技术领域
本申请涉及动物疾病识别技术领域,尤其是涉及到猪只疾病识别方法、装置及计算机非易失性可读存储介质。
背景技术
家畜、家禽生产是人类食物供应链的重要来源之一。为了达到健康养殖,在养殖场所中监控猪只的健康状况对猪只的可持续管理至关重要。随着先进传感器和信息网络技术的不断发展,使得对畜禽实时全程监控成为可能。
咳嗽作为猪只身体的一种防御呼吸道感染的机制,可能是呼吸系统紊乱或感染的征兆,猪只咳嗽声音大小直接与猪只的呼吸道的疾病有关,通常在养猪场中设置有猪只咳嗽声音监控系统,用来监控猪只咳嗽声音,进而根据猪只咳嗽声音大小对猪只疾病进行预警,经验丰富的兽医可以根据咳嗽声音进行疾病诊断,防止猪场造成更大的损失。然而,现有技术的猪只监控系统仅可以对疾病进行预警,无法对猪只疾病类型进行判断,使得饲养人员无法在猪只发病的初期判断出猪只疾病类型,即使在监控到猪只咳嗽声音异常时,也需要兽医逐个检查以及逐个判断猪只疾病类型,使得猪只疾病识别过程繁琐,导致猪只疾病识别速度较慢。

本申请实施例提供了一种猪只疾病识别方法、装置及计算机非易失性可读存储介质,解决了相关技术中猪只疾病识别过程繁琐,导致猪只疾病识别速度较慢的问题。
根据本申请实施例的第一方面,提供一种猪只疾病识别方法,所述方法包括:
获取多个猪只咳嗽样本数据,每个猪只咳嗽样本数据携带对应的猪只疾病类型标签;
将所述多个猪只咳嗽样本数据输入至循环神经网络模型进行训练,构建猪只疾病识别模型,所述猪只疾病识别模型中记录有猪只咳嗽数据与猪只疾病类型的映射关系;
将待识别猪只咳嗽数据输入至所述猪只疾病识别模型,识别出所述待识别猪只咳嗽数据对应的猪只疾病类型。

下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本申请。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在本实施例中提供了一种猪只疾病识别方法,图1是根据本申请实施例的流程图一,如图1所示,该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤S101,获取多个猪只咳嗽样本数据,每个猪只咳嗽样本数据携带对应的猪只疾病类型标签;
其中,猪只咳嗽样本数据为从选取的猪只样本身上采集的音频数据,并且猪只咳嗽样本身上携带有所需要识别的猪只疾病类型,如肺疫、传染性萎缩鼻炎、胸膜肺炎、喘病、肺丝虫病或其他疾病等,具体根据实际需求选取不同疾病类型的猪只样本,当然还会包括健康猪只样本,以便于在未知猪只疾病与否的情况下对猪只进行疾病识别。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例对选取猪只样本的数量不进行限定,通常情况下可以每种疾病类型选取相同数量的猪只样本,例如,每种疾病类型的猪只样本选取5只,当然也可以根据不同猪只疾病类型在疾病各个阶段的疾病症状来选取猪只样本数量,例如,为了保证采集到的猪只样本覆盖足够多的疾病类型以及足够多的疾病症状,为各个阶段疾病症状明显或者疾病症状较多的猪只疾病类型选取多量的猪只样本,为其他的猪只疾病类型选取少量的猪只样本。
本申请实施例具体可以通过在猪只样本身上安装采集设备来获取猪只咳嗽样本数据,还可以通过在猪只养殖场所内安装采集设备,本申请实施例不进行限定,为了保证获取到 猪只咳嗽样本数据的准确性以及减少噪声干扰,通常在猪只身上安装可穿戴传感器来实时获取猪只的音频数据。
步骤S102,将多个猪只咳嗽样本数据输入至循环神经网络模型进行训练,构建猪只疾病识别模型,该猪只疾病识别模型中记录有猪只咳嗽数据与猪只疾病类型的映射关系;
由于猪只咳嗽样本数据中包括不同猪只疾病类型的咳嗽数据,为了对不同疾病类型的猪只样本咳嗽数据进行区分,需要对猪只咳嗽样本数据进行标记,这里主要对携带不同疾病类型的猪只咳嗽样本数据进行标记,当然可以对携带相同疾病类型所处不同疾病阶段的猪只咳嗽样本数据进行标记,本申请实施例不进行限定。
对于本申请实施例,这里的循环神经网络模型为可以训练出猪只咳嗽样本数据与猪只疾病类型映射的网络结构,该网络结构相当于猪只疾病识别模型,通过猪只疾病识别模型可以根据猪只咳嗽数据对猪只疾病类型进行识别。
