一种电池装置,包括壳体、位于所述壳体内的电源和发声机构以及相对设置于所述壳体两侧的第一按键与第二按键,所述第一按键与所述第二按键均与所述电源电性连接,所述第一按键用于控制电子烟运行,所述第二按键用于控制所述发声机构运行。
进一步地,还包括相对设置于所述壳体内的第一PCB板与第二PCB板,所述第一PCB板、所述第二PCB板均与所述电源连接,所述第一按键位于所述第一PCB板上,所述第二按键位于所述第二PCB板上。
进一步地,还包括位于所述第一PCB板上的第三按键以及位于所述第一PCB板与所述壳体之间的显示屏,所述显示屏与所述电源连接,所述壳体呈一侧开口的六面体状,所述发声机构与所述电源沿所述壳体的轴向依次设置于所述壳体内,且所述电源位于所述发声机构的底部。
进一步地,所述壳体上分别开设有与所述第一按键对应的第一按键槽、与所述第二按键对应的第二按键槽、与所述显示屏对应的安装槽以及与所述第三按键对应的第三按键槽。
进一步地,还包括安装于所述第一按键槽内的第一硅胶块、安装于所述第三按键槽内的第三硅胶块、安装于所述安装槽内的玻璃板以及安装于所述第二 按键槽中的第二硅胶块。
进一步地,所述壳体上还开设有位于所述第三按键槽底部的USB接口以及分别位于所述壳体四角的螺纹孔,所述壳体上还设置有筒状凸起,所述筒状凸起与所述壳体的内腔连通。
进一步地,还包括盖板、与所述四个螺纹孔分别对应的四个螺钉以及分别套设于所述四个螺钉上的四个密封垫,所述盖板包括本体以及位于所述本体上的四个连接筋,所述本体位于所述壳体上开口的一侧,所述四个连接筋上开设有与所述四个螺纹孔分别对应的四个连接孔,所述四个螺钉分别穿设于所述四个螺纹孔并延伸连接至所述四个连接孔中。
进一步地,还包括连接结构,所述连接结构包括与所述筒状凸起内壁抵持的卡接环、位于所述卡接环中的雾化器连接座、套设于所述雾化器连接座外缘的固定套、位于所述雾化器连接座中的电极以及密封圈,所述雾化器连接座上开设有用于与雾化器连接的螺纹孔,所述雾化器连接座远离所述电源的一端径向向外凸伸形成凸缘,所述凸缘朝向靠近所述电源的方向延伸形成翻边,所述翻边与所述筒状凸起的外壁抵持,所述密封圈位于所述翻边与所述筒状凸起之间,所述电极上设置有环形凸起。
进一步地,所述连接结构还包括套设于所述电极上的弹性件以及分别位于所述弹性件与所述雾化器连接座之间的第一内管、位于所述第一内管底部的第二内管,所述弹性件的一端与所述环形凸起抵持,所述弹性件的另一端与所述第二内管抵持。
一种电子烟,其包括雾化器以及如上中任一项所述的电池装置,所述雾化器与所述电池装置电性连接。
本实用新型的电池装置或采用该电池装置的电子烟,第一按键与第二按键 相对设置于壳体的两侧,第一按键与第二按键均与电源电性连接,第一按键控制电子烟的运行,第二按键控制发声机构的运行;由于电子烟的控制按键与发声机构的控制按键分别设置在壳体的不同侧面,从而易于区分,不易混淆,便于按键识别。

需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本实用新型的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本实用新型的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本实用新型。本文所使用的术语“及/或”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的和所有的组合。
请参阅图1-4,本实用新型提供了一种电子烟(图未示出),电子烟包括电池装置10与雾化器(图未示出),雾化器安装于电池装置10上并与电池装置10 电性连接。
电池装置10包括电池组件11与减震套12,减震套12套设于电池组件11的周缘。
请同时参阅图5,电池组件11包括壳体111、位于壳体111上的盖板112、沿壳体111的轴向依次设置于壳体111内的发声机构113与电源114、位于壳体111内一侧的第一PCB板115以及位于壳体111内另一侧的第二PCB板119。第一PCB板115上设置有第一按键116与第三按键117,第一PCB板115与壳体111之间安装有与第一PCB板115连接的显示屏118。第二PCB板119上设置有四个第二按键120。
