Abstract

一种营养注射器盖帽,营养注射器盖帽由外壳(1)和内芯(2)组装而成,内芯(2)包括针筒堵头(7),针筒堵头(7)外一体设有环壁(10),环壁(10)其壁面上设有切割槽(11),螺纹增加仿形切割槽(11),有斜开窗和垂直开窗两种形式,环壁(10)内表面设有螺纹,环壁(10)上设有环形槽(13),环形槽(13)上设有外啮合齿(14);外壳(1)呈两端开口的圆形壳体状,一端开口处设有与环形槽(13)适配的阶梯状卡圈(8),阶梯状卡圈(8)上设有与外啮合齿(14)适配的内啮合齿(15),外壳(1)的外表面为球台形和/或锥台形。螺纹外开窗便于在安装时注射器下压、顶开双螺纹的牙,减少医护工作者的疲劳程度;且巧妙利用重心向下的原理,无论注射器盖帽以那个角度抛落在桌面,其内芯均朝上,便于护理人员便捷插入注射器,减少其重新朝上定位的疲劳程度。

Description

一种营养注射器盖帽 技术领域
本发明涉及注射器盖帽。
背景技术
肠外(静脉)营养在危重症病人的抢救中占有关键的地位,但是一直因为各方面条件限制我们肠外营养的实施很不规范,许多大的医院、大医院的重点科室都做不到规范的静脉营养实施,现在肠外(静脉)营养普遍提倡“all in one”(所有均混合在一起)即是将所有的营养物质(主要是脂肪乳、氨基酸、葡萄糖)先融在一起然后再输注到病人体内。
医护工作者在准备待用营养注射器时会将一批需要组装的注射器针筒及盖帽放至组装台,当医护工作人员将一批盖帽放至桌面,盖帽随机跌落到桌面上时,有的盖帽的开口朝上、有的盖帽的开口朝下,开口朝上的盖帽不便于医护工作者插入营养注射器,当需要组装很多注射器时医护工作人员容易疲劳,工作强度大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供注射器盖帽,便于在安装时注射器下压,很容易顶开双螺纹上的牙,螺纹外开窗便于在安装时注射器下压、顶开双螺纹的牙,便于医护工作者插入营养注射器,减少疲劳程度。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计注射器盖帽,营养注射器盖帽由外壳和内芯组装而成,内芯包括盲孔状的针筒堵头,针筒堵头外一体设有环壁,针筒堵头与环壁同轴设置,环壁其壁面上设有切割槽,环壁内表面设有螺纹,切割槽设置在螺纹牙的一侧,环壁上端与针筒堵头之间构成环形空腔,环壁下端其外表面上设有环形槽, 环形槽的环形面上设有外啮合齿,环壁底部设有上大下小的锥面;外壳呈两端开口的圆形壳体状,一端开口处设有与环形槽适配的阶梯状卡圈,外壳与内芯通过环形槽及阶梯状卡圈组装而成,阶梯状卡圈上设有与外啮合齿适配的内啮合齿,外壳的外表面为球台形和/或锥台形。内芯平面的底端及外壳曲面的侧面就基本保证了随机跌落到桌面上时,自动开口朝上。螺纹增加仿形切割槽,有斜开窗和垂直开窗两种形式,便于在安装时注射器下压,很容易顶开双螺纹上的牙,由于切割槽的存在,螺纹的牙向外被挤出,更加便于医护工作者插入营养注射器,减少其疲劳程度。另外,巧妙利用重心向下的原理,无论注射器盖帽以那个角度抛落在桌面,其内芯均朝上,便于护理人员便捷插入注射器,减少其重新朝上定位的疲劳程度。
进一步的技术方案是,切割槽为螺旋槽,其设置在牙的上侧和/或下侧;切割槽的方向为沿螺纹的螺旋线方向。
进一步的技术方案是,切割槽为U形槽,其设置在牙的左侧和/或右侧。
进一步的技术方案是,螺纹为双螺纹;所述外壳的外表面开设若干个凹槽,凹槽沿外壳的外表面均匀设置且凹槽的方向与环壁的轴线方向相同。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:内芯平面的底端及外壳曲面的侧面就基本保证了随机跌落到桌面上时,自动开口朝上。螺纹增加仿形切割槽,有斜开窗和垂直开窗两种形式,便于在安装时注射器下压,很容易顶开双螺纹上的牙,由于切割槽的存在,螺纹的牙向外被挤出,更加便于医护工作者插入营养注射器,减少其疲劳程度。外壳与内芯插接式连接,且在连接处设置齿形,能够避免连接后外壳与内芯之间的旋转。另外,巧妙利用重心向下的原理,无论注射器盖帽以那个角度抛落在桌面,其内芯均朝上,便于护理人员便捷插入注射器,减少其重新朝上定位的疲劳程度。

