背景技术

所述烟盒主体1的右上侧设置有容置腔11,所述容置腔11由部分的前壳体12、后壳体13和中框支架14围成。该容置腔11具有两侧开口,包括右侧边开口和顶端开口。所述加热件3竖直设置于所述容置腔11内,其中,加热件3的底部固定在中框支架14上,且加热件3的底端伸入内腔中并焊接于所述主板上。
所述烟仓2的外形与所述容置腔11的形状相适配,且烟仓2可拆卸的设置于容置腔11内。所述烟仓2内设有加热腔21,所述加热腔21的形状与烟弹6的形状相适配。如图2所示,所述加热腔21的底端设置有插孔27,烟仓2安装于容置腔11内时,所述加热件3从所述插孔27进入烟仓2的加热腔21内,烟仓2从容置腔11内取出时,加热件3从所述插孔27内退出加热腔21。所述插孔27的形状与所述加热件3的横截面的形状相适配,例如,当加热件3为片状时,所述插孔27为方形,当所述加热件3为针状时,所述插孔27为圆形。当然,所述加热件3的数量可以为一个或者多个,当加热件3的数量为多个时,所述插孔27的数量以及位置与加热件3的数量和位置相对应。
所述烟仓2可通过磁吸、卡扣或者弹簧等形式与容置腔11进行可拆卸连接。在本实施例中,所述烟仓2的底部设置有第一磁吸件25,所述烟盒主体1内靠近所述容置腔11的位置设置有第二磁吸件4,将烟仓2安装于容置腔11时,第一磁吸件25与第二磁吸件4相吸,可将烟仓2牢固地固定在容置腔11内;需要取出烟仓2时,可从右侧向上推所述烟仓2,即可使第一磁吸件25脱离第二磁吸件4的吸附作用,顺利将烟仓2取出。可选择的,也可以在烟仓2的底侧设置第一卡扣件,在容置腔11的底部设置可与第一卡扣件相卡合或分离的第二卡扣件,将烟仓2安装于容置腔11时,按压烟仓2可使第一卡扣件与第二卡扣件卡合,实现烟仓2的固定;需要取出烟仓2时,可从右侧向上推所述烟仓2,即可使第一卡扣件与第二卡扣件分离,顺利将烟仓2取出。
所述烟仓2的右侧与所述容置腔11的侧边开口相对应的位置设置有防滑装置26,在向外推烟仓2时,所述防滑装置26可起到防滑作用。
具体的,所述烟仓2包括上壳22、下壳23和具有顶端开口的烟弹套筒24。所述上壳22盖设于所述下壳23上,所述上壳22的顶端设有圆形通孔,所述烟弹套筒24的顶端固定于所述圆形通孔内。所述烟弹套筒24的内部构成所述加热腔21,烟弹套筒24的顶端的外圈横截面为正多边形,所述圆形通孔的内圈为所述正多边形的外接圆。如图2所示,所述烟弹套筒24的顶端可卡接于所述圆形通孔内,且当烟弹套筒24的顶端卡设于所述圆形通孔内时,烟弹套筒24的周边与圆形通孔之间具有进气间隙,所述烟弹套筒24的底端开设有透气孔28。吸烟时,外界气流可从进气缝隙处进入烟仓2内部,然后从所述透气孔28进入加热腔21内,以便于烟草加热散发烟气。
优选的,如图4所示,所述烟仓2的下壳23的前后两侧上分别设置有一个导向槽231,所述导向槽231沿竖直方向设置,所述前壳体12以及后壳体13的内侧壁上对应设置有导向件121,所述导向件121可滑动的设置于所述导向槽231内。在安装或者推出烟仓2时,所述导向件121和导向槽231可为烟仓2的移动方向起导向作用。所述下壳23的前后两侧壁上分别对称设置有一个第一行程限制槽232和一个第二行程限制槽233,所述前壳体12以及后壳体13的内侧壁上对应设置有卡扣凸起122,所述第一行程限制槽232和第二行程限制槽233之间相隔开,且两者在同一竖直方向上,所述第一行程限制槽232的长度等于所述加热件3在容置腔11内的长度,所述第二行程限制槽233一直通到烟仓2底端。安装烟仓2时,所述卡扣凸起122从第二行程限制槽233跳至第一行程限制槽232时,代表烟仓2与烟盒主体1已经是连接上的状态,此时烟仓2在烟盒主体1内可滑动但不会掉落出来;当卡扣凸起122顶到第一行程限制槽232的顶端时,第一磁吸件25与第二磁吸件4相吸附,烟仓2被牢固地固定在容置腔11内,同时加热件3也完全位于加热腔21内。
由于所述容置腔11是具有两侧开口,为了保护加热件3,所述容置腔11内还设置有保护套筒5,所述加热件3位于所述保护套筒5的内部。所述保护套筒5的内径大于所述烟弹套筒24的外径,当烟仓2插入容置腔11内时,所述烟弹套筒24是位于保护套筒5的内部。取出烟仓2后,加热件3位于保护套筒5的内部,可避免其他东西误触到加热件3。
