技术领域
本申请涉及锁具技术领域,尤其涉及一种防盗锁。
背景技术
通讯室外柜应用在室外环境,机柜内部安装贵重通讯设备和电池。外场偷盗事件给客户带来了巨大的经济损失同时使整个网络短期瘫痪。局方的机柜锁多次被柔性工具及刚性工具破坏的事件驱动我们从结构方面提升锁自身防破坏能力,致力于提升整体室外柜防盗能力。
行业室外产品所使用的防盗锁大多属于同等系列,结构形式属于多年前老形式,防盗能力弱。现有的锁具的结构可以参见图1和图2所示,图1中包括上锁体11和下锁体12,下锁体12上具有一与上锁体11大小相匹配的容纳腔13,在锁关闭状态下,上锁体11刚好位于该容纳腔13内,容纳腔13与下锁体12上的锁芯相贯通,由于该容纳腔13的内壁和上锁体11的外壁都是平滑的,所以在锁关闭状态下,上锁体11和下锁体12之间会形成一个直通的缝隙,一旦对锁具熟悉的偷盗者沿着这个缝隙伸入刚性工具,则该刚性工具就可以沿着容纳腔13的内壁和上锁体11外壁之间的缝隙进入容纳腔13内部,这样,该锁的锁芯会很轻易地被破坏。图2中的锁具也包括一个上锁体21和下锁体22,图2中锁具的锁芯位于上锁体21上 (图2中未画出),图2中的下锁体22也包括一个容纳腔23,用于容纳上锁体21以及设置在上锁体21上的锁芯,在锁关闭状态下,上锁体21和锁芯都位于该容纳腔23中,同样的,由于该容纳腔23的内壁和上锁体21的外壁都是平滑的,该锁具也会很轻易地被偷盗者打开,因此提升原有锁具的防盗能力提升整体室外柜防盗能力显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供的防盗锁,主要解决的技术问题是:现有锁具在锁关闭状态下,上锁体和下锁体之间会形成一个直通裸露的缝隙,导致现有锁具防盗能力弱的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请实施例提供一种新的防盗锁,包括:
上锁体和下锁体,所述上锁体包括一延伸部,所述下锁体包括用于与所述延伸部配合以收容所述上锁体的容纳腔室,在锁关闭状态下,所述容纳腔室的内壁与所述延伸部的外壁之间形成阻挡结构,所述阻挡结构用于防止外界物质进入所述容纳腔室。
本申请的有益效果是:
根据本申请实施例提供的防盗锁,在锁关闭状态下,下锁体容纳腔室的内壁与上锁体上的延伸部的外壁之间可以形成阻挡结构,通过该阻挡结构,可以防止外界物质通过容纳腔室的内壁和延伸部的外壁之间的间隙进入容纳腔室内部,进而可以防止外界物质对容纳腔室内部的结构进行破坏,提升了锁具的防盗能力。
本申请其他特征和相应的有益效果在说明书的后面部分进行阐述说明,且应当理解,至少部分有益效果从本申请说明书中的记载变的显而易见。

具体实施方式
为了使本申请的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本申请实施例作进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
为了提升现有锁具的防盗能力,本申请实施例提供一种新的防盗锁,本申请实施例提供的防盗锁包括上锁体和下锁体,其中,下锁体包括一容纳腔室,用于容纳上锁体,上锁体包括一延伸部,本申请实施例中的延伸部是指上锁体上从其上方延伸出来的部件,也即当上锁体的底部包含有锁芯结构时,延伸部则是指上锁体上不包含该锁芯结构的部件,当然了,当上锁体上不存在锁芯结构时,延伸部与上锁体等同。在锁关闭状态下,容纳腔室的内壁与延伸部的外壁之间形成阻挡结构,该阻挡结构用于防止外界物质进入通过容纳腔室的内壁与延伸部的外壁之间的间隙进入容纳腔室内部。