具体循环神经网络模型的结构可以通过6层的编码-解码结构实现,当然也可以根据实际需要训练猪只咳嗽样本数据的数据特征选择其他循环神经网络模型的结构,本申请实施例不进行限定。
步骤S103,将待识别猪只咳嗽数据输入至猪只疾病识别模型,识别出待识别猪只咳嗽数据对应的猪只疾病类型。
其中,待识别猪只咳嗽数据为采集到的未知疾病与否、未知疾病类型的猪只音频数据,并且待识别猪只咳嗽数据与猪只咳嗽样本数据的采集过程相同,通过猪只疾病识别模型可以识别出猪只疾病与否以及猪只疾病类型,当然如果猪只疾病识别模型的输出分类设置有猪只疾病阶段分类,通过猪只疾病识别模型也可以识别出猪只疾病所处阶段,本申请实施例不进行限定。
例如,猪只疾病识别模型的输出设置有7种猪只疾病类型,并未设置每种疾病类型所处的疾病阶段,当然还会设置其他来表明猪只健康,将待识别猪只咳嗽数据通过猪只疾病识别模型可以输出猪只疾病类型,如果猪只健康则输出其他。
通过本申请,将猪只咳嗽样本输入至循环神经网络模型进行训练,构建猪只疾病识别模型,该猪只疾病识别模型记录有猪只咳嗽数据与猪只疾病类型的映射关系,通过猪只疾病识别模型即可准确识别出猪只疾病,与现有技术通过监控猪只音频数据的方式识别猪只疾病的方法相比,本申请实施例通过构建猪只识别模型对猪只疾病进行识别,无需在监控到猪只音频数据发生异常时,兽医逐个检查以及逐个去判断猪只疾病类型,节省人力时间,同事方便猪只饲养场所快速部署猪只治疗以及对应的治疗方案,降低因疾病产生的经济损失。
图2是根据本申请优选实施例的猪只疾病识别方法的流程图,如图2所示,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S201,获取预设时间段内不同猪只疾病类型的猪只音频样本数据。
在本申请实施例中,将不同疾病类型以及健康猪只分离的方式来进行养殖,每头猪只拥有独立的活动空间,保证采集到猪只音频样本不会受到其他猪只声音的干扰,进一步通过安置传感器来实时采集猪只音频样本数据。
考虑到猪只样本数量问题,如果记录猪只音频数据时间过久,则每只猪只样本的音频数据需要花费大量的处理时间,通过设置预设时间段来控制音频数据采集的时间长度,方便后续猪只音频样本数据的处理。
例如,创建一个50头携带不同疾病类型的猪只音频的数据库,每头猪只记录2个小时内的音频数据,而在这两个小时过程中每头猪只会发出至少30个咳嗽声音,覆盖了不同疾病类型,这里的猪只音频除了猪只咳嗽声,还有猪只叫声、猪只呼吸声、猪只心跳声、猪只撞栏的噼啪声等。
步骤S202,根据每个猪只样本身上所携带的猪只疾病类型对猪只音频样本数据进行标记,得到多个携带猪只疾病类型标签的猪只音频样本数据。
具体对每个猪只音频样本数据进行标记的方式可以使用声音编辑器在PC上手工标记,例如,猪只样本的疾病类型为喘病,则在该猪只音频样本数据上标记喘病,对于其他猪只音频样本数据的标记同理。
对于本申请实施例,通过根据每个猪只样本身上所携带的猪只疾病类型对猪只音频样本数据进行标记,预先对不同疾病类型的猪只音频样本数据进行分类,从而确定样本数据输入模式,将分类后的猪只样本数据作为正例样本输入至神经网络结构中,方便后续对猪只音频样本数据进行训练。
步骤S203,对预设时间段内的猪只音频样本数据进行分帧处理,得到多帧预设时长的猪只音频样本序列。
需要说明的是,由于猪只音频样本数据持续时间较长,在对猪只音频数据进行分帧处理之前,可以预先从猪只音频样本数据中生成随机的高斯分布的持续时间段,对猪只音频样本数据进行量化,使得所有声音的平均持续时间固定。
例如在所有采集的猪只音频数据范围内咳嗽持续时间从250毫秒到最多800毫秒,通过对猪只音频数据进行量化,使得所有猪只音频数据的平局持续时间为320毫秒。
步骤S204,对猪只音频样本序列进行过滤,保留猪只咳嗽样本数据。
由于猪只音频样本序列中除了猪只咳嗽声音外,还包括其他的猪只咳嗽声音,如猪只 呼吸声、猪只心跳声音等不相关的音频数据,需要对猪只音频样本序列进行过滤,保留猪只咳嗽样本数据,才能提取到猪只咳嗽音频数据。
步骤S205,将猪只咳嗽样本数据输入至循环神经网络模型进行训练,构建猪只疾病识别模型,该猪只疾病识别模型中记录有猪只咳嗽数据与猪只疾病类型的映射关系。
