDMI插头主体与线材电性连接,
    其特征在于:所述第一下金属壳后端边缘向上弯折形成有第一、第二后包边,该第一、第二后包边分别与第一下金属壳两侧形成的第一、第二侧板连接,该第一、第二后包边之间形成有线材穿过的第一孔位,该第一、第二后包边及第一、第二侧板上端均与第一上金属壳接触,以使该第一上金属壳及第一下金属壳对HDMI插头主体的上、下、左、右端面及后端面实现全面包覆。
  2. 2、根据权利要求1所述的HDMI转接器,其特征在于:所述第一上金属壳和第一下金属壳后端通过二次注塑成型有第一密封胶块,所述第一塑胶外套包覆于该第一密封胶块外围。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的HDMI转接器,其特征在于:所述第一下金属壳后端成型有第一弧形包片,该第一上金属壳后端设置有第一、第二包夹片,且该第一、第二包夹片包夹固定后形成一圆筒形结构,该第一弧形包片包覆于该线材外围,且该圆筒形结构包覆于第一弧形包片及线材外围。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的HDMI转接器,其特征在于:所述第一上金属壳前端设置有一定位缺口,所述HDMI插头主体上端设置有定位凸块,该定位缺口与定位凸块卡嵌对接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的HDMI转接器,其特征在于:所述第一上金属壳设置有第一工字型加强筋;所述第一下金属壳设置有第二工字型加强筋。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的HDMI转接器,其特征在于:所述HDMI插座包括有HDMI插座主体、包覆于该HDMI插座主体外围的第二上金属壳和第二下金属壳以及设置于HDMI插座主体、第二上金属壳、第二下金属壳外围的第二塑胶外套,该HDMI插座主体与线材电性连接,所述第二下金属壳后端边缘向上弯折形成有第三、第四后包边,该第三、第四后包边分别与第一下金属壳两侧形成的第三、第四侧板连接,该第三、第四后包边之间形成有线材穿过的第二孔位,该第三、第四后包边及第三、第四侧板上端均与第二上金属壳接触,以使该第二上金属壳及第二下金属壳对HDMI插座主体的上、下、左、右端面及后端面实现全面包覆。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的HDMI转接器,其特征在于:所述第二上金属壳和第二下金属壳后端通过二次注塑成型有第二密封胶块,所述第二塑胶外套包覆于该第二密封胶块外围。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的HDMI转接器,其特征在于:所述第二下金属壳后端成型有第二 弧形包片,该第二上金属壳后端设置有第三、第四包夹片,且该第三、第四包夹片包夹固定后形成一圆筒形结构,该第二弧形包片包覆于该线材外围,且该圆筒形结构包覆于第二弧形包片及线材外围。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的HDMI转接器,其特征在于:所述第二上金属壳设置有第三工字型加强筋;所述第二下金属壳设置有第四工字型加强筋。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任意一项所述的HDMI转接器,其特征在于:所述线材包括有若干组绞接在一起的信号线组和电子线、包覆于该信号线组及电子线外围的外编织金属网和包覆于外编织金属网外围的塑胶外被,该信号线组包括同轴对绞在一起的信号线、地线以及包覆于该信号线和地线外围的内编织金属网、设置于内编织金属网外围的铝箔及设置于铝箔外围的绝缘层。