应当理解的是,阻挡结构可以是片状式结构,可以是台体式机构,也可以由片状式结构和台体式结构共同构成。
在本申请实施例提供的第一种示例中,该防盗锁的结构示意图可以参见图3所示,防盗锁的阻挡结构包括凸起阻挡台30,该凸起阻挡台30是形成在容纳腔室320内壁上的凸起结构,图3中示出的防盗锁包括上锁体31和下锁体32,上锁体31包括锁芯310以及延伸部311,本示例中延伸部311是指上锁体31上端延伸出来的不包含锁芯结构的区域,下锁体32包括一容纳腔室320,用于在锁关闭状态下收容上锁体31,此时,上锁体31的锁芯310也位于容纳腔室320中。应当说明的是,在其他的实施例中,下锁体32中可以包括锁芯结构。
应当理解的是,如图4-1所示,凸起阻挡台30可以形成在容纳腔室320的内侧壁上,在锁关闭状态下,延伸部311的端部底面可以与凸起阻挡台30的至少部分顶面形成紧密接触,此时凸起阻挡台30也即阻挡结构的至少部分位于容纳腔室320的内侧壁和延伸部311的外侧壁之间;或者,在其他的一些实施例中,在锁关闭状态下,延伸部311的外侧壁可以与凸起阻挡台30的至少部分侧面形成紧密接触,也即如图4-2所示,此时凸起阻挡 台30也即阻挡结构位于容纳腔室320的内侧壁与延伸部311的外侧壁之间。
如图4-3所示,凸起阻挡台30还可以形成在容纳腔室320的内底壁边缘上,同样的,在锁关闭状态下,延伸部311的端部底面可以与该凸起阻挡台30的至少部分顶面形成紧密接触,此时凸起阻挡台30也即阻挡结构位于容纳腔室320的内底壁与延伸部311的外底壁之间;或者,延伸部311的外侧壁可以与凸起阻挡台30的至少部分侧面形成紧密接触。
在本申请实施例提供的第一种示例中,通过在容纳腔室320的内壁形成凸起阻挡台30,使锁关闭状态下的凸起阻挡台30的外表面与延伸部311的外表面之间至少存在一段紧密接触的区域,这部分紧密接触的区域加大了外界物质进入容纳腔室320内部的难度。
在本申请实施例提供的第二种示例中,还提供了一种防盗锁,具体的请参见图5所示,本示例提供的防盗锁同样包括上锁体51和下锁体52,上锁体51包括延伸部510以及与延伸部510端部的底面连接的凸起配合台511,应当说明的是,本实施例中的凸起配合台511可以将延伸部510端部的底面完全覆盖,也可以在延伸部510端部的边缘遗留出一部分空白区域。本实施例中的下锁体52包括用于与延伸部510配合以收容上锁体51的容纳腔室520,在锁关闭状态下,上锁体51的延伸部510以及凸起配合台511都位于容纳腔室520中,容纳腔室520的内壁上形成有凸起阻挡台521,凸起阻挡台521的大小与形状与凸起配合台511的大小与形状相匹配,凸起配合台511的配合面与凸起阻挡台521的阻挡面相匹配,在锁关闭状态下,凸起阻挡台521和凸起配合台511共同构成了阻挡结构,此时,该配合面与阻挡面形成紧密接触,从而可以有效的阻止外界物质进入容纳腔室520内部。
应当理解的是,本示例中的凸起阻挡台521可以形成在容纳腔室520的内侧壁上,也可以形成在容纳腔室520的内底壁边缘上。
