其中,本申请提供的液体加热容器即可用于泡茶,也可用于冲泡咖啡或冲泡其它饮品等。

在该些技术方案中,可通过连接管上的限位凸起与止位部进行限位配合,以实现连接管在不同高度位置上的安装。而在需要调节高度时,可转动连接管,并将限位凸起转入到避空槽处,这样连接管的限位凸起便能够在避空槽内上下滑动,以实现连接管的升降,而在连接管升降到位置后,可再次转动连接管,并将限位凸起转动到止位部的上方,这样便可通过止 位部与限位凸起的配合实现连接管在升降后的固定安装。

在该些技术方案中,通过设置防滑结构,能够增大固定夹与连接管之间的摩擦力,从而可防止固定夹与连接管相互打滑的情况发生,进而可增大固定夹的夹持力,其中,具体地,可在固定夹的夹持面上设置凹凸不平的花纹,以增强固定夹的摩擦系数,当然也可在固定夹的夹持面上设置一些摩擦系数大的材料,以增强固定夹的摩擦系数。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,任一所述固定位上均设置有贯穿所述连接管的通孔,所述第二固定件为一固定轴,所述固定轴能够插入到任意高度位置上的所述通孔内,且所述固定轴的两端能够固定在所述容器盖上。
在该些技术方案中,也可在固定位上设置通孔,然后将一固定轴插入到通孔内,并将固定轴的两端安装在容器盖上,这样便可通过通孔与固定轴的配合将连接管固定到不同的高度位置上。
当然,在其它方案中,第二固定件也可为其它结构,即连接管也可通过其它方式进行固定,在此不一一列举。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述连接管伸出所述容器盖的一端上设置有提手,或所述容器盖上设置有把手,所述第二安装孔对应所述把手设置,并贯穿所述把手。
在该些技术方案中,可通过提手来操作连接管的升降,进而实现对滤筒的升降操作,而设置提手一方面便于用户对连接管的操作,防止连接管在升降时打滑,另一方面设置提手也便于用户握住连接管而上下升降连接管。而通过在容器盖上设置把手,使得用户可通过把手来进行容器盖的打开和关闭,因而可提高容器盖的操作便利性。而将第二安装孔对应设置在容器盖的把手处,这样使得把手和第二安装孔都能够重合设置在容器盖的中部,而把手和第二安装孔重合设置,能够使容器盖的结构更加合理美观。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述容器盖和/或所述容器本体具有透光性,比如,容器盖和/或容器本体为全透明结构或部分透明结构。

为了能够更清楚地理解本申请的上述目的、特征和优点,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本申请进行进一步的详细描述。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本申请,但是,本申请还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的其他方式来实施,因此,本申请的保护范围并不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
下面参照图1至图30描述根据本申请一些实施例的泡制组件及液体加热容器。
如图1至图30所示,本申请第一方面的实施例提供了一种泡制组件,用于液体加热容器,泡制组件包括支撑盖1、连接管2和滤筒3,其中,如图1所示,连接管2中空且沿长度方向的两端具有开口,连接管2的一端安装在支撑盖1上,并与支撑盖1的内部连通;滤筒3呈一端开口的筒状,滤筒3的侧壁和/或底壁上设置有滤孔32,滤筒3内设置有散水件34,散水件34上设置有散水孔3444;其中,如图1所示,支撑盖1能够拆卸地安装在滤筒3的开口端上,并使滤筒3、支撑盖1和连接管2组装成浸泡形态;或如图2至图9所示,滤筒3的底壁能够拆卸地安装在连接管2的另一端上,并使滤筒3、连接管2以及支撑盖1组装成淋泡形态,滤筒3的底壁安装在连接管2的另一端上时,散水孔3444与连接管2连通。
