When the determination result is affirmative (FIG. 7 / YES in STEP 102), the destination information recognizing unit 402 determines whether the received information includes information indicating the destination (FIG. 7 / STEP 104). ).
{If the determination result is negative (NO in STEP 104 in FIG. 7), the destination information recognition unit 402 estimates the destination (FIG. 7 / STEP 106). For example, by referring to the vehicle database 411, the destination information recognizing unit 402 estimates, as a destination, a position with a high visit frequency or a long stay time among the positions associated with the vehicle ID included in the received information. May be.
If the determination result is affirmative (FIG. 7 / STEP 104 ‥ YES) or after the processing of FIG. 7 / STEP 106, the destination information recognizing unit 402 determines the purpose included in the received information based on the received information. The vehicle DB is updated to include the information indicating the destination or the information indicating the estimated destination (FIG. 7 / STEP 108).
(4) The destination information recognizing unit 402 ends the process.
(Recommended treatment for charging facilities)
Next, the charging facility recommendation process will be described with reference to FIG.
The charging facility recognition unit 403 refers to the vehicle database 411 and recognizes information on the target vehicle X (FIG. 8 / STEP 202). As shown in FIG. 5A, the information of the target vehicle X includes the vehicle ID of the target vehicle X, the position of the target vehicle X, the remaining charge capacity of the target vehicle X, the number of passengers of the target vehicle X, and the target vehicle X. The destination of the vehicle X is included.
The charging facility recognition unit 403 uses the map information 413 to recognize a route that minimizes the travel cost from the latest position of the target vehicle X to the destination (FIG. 8 / STEP 204). Here, the moving cost is an index indicating the magnitude of the individual load required for moving, and is, for example, the distance from the latest position of the target vehicle X to the destination, and the distance from the latest position of the target vehicle X to the destination. Estimated travel time, the energy such as the amount of power required from the latest position of the target vehicle X to the destination, the fee for passing through a toll road, or the difficulty of driving. The moving cost may be represented by a numerical value derived from some or all of these parameters and an equation.
Using the map information 413 and the charging facility information 414, the charging facility recognition unit 403 uses the route recognized in FIG. (STEP 206 in FIG. 8). For example, when the moving cost is a distance, the charging facility recognition unit 403 determines information of one or a plurality of charging facilities such that an increased distance when stopping at the charging facility is equal to or less than a first cost increment threshold (for example, 20 km). Explore.
The charging facility recognition unit 403 determines whether or not the remaining charge of the target vehicle X is smaller than the remaining charge threshold (step 208 in FIG. 8).
When the determination result is affirmative (FIG. 8 / YES in STEP 208), the charging facility recognition unit 403 sorts the information on the charging facilities recognized in STEP 206 in FIG. 8 in descending order of the chargeable amount (FIG. 8). / STEP 210).
When the determination result is negative (FIG. 8 / NO in STEP208), the charging facility recognition unit 403 sorts the information on the charging facilities recognized in STEP206 in FIG. 8 in ascending order of the moving cost (FIG. 8 / (STEP 212).
The charging facility recognition unit 403 recognizes the number of charging facilities recognized in STEP 206 of FIG. 8 (STEP 214 in FIG. 8).
The charging facility recognizing unit 403 recognizes the estimated arrival times up to each of the charging facilities recognized in STEP 206 in FIG. 8 / STEP 206 based on the map information 413 and the charging facility information 414 (FIG. 8 / STEP 216).
The charging facility recognition unit 403 determines whether or not the number of charging facilities recognized in STEP 214 in FIG. 8 is equal to or greater than a predetermined facility threshold (for example, 2) (STEP 218 in FIG. 8).
When the determination result is affirmative (FIG. 8 / STEP 218 充電 YES), the charging facility recognition unit 403 determines, for each of the charging facilities recognized in FIG. 8 / STEP 206, among the privileges shown in the privilege list information 415. The first privilege of the privilege that matches the condition of the target vehicle X is recognized (FIG. 8 / STEP 220).
For example, when the estimated arrival time recognized in FIG. 8 / STEP 216 is 14:00, the increase distance is 15 km, and the number of occupants is one, the charging facility recognition unit 403 determines the charging identified by the facility ID “F1”. As a privilege of the facility, among the privileges that match the condition, 60 m (free charge time of 60 minutes) as a first privilege is recognized.
When the expected arrival time recognized in FIG. 8 / STEP 216 is 12:30, the increase distance is 15 km, and the number of occupants is one, the charging facility recognition unit 403 causes the charging facility identified by the facility ID “F1”. As a privilege of the facility, of the privileges that match the condition, 15 m (free charge time of 15 minutes) as a first privilege is recognized. In this way, by setting the privilege at a specific time as a disadvantage that is more disadvantageous than the privilege at another time, it is possible to ease the congestion of the facility ID “F1”, which is expected to be crowded at noon, with a coffee shop as a peripheral facility. .