图5中示出的防盗锁结构中的凸起阻挡台521由一个阻挡凸台组成,对应的,凸起配合台511也是由一个配合凸台组成,可选的,该阻挡凸台的宽度可以大于2毫米小于5毫米,其对应的阻挡凸台和配合凸台的位置关系可以参见图6所示,本实施例凸起配合台511的配合面是指凸起配合台511上在锁关闭状态下可以与凸起阻挡台521接触的面,凸起阻挡台521的阻挡面是指凸起阻挡台521上在锁关闭状态下可以与凸起配合台511接触的面,在图6中,凸起配合台511的配合面为凸起配合台511的侧面,凸起阻挡台521的阻挡面为凸起阻挡台521的侧面,在锁关闭状态下,配合凸台的侧面与阻挡凸台的侧面紧密接触,延伸部510端部底面的空白区域与阻挡凸台的顶面紧密接触,所谓延伸部510端部底面的空白区域是指延伸部510端部的底面上未连接配合凸台的区域。
为了进一步提升锁具的防盗性,加大外界物质进入容纳腔室520内部的难度,本示例中凸起阻挡台521的阻挡面与凸起配合台511的配合面接触时,这个接触部分可以具有多个弯折结构,也即接触部分是非平面结构。比如,本示例中的凸起阻挡台521可以为阶梯式台体,也可以是波浪式台体,也可以是锯齿式台体,相应的,凸起配合台511也可以为阶梯式台体,也可以是波浪式台体,也可以是锯齿式台体。
在凸起阻挡台521为阶梯式台体时,形成在容纳腔室520内侧壁上的凸起阻挡台521与连接在延伸部510端部底面上的凸起配合台511的结构可以参见图7所示,此时该凸起阻挡台521包括至少两个连续的凸台,各个凸台可以按由高到低的顺序进行排序,也即是图7中的排序顺序,当然了,在一些实施例中,各个凸台的排列顺序也可以是不规则的,比如可以先依次增高再依次降低。还应当说明的是,在凸起阻挡台521为阶梯式台体时,凸起阻挡台521的阻挡面上可以具有凹凸结构,也即是在各个凸台的顶面或者侧面可以形成有凹凸结构,这样可以进一步增大锁具的防盗性, 比如,该阻挡面可以是波浪形状或锯齿形状。
需要说明的是,在凸起阻挡台521为波浪式台体时,形成在容纳腔室520内侧壁上的凸起阻挡台521与连接在延伸部510端部底面上的凸起配合台511的结构可以参见图8-1所示,此时凸起遮挡台的至少部分遮挡面为波浪形状,相应的,与这部分遮挡面对应的凸起配合台511的配合面也应当为相匹配的波浪形状,在锁关闭状态下,遮挡面上的波浪形状与配合面上的波浪形状相配合形成紧密接触。应当说明的是,图8-1中的凸起配合台511是将延伸部510端部的底面完全覆盖了的,但是在一些实施例中,延伸部510端部的底面还可以存在一部分空白区域,该空白区域上也可以形成有波浪形状,此时,凸起阻挡台521上与延伸部510的空白区域相对应的表面位置上也应当形成有波浪形状,这样,在锁关闭状态下,延伸部510的空白区域上的波浪形状可以与凸起阻挡台521的相应表面上的波浪形状配合形成紧密接触。应当说明的是,图8-1中只示出了一种波浪式台体的结构,在其他的实施例中,当凸起阻挡台为波浪式台体时,该凸起阻挡台上与凸起配合台进行配合的侧面还可以是波浪式的,相应的,凸起配合台上与凸起阻挡台的侧面进行配合的配合面也应当具有相应的波浪纹路,具体的请参见图8-2所示。
在凸起阻挡台521为锯齿式台体时,形成在容纳腔室520内侧壁上的凸起阻挡台521与连接在延伸部510端部底面上的凸起配合台511的结构可以参见图9-1所示,此时凸起遮挡台的至少部分遮挡面为锯齿形状,相应的,与这部分遮挡面对应的凸起配合台511的配合面也应当为相匹配的锯齿形状,在锁关闭状态下,遮挡面上的锯齿形状与配合面上的锯齿形状相配合形成紧密接触。应当说明的是,在一些实施例中,延伸部510的空白区域上也可以形成有锯齿形状,此时,凸起阻挡台521上与延伸部510的空白区域相对应的表面位置上也应当形成有锯齿形状,这样,在锁关闭状 态下,延伸部510的空白区域上的锯齿形状可以与凸起阻挡台521的相应表面上的锯齿形状配合形成紧密接触。同样地,图9-1中只示出了一种锯齿式台体的结构,在其他的实施例中,当凸起阻挡台521为锯齿式台体时,该凸起阻挡台521上与凸起配合台511进行配合的侧面还可以是锯齿式的,相应的,凸起配合台511上与凸起阻挡台521的侧面进行配合的配合面也应当具有相应的锯齿纹路,具体的请参见图9-2所示。