下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例一:
如图1至图6所示,本发明是注射器盖帽,营养注射器盖帽由外壳1和内芯2组装而成,内芯2包括盲孔状的针筒堵头7,针筒堵头7外一体设有环壁10,针筒堵头7与环壁10同轴设置,环壁10其壁面上设有切割槽11,环壁10内表面设有与注射器针筒4顶端的外螺纹5适配的内螺纹6(注射器结构包括针筒4,设置在针筒4内的芯杆17,芯杆顶端设置胶塞18),切割槽11设置在内螺纹6其牙的一侧,环壁10上端与针筒堵头7之间构成环形空腔3,环壁10下端其外表面上设有环形槽13,环形槽13的环形面上设有外啮合齿14,环壁10底部设有上大下小的锥面12;外壳1呈两端开口的圆形壳体状,一端开口处设有与环形槽适 配的阶梯状卡圈8,外壳1与内芯2通过环形槽13及阶梯状卡圈8组装而成,阶梯状卡圈8上设有与外啮合齿14适配的内啮合齿15,外壳1的外表面(即侧面9)为球台形和/或锥台形。切割槽11为螺旋槽,其设置在牙的上侧和/或下侧;切割槽11的方向为沿螺纹的螺旋线方向。螺纹为双螺纹,具体为双头右旋螺纹,螺距为2.5mm,导距为5.0mm;所述外壳1的外表面开设若干个凹槽16,凹槽16沿外壳1的外表面均匀设置且凹槽的方向与环壁的轴线方向相同。
实施例二:
与实施例一的不同在于,如图7、图8所示,切割槽11为U形槽,其设置在牙的左侧和/或右侧。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

  1. 一种营养注射器盖帽,其特征在于,营养注射器盖帽由外壳和内芯组装而成,内芯包括盲孔状的针筒堵头,针筒堵头外一体设有环壁,针筒堵头与环壁同轴设置,环壁其壁面上设有切割槽,环壁内表面设有螺纹,切割槽设置在螺纹牙的一侧,环壁上端与针筒堵头之间构成环形空腔,环壁下端其外表面上设有环形槽,环形槽的环形面上设有外啮合齿,环壁底部设有上大下小的锥面;外壳呈两端开口的圆形壳体状,一端开口处设有与环形槽适配的阶梯状卡圈,外壳与内芯通过环形槽及阶梯状卡圈组装而成,阶梯状卡圈上设有与外啮合齿适配的内啮合齿,外壳的外表面为球台形和/或锥台形。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的营养注射器盖帽,其特征在于,所述切割槽为螺旋槽,其设置在牙的上侧和/或下侧;切割槽的方向为沿螺纹的螺旋线方向。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的营养注射器盖帽,其特征在于,所述切割槽为U形槽,其设置在牙的左侧和/或右侧。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的营养注射器盖帽,其特征在于,所述螺纹为双螺纹;所述外壳的外表面开设若干个凹槽,凹槽沿外壳的外表面均匀设置且凹槽的方向与环壁的轴线方向相同。