0m(充電無料時間10分)を認識する。
In addition, when the estimated arrival time recognized in FIG. 8 / STEP 216 is 18:30, the increase distance is 15 km, and the number of occupants is one, the charging facility recognition unit 403 determines the charging identified by the facility ID “F1”. Among the benefits that match the conditions, as the benefits of the facility, 1 as the first benefit
Recognize 0m (free charge time 10 minutes). In this way, by making the privilege of the night time zone a disadvantage that is more disadvantageous than the privilege of other times, for example, when the power generation amount is small at night and the power becomes high, such as solar power generation, it is possible to avoid dropping in at night. To the user.
When the expected arrival time recognized in FIG. 8 / STEP 216 is 14:00, the increase distance is 25 km, and the number of passengers is one, the charging facility recognition unit 403 determines that the charging facility identified by the facility ID “F1”. As a privilege of the facility, 90 m (free charge time of 90 minutes) as a first privilege is recognized among the privileges that match the condition. In this way, when the increase in the moving cost is larger than a certain threshold value (in this case, 20 km), the advantage is more advantageous than when the moving cost is smaller than the threshold value. Attraction becomes possible.
When the expected arrival time recognized in FIG. 8 / STEP 216 is 14:00, the increase distance is 15 km, and the number of occupants is four, the charging facility recognition unit 403 determines that the charging facility identified by the facility ID “F1”. As a privilege of the facility, of the privileges that match the condition, 120 m (free charge time of 120 minutes) as a first privilege is recognized. In this way, when the number of occupants is larger than a certain threshold (in this case, 3), it is possible to attract a large number of vehicles by making the privilege more advantageous than when the number of occupants is smaller than the threshold. Eventually, many people can be encouraged to use the surrounding facilities.
If the determination result in FIG. 8 / STEP 218 is negative (FIG. 8 / STEP 218 NO), the charging facility recognition unit 403 recognizes the second privilege (FIG. 8 / STEP 222).
The second privilege is a privilege that is more disadvantageous than the first privilege. This is for the following reasons.
That is, as shown in FIG. 9, it is assumed that the target vehicle X exists at the point U1, and the destination of the target vehicle X is the point G1. Then, it is assumed that each of the charging facilities “F1,” “F2,” and “F3” exists at a position as shown in FIG. In this case, it is assumed that the charging facility recognized in FIG. 8 / STEP 206 with the increment of the moving cost equal to or smaller than the first cost increment threshold is only the charging facility “F1” that can be visited. In this case, it is considered that the user of the target vehicle X has a high probability of visiting the charging facility “F1” even if the benefit is disadvantageous.
On the other hand, it is assumed that the target vehicle X exists at the point U2, and the destination of the target vehicle X is the point G2. In this case, it is assumed that the charging facilities recognized in FIG. 8 / STEP 206 where the increment of the moving cost is equal to or less than the first cost increment threshold are “F1”, “F2”, and “F3”. In such a case, the charging facility “F1” needs to provide a relatively advantageous privilege in order to attract the target vehicle X.
From such a concept, the privilege (first privilege) when the number of charging facilities recognized in FIG. 8 / STEP 214 is equal to or more than a predetermined facility threshold (for example, 2) is set to the charging facility recognized in FIG. Is more advantageous than the privilege (second privilege) when the number is less than a predetermined facility threshold (for example, 2).
The charging facility transmitting unit 404 transmits recommended charging facility information (FIG. 8 / STEP 224).
FIG. 10A is an example of recommended charging facility information of each charging facility in the case where the order is sorted by the chargeable amount in FIG. 8 / STEP 210 and the first privilege is recognized in FIG.
FIG. 10B is an example of recommended charging facility information of each charging facility when the first privilege is recognized in FIG. 8 / STEP 220 sorted by the moving cost (detour distance) in FIG.
The charging facility transmitting unit 404 adds the transmitted recommended charging facility information to the privilege transmission history 416 in association with the vehicle ID and updates the information (FIG. 8 / STEP 226).
This process is completed.
(Privilege grant processing)
Next, the privilege giving process will be described with reference to FIG.
The stay determination unit 405 determines whether or not information has been received from the target vehicle X (FIG. 11 / STEP 302). This information includes at least information indicating the vehicle ID of the target vehicle X and the position of the target vehicle X.
{If the determination result is negative (NO in FIG. 11 / STEP 302), the stay determination unit 405 executes the processing in FIG. 11 / STEP 302.