为了全方位的进行防盗,本申请实施例中的阻挡结构可以围绕容纳腔室520内侧壁的一周,具体而言,阻挡结构可以组成一个封闭的圆形环,也可以组成一个未封闭的圆形环,此时,在该防盗锁中存在有多个独立的阻挡结构,这些阻挡结构间断围绕容纳腔室520内侧壁的一周。应当理解的是,在一个防盗锁中,凸起阻挡台521的部分遮挡面可以是波浪式形状,另外一部分遮挡面可以是锯齿式形状,或者也可以是其他的不规则凹凸形状。
以凸起阻挡台521封闭环绕容纳腔室520的内侧壁一周,也即是容纳腔室520的内侧壁一周都形成有凸起阻挡台521为例进行说明,当该凸起阻挡台521为锯齿式台体时,该凸起阻挡台521的全部阻挡面可以都具有锯齿纹路,也可以仅有部分遮挡面具有锯齿纹路,特别地,当该容纳腔室520中具有用于容纳锁芯的子腔室时,凸起阻挡台521上对应子腔室的部分侧面可选的可以具有锯齿纹路,此时下锁体的横面剖视图可以参见图9-3所示。图9-3中的锯齿纹路对应的容纳腔室中用于容纳锁芯,也即是图9-3中用虚线对应的容纳腔室中的区域。对于虚线区域的正面剖视图,可以参见9-2,图9-2中还包括对应的凸起配合台511的结构以及延伸部510的结构。
同样的,当封闭环绕容纳腔室520的内侧壁一周的凸起阻挡台521为波浪式台体时,该凸起阻挡台521的至少部分侧面可以具有波浪纹路,特 别地,当该容纳腔室520中具有用于容纳锁芯的子腔室时,凸起阻挡台521上对应子腔室的部分侧面可选的可以具有波浪纹路。
最后还需要说明的是,本申请实施例的凸起阻挡台521可以与下锁体52的主体一体成型,也即凸起阻挡台521可以与下锁体52的主体固定连接,此处所指的下锁体52的主体是指下锁体52上除去凸起阻挡台521的结构,在其他的一些实施例中,该凸起阻挡台521也可以与下锁体52的主体可拆卸连接,当将该凸起阻挡台521可拆卸连接在下锁体52的主体上后,凸起阻挡台521的内侧面也即为容纳腔室520内壁的一部分。同样的,本申请实施例中的凸起配合台511可以与延伸部510端部底面一体成型,在其他的一些实施例中,凸起配合台511也可以与延伸部510端部底面可拆卸连接。
本申请实施例提供的防盗锁,通过容纳腔室内壁上形成的凸起阻挡台对容纳腔室内部进行隔绝,使得普通的非暴力侵入的外界材料无法进入容纳腔室内部,提升了锁具的防盗性,另外,在延伸部端部的底面连接有凸起配合台时,在锁关闭状态下,该凸起配合台的配合面可以与凸起阻挡台的阻挡面形成紧密配合,特别地,当配合面与阻挡面的接触部分具有至少两个弯折结构时,更有效延长了暴力侵入的外界材料进入容纳腔室内部所必须的时间,将锁具防盗能力提升到偷盗耐心时间以外,从而提高了锁具的整体防盗性能。
上述实施例介绍了阻挡结构为台体式结构的防盗锁,而本申请实施例提供一种阻挡结构为片状式结构的防盗锁。本申请实施例提供的防盗锁同样包括上锁体和下锁体,其中,下锁体包括一容纳腔室,用于容纳上锁体,上锁体包括一延伸部,本申请实施例中的延伸部是指上锁体上延伸出来的用于与下锁体的容纳腔室内壁配合的部件,在锁关闭状态下,容纳腔室的内壁与延伸部的外壁之间形成阻挡结构,该阻挡结构用于防止外界物质进 入通过容纳腔室的内壁与延伸部的外壁之间的间隙进入容纳腔室内部。
