双侧板一体成型的塑料组合柜 技术领域
本发明涉及一种橱柜，特别是涉及一种双侧板一体成型的塑料组合柜。
背景技术
在健身房、浴室、水上乐园、公司等场所，都需要一些塑料组合作为物品放置，一个柜子至少包括两个侧板、一个门板、一个后板、两个横板围合组成一个单柜，当塑料柜子并排摆放的，相邻的柜子由两个单侧板分别装在两底座上，此单侧板结构的缺点是，要想办法在相邻柜子的两单侧板之间设置对锁件进行固定，装配较为复杂，材料材料成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种装配简单、成本较低的双侧板一体成型的塑料组合柜。
为实现上述目的，本发明的技术解决方案是：
本发明是一种双侧板一体成型的塑料组合柜；包括上板、后板、两块侧板、中间隔板、两块门板、底座；所述的两块侧板的下端垂直固定在底座的两端，中间隔板的下端垂直固定在底座的中部且位于两块侧板的中间位置，上板固定在两块侧板和中间隔板的顶端，后板的下端垂直固定在底座上且靠接在两块侧板和中间隔板的后端，两块门板分别铰接在两块侧板或中间隔板的前端；所述的上板的中部并排设有两条沉槽，在该沉槽内设有两个以上的倒勾；所述的底座的中部并排设有两条沉槽，在该沉槽内设有两个以上的倒勾；所述的中间隔板的顶面和底面皆向外凸设有两排倒勾，中间隔板顶面上的两排倒勾分别套置在上板中部的两条沉槽内且中间隔板顶面上的两排倒勾分别卡置在上板沉槽内的倒勾上；中间隔板底面上的两排倒勾分别套置在底座中部的两条沉槽内且中间隔板底面上的两排倒勾分别卡置在底座沉槽内的倒勾上。
所述的中间隔板由两块叠合在一起的侧板构成。
采用上述方案后，由于本发明包括上板、后板、两块侧板、中间隔板、两块门板、底座，中间隔板是将相邻的两个单侧板结构合并一起设置在一个侧板上，使它即能当塑料组合柜的左侧板使用，又能当塑料组合柜的右侧板来使用，节约了材料；两块侧板和中间隔板与上板和底座的结合处采用互卯结构，装配较为容易。本发明解决了现有塑料组合柜中，并列相邻的组合柜侧板需要投置对锁固定等问题，简便了相邻两柜子的侧板安装，能节省侧板材料成本、人工安装成本，又能使相邻组合柜列与列间的稳定、牢固，同时也能省掉对锁的固定件。
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。

具体实施方式
如图1-图3所示，本发明是一种双侧板一体成型的塑料组合柜；包括上板1、后板2、两块侧板3、中间隔板4、两块门板5、底座6。
所述的两块侧板3的下端垂直固定在底座6的两端，中间隔板4的下端垂直固定在底座6的中部且位于两块侧板3的中间位置，上板1固定在两块侧板3和中间隔板4的顶端，后板2的下端垂直固定在底座6上且靠接在两块侧板3和中间隔板4的后端，两块门板5分别铰接在两块侧板3或中间隔板4的前端。
所述的上板1的中部并排设有两条沉槽11，在该沉槽11内设有两个以上的倒勾12，上板1的两端分别开设有一条沉槽13；所述的底座6的中部并排设有两条沉槽61，在该沉槽61内设有两个以上的倒勾62，底座6的两端分别开设有一条沉槽63；所述的中间隔板4的顶面和底面皆向外凸设有两排倒勾41、42，中间隔板4顶面上的两排倒勾41分别套置在上板1中部的两条沉槽11内且中间隔板4顶面上的两排倒勾41分别卡置在上板1沉槽11内的倒勾12上；中间隔板4底面上的两排倒勾42分别套置在底座6中部的两条沉槽61内且中间隔板4底面上的两排倒勾42分别卡置在底座6沉槽61内的倒勾62上。
所述的侧板3的顶面和底面皆向外凸设有一排倒勾41、42，侧板3顶面的倒勾41和底面的倒勾41、42分别卡置在上板1端部一条沉槽13和底座6端部的沉槽63内。
在本实施例中，所述的中间隔板4由两块叠合在一起的侧板3构成。所述的底座6由两块小底座构成，上板1由两块小上板构成。
本发明的装配方法：
当两块小底座构成的底座6并排时，中间隔板4装入底座后，使中间隔板4同时与相邻的小底座互卯固定住，限制的相邻组合柜左右方向移动。

  1. 一种双侧板一体成型的塑料组合柜；其特征在于：包括上板、后板、两块侧板、中间隔板、两块门板、底座；所述的两块侧板的下端垂直固定在底座的两端，中间隔板的下端垂直固定在底座的中部且位于两块侧板的中间位置，上板固定在两块侧板和中间隔板的顶端，后板的下端垂直固定在底座上且靠接在两块侧板和中间隔板的后端，两块门板分别铰接在两块侧板或中间隔板的前端；所述的上板的中部并排设有两条沉槽，在该沉槽内设有两个以上的倒勾；所述的底座的中部并排设有两条沉槽，在该沉槽内设有两个以上的倒勾；所述的中间隔板的顶面和底面皆向外凸设有两排倒勾，中间隔板顶面上的两排倒勾分别套置在上板中部的两条沉槽内且中间隔板顶面上的两排倒勾分别卡置在上板沉槽内的倒勾上；中间隔板底面上的两排倒勾分别套置在底座中部的两条沉槽内且中间隔板底面上的两排倒勾分别卡置在底座沉槽内的倒勾上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的双侧板一体成型的塑料组合柜，其特征在于：所述的中间隔板由两块叠合在一起的侧板构成。
