一种污水处理设备 技术领域
本发明涉及污水处理设备领域,具体是一种污水处理设备。
背景技术
污水处理设备能有效处理城区的生活污水,工业废水等,避免污水及污染物直接流入水域,对改善生态环境、提升城市品位和促进经济发展具有重要意义,适宜住宅小区、办公楼、商场、宾馆、饭店、机关、学校、部队、工厂等天源生活污水和与之类似的工业有机废水,如纺织、啤酒、造纸、制革、食品、化工等行业的有机污水处理,污水经格栅进入调节池后经提升泵进入生物反应器,通过PLC控制器开启曝气机充氧,生物反应器出水经循环泵进入膜分离处理单元,浓水返回调节池,膜分离的水经过快速混合法氯化消毒(次氯酸钠、漂白粉、氯片)后,进入中水贮水池池。
一种污水处理设备的出现大大方便了污水处理,但是目前阶段的一种污水处理设备存在诸多的不足之处,例如,污水处理效率低,污水处理效果差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种污水处理设备,以解决现有技术中的污水处理效率低,污水处理效果差的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种污水处理设备,包括污水处理池,所述污水处理池的中间位之处安装 有底座,所述底座的外侧安装有过滤网层,所述底座的上方安装有污水过滤罐,所述污水过滤罐的顶部安装有顶盖,所述顶盖的顶部安装有污水入口,所述污水过滤罐的内部安装有过滤板,所述污水处理池的外侧安装有排水口,所述排水口上安装有排水管,所述排水管的一端安装有排水泵,所述排水泵的一端安装有过滤器,所述过滤器的内部安装有活性炭吸附过滤棒。
优选的,所述过滤器共设置有多个,且多个过滤器通过循环管彼此连接。
优选的,所述过滤板共设置有四个,且四个过滤板均匀安装在污水过滤罐的内部,且四个过滤板的过滤孔由上至下依次减小。
优选的,所述排水口共设置有六个,且六个排水口均匀安装在污水处理池的外侧。
优选的,所述污水过滤罐与底座转动连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的污水处理池的中间位置处安装有底座,在底座的上方安装有污水过滤罐,且污水过滤罐与底座转动连接,通过在污水过滤罐的内部安装有四层过滤板,且在底座的外侧安装有过滤网层,通过此种设计可以使污水在重力作用下进行自动过滤,且在过滤过程通过污水过滤罐的旋转,使污水在离心作用下更快速的由过滤网层处甩出,提高了过滤效率,且使污水中的污垢在离心作用下集中在污水过滤罐和底座的中心位置处,提高了污水处理效 果,且在污水处理池的外侧的排水口上的排水管的一端安装有过滤器,通过其可以污水的过滤更加彻底。

请参阅图1~2,本发明实施例中,一种污水处理设备,包括污水处理池7,污水处理池7的中间位之处安装有底座5,污水处理池7用来对污水进行处理,底座5用来安装污水过滤罐3,底座5的外侧安装有过滤网层6,底座5的上方安装有污水过滤罐3,污水过滤罐3用来对污水进行初级过滤,污水过滤罐3的顶部安装有顶盖2,顶盖2的顶部安装有污水入口1,污水入口1是污水的加入口,污水过滤罐3的内部安装有过滤板4,过滤板4用来对污水进行过滤,污水处理池7的外侧安装有排水口8, 排水口8用来安装排水管9,排水口8上安装有排水管9,排水管9用来将污水排入过滤器11内,排水管9的一端安装有排水泵10,排水泵10的一端安装有过滤器11,过滤器11用来对污水进行吸附过滤,过滤器11的内部安装有活性炭吸附过滤棒12,过滤器11共设置有多个,且多个过滤器11通过循环管13彼此连接,过滤板4共设置有四个,且四个过滤板4均匀安装在污水过滤罐3的内部,且四个过滤板4的过滤孔由上至下依次减小,排水口8共设置有六个,且六个排水口8均匀安装在污水处理池7的外侧,污水过滤罐3与底座5转动连接。
本发明的工作原理是:该设备在使用时,将污水由污水入口1加入污水过滤罐3内,通过污水过滤罐3内的过滤板4对污水进行过滤处理后进入底座5内,在重力作用下由过滤网层6过滤排入污水处理池7内,同时控制污水过滤罐3与底座5转动,使污水在其内转动,在离心作用下,使杂质集中在中心为之处,污水由过滤网层6处甩出并储存污水处理池7内,通过排水泵10将污水处理池7内的污水抽入过滤器11内,通过过滤器11内的活性炭吸附过滤棒12吸附过滤后排出。