壳体111大致呈一侧开口的六面体状,壳体111的顶部一侧设置有与壳体111内腔连通的筒状凸起1111,雾化器能通过筒状凸起1111的内腔安装在电池装置10上,壳体111上还分别开设有与第一按键116对应的第一按键槽1112、与第三按键117对应的第三按键槽1113、与显示屏118对应的安装槽1114、与四个第二按键120分别对应的四个第二按键槽1115。壳体111上还开设有位于第三按键槽1113底部的USB(UNIVERSAL SERIAL BUS,通用串行总线)接口1116以及分别开设于壳体111四角的螺纹孔1117。
壳体111上远离开口的一侧相对设置有至少两个第二卡接凸起1126,第二卡接凸起1126均由硅胶材质制成,在本实施方式中,壳体111上设置有八个第二卡接凸起1126。在本实施方式中,电池组件11还包括安装于第一按键槽1112内的第一硅胶块1161、安装于第三按键槽1113内的第三硅胶块1171、安装于安装槽1114内的玻璃板1181以及分别安装于四个第二按键槽1115中的四个第二硅胶块1201。
请再次参阅图2,盖板112包括本体1121以及位于本体1121上的四个连接 筋1122,本体1121位于壳体111上开口的一侧,四个连接筋1122上开设有与四个螺纹孔1117分别对应的四个连接孔(图未示出),电池组件11还包括四个螺钉1123以及分别套设于四个螺钉1123上的四个密封垫(图未示出),四个螺钉1123分别穿设于四个螺纹孔1117并延伸连接至四个连接孔中,在本实施方式中,连接孔或者螺纹孔1117的内壁上设置有与螺钉1123外壁对应的内螺纹段(图未示出)。盖板112上对应多个第二卡接凸起1126分别设置有多个第一卡接凸起1118,第一卡接凸起1118均由硅胶材质制成,在本实施方式中,盖板112上设置有八个第一卡接凸起1118。
发声机构113与电源114连接,在本实施方式中,发声机构113为扬声器,可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,发声机构113还可以为蜂鸣器、音响等其他机构,电源114位于发声机构113的底部。
第一PCB板115与电源114连接。
第一PCB板115上的第一按键116和第三按键117均用于控制电子烟运行,第一按键116和第三按键117的具体功能可以根据需求自由组合设置,在本实施方式中,第一按键116为控制电子烟开启或者关闭的电源键,第三按键117为控制电子烟雾化时功率大小的功率增减键。
第二PCB板119与发声机构113连接。
第二按键120用于控制发声机构113运行,在本实施方式中,四个第二按键120分别为控制发声机构113播放时音量增加的按键、控制发声机构113播放时音量减小的按键、控制发声机构113开启或者关闭的电源键以及控制发声机构暂停的暂停键。
电池组件11还包括设置于壳体111顶部靠近发声机构113一侧的挂钩1119与连接结构131以及分别位于壳体111与盖板112上的两块装饰板141。
请同时参阅图6-7,连接结构131包括与筒状凸起1111内壁抵持的卡接环1311、位于卡接环1311中且顶部开设有螺纹孔的雾化器连接座1313、套设于雾化器连接座1313外缘的固定套1318、位于雾化器连接座1313中的电极1315、位于电极1315周缘的弹性件1316、位于弹性件1316与雾化器连接座1313之间的第一内管1314以及位于第一内管1314底部的第二内管1317。雾化器连接座1313的上端沿雾化器连接座1313的径向向外凸伸形成凸缘(图未示出),凸缘向下延伸形成翻边(图未示出),翻边通过套设于筒状凸起1111上的密封圈1312与筒状凸起1111的外壁抵持,翻边的下端与壳体111的上端抵持,电极1315与电源114连接,电极1315上设置有环形凸起1319,在本实施方式中,弹性件1316为弹簧,弹性件1316的一端与环形凸起1319的下端抵持,弹性件1316的另一端与第二内管1317的上端抵持。
两块装饰板141上均开设有多个圆孔1411,其中一块装饰板141位于壳体111上远离其开口的一侧,另一块装饰板141位于盖板112上远离发声机构113的一侧。
请再次参阅图4,在本实施方式中,减震套12由硅胶材质制成,减震套12上分别开设有与USB接口1116对应的弧形槽121、与雾化器连接座1313顶部对应的安装孔122、与挂钩1119对应的挂钩槽123以及与玻璃板1181对应的观察口124。减震套12上还设置有与USB接口1116对应的能够相对于弧形槽121翻转的卡止件125。减震套12的一侧还开设有与多个第一卡接凸起1118分别对应的多个第一卡接槽126以及与多个第二卡接凸起1126分别对应的多个第二卡接槽127。