本申请第一方面的实施例提供的泡制组件,用于液体加热容器,具体地,泡制组件包括支撑盖1、连接管2和滤筒3,其中,滤筒3用于盛装茶叶,支撑盖1一方面能够拆卸地安装在滤筒3上,以对滤筒3进行封口,此时,可将连接管2的另一端安装在液体加热容器上,这样便能够将滤筒3、支撑盖1和连接管2组装成泡茶形态,以使液体加热容器能够通过该泡制组件进行泡茶,具体地,在利用该泡制组件进行泡茶时,可先将茶叶放在滤筒3和支撑盖1 内,然后即可将连接管2的上端安装在液体加热容器的容器本体4上或容器盖5上,以实现泡制组件的整体安装,并将支撑盖1和滤筒3放入到容器本体4的水中,以进行泡茶,这样即可实现完整的泡茶功能,而在该过程中,茶叶被放在滤筒3和支撑盖1之间,因此支撑盖1还能够防止茶叶从滤筒3中漂浮出来。另一方面滤筒3还能够拆卸地安装在连接管2远离支撑盖1的一端,并与连接管2的内部连通,也即该种泡制组件,还可将滤筒3直接安装在连接管2的另一端,即使滤筒3和支撑盖1分别安装在连接管2的两端,这样便能够将滤筒3、连接管2和支撑盖1组装成淋茶形态,以利用该泡制组件进行淋茶,具体地,在具体使用时,可将支撑盖1直接扣在液体加热容器的容器本体4的底壁上,以使支撑盖1能够与容器本体4底部形成一独立空腔,具体地,比如可将支撑盖1直接罩设安装在容器本体4底部的加热装置上,这样支撑盖1内的水在加热装置的作用下,便能够逐渐沸腾,从而沸腾的水便能够被连接管2引导到滤筒3内,并直接淋到滤筒3内的茶叶上,以实现淋茶,这样就使得液体加热容器具有淋茶功能。该种设置由于滤筒3既能够与支撑盖1拆卸地安装在一起,以实现泡茶功能,又能够安装在连接管2的另一端,以与支撑盖1和连接管2组装成淋茶形态,以进行淋茶,这就使得用户在具体使用该泡制组件时,能够根据实际需要将支撑盖1、连接管2和滤筒3进行不同方式的组装,以组合成淋茶形态的结构或组合成泡茶形态的结构,这样即可通过同一泡制组件既实现淋茶功能,又实现泡茶功能,从而便能够扩大产品的功能,提高产品的实用性,进而便能够更好地满足用户多方面的需求,以提高用户体验。而通过在滤筒3上设置滤孔32,使得滤筒3与容器本体4之间可通过滤孔32进行水的交换,当然,在其它方案中,也可不在滤筒3上设置滤孔32,而在支撑盖1上设置滤孔32,或者在支撑盖1和/或滤筒3的开口处设置缺口,这样泡茶时水便能够通过支撑盖1上的滤孔32或者支撑盖1和/或滤筒3的开口处的缺口进行进水,以实现泡茶。
其中,如图1和图2所示,支撑盖1上设置有进水通道12,而通过在支撑盖1上设置有进水通道12,一方面能够在泡茶时,使容器本体4内的水通过进水孔进入到滤筒3内,另一方面能够在淋茶时,使容器本体4内的水能够不断地进入到支撑盖1内,以确保支撑盖1内具有足够多的水,从而能够确 保淋茶效果。当然,也可如图1、图3至图9所示,不在支撑盖1上设置进水通道12,该种设置,在泡茶时,可通过滤筒3上的孔向滤筒3内进水,而在淋茶时,可通过支撑盖1与容器本体4底部的间隙向支撑盖1内加水,以确保支撑盖1的水量。
其中,如图2所示,进水通道12优选为设置在支撑盖1上的进水孔或如图1所示,进水通道12优选为设置在支撑盖1的边缘上的进水缺口。
其中,这里说明一下,本申请中的泡制组件除了用于泡茶淋茶之外,还可以用于冲淋咖啡或者用于其它饮品的冲泡等,即本申请中的泡制组件不限于只用于茶叶的冲泡,用户还可根据实际情况进行任何其它饮品的冲泡。同时,可在滤筒3的底壁和/或侧壁上设置滤孔32,这样即可通过该滤孔32在泡茶时将水引入到滤筒3内,以实现泡茶。