对于本申请实施例,循环神经网络可以有多层结构组成,每层结构具有不同的输入输出参数以及实现不同的功能,通过循环神经网络来对携带不同疾病类型标签的猪只咳嗽样本数据进行反复训练,得到猪只咳嗽样本数据与不同猪只疾病类型的映射关系,该映射关系相当于猪只疾病识别模型。
例如,循环神经网络为5层结构组成,第一层结构为编码层结构,该编码层由3层编码器组成,包括128神经元、64神经元的2个双向循环层以及32个循环神经元的单向层,这里的编码器被设置为可以处理最大长度为设定值的任意序列,并且编码器中所有的循环神经元可以采用GRU结构,GRU结构简单,通过更新门和重置门来决定之前状态的依赖程度,从而结局远距离依赖问题,通过编码层结构提取出猪只咳嗽样本数据在不同猪只疾病类型各个疾病阶段的特征参数;第二层结构为固定的编码层,固定的编码层可以包括一个固定参数的32神经元的激活层,通过固定的编码层来汇总各个疾病阶段的特征参数,输出不同猪只疾病类型各个疾病阶段的特征矩阵;第三层结构为解码层,解码层可以包括一个单独的循环层,具有64个长短记忆LSTM单元,结合注意力机制,使得网络主要关注输入特征的显著部分,提高分类性能,通过解码层根据不同猪只疾病类型标签来优化猪只咳嗽样本数据在不同猪只疾病类型各个疾病阶段的特征矩阵内的特征参数,输出不同猪只疾病类型标签与猪只咳嗽样本数据在不同猪只疾病类型各个疾病阶段的特征矩阵对应的映射关系;第四层结构为全连接层,全连接层可以包括256个神经元,将训练的分布式特征表示映射到样本标记空间,组合学习整体特征,通过全连接层将猪只咳嗽样本数据在不同猪只疾病类型各个疾病阶段的特征矩阵进行融合,输出携带有不同猪只疾病类型标签的特征矩阵;第五层结构为分类层,分类层可以使用softmax输出分类标签,该softmax函数可以将输入映射成为(0,1)的数值,该数值可以理解为概率,取最大概率作为分类结果,通过分类层对携带有不同猪只疾病标签的特征矩阵进行分类,构建猪只疾病识别模型。
具体猪只疾病识别模型的训练过程可以如图3A所示,在输入猪只咳嗽样本数据后,对猪只咳嗽样本数据进行分类标注以及预处理,得到猪只咳嗽样本序列,对携带有不同疾病标签的猪只咳嗽样本序列进行训练,得到猪只疾病识别模型。
步骤S206,将待识别猪只咳嗽数据输入至猪只疾病识别模型,识别出待识别猪只咳嗽数据对应的猪只疾病类型。
需要说明的是,由于猪只疾病类型所处的不同疾病阶段可能存在一定的潜伏期,为了进一步准确判断猪只疾病类型,在识别出猪只疾病类型后,可以选取预设时间段内的该疾病猪只咳嗽数据进行比对,从而确定猪只疾病类型。
具体猪只疾病识别模型的识别过程可以如图3B所示,在输入待识别猪只咳嗽数据后,对猪只咳嗽数据预处理,得到猪只咳嗽样本序列,将猪只咳嗽样本序列输入至主治识别模型,分类得到猪只疾病类型。
本申请实施例的猪只疾病识别模型相当于使用序列到序列的循环神经网络将一个未分割的输入序列映射到另一个输出标签,考虑到猪只咳嗽数据在各个疾病阶段的依赖性,循环神经网络可以捕获时间和光谱之间的依赖性,根据咳嗽数据在各个疾病阶段的特征参数,来进行咳嗽数据对应疾病类型的判别任务,使得各层输出会依赖于上一层的计算,从而提高猪只疾病识别精度。
步骤S207,根据识别出的疾病类型建立猪只疾病信息,该猪只疾病信息中记录有猪只信息、识别出的猪只疾病类型以及判断猪只疾病类型所处的疾病阶段。
其中,猪只信息可以包括但不局限于猪只所处饲养场所,猪只编码等用于标识猪只身份的信息,例如,猪只饲养场所为了方便对猪只管理,为猪只进行隔离圈养,每个猪圈都有标识信息,并且每个猪只身上记录有用于区别于其他猪只的编码。
对于本申请实施例,在识别出猪只疾病类型后,为了便于后续猪只疾病的治疗,通过建立猪只疾病信息的方式来整理疾病猪只的信息,以便于后续的猪只疾病治疗。
步骤S208,根据猪只疾病信息中猪只疾病类型所处的疾病阶段对猪只设置不同的治疗策略。
由于所处不同疾病阶段的猪只所表现症状有所不同,并且需要的治疗策略有所不同,为了节省人力治疗时间,可以在建立猪只疾病信息后,对不同疾病阶段的猪只设置不同的治疗策略。例如,对于疾病初期的猪只可通过在猪只饲料中添加治疗药物,或者简单观察即可,对于疾病晚期的猪只需要通知兽医紧急治疗或者需要一些应急措施。