在本申请实施例提供的第一种示例中,请参见图10所示,阻挡结构包括从容纳腔室1001内壁延伸出的第一阻挡片1002,具体而言,该第一阻挡片1002可以是从容纳腔室1001的内侧壁上延伸出的,在锁关闭状态下,第一阻挡片1002位于容纳腔室1001的内壁与延伸部1003的外壁之间。该第一阻挡片1002可以包括一个第一自由端,在锁关闭状态下,该第一自由端可以与延伸部1003的外壁紧密接触,这样,外界物质就无法顺利的进入容纳腔室内部,图10中示出的第一阻挡片1001为一个规则的平面片状结构,应当理解的是,在其他实施例中,第一阻挡片还可以是具有弯折结构的片状结构,这样更能延长外界物质通过暴力进入容纳腔室内部所必须的时间。
为了全方位的进行防盗,该第一阻挡片可以围绕容纳腔室内侧壁的一周,具体而言,该第一阻挡片可以是一个封闭的圆形环,当然了,该第一阻挡片也可以是一个未封闭的圆形环,此时,在该防盗锁中存在有多个独立的第一阻挡片结构,这些阻挡片结构间断围绕容纳腔室内侧壁的一周。
在本申请实施例提供的第一种示例中,通过从容纳腔室内壁延伸的第一阻挡片对容纳腔室内部进行保护,由于第一阻挡片的阻碍,延长了外界物质通过暴力进入容纳腔室内部的时间,从而提升了防盗锁的防盗能力。
在本申请实施例提供的第二种示例中,请参见图11所示,阻挡结构包括从延伸部1101外壁延伸出的第三阻挡片1102,具体而言,该第三阻挡片1102可以是从延伸部1101的外侧壁上延伸出的,在锁关闭状态下,第三阻挡片1102位于容纳腔室的内壁与延伸部的外壁之间。该第三阻挡片可以包括一个第三自由端,在锁关闭状态下,该第三自由端可以与容纳腔室1103的内壁紧密接触,这样,外界物质就无法顺利的进入容纳腔室内部,图11中示出的第三阻挡片为一个规则的平面片状结构,应当理解的是,在其他 实施例中,第三阻挡片还可以是具有弯折结构的片状结构,这样更能延长外界物质通过暴力进入容纳腔室内部所必须的时间。
在本申请实施例提供的第二种示例中,通过从延伸部的外侧壁上延伸的第三阻挡片对容纳腔室内部进行保护,由于第三阻挡片的阻碍,延长了外界物质通过暴力进入容纳腔室内部的时间,从而提升了防盗锁的防盗能力。为了全方位的进行防盗,第三阻挡片可以围绕延伸部外侧壁的一周,也即在锁关闭状态下,该第三阻挡片可以围绕容纳腔室内侧壁的一周,具体而言,该第三阻挡片可以是一个封闭的圆形环,当然了,该第三阻挡片也可以是一个未封闭的圆形环,此时,在该防盗锁中存在有多个独立的第三阻挡片结构,这些阻挡片结构间断围绕延伸部外侧壁的一周。
在本申请实施例提供的第三种示例中,请参见图12所示,阻挡结构包括从容纳腔室1201内侧壁延伸出的第一阻挡片1202以及从延伸部的外侧壁延伸出的第二阻挡片1203,在锁关闭状态下,第二阻挡片1203位于第一阻挡片1202的上方,且第一阻挡片1202和第二阻挡片1203都位于容纳腔室1201的内侧壁与延伸部1204的外侧壁之间,在锁关闭状态下,第一阻挡片1202的第一自由端与延伸部1204的外侧壁紧密接触,第二阻挡片1203的第二自由端与容纳腔室1201的内侧壁紧密接触,这样就形成了双层阻挡,能够更好的防止外界物质进入容纳腔室内部。需要说明的是,在一些实施例中,在锁关闭状态下,第一阻挡片的第一自由端可以不与延伸部的外侧壁接触,第二阻挡片的第二自由端可以不与容纳腔室的内侧壁接触,这样,在锁关闭状态下,第一阻挡片和第二阻挡片就形成了一个交错结构,这样可以达到提升防盗性的效果。