雾化器通过雾化器连接座1313与电池装置10电性连接。
安装过程:将发声机构113与电源114置于壳体111中,发声机构113位 于筒状凸起1111与电源114之间;第一硅胶块1161位于第一按键槽1112中,第三硅胶块1171位于第三按键槽1113中,玻璃板1181位于安装槽1114中,四个第二硅胶块1201分别位于四个第二按键槽1115中,将第一PCB板115置于壳体111内的一侧,使得第一按键116、第三按键117分别与第一硅胶块1161、第三硅胶块1171对应,显示屏118与玻璃板1181对应;将第二PCB板119置于壳体111内另一侧,使得四个第二按键120分别与四个第二硅胶块1201对应;将卡接环1311位于筒状凸起1111中并与筒状凸起1111的内壁抵持,将密封圈1312套设于筒状凸起1111的顶部、将雾化器连接座1313位于卡接环1311中并与密封圈1312外缘抵持,将第一内管1314位于雾化器连接座1313中并与雾化器连接座1313的内壁抵持,将电极1315位于第一内管1314中,将弹性件1316套设于电极1315的周缘,将第二内管1317置于第一内管1314底部并与雾化器连接座1313的内壁抵持,使得弹性件1316的一端与环形凸起1319抵持,弹性件1316的另一端与第二内管1317抵持,将固定套1318套设于雾化器连接座1313的外缘,固定套1318与雾化器连接座1313可拆卸地连接,在本实施例中,固定套1318与雾化器连接座1313螺纹连接,可以理解地,在其他实施例中,固定套1318与雾化器连接座1313可以为卡接等;将密封环(图未示出)套设于壳体111上开口一侧,将本体1121位于壳体111上开口的一侧,将四个连接孔分别与四个螺纹孔1117对应,将四个密封圈分别套设于四个螺钉1123上,使得四个螺钉1123分别穿设于四个螺纹孔1117并延伸至四个连接孔中;将其中一块装饰板141位于壳体111上远离其开口的一侧,另一块装饰板141位于盖板112上远离发声机构113的一侧;将减震套12套设于壳体111的周缘,多个第一卡接凸起1118分别位于多个第一卡接槽126中,多个第二卡接凸起1126分别位于多个第二卡接槽127中,使得减震套12分别将壳体111与第一硅胶块 1161、第三硅胶块1171、第二硅胶块1201以及玻璃板1181连接处的缝隙遮蔽,弧形槽121与USB接口1116对应,安装孔122与雾化器连接座1313顶部对应,挂钩槽123与挂钩1119对应,卡止件125位于USB接口1116中;将雾化器与雾化器连接座1313连接,使得雾化器与电池装置10电性连接。
使用过程:开始抽吸电子烟时,按压第一按键116,电子烟开始启动,电源114向电极1315供电,雾化器开始工作,用户可通过玻璃板1181来观察显示屏118显示的电子烟功率大小,并通过按压第三按键117来控制电子烟雾化时的功率大小;用户抽吸时,还可通过按压四个第二按键120来分别控制发声机构113的开启或者关闭、发声机构113播放时音量增加、发声机构113播放时的音量减小以及发声机构113播放时的暂停,当用户不使用发声机构13时,用户可通过按压关闭发声机构113的第二按键120从而关闭发声机构13,当需要使用USB接口1116时,将卡止件125相对于弧形槽121翻转,使得卡止件125与USB接口1116分离;当用户不抽吸电子烟时,可通过再次按压第一按键116,使得电子烟关闭,此时,用户若需要使用发声机构,可将电子烟竖直放置于台面上,通过按压四个第二按键120,分别控制发声机构113的开启或者关闭、发声机构113播放时音量增加、发声机构113播放时的音量减小以及发声机构113播放时的暂停,当用户需要使用USB接口1116时,将卡止件125相对于弧形槽121翻转,使得卡止件125与USB接口1116分离;当不使用发声机构13时,用户可通过按压关闭发声机构113的第二按键120从而关闭发声机构13,当用户需要移动电子烟时,可用手握持挂钩1119使得电子烟移动。