为了保证疾病猪只的安全性,在根据猪只疾病信息中猪只疾病类型所处的疾病阶段对猪只设置不同的治疗策略之后,由于猪只信息中携带有猪只标识信息,通过建立包含不同猪只饲养机构的机构信息以及不同猪只饲养机构内的猪只标识信息的预设数据库,根据猪只标识信息从预设数据库中查找负责饲养猪只的机构信息,并将猪只疾病信息以及不同的治疗策略发送至负责饲养猪只的机构,以便于对疾病猪只尽早治疗。
通过本申请实施例,将猪只咳嗽样本输入至循环神经网络模型进行训练,构建猪只疾病识别模型,该猪只疾病识别模型记录有猪只咳嗽数据与猪只疾病类型的映射关系,通过 猪只疾病识别模型即可准确识别出猪只疾病,与现有技术通过监控猪只音频数据的方式识别猪只疾病的方法相比,本申请实施例通过构建猪只识别模型对猪只疾病进行识别,无需在监控到猪只音频数据发生异常时,兽医逐个检查以及逐个去判断猪只疾病类型,节省人力时间,同事方便猪只饲养场所快速部署猪只治疗以及对应的治疗方案,降低因疾病产生的经济损失。
图4是根据本申请优选实施例的猪只疾病识别方法的流程图,如图4所示,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S301,获取预设时间段内不同猪只疾病类型的猪只音频样本数据。
对于本申请实施例,具体采集猪只音频样本数据的具体实现方法与步骤S201相同,在此不进行赘述。
需要说明的是,为了方便猪只音频数据采集,本申请实施例设计一种可穿戴设备来实时获取猪只音频样本数据,这里包括猪只呼吸声、叫声以及咳嗽声等音频数据,并且可以将采集到的数据实时传输到云端。该设备由压电传感器和附加元件组成,通过信号调理电路使得传感器可以放大呼吸声和完全消除环境声音,另外,考虑到猪只身上的其他部位容易被磨蹭,可以将设备固定在猪只的耳朵上。
步骤S302,根据每个猪只样本身上所携带的猪只疾病类型所处不同疾病阶段对猪只音频样本数据进行标记,得到多个携带猪只疾病类型所处不同疾病阶段标签的猪只音频样本数据。
需要说明的是,这里对每个猪只音频样本数据的标记方式与步骤S202采用相同的方式,再此不进行赘述。
对于本申请实施例,为了精确不同疾病类型的训练效果,还可以针对疾病类型所处不同疾病阶段选取猪只样本作为训练样本,通过根据猪只样本身上所携带的猪只疾病类型所处不同疾病阶段对猪只音频样本数据进行标记,预先对不同疾病阶段的猪只音频样本数据进行分类,从而确定样本数据输入模式,将分类后的猪只样本数据作为正例样本输入至神经网络结构中,方便后续对猪只音频样本数据进行训练。
步骤S303,对预设时间段内的猪只音频样本数据进行分帧处理,得到多帧预设时长的猪只音频样本序列。
对于本申请实施例,猪只音频样本数据并非是稳定的音频信号,通过对猪只音频样本数据进行分帧,得到多帧预设时长的猪只音频样本序列,进而将每一帧猪只音频样本序列看成稳定的音频信号,以便于后续对猪只咳嗽数据进行处理。
步骤S304,通过能量窗口检测猪只音频样本序列的信号能量。
对于本申请实施例,不同猪只音频样本序列具有不同的信号能量,通过能量窗口检测每帧猪只音频样本序列的信号能量,来判断猪只音频样本序列的音频特征,进而对不同音频特征的猪只音频样本序列进行处理。
步骤S305,过滤低于预设信号能量的猪只音频样本序列,将过滤得到的剩余的猪只音频样本序列作为猪只咳嗽样本数据。
由于猪只呼吸声以及猪只心跳声等音频序列的信号能量通常较低,为了从多种音频特征的猪只音频样本序列中筛选出猪只咳嗽样本序列,通常将预设信号能量设置较低,将低于预设信号能量的猪只音频样本序列进行过滤,以去除干扰的猪只音频数据,并将过滤得到剩余猪只音频样本序列作为猪只咳嗽样本数据。
步骤S306,将猪只咳嗽样本数据输入至循环神经网络模型进行训练,构建猪只疾病识别模型,该猪只疾病识别模型中记录有猪只咳嗽数据与猪只疾病类型所处不同疾病阶段的映射关系。
对于本申请实施例,通过循环神经网络来对携带猪只疾病类型所处不同疾病阶段标签的猪只音频样本数据进行反复训练,得到猪只咳嗽数据与猪只疾病类型所处不同疾病阶段的映射关系,该映射关系相当于猪只疾病识别模型。