为了全方位的进行防盗,本示例中的第一阻挡片可以围绕容纳腔室内侧壁的一周,第二阻挡片可以围绕延伸部外侧壁的一周,具体而言,该第一阻挡片和第二阻挡片可以是一个封闭的圆形环,当然了,该第一阻挡片 和第二阻挡片也可以是一个未封闭的圆形环,此时,在该防盗锁中存在有多个独立的第一阻挡片结构和第二阻挡片结构,这些阻挡片结构间断围绕延伸部外侧壁的一周。
应当说明的是,在其他的实施例中,还可以由从容纳腔室的内壁延伸出的多层阻挡片以形成多层阻挡,或者由从延伸部的外侧壁延伸出的多层阻挡片以形成多层阻挡。
本申请实施例提供的防盗锁,通过从容纳腔室内壁上延伸出阻挡片和/或从延伸部外壁上延伸出的阻挡片对容纳腔室内部进行隔绝,使得普通的非暴力侵入的外界材料无法进入容纳腔室内部,更有效延长了暴力侵入的外界材料进入容纳腔室内部所必须的时间,将锁具防盗能力提升到偷盗耐心时间以外,从而提高了锁具的整体防盗性能。

  1. 一种防盗锁,包括:上锁体和下锁体,所述上锁体包括一延伸部,所述下锁体包括用于与所述延伸部配合以收容所述上锁体的容纳腔室,在锁关闭状态下,所述容纳腔室的内壁与所述延伸部的外壁之间形成阻挡结构,所述阻挡结构用于防止外界物质进入所述容纳腔室。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的防盗锁,其中,所述阻挡结构为片状式结构。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的防盗锁,其中,所述阻挡结构包括从所述容纳腔室内壁延伸出的第一阻挡片,在锁关闭状态下,所述第一阻挡片位于所述容纳腔室的内壁与所述延伸部的外壁之间。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的防盗锁,其中,所述第一阻挡片包括第一自由端,在锁关闭状态下,所述第一自由端与所述延伸部的外壁紧密接触。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的防盗锁,其中,所述阻挡结构还包括从所述延伸部的外壁延伸出的第二阻挡片,在锁关闭状态下,所述第二阻挡片位于所述第一阻挡片的上方,且所述第二阻挡片位于所述容纳腔室的内壁与所述延伸部的外壁之间。

  7. 如权利要求2所述的防盗锁,其中,所述阻挡结构由从所述延伸部的外壁延伸出的第三阻挡片构成,所述第三阻挡片包括第三自由端,在锁关闭状态下,所述第三自由端与所述容纳腔室的内壁紧密接触。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的防盗锁,其中,所述阻挡结构为台体式结构。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的防盗锁,其中,所述容纳腔室的内壁上形成有凸起阻挡台,所述阻挡结构包括所述凸起阻挡台。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的防盗锁,其中,所述上锁体还包括与所述延伸部端部的底面连接的凸起配合台,所述阻挡结构还包括所述凸起配合台, 所述凸起配合台的配合面与所述凸起阻挡台的阻挡面相匹配,在锁关闭状态下,所述配合面与所述阻挡面形成紧密接触。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的防盗锁,其中,所述凸起阻挡台为阶梯式台体,或波浪式台体,或锯齿式台体。
  12. 如权利要求1-11任一项所述的防盗锁,其中,所述阻挡结构围绕所述容纳腔室内侧壁的一周。