其中,优选地,滤筒3的底壁和侧壁上均设置有至少一个滤孔32,这样便能够通过滤筒3的侧壁和底壁同时向滤筒3内进水。当然,也可只在滤筒3的侧壁或底壁上设置滤孔32。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,支撑盖1与连接管2为一体式结构,而优选地如图4至图9所示,支撑盖1与连接管2能够拆卸地连接。
在该些实施例中,支撑盖1与连接管2优选为一体式结构,因为一体式结构的力学性能好,因而能够确保支撑盖1与连接管2之间的连接强度,此外,还可将支撑盖1与连接管2一体制成,批量生产,以提高产品的生产效率,降低产品的生产加工成本。当然,支撑盖1与连接管2也可为分体式结构,即可拆卸结构,这样便能够在不使用泡制组件时将支撑盖1和连接管2分开收纳与存放,以提高收纳和存放的便利性,同时,支撑盖1与连接管2为能够拆卸地结构,还能够在支撑盖1与连接管2污损以后,单独对支撑盖1或连接管2进行更换,以提高产品的维修便利性。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,如图4所示,连接管2能够与滤筒3安装的一端上设置有外螺纹,滤筒3的底部上设置有固定孔,固定孔内设置有内螺纹,连接管2与滤筒3通过外螺纹与内螺纹的配合螺纹连接。
在该些实施例中,可在连接管2需要安装到滤筒3内的一端上设置外螺纹,而在滤筒3的底部设置带有内螺纹的固定孔,这样便可通过螺纹连接实现连接 管2与滤筒3之间的固定。而螺纹连接,连接可靠且结构简单,因而能够在确保连接管2与滤筒3可稳定安装的同时,简化产品的结构,降低产品的成本。
其中,优选地,如图6至图8所示,支撑盖1上设置有固定柱14,固定柱14的侧壁上沿固定柱14的周向方向设置有多个间隔设置的第一凸起142,连接管2能够与支撑盖1连接的一端的侧壁内间隔设置有多个槽体21,槽体21由轴向间隔设置的两个挡板与连接管2的内壁组成,任一第一凸起142能够从相邻两个槽体21之间滑入到槽体21的侧部,并卡入到槽体21的上下两个挡板之间。该种结构可通过多个第一凸起142与槽体21之间的卡扣配合将支撑盖1与连接管2可拆卸地安装在一起。
其中,优选地,如图9所示,支撑盖1上设置有安装柱,安装柱的侧壁上设置有能够伸出或缩回的伸缩结构16,连接管2能够与支撑盖1连接的一端的侧壁上设置有卡孔22,连接管2能够与支撑盖1连接的一端能够套设到安装柱上,且伸缩结构16能够从卡孔22伸出,以使支撑盖1与连接管2可拆卸地安装在一起。该种结构,在安装时,可通过外力使伸缩结构16缩回,然后即可将连接管2能够与支撑盖1连接的一端套设到安装柱上,这样在伸缩结构16对准卡孔22时,伸缩结构16便能够自动从卡孔22伸出,以实现支撑盖1与连接管2之间的可拆卸地连接,在拆卸时,使伸缩结构16缩回,连接管2即可从安装柱上拔下来。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,连接管2为能够伸长或缩短的伸缩杆。
在该些实施例中,连接管2能够伸长或缩短使得用户在利用该泡制组件进行泡茶时,能够将连接管2缩短,以将滤筒3向容器本体4的开口提升,这样便能够在泡好茶以后,将滤筒3向上提到茶水面以上,以防止茶叶进一步浸泡在水中,这样用户便能够根据实际需要选择茶叶浸泡的时间,以防止茶叶浸泡时间过长而导致茶水过浓的情况发生。而在下次泡茶时,可通过将连接管2伸长,以使滤筒3又能够继续浸泡在水中,以继续进行泡茶。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,连接管2远离支撑盖1的一端能够拆卸地且能够升降地安装在液体加热容器上。
在该些实施例中,连接管2远离支撑盖1的一端能够拆卸地且能够升降地安装在液体加热容器上使得用户在利用该泡制组件进行泡茶时,能够将连接管 2向上提升,以将滤筒3向容器本体4的开口提升,这样便能够在泡好茶以后,将滤筒3向上提到茶水面以上,以防止茶叶进一步浸泡在水中,这样用户便能够根据实际需要选择茶叶浸泡的时间,以防止茶叶浸泡时间过长而导致茶水过浓的情况发生。而在下次泡茶时,可通过将连接管2向下降,以使滤筒3又能够继续浸泡在水中,以继续进行泡茶。
