一种幕墙灯结构 技术领域
本发明涉及幕墙灯技术领域,特别是一种幕墙灯结构。
背景技术
传统的玻璃幕墙结构均存在以下问题:
1、户外灯具安装人工成本的问题:
传统玻璃幕墙结构安装灯具需事先在幕墙装饰盖板上固定灯具的配合铝槽或固定夹才能良好的将灯具固定,像较重的灯具固定螺丝要穿透整个龙骨结构才能有效固定,费时费工费成本。
2、户外灯具售后维护的问题:
建筑和玻璃幕墙如果按照使用寿命100年计算,户外灯具目前最长质保按5年计算,一栋玻璃幕墙结构的楼宇亮化灯具需更换20次,传统结构安装的灯具拆装需松螺丝拆除旧灯具,再打螺丝安装新的灯具,包括维修都是这样操作,可想而知这样的操作幕墙结构重复打螺丝孔按每支最少2个计算,20次,按5000支灯具,也即20万个螺丝孔,如此对幕墙的的结构稳定性造成了影响。
3、越来越高的业主合理要求:
如今很多的业主或甲方要求安装户外亮化的灯具不能破坏原有的结构和外观,重量不能对楼宇或幕墙结构产生不利影响。
技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种幕墙灯结构。
技术解决方案
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种幕墙灯结构,包括幕墙龙骨和龙骨装饰盖板,龙骨装饰盖板安装在幕墙龙骨上,并且在幕墙龙骨上形成安装玻璃的安装槽,在所述龙骨装饰盖板的外表面凹陷成型有一卡槽,在该卡槽上安装有灯条。
上述技术方案中,所述卡槽的内壁上设置有卡扣,通过该卡扣与灯条上的卡孔配合,实现将灯条固定在卡槽中。
上述技术方案中,所述龙骨装饰盖板安装在一支撑底座上,支撑底座通过锁固件固定在幕墙龙骨上。
上述技术方案中,所述支撑底座与龙骨装饰盖板通过卡扣固定。
上述技术方案中,所述幕墙龙骨的侧面形成有中心凸条,所述支撑底座固定在该中心凸条上,并在中心凸条的左右两侧形成有所述的安装槽。
上述技术方案中,所述安装槽内与玻璃边缘接触的部分设置有软垫。
上述技术方案中,所述软垫部分嵌固在所述安装槽两侧壁上的软垫固定槽中。
上述技术方案中,所述灯条的非出光部分嵌装在所述卡槽内,出光部分露出所述卡槽外。
上述技术方案中,所述灯条为硅胶灯条。
上述技术方案中,所述卡槽的内底面设置有穿孔,所述灯条的连接线穿过该穿孔而隐藏在龙骨装饰盖板内。
有益效果
1、解决户外灯具安装人工成本的问题:可实现快速安装,不用打一颗螺丝就可以将灯条良好固定,甚至一次可以安装10米一条,并且可以抗十二级风的能力,几乎是安装龙骨装饰盖板的同时就可以将灯带卡进去,几乎等同于省去安装灯具的时间。
2、解决户外灯具售后维护的问题:仅需一边按适当拉力拆下,一边就可以往卡槽里安装灯条,维护相当便利。
3、满足越来越高的业主合理要求:硅胶灯条重量轻,不需要破坏原有的龙骨结构,不会对楼宇或幕墙结构产生不利影响。

本发明的最佳实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1-4所示,一种幕墙灯结构,包括幕墙龙骨1和龙骨装饰盖板2,龙骨装饰盖板2安装在幕墙龙骨1上,并且在幕墙龙骨1上形成安装玻璃4的安装槽3,在所述龙骨装饰盖板2的外表面凹陷成型有一卡槽21,在该卡槽21上安装有灯条5,该灯条5为采用硅胶灯条,其重量为传统硬灯条的六分之一,薄而轻可折弯,安装便利而重量轻,可以很好地。硅胶灯条包括硅胶基座以及LED灯珠板以及封装胶。
具体的,所述卡槽21的内壁上设置有卡扣22,通过该卡扣22与灯条5上的卡孔51配合,实现将灯条5固定在卡槽21中。通过卡扣22和卡孔51的方式,拆装便捷。
具体的,所述龙骨装饰盖板2安装在一支撑底座23上,支撑底座23通过锁固件固定在幕墙龙骨1上。所述支撑底座23与龙骨装饰盖板2通过卡扣固定。所述幕墙龙骨1的侧面形成有中心凸条11,所述支撑底座23固定在该中心凸条11上,并在中心凸条11的左右两侧形成有所述的安装槽3。
具体的,所述安装槽3内与玻璃4边缘接触的部分设置有软垫6,软垫6可以避免玻璃4安装的刚接触,防止对玻璃4造成损坏。所述软垫6部分嵌固在所述安装槽3两侧壁上的软垫6固定槽中。
其中,所述灯条5的非出光部分嵌装在所述卡槽21内,出光部分露出所述卡槽21外。部分灯条5隐藏在卡槽21中,可以减少灯条5过于突出,使得整个幕墙灯的外形更加美观。
其中,所述卡槽21的内底面设置有穿孔24,所述灯条5的连接线52穿过该穿孔24而隐藏在龙骨装饰盖板2内。避免连接线52外露而造成的外形不美观的问题并且可以避免连接线52容易损坏的问题,提高灯条5的使用寿命。
并且,灯条5的硅胶颜色可以根据龙骨装饰盖板2的颜色进行匹配,使得白天在5米之外几乎看不到灯条5的存在,即真正意义上的见光不见灯,很好的满足不同业主的个性化需要。
以上的实施例只是在于说明而不是限制本发明,故凡依本发明专利申请范围所述的方法所做的等效变化或修饰,均包括于本发明专利申请范围内。

  1. 一种幕墙灯结构,包括幕墙龙骨和龙骨装饰盖板,龙骨装饰盖板安装在幕墙龙骨上,并且在幕墙龙骨上形成安装玻璃的安装槽,其特征在于:在所述龙骨装饰盖板的外表面凹陷成型有一卡槽,在该卡槽上安装有灯条。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种幕墙灯结构,其特征在于:所述卡槽的内壁上设置有卡扣,通过该卡扣与灯条上的卡孔配合,实现将灯条固定在卡槽中。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种幕墙灯结构,其特征在于:所述龙骨装饰盖板安装在一支撑底座上,支撑底座通过锁固件固定在幕墙龙骨上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种幕墙灯结构,其特征在于:所述支撑底座与龙骨装饰盖板通过卡扣固定。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种幕墙灯结构,其特征在于:所述幕墙龙骨的侧面形成有中心凸条,所述支撑底座固定在该中心凸条上,并在中心凸条的左右两侧形成有所述的安装槽。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种幕墙灯结构,其特征在于:所述安装槽内与玻璃边缘接触的部分设置有软垫。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种幕墙灯结构,其特征在于:所述软垫部分嵌固在所述安装槽两侧壁上的软垫固定槽中。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种幕墙灯结构,其特征在于:所述灯条的非出光部分嵌装在所述卡槽内,出光部分露出所述卡槽外。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种幕墙灯结构,其特征在于:所述灯条为硅胶灯条。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种幕墙灯结构,其特征在于:所述卡槽的内底面设置有穿孔,所述灯条的连接线穿过该穿孔而隐藏在龙骨装饰盖板内。