If the determination result is affirmative (FIG. 11 / YES in STEP 302), the stay determination unit 405 determines the privilege transmission history 416 and the charging facility information based on the vehicle ID of the target vehicle X and the position of the target vehicle X. With reference to 414, it is determined whether or not the target vehicle X has stayed at any one of the one or more charging facilities recommended (FIG. 11 / STEP 304).
An example of a specific process in FIG. 11 / STEP 304 will be described. The stay determination unit 405 recognizes the latest recommended charging facility information among the recommended charging facility information transmitted to the target vehicle X included in the privilege transmission history 416 by searching by the vehicle ID of the target vehicle X. Then, the stay determination unit 405 extracts the facility ID of each charging facility included in the recommended charging facility information. Then, the stay determination unit 405 recognizes the position of each charging facility from the charging facility information 414 using the facility ID of each charging facility. The stay determination unit 405 determines whether the position of the target vehicle X is within a predetermined distance from the position of any charging facility. When the determination result is positive, the stay determination unit 405 determines that the determination result in FIG. 11 / STEP 304 is positive. The stay determination unit 405 determines that the determination result in FIG. 11 / STEP 304 is affirmative when it determines that the position of the target vehicle X has continued for a predetermined time or more and is within a predetermined distance from the position of any of the charging facilities. You may.
When the determination result is affirmative (FIG. 11 / YES in STEP 304), the privilege granting unit 408 refers to the privilege transmission history 416 to recognize the privilege of the charging facility where the target vehicle X stayed (FIG. 11). / STEP 306).
(4) The privilege granting unit 408 updates the privilege granting history by associating the vehicle ID of the target vehicle X with the privilege of the charging facility (FIG. 11 / STEP 308).
(4) The privilege granting unit 408 transmits privilege information indicating the privilege of the charging facility to the target vehicle X (FIG. 11 / STEP 310). For example, the user of the target vehicle X inputs the received privilege information to the terminal of the charging facility, and the terminal of the charging facility checks the validity of the privilege information with the server 4 so that the user of the target vehicle X Will be able to enjoy the benefits.
If the determination result is negative (NO in STEP 304 in FIG. 11) or after the processing in STEP 310 in FIG. 11, the server 4 ends this processing.
(Operation and effect of the present embodiment)
According to the server 4 having the above configuration, the recommended charging facility information recognized by the charging facility recognition unit 403 is transmitted to the user of the target vehicle X (FIG. 8 / STEP 224). These are output to the vehicle-mounted device 1 of the target vehicle X, the portable wireless terminal 2 carried by the user, or the like, so that the user can stop by at least one charge while traveling from the current position to the destination. The user can be notified of the location of the facility.
Then, the stay determination unit 405 determines whether or not the target vehicle X has stayed at the position of the charging facility included in the recommended charging facility information transmitted to the user (FIG. 11 / STEP 304).
Then, when the stay determination unit 405 determines that the target vehicle X has stayed (FIG. 11 / YES in STEP 304), the privilege is provided to the user by the benefit providing unit 408 (FIG. 11 / STEP 308).
If the user finds the benefits attractive, it is presumed that it will be difficult for the user to feel troublesome when stopping at the charging facility. Thus, the user can be encouraged to stop by the charging facility.
Finally, the charging facility can have an opportunity to use the charging facility.
According to the server 4 having the above configuration, the charging facility recognizing unit 403 recognizes the route that minimizes the traveling cost from the current position of the target vehicle X to the destination in the destination information (FIG. 8 / STEP 204). Then, the charging facility recognition unit 403 recognizes the information of the charging facility where the increment of the moving cost from the route is equal to or less than a predetermined value (FIG. 8 / STEP 206).
{Circle over (4)} This avoids an excessive increase in the moving cost for dropping in at the charging facility, so that it is possible to reduce or eliminate the hassle that can be given to the user.
According to the server 4 having the above configuration, the recommended charging facility information is transmitted in a format that can be displayed in ascending order of the moving cost increment (FIG. 8 / STEP 212, FIG. 8 / STEP 224).
By outputting these to the vehicle-mounted device 1 of the target vehicle X or the portable wireless terminal 2 carried by the user, it becomes easy for the user who does not want to increase the moving cost to select the charging facility.
According to the server 4 having the above configuration, the user who stays at the charging facility where the increment of the moving cost from the route is larger than the predetermined second cost increment threshold (20 km in FIG. A benefit different from the benefit given to the user who stays at the charging facility where the increment of the travel cost from the route is smaller than a predetermined second cost increment threshold is provided.
(4) With this, if the user feels attractive to the privilege to be given, it is possible to guide the user even at a charging facility where the increase in the moving cost is large.
According to the server 4 having the above configuration, the charging facility transmitting unit 404 transmits a plurality of recommended charging facility information in a format that can be output in the order of increasing power that can be charged (FIG. 8 / STEP 210, FIG. 8 / STEP 224). .