其中,优选地,如图1和图2所示,滤筒3的底壁和滤筒3的侧壁上均设置有多个滤孔32,该种设置能够使滤孔32的数量较多,因而在泡茶时,水能够快速地进入到滤筒3内,以提高泡茶的速度。同时,该种设置,在泡茶好以后,将滤筒3提起时,滤筒3内的水也能够快速地流出滤筒3,以防止茶水滞留在滤筒3中。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,滤孔32的横截面的面积在大于等于0.2mm 2或小于等于7.1mm 2的范围内。
在该些实施例中,滤孔32的孔径不宜过大也不宜过小,过大会导致茶叶露出滤筒3,过小会导致茶叶堵塞滤孔32,或者进出水过慢的情况发生,因此,滤孔32的横截面的面积优选在大于等于0.2mm 2或小于等于7.1mm 2的范围内。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,如图1至图6、图8和图9所示,散水件34的一端安装在滤筒3上,散水件34的另一端位于滤筒3内或从滤筒3的开口伸出到滤筒3外,散水件34的另一端上设置有容水腔3442,容水腔3442的腔壁上设置有散水孔3444。
在该些实施例中,通过设置散水件34一方面能够在利用泡制组件进行淋茶时实现滤筒3与连接管2之间的可拆卸连接,这样即可便于滤筒3与连接管2之间的拆卸和安装,以便于滤筒3、支撑盖1和连接管2之间进行不同方式的组装。另一方面能够通过散水件34与连接管2之间的导通,在淋茶时将连接管2内的水引导到散水件34内,并通过散水件34将水淋到茶叶上,以实现淋茶,这样即可通过散水件34将连接管2内的水较均匀地淋到茶叶上。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,散水件34设置在滤筒3的底壁上或散水件34设置在滤筒3的侧壁上。
在该些实施例中,散水件34即可设置在滤筒3的底壁上也可设置在滤筒3的侧壁上,但优选地,散水件34设置在滤筒3的底壁上,因为,将散水件 34设置在滤筒3的底壁上,能够节省滤筒3侧壁处的大小,减小泡制组件的横向大小,从而一方面可防止泡制组件过大而导致不好安装的问题,这样便能够提高泡制组件的安装便利性,另一方面能够将滤筒3设置的较大,因而能够提高滤筒3的容量,此外,该种设置还能够使泡制组件的结构更加合理。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,散水件34与滤筒3为一体式结构。
在该些实施例中,散水件34与滤筒3优选为一体式结构,因为一体式结构的力学性能好,因而能够确保散水件34与滤筒3之间的连接强度,此外,还可将散水件34与滤筒3一体制成,批量生产,以提高产品的生产效率,降低产品的生产加工成本。当然,散水件34与滤筒3也可为能够拆卸地结构。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,如图3所示,散水件34包括:安装管342,安装管342的第一端安装在滤筒3上,并能够与连接管2拆卸地连接,安装管342的第二端位于滤筒3内或从滤筒3的开口伸出到滤筒3外;喷头344,喷头344安装在安装管342的第二端上,喷头344上设置有容水腔3442;其中,滤筒3、连接管2以及支撑盖1组装成淋泡形态时,容水腔3442能够通过安装管342与连接管2连通。
在该些实施例中,可通过安装管342实现连接管2与滤筒3之间的连接,而喷头344与安装管342,用于将连接管2内的水经由安装管342喷洒到茶叶上,以实现淋茶。这里的喷头344能够将连接管2引到喷头344内的水大面积喷洒出去,以防止水只能够淋到某个局部区域。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,如图3所示,滤筒3的底壁或侧壁上设置有第一安装孔36,安装管342安装在第一安装孔36内,且安装管342的一端伸入到滤筒3内。当然,在另一方案中,安装管342与滤筒3也可为一体式结构,或安装管342与滤筒3为分体式结构;和/或喷头344与安装管342为一体式结构,或喷头344与安装管342能够拆卸地连接。