需要说明的是,这里对猪只咳嗽样本数据进行训练的具体实现方式与步骤S205采用相同的方式,再此不进行赘述。
步骤S307,将待识别猪只咳嗽数据输入至猪只疾病识别模型,识别出待识别猪只咳嗽数据对应的猪只疾病类型以及猪只疾病类型所处的疾病阶段。

参照图8,装置500可以包括以下一个或多个组件:处理组件502,存储器504,电源组件506,多媒体组件508,音频组件510,I/O(Input/Output,输入/输出)的接口512,传感器组件514,以及通信组件516。
处理组件502通常控制装置500的整体操作,诸如与显示,电话呼叫,数据通信,相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理组件502可以包括一个或多个处理器520来执行指令,以完成上述的方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件502可以包括一个或多个模块,便于处理组件502和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理组件502可以包括多媒体模块,以方便多媒体组件508和处理组件502之间的交互。

电源组件506为装置500的各种组件提供电力。电源组件506可以包括电源管理系统,一个或多个电源,及其他与为装置500生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
多媒体组件508包括在所述装置500和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括LCD(Liquid Crystal Display,液晶显示器)和TP(Touch Panel,触摸面板)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件508包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当装置500处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜系统或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件510被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件510包括一个MIC(Microphone,麦克风),当装置500处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器 504或经由通信组件516发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件510还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。

一种非临时性计算机非易失性可读存储介质,当所述非易失性可读存储介质中的指令由猪只疾病识别装置的处理器执行时,使得猪只疾病识别装置能够执行上述猪只疾病识别方法。

  1. 一种猪只疾病识别方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    获取多个猪只咳嗽样本数据,每个猪只咳嗽样本数据携带对应的猪只疾病类型标签;
    将所述多个猪只咳嗽样本数据输入至循环神经网络模型进行训练,构建猪只疾病识别模型,所述猪只疾病识别模型中记录有猪只咳嗽数据与猪只疾病类型的映射关系;
    将待识别猪只咳嗽数据输入至所述猪只疾病识别模型,识别出所述待识别猪只咳嗽数据对应的猪只疾病类型。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取猪只咳嗽样本数据包括:
    获取预设时间段内不同猪只疾病类型的猪只音频样本数据;
    对预设时间段内的猪只音频样本数据进行分帧处理,得到多帧预设时长的猪只音频样本序列;
    对所述多帧预设时长的猪只音频样本序列进行过滤,将过滤后得到的多个猪只音频样本序列作为多个猪只咳嗽样本数据。