实施例二
本实施例为:一种电子烟具的取烟方式,适用于实施例一所述的电子烟具,包括以下步骤:
S1、从烟盒主体1的容置腔11的右边开口处向上推出烟仓2,直至加热件3脱离烟仓2加热腔21底部的插孔27(此时卡扣凸起122是顶在第一行程限制槽232的底端);此时电子烟具的状态如图5所示。
S2、将烟弹6从加热腔21内拔出,此时电子烟具的状态如图6所示。
S3、继续向上推出所述烟仓2,卡扣凸起122跳入第二行程限制槽233内,使烟仓2完全脱离烟盒主体1后,此时电子烟具的状态如图7所示,对烟仓2进行清洁(步骤S3可根据需要选择进行或者不进行)。
综上所述,本申请提供的电子烟具以及该电子烟具的取烟方式可实现与现有技术完全不同的推出式取烟,不仅能够避免损坏加热件3、提高取烟的便携性,而且方便清洁加热腔21。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子烟具,用于安装烟弹并对烟弹进行加热,其特征在于,包括烟盒主体、烟仓和加热件,
    所述烟盒主体内部设置有相连接的电池和主板,烟盒主体上设有带两侧开口的容置腔,所述加热件位于所述容置腔内,且加热件电连接于所述主板;
    所述烟仓的外形与所述容置腔的形状相适配,且烟仓可拆卸的设置于容置腔内;所述烟仓内设有加热腔,所述加热腔的底端设置有供加热件插入加热腔的插孔,所述加热腔的形状与烟弹的形状相适配。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟具,其特征在于,所述烟仓的外侧设置有导向槽,导向槽的延伸方向与所述加热件的延伸方向平行;所述容置腔的内侧壁上对应设置有导向件,所述导向件可滑动的设置于所述导向槽内。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟具,其特征在于,所述烟仓的底部设置有第一磁吸件,所述烟盒主体内靠近所述容置腔的位置设置有第二磁吸件。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟具,其特征在于,所述烟仓的底侧设置有第一卡扣件,所述容置腔的底部设置有可与第一卡扣件相卡合或分离的第二卡扣件。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟具,其特征在于,所述烟仓包括壳体以及具有顶端开口的烟弹套筒,所述壳体的顶端设有圆形通孔;所述烟弹套筒的内部构成所述加热腔,烟弹套筒的顶端的外圈横截面为正多边形,烟弹套筒的顶端卡设于所述圆形通孔内时,烟弹套筒的周边与圆形通孔之间具有进气间隙;所述烟弹套筒的底端开设有透气孔。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的电子烟具,其特征在于,还包括保护套筒,所述保护套筒固定于所述烟盒主体的容置腔内,所述加热件位于所述保护套筒的内部;所述保护套筒的内径大于所述烟弹套筒的外径。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟具,其特征在于,所述容置腔包括侧边开口以及顶端开口,所述烟仓与所述容置腔的侧边开口相对应的位置设置有防滑装置。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟具,其特征在于,所述烟仓的外侧壁上设置有第一行程限制槽,所述容置腔的内侧壁上对应设置有卡扣凸起,所述第一行程限制槽的长度等于所述加热件在容置腔内的长度。
  9. 一种电子烟具的取烟方式,适用于权利要求1-8任意一项所述的电子烟具,其特征在于,包括步骤:
    S1、从烟盒主体的容置腔的侧边开口处向上推出烟仓,直至加热件脱离烟仓加热腔底部的插孔;
    S2、将烟弹从加热腔内拔出。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的电子烟具的取烟方式,其特征在于,所述步骤S2之后还包括步骤S3:继续向上推出所述烟仓,使烟仓完全脱离烟盒主体后,对烟仓进行清洁。