如图10至图30所示,本申请第二方面的实施例提供了一种液体加热容器,该液体加热容器包括:容器本体4,容器本体4上设置有容器开口;容器盖5能够打或关闭地盖装在容器本体4的容器开口上;和第一方面任一项实施例提供的泡制组件,泡制组件能够从容器开口安装到容器本体4内。
根据本申请的实施例提供的液体加热容器,具有容器本体4和第一方面任一实施例提供的泡制组件,因此,本申请的实施例提供的液体加热容器具有第一方面任一实施例提供的泡制组件的全部有益效果,在此不一一列举。
在上述实施例中,优选地,如图10至图30所示,滤筒3、支撑盖1和连接管2组装成浸泡形态时,泡制组件的连接管2远离支撑盖1的一端能够拆卸地安装在容器盖5上;容器本体4的底壁上设置有加热装置,滤筒3、连接管2以及支撑盖1组装成泡制组件时,泡制组件的支撑盖1能够盖装在加热装置上,并能够与加热装置和容器本体4的底壁形成一容纳腔。
在该些实施例中,通过设置容器盖5,能够对容器本体4的容器开口进行打开和关闭。而设置加热装置能够加热容器本体4内的水。而连接管2能够拆卸地安装在容器盖5上,且连接管2安装在容器盖5上时,支撑盖1位于容器本体4内,此时,可直接将滤筒3和支撑盖1盖装在一起,以组装成浸泡状态,以使液体加热容器能够用于泡茶。而泡制组件的支撑盖1能够盖装在加热装置上,此时可将滤筒3安装在连接管2的另一端上,以将滤筒3组成组装成淋泡状态,以使液体加热容器能够用于淋茶。而支撑盖1能够与加热装置和容器本体4的底壁形成一容纳腔,使得泡制组件在安装成淋茶形态时,能够在容器本体4内额外限定出一个较小的容纳空间,这样一方面加热装置便能够集中加热容纳腔内的水,以使容纳腔内的水能够快速沸腾,同时,该种设置由于容纳腔 的空间较小,因而容纳腔内的压力能够快速增大,这样便能够确保容纳腔内的压力,以确保被压入到连接管2内的水量,进而便能够确保淋茶效果。
当然,加热装置也可不设置在容器本体4内,此时可通过容器本体4外部的加热装置实现容器本体4内的水的加热。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,如图10至图30所示,滤筒3、支撑盖1和连接管2组装成浸泡组件时,泡制组件的连接管2能够升降地安装在容器盖5上。
在该些实施例中,连接管2能够升降使得用户在利用该泡制组件进行泡茶时,能够将连接管2向上升,以将滤筒3向容器本体4的开口提升,这样便能够在泡好茶以后,将滤筒3向上提到茶水面以上,以防止茶叶进一步浸泡在水中,这样用户便能够根据实际需要选择茶叶浸泡的时间,以防止茶叶浸泡时间过长而导致茶水过浓的情况发生。而在下次泡茶时,可通过将连接管2降下,并将滤筒3降低到容器本体4内的水的液面以上,以使滤筒3又能够继续浸泡在水中,以继续进行泡茶。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,如图10至图30所示,容器盖5上设置有第二安装孔52,滤筒3、支撑盖1和连接管2组装成浸泡组件时,连接管2能够拆卸地且能够沿容器本体4的高度方向升降地安装在第二安装孔52内,并通过第二安装孔52伸出容器盖5外。