    通过能量窗口检测所述猪只音频样本序列的信号能量;
    过滤低于预设信号能量的猪只音频样本序列,将过滤后得到的剩余的猪只音频样本序列作为猪只咳嗽样本数据。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述每个猪只咳嗽样本数据还携带对应的猪只疾病类型所处不同疾病阶段标签,所述猪只疾病识别模型中还记录有猪只咳嗽数据与猪只疾病类型所处不同疾病阶段的映射关系;
    所述将待识别猪只咳嗽数据输入至所述猪只疾病识别模型,识别出所述待识别猪只咳嗽数据对应的猪只疾病类型包括:
    将待识别猪只咳嗽数据输入至所述猪只疾病识别模型,识别出所述待识别猪只咳嗽数据对应的猪只疾病类型以及猪只疾病类型所处的疾病阶段。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在所述获取预设时间段内不同猪 只疾病类型的猪只音频样本数据之后,所述方法还包括:
    根据每个猪只样本身上所携带的猪只疾病类型所处不同疾病阶段对猪只音频样本数据进行标记,得到多个携带猪只疾病类型所处不同疾病阶段标签的猪只音频样本数据。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述循环神经网络为多层结构的网络模型,所述将所述猪只咳嗽样本数据输入至循环神经网络模型进行训练,构建猪只疾病识别模型包括:
    所述循环神经网络的第一层结构提取出猪只咳嗽样本数据在不同猪只疾病类型各个疾病阶段的特征参数;
    所述循环神经网络的第二层结构汇总所述各个疾病阶段的特征参数,输出不同猪只疾病类型各个疾病阶段的特征矩阵;
    所述循环神经网络的第三层结构根据不同猪只疾病类型标签来优化猪只咳嗽样本数据在不同猪只疾病类型各个疾病阶段的特征矩阵内的特征参数,输出不同猪只疾病类型标签与猪只咳嗽样本数据在不同猪只疾病类型各个疾病阶段的特征矩阵对应的映射关系;
    所述循环神经网络的第四层结构将猪只咳嗽样本数据在不同猪只疾病类型各个疾病阶段的特征矩阵进行融合,输出携带有不同猪只疾病类型标签的特征矩阵;
    所述循环神经网络的第五层结构对携带有不同猪只疾病类型标签的特征矩阵进行分类,构建猪只疾病识别模型。
  8. 一种猪只疾病识别装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    获取单元,用于获取多个猪只咳嗽样本数据,每个猪只咳嗽样本数据携带对应的猪只疾病类型标签;
    构建单元,用于将所述猪只咳嗽样本数据输入至循环神经网络模型进行训练,构建猪只疾病识别模型,所述猪只疾病识别模型中记录有猪只咳嗽数据与猪只疾病类型的映射关系;
    识别单元,用于将待识别猪只咳嗽数据输入至所述猪只疾病识别模型,识别出所述待识别猪只咳嗽数据对应的猪只疾病类型。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获取单元包括:获取模块,用于获取预设时间段内不同猪只疾病类型的猪只音频样本数据;分帧模块,用于对预设时间段内的猪只音频样本数据进行分帧处理,得到多帧预设时长的猪只音频样本序列;过滤模块,用于对所述多帧预设时长的猪只音频样本序列进行过滤,将过滤后得到的多个猪只音频样本序列作为多个猪只咳嗽样本数据。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获取单元还包括:第一标记模块, 用于根据每个猪只样本身上所携带的猪只疾病类型对猪只音频样本数据进行标记,得到多个携带猪只疾病类型标签的猪只音频样本数据。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述过滤模块,具体用于通过能量窗口检测所述猪只音频样本序列的信号能量;所述过滤模块,具体还用于过滤低于预设信号能量的猪只音频样本序列,将过滤后得到的剩余的猪只音频样本序列作为猪只咳嗽样本数据。