Description
INTERLOCKING SCAFFOLD PLATFORM
Technical Field
The invention relates to an interlocking scaffold platform which enables the employees to walk and work on temporary scaffold platforms in the construction sector.
The invention particularly relates to the interlocking scaffold platform, which is produced using a steel sheet, aluminum sheet plate and/or profile, allowing employees to walk and reach the working area safely.
Prior Art
In the present technique, the scaffolding platform is obtained by welding the pieces obtained from the flat sheet plate by means of molding to the walking platform at the hooks described as "HORSESHOE." In these systems, steel material is worn due to welding and its strength is reduced. During the use of the walking platform, which has decreased strength and resistance, the occupational safety problems in the form of rupture from the welding points may occur. In order to ensure occupational safety, welding control processes in the existing structure are put into use, yet this situation also increases labor costs considerably. Other than welding, another solution is to combine the parts together with staking. However, staking still does not provide adequate security.
The Turkish patent document, titled“Metal Walking Platform”, with no. 2013/00761 , can be given as an example to the scaffold platforms. The present invention is a metal platform produced as a whole with a hook, unlike existing platforms, used in scaffolding systems that provide easy access to the entire exterior surface and all points of the facade in the repair, plastering and construction work in the construction sector, it refers to a platform which provides a safer and more comfortable working environment than the hooked platforms mounted on the platform. Yet, the invention does not relate to an interlocking scaffold platform, which is produced using a steel sheet, aluminum sheet plate and/or profile, allowing employees to walk and reach the working area safely.
As a result; the need for an interlocking scaffold platform and the inadequacy of existing solutions necessitated an improvement in the technical field.
The Purpose of Invention
The present invention relates to an interlocking scaffold platform that meets the above- mentioned requirements, eliminates all disadvantages and brings some additional advantages.
The main purpose of the interlocking scaffold platform of the invention is to prevent stress and deformation due to its welding structure with easy mounting system. In the system described as horseshoe and head plate on the walking platform, the joint is provided by means of crushing or riveting through the holes, which are referred to as notchings, opened onto the head plate. Due to the fact that there is no need for welding; stress and deformation that is resulted due to the welding structure are prevented and labor costs are reduced. Since welding is not used at all, there is no strain, stress, and deformation caused by welding structure in any of the parts. This increases safety.
Thanks to the design and/or installation of the interlocking scaffold platform, the load coming to the platform is conveyed over steel material rather than over welding or notch. Thus, it eliminates the risk of weld breakage and the risk of deformation from welded parts due to the load pressure on the system. Due to the easy installation and the interlocking structure of the horseshoe, both labor costs and time savings are provided.
In order to achieve above-mentioned purposes, the invention relates to the interlocking scaffold platform, which is produced using a steel sheet, aluminum sheet plate and/or profile, allowing employees who work on temporary scaffold platforms to walk and work in the construction sector, wherein; comprising a head plate which is a carrier, a horseshoe which provides the load bearing and mounting by being placed in the head plate by interlocking, a mounting slot that is mounted on the head plate and which allows the horseshoe to be assembled by interlocking, a fixing member that provides mounting to the head plate by being located on the horseshoe and by forming a bearing to the mounting slot, and a notch that provides support to the fixing member by being located on the horseshoe, by forming a bearing to the mounting slot, and by being mounted to the head plate.
The structural and characteristic features and all advantages of the invention outlined in the drawings below and in the detailed description made by referring these figures will be understood clearly, therefore the evaluation should be made by taking these figures and detailed explanation into consideration

Detailed Description of the Invention
Figure 1 shows the perspective view of the head plate (3) of the interlocking scaffold platform (1 ), and Figure 2 shows the perspective view of the interlocking scaffold platform (1 ) of the invention. The invention relates to the interlocking scaffold platform (1 ) used in the construction industry, which is produced using a steel sheet, aluminum sheet plate and/or profile, allowing employees who work on the temporary scaffold to walk and work, wherein; comprising a head plate (3) which as a carrier in the interlocking scaffold platform (1 ), a horseshoe (2) which provides the load bearing and mounting by being placed in the head plate (3), by interlocking at least one mounting slot (6) that is mounted on the head plate (3) and which allows the horseshoe (2) to be assembled by interlocking,
a fixing member (4) that provides the mounting to the head plate (3) by being located on the horseshoe (2) and by forming a bearing to the mounting slot (6), and a notch (5) providing support to the fixing member (4) by being located on the horseshoe (2), by forming a bearing to the mounting slot (6), and by being mounted to the head plate (3). Figure 3 shows the cross-section view of the interlocking scaffold platform (1 ), and Figure 4 shows the schematic view of the horseshoe (2) of the interlocking scaffold platform (1 ) of the invention. The horseshoe (2) is preferably made of a sheet plate having a special form. The horseshoe (2) passes to the mounting slots (6) that is positioned on the head plate (3) and the notch (5) is provided to serve as a lock when notch (5) is in place of the horseshoe (2). The head plate (3) is preferably manufactured with having four mounting slots (6). As a result of the crushing of the fixing member (4) with the help of mold, the horseshoe (2) is mounted to the head plate (3). The fixing member (4) is placed in the mounting slot (6) and fixing is provided preferably via crushing and/or riveting method.
Figure 5 shows the perspective view of the mounted state of the interlocking scaffold platform (1 ) of the invention. The interlocking scaffold platform (1 ) is provided to be ready for mounting by fixing the platform sheet (7) to the head plates (3). The fixing of the platform sheet (7) is preferably done by welding. Yet, if necessary, staking or screwing techniques can be used. In case the load is placed on the interlocking scaffold platform
(1 ) during use, due to the design and/or structure of the horseshoe (2), the notch (5) is supported from the lower part of the head plate (3) and the load is prevented from being reflected on the mounting part. Thus, the load is completely prevented from being transferred to the weld and transported via the weld. During production, the horseshoe
(2) does not need to be assembled with welding, and thus labor cost is significantly reduced.