在该实施例中,可在容器盖5上设置一个第二安装孔52,并将连接管2的一端与支撑盖1连接,另一端通过第二安装孔52安装到容器盖5上,这样便能够将滤筒3、支撑盖1和连接管2组装成泡茶等所需的形态并将其整体能够拆卸地安装在容器盖5上,以使液体加热容器能够通过该滤筒3和支撑盖1进行泡茶等操作,而在该过程中,茶叶等原材料被放在滤筒3和支撑盖1之间,因此支撑盖1还能够防止茶叶等原材料从滤筒3中漂浮出来。而连接管2的另一端能够拆卸地且能够沿容器盖5的高度方向升降地安装在第二安装孔52内,并通过第二安装孔52伸出容器盖5外,即连接管2能够在容器本体4内上下运动,而连接管2位于容器本体4内的一端与支撑盖1连接,而支撑盖1又盖装在滤筒3上,因此,连接管2在容器本体4内上下运动时,便能够带动支撑盖1和滤筒3上下运动,这样便能够实现滤筒3和支撑盖1在容器本体4内的 升降,这样用户在利用该液体加热容器进行泡茶等操作时,能够将连接管2向上提升,以将滤筒3向容器本体4的开口提升,这样便能够在泡好茶等原材料以后,将滤筒3向上提到液面以上,以防止茶叶等饮品继续浸泡在水中,这样用户便能够根据实际需要选择茶叶等原材料的浸泡时间,以防止茶叶等原材料浸泡时间过长而导致茶水等过浓的情况发生。而在下次进行泡茶等操作时,可通过将连接管2向下降,以使滤筒3又能够继续浸泡在水中,以继续进行泡茶等操作。而连接管2的一端伸出容器盖5,这样便能够在容器盖5外进行连接管2的升降操作,因而在升降滤筒3时,便不用打开容器盖5,因而能够使滤筒3的升降更加便利。
其中,容器本体4的侧壁上设置容器嘴,而通过在容器本体4的侧壁上设置容器嘴,能够通过容器嘴来进行容器本体4内的茶水等的倒出,这样在倒出茶水等时,便不用打开容器盖5,取出滤筒3和支撑盖1组成的泡制组件等,因而能够使茶水等的倒出更加方便。当然,也可不设置容器嘴,而直接通过容器本体4的开口进行茶水等的倒出。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,如图10至图21所示,连接管2沿连接管2的高度方向上间隔设置有两个或两个以上卡扣结构,容器盖5上、第二安装孔52的边缘上设置有配合结构,任一卡扣结构均能够与配合结构配合,以将连接管2安装在容器盖5上。
在该些实施例中,可在连接管2的不同高度位置上设置卡扣结构,这样在安装连接管2时,便能够通过不同高度位置的卡扣结构与配合结构配合,以实现连接管2在容器盖5的不同高度位置上的安装,这样便能够在滤筒3、支撑盖1和连接管2组装成泡茶等操作所需的形态时实现连接管2的上下升降,进而便可带动滤筒3和支撑盖1进行上下升降,以合理调整泡茶等操作的时间。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,如图10至图14以及图21所示,卡扣结构为设置在连接管2的侧壁上的第一环形卡槽23,第一环形卡槽23沿连接管2的周向方向设置,配合结构为两个或两个以上沿第二安装孔52的周向分布在第二安装孔52的边缘上的弹性柱塞6;其中,弹性柱塞6靠近连接管2的一端能够卡入到任一第一环形卡槽23内,以将连接管2能够沿容器本体4的高度方向升降地安装在容器盖5上。
在该些实施例中,由于弹性柱塞6具有一定的弹性,因此可在第二安装孔52的边缘设置一圈弹性柱塞6,并在连接管2的不同高度位置上设置第一环形卡槽23,这样在具体调节连接管2的高度,以进行连接管2的升降时,只需要上下拉动连接管2即可,而在连接管2的高度位置调节好后,多个弹性柱塞6能够在弹性作用下自动卡入到对应高度位置上的第一环形卡槽23,以自动实现连接管2在升降后的固定。该种设置可通过多个弹性柱塞6与不同高度位置的第一环形卡槽23实现连接管2的升降安装以及升降后的固定安装,因此,在使用时,可随意上下升降连接管2,以实现滤筒3的升降。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,如图15至图18所示,连接管2能够转动地安装在第二安装孔52内,卡扣结构为设置在连接管2的侧壁上的限位凸起24,配合结构包括设置在第二安装孔52的边缘上的止位部54和避空槽56;其中,止位部54能够与任一限位凸起24卡扣配合,以将连接管2固定安装在容器盖5上,且转动连接管2使限位凸起24对应避空槽56设置时,任一限位凸起24能够在避空槽56内上下滑动,使连接管2能够沿容器本体4的高度方向升降,也即使得连接管2能够沿容器本体4的上下方向运动。