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述每个猪只咳嗽样本数据还携带对应的猪只疾病类型所处不同疾病阶段标签,所述猪只疾病识别模型中还记录有猪只咳嗽数据与猪只疾病类型所处不同疾病阶段的映射关系;所述识别单元,还用于所述将待识别猪只咳嗽数据输入至所述猪只疾病识别模型,识别出所述待识别猪只咳嗽数据对应的猪只疾病类型以及猪只疾病类型所处的疾病阶段。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获取单元还包括:第二标记模块,用于根据每个猪只样本身上所携带的猪只疾病类型所处不同疾病阶段对猪只音频样本数据进行标记,得到多个携带猪只疾病类型所处不同疾病阶段标签的猪只音频样本数据。
  14. 根据权利要求12或13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述循环神经网络为多层结构的网络模型,所述构建单元包括:提取模块,用于所述循环神经网络的第一层结构提取出猪只咳嗽样本数据在不同猪只疾病类型各个疾病阶段的特征参数;汇总模块,用于所述循环神经网络的第二层结构汇总所述各个疾病阶段的特征参数,输出不同猪只疾病类型各个疾病阶段的特征矩阵;优化模块,用于所述循环神经网络的第三层结构根据不同猪只疾病类型标签来优化猪只咳嗽样本数据在不同猪只疾病类型各个疾病阶段的特征矩阵内的特征参数,输出不同猪只疾病类型标签与猪只咳嗽样本数据在不同猪只疾病类型各个疾病阶段的特征矩阵对应的映射关系;融合模块,用于所述循环神经网络的第四层结构将猪只咳嗽样本数据在不同猪只疾病类型各个疾病阶段的特征矩阵进行融合,输出携带有不同猪只疾病类型标签的特征矩阵;分类模块,用于所述循环神经网络的第五层结构对携带有不同猪只疾病类型标签的特征矩阵进行分类,构建猪只疾病识别模型。
  15. 一种计算机非易失性可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机可读指令,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现猪只疾病识别方法,包括:获取多个猪只咳嗽样本数据,每个猪只咳嗽样本数据携带对应的猪只疾病类型标签;将所述多个猪只咳嗽样本数据输入至循环神经网络模型进行训练,构建猪只疾病识别模型,所述猪只疾病识别模型中记录有猪只咳嗽数据与猪只疾病类型的映射关系;将待识别猪只咳嗽数据输入至所述猪只疾病识别模型,识别出所述待识别猪只咳嗽数据对应的猪只疾病类型。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的计算机非易失性可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现所述获取猪只咳嗽样本数据包括:获取预设时间段内不同猪只疾病类型的猪只音频样本数据;对预设时间段内的猪只音频样本数据进行分帧处理,得到多帧预设时长的猪只音频样本序列;对所述多帧预设时长的猪只音频样本序列进行过滤,将过滤后得到的多个猪只音频样本序列作为多个猪只咳嗽样本数据。

  18. 一种计算机设备,包括存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机可读指令,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现猪只疾病识别方法,包括:获取多个猪只咳嗽样本数据,每个猪只咳嗽样本数据携带对应的猪只疾病类型标签;将所述多个猪只咳嗽样本数据输入至循环神经网络模型进行训练,构建猪只疾病识别模型,所述猪只疾病识别模型中记录有猪只咳嗽数据与猪只疾病类型的映射关系;将待识别猪只咳嗽数据输入至所述猪只疾病识别模型,识别出所述待识别猪只咳嗽数据对应的猪只疾病类型。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现所述获取猪只咳嗽样本数据包括:获取预设时间段内不同猪只疾病类型的猪只音频样本数据;对预设时间段内的猪只音频样本数据进行分帧处理,得到多帧预设时长的猪只音频样本序列;对所述多帧预设时长的猪只音频样本序列进行过滤,将过滤后得到的多个猪只音频样本序列作为多个猪只咳嗽样本数据。