本实用新型的电池装置10或采用该电池装置10的电子烟,由于发声机构113固定在壳体111内,减震套12套设于壳体111的外侧,不仅对壳体111起到防护作用,而且由于减震套12由软性硅胶材质制成,可以吸收震动,因此, 在发声机构113使用时,可有效降低发声机构113对壳体111产生震动,从而对发声机构113的音质造成不良影响;电子烟控制按键与发声机构113控制按键分别设置在壳体111的不同侧面,使得电子烟控制按键与发声机构113的控制按键得到有效区分,防止误操作;由于沿电池装置10的轴向由上往下依次布置发声机构113和电源114,由于电源114的质量相较于发声机构113较大,当电子烟竖直放置于台面上,由于电池装置10的重心较低,在发声机构113振幅较大的情况下电池装置10也不易发生倾倒;由于四个密封圈分别套设于四个螺钉1123上,使得四个螺钉1123分别穿设于四个螺纹孔1117并延伸至四个连接孔中,壳体111上分别开设有第一按键槽1112、第三按键槽1113、安装槽1114与四个第二按键槽1115,减震套12分别将壳体111与第一硅胶块1161、第三硅胶块1171、第二硅胶块1201以及玻璃板1181连接处的缝隙遮蔽,减震套12在USB接口1116位置处设置可翻转的卡止件125,卡止件125能卡入USB接口1116中,进一步加强密封,实现良好的防水、防尘效果,从而可以在恶劣的气候条件下或者特殊场合使用电子烟;本电子烟将发声机构113竖放在电子烟内,发声机构113位于雾化器和电源114之间,缩短了电源114轴向长度,壳体111上设有挂钩1119,必要时用于穿绳方便用户携带。
上述实施例仅表达了本实用新型的实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本实用新型专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本实用新型的保护范围。因此,本实用新型专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种电池装置,其特征在于:包括电池组件以及套设于所述电池组件外缘的减震套,所述电池组件包括壳体以及位于所述壳体内的电源和发声机构,所述发声机构与所述电源电性连接,所述减震套用于吸收所述发声机构在使用时对所述壳体产生的震动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电池装置,其特征在于:所述壳体呈一侧开口的六面体状,所述壳体上远离开口的一侧相对设置有至少两个第二卡接凸起,所述减震套上开设有与所述第二卡接凸起对应的第二卡接槽。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的电池装置,其特征在于:所述电池组件还包括盖板,所述盖板位于所述壳体上开口的一侧,所述盖板上对应所述第二卡接凸起设置有第一卡接凸起,所述减震套上还开设有与所述第一卡接凸起对应的第一卡接槽。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的电池装置,其特征在于:所述壳体的四角上分别开设有螺纹孔,所述电池组件还包括与所述四个螺纹孔分别对应的四个螺钉以及分别套设于所述四个螺钉上的四个密封垫,所述盖板包括本体以及位于所述本体上的四个连接筋,所述本体位于所述壳体上开口的一侧,所述四个连接筋上开设有与所述四个螺纹孔分别对应的四个连接孔,所述四个螺钉分别穿设于所述四个螺纹孔并延伸连接至所述四个连接孔中。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的电池装置,其特征在于:所述发声机构与所述电源沿所述壳体的轴向依次设置于所述壳体内,且所述电源位于所述发声机构的底部。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的电池装置,其特征在于:所述壳体上还设置有筒状凸起,所述筒状凸起与所述壳体的内腔连通。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的电池装置,其特征在于:所述减震套上分别开设有 与所述筒状凸起对应的安装孔。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的电池装置,其特征在于:所述电池组件还包括连接结构,所述连接结构包括与所述筒状凸起内壁抵持的卡接环、位于所述卡接环中的雾化器连接座、套设于所述雾化器连接座外缘的固定套、位于所述雾化器连接座中的电极以及密封圈,所述雾化器连接座上开设有用于与雾化器连接的螺纹孔,所述雾化器连接座远离所述电源的一端径向向外凸伸形成凸缘,所述凸缘朝向靠近所述电源的方向延伸形成翻边,所述翻边与所述筒状凸起的外壁抵持,所述密封圈位于所述翻边与所述筒状凸起之间,所述电极上设置有环形凸起。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的电池装置,其特征在于:所述连接结构还包括套设于所述电极上的弹性件以及分别位于所述弹性件与所述雾化器连接座之间的第一内管、位于所述第一内管底部的第二内管,所述弹性件的一端与所述环形凸起抵持,所述弹性件的另一端与所述第二内管抵持。