在该些实施例中,可通过连接管2上的限位凸起24与止位部54进行限位配合,以实现连接管2在不同高度位置上的安装。而在需要调节高度时,可转动连接管2,并将限位凸起24转入到避空槽56处,这样连接管2的限位凸起24便能够在避空槽56内上下滑动,以实现连接管2的升降,而在连接管2升降到位置后,可再次转动连接管2,并将限位凸起24转动到止位部54的上方,这样便可通过止位部54与限位凸起24的配合实现连接管2在升降后的固定安装。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,如图1至图30所示,液体加热容器还包括:第一固定件,第一固定件的一端设置在滤筒3上,滤筒3能够拆卸地安装在连接管2远离支撑盖1的一端上时,第一固定件的另一端能够拆卸地安装在连接管2上。
在该些实施例中,可在滤筒3上设置一个固定件,以便能够在将滤筒3拆卸地安装在连接管2的另一端上时,通过固定件将连接管2固定住,具体地,比如可在滤筒3上设置一个弹性扣38,然后通过弹性扣38实现连接管2与滤 筒3之间的可拆卸安装。同时,可在连接管2上设置外螺纹,而在滤筒3等上设置内螺纹,从而可通过内外螺纹的旋合实现连接管2与滤筒3之间的可拆卸配合,这样便可对连接管2进行双重固定,以确保连接管2与滤筒3之间的安装可靠性。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,如图22至图30所示,连接管2能够伸出到容器盖5外的一端上设置有多个固定位,多个固定位沿连接管2的高度方向设置,液体加热容器还包括:第二固定件,位于容器盖5外,能够与任一高度位置上的固定位进行配合,以将滤筒3固定在容器本体4内的多个高度位置上。
在该些实施例中,通过设置第二固定件,可在连接管2与滤筒3的高度位置调节好后,通过第二固定件与不同高度位置的固定位进行配合,以将连接管2和滤筒3固定在不同的高度位置上。该种设置在需要调节滤筒3的高度位置时,可解除第二固定件与连接管2之间的配合,以使连接管2能够带动滤筒3上下运动,而在连接管2和滤筒3的高度位置调节好后,又可通过第二固定件将连接管2固定住,这样便可将滤筒3固定在用户希望的高度位置上,这样在需要泡茶时,便可将滤筒3调节并固定到液面以下,以使滤筒3能够浸泡在水中,以进行泡茶等操作。而在泡好茶等后,可先解除第二固定件与连接管2之间的配合,然后将连接管2向上提起直到滤筒3运动到液面以上,然后即可在容器盖5处通过第二固定件将连接管2和滤筒3固定在该高度位置上,以使滤筒3和容器本体4中的液体能够分离,这样便可使茶叶与茶水分离,以防止茶叶等继续浸泡在水中,这样一方面使得用户能够根据实际需要调节滤筒3的安装高度,另一方面使得用户能够根据实际需要选择茶叶等的浸泡时间,以防止茶叶等浸泡时间过长而导致茶水等过浓的情况发生。同时,该种结构,通过额外设置第二固定件来进行连接管2的固定,因此,不用在容器盖5上额外设置固定结构,且也不需要额外设置第二固定件的结构,只需要将第二固定件放置在容器盖5上即可,从而能够简化容器盖5的结构,此外,该种结构在调节滤筒3的高度位置时,即不需要旋转连接管2,且也没有额外的部件来阻止连接管2的运动,因此使得连接管2能够轻便快速地移动,从而能够使滤筒3的高度调节更加方便容易。
此外,在通过茶料包等进行泡茶时,还可将茶料包等通过第二固定件固定,以便能够将茶料包吊挂在容器本体4内以进行浸泡等。
其中,优选地,第二固定件即可安装在容器盖5上,也可只是单独地放置在容器盖5上,而在第二固定件只是放置在容器盖5上时,还可将第二固定件取下来以进行其它东西的固定,比如在第二固定件为固定夹7时,可将固定夹7取下来以进行其它物品的封口等。