  10. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:包括雾化器以及如权利要求1-9任一项所述的电池装置,所述雾化器与所述电池装置电性连接。
  11. 一种电池装置,其特征在于:包括壳体、位于所述壳体内的电源和发声机构以及相对设置于所述壳体两侧的第一按键与第二按键,所述第一按键与所述第二按键均与所述电源电性连接,所述第一按键用于控制电子烟运行,所述第二按键用于控制所述发声机构运行。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的电池装置,其特征在于:还包括相对设置于所述壳体内的第一PCB板与第二PCB板,所述第一PCB板、所述第二PCB板均与所述电源连接,所述第一按键位于所述第一PCB板上,所述第二按键位于所述第二PCB板上。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的电池装置,其特征在于:还包括位于所述第一PCB板上的第三按键以及位于所述第一PCB板与所述壳体之间的显示屏,所述显示屏与所述电源连接,所述壳体呈一侧开口的六面体状,所述发声机构与所述电源沿所述壳体的轴向依次设置于所述壳体内,且所述电源位于所述发声机构的底部。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的电池装置,其特征在于:所述壳体上分别开设有与所述第一按键对应的第一按键槽、与所述第二按键对应的第二按键槽、与所述显示屏对应的安装槽以及与所述第三按键对应的第三按键槽。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的电池装置,其特征在于:还包括安装于所述第一按键槽内的第一硅胶块、安装于所述第三按键槽内的第三硅胶块、安装于所述安装槽内的玻璃板以及安装于所述第二按键槽中的第二硅胶块。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的电池装置,其特征在于:所述壳体上还开设有位于所述第三按键槽底部的USB接口以及分别位于所述壳体四角的螺纹孔,所述壳体上还设置有筒状凸起,所述筒状凸起与所述壳体的内腔连通。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的电池装置,其特征在于:还包括盖板、与所述四个螺纹孔分别对应的四个螺钉以及分别套设于所述四个螺钉上的四个密封垫,所述盖板包括本体以及位于所述本体上的四个连接筋,所述本体位于所述壳体上开口的一侧,所述四个连接筋上开设有与所述四个螺纹孔分别对应的四个连接孔,所述四个螺钉分别穿设于所述四个螺纹孔并延伸连接至所述四个连接孔中。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的电池装置,其特征在于:还包括连接结构,所述连接结构包括与所述筒状凸起内壁抵持的卡接环、位于所述卡接环中的雾化器连接座、套设于所述雾化器连接座外缘的固定套、位于所述雾化器连接座中的 电极以及密封圈,所述雾化器连接座上开设有用于与雾化器连接的螺纹孔,所述雾化器连接座远离所述电源的一端径向向外凸伸形成凸缘,所述凸缘朝向靠近所述电源的方向延伸形成翻边,所述翻边与所述筒状凸起的外壁抵持,所述密封圈位于所述翻边与所述筒状凸起之间,所述电极上设置有环形凸起。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的电池装置,其特征在于:所述连接结构还包括套设于所述电极上的弹性件以及分别位于所述弹性件与所述雾化器连接座之间的第一内管、位于所述第一内管底部的第二内管,所述弹性件的一端与所述环形凸起抵持,所述弹性件的另一端与所述第二内管抵持。
  20. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:包括雾化器以及如权利要求11-19任一项所述的电池装置,所述雾化器与所述电池装置电性连接。