在上述实施例中,优选地,多个固定位在连接管2上沿连接管2的高度方向相互间隔设置。
在该实施例中,多个固定位在连接管2上相互间隔设置,这样使得相邻两个固定位之间间隔的较远,因此,在同等长度的连接管2上,可使固定位的数量较少,这样便可减少固定位的设置数量,简化连接管2的结构,降低连接管2的加工成本。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,如图22至图25所示,连接管2能够伸出到容器盖5外的一端上沿高度方向上间隔设置有多个第二凸起25,任意相邻两个第二凸起25之间形成一固定位;第二固定件为能够夹持在固定位处的固定夹7。
在该些实施例中,可在连接管2上间隔设置多个第二凸起25,这样在两个第二凸起25之间便可形成一个向内凹陷的固定位,而第二固定件为一个固定夹7,这样在连接管2和滤筒3的高度位置调节好以后,便可将固定夹7放置在容器盖5上,然后对应夹在两个第二凸起25形成的固定位之间,这样便可根据实际需要将滤筒3固定在不同的高度位置上。此外第二凸起25的设置还可在固定夹7夹持住连接管2以后,与固定夹7进行限位配合,以阻止连接管2向容器本体4内移动,这样使得连接管2在安装好后无法向下滑动,从而可通过固定夹7将连接管2牢靠地夹持住。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,如图22至图35所示,第二安装孔52的内侧壁上对应第二凸起25设置有避让槽58,连接管2沿第二安装孔52的轴向移动时,第二凸起25能够在避让槽58内滑动。
在该些实施例中,可在第二安装孔52的内侧壁上对应第二凸起25设置一个避让槽58,这就使得连接管2的第二凸起25能够对应插入到避让槽58内, 这样在连接管2上下移动时,第二凸起25便能够在避让槽58内上下滑动。该种设置一方面能够通过第二凸起25与避让槽58的配合对连接管2进行周向限位,从而使得连接管2无法在第二安装孔52内转动,这样便可将连接管2稳定地固定在某个特定角度上。此外,第二凸起25与避让槽58配合还可起到一定的导向作用,从而能够使连接管2在上下滑动时更加顺畅。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,如图26所示,固定夹7的夹持面上设置有防滑结构。
在该些实施例中,通过设置防滑结构,能够增大固定夹7与连接管2之间的摩擦力,从而可防止固定夹7与连接管2相互打滑的情况发生,进而可增大固定夹7的夹持力,其中,具体地,可在固定夹7的夹持面上设置凹凸不平的花纹,以增强固定夹7的摩擦系数,当然也可在固定夹7的夹持面上设置一些摩擦系数大的材料,以增强固定夹7的摩擦系数。
在上述另一实施例中,优选地,如图26所示,任一固定位上均设置有第二卡槽26,第二固定件为能够夹持在第二卡槽26处的固定夹7。
在该些实施例中,可在每一固定位上加工出一个第二卡槽26,这样便可将一个固定夹7夹持在该第二卡槽26处,以实现固定夹7对连接管2的夹持安装。该种设置可通过第二卡槽26的上下侧壁卡住固定夹7,从而可防止连接管2在调节好高度后下滑,这样便能够将连接管2牢靠地固定住,防止滤筒3在固定好后下滑的情况发生。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,如图26所示,固定夹7的两个夹持板的夹持面上均设置有第三凸起72,固定件夹持在第二卡槽26处时,第三凸起72卡入到第二卡槽26内。
在该些实施例中,可在固定夹7的两个夹持板的夹持面上分别设置一些第三凸起72,这样在通过固定夹7夹持安装连接管2时,便可将第三凸起72卡入到第二卡槽26内,以实现固定夹7与连接管2之间的固定,该种结构在夹持安装连接管2时,只需要将第三凸起72卡入到第二卡槽26内即可,而不需要将固定夹7的整个夹持板完全卡入到第二卡槽26内,这样便可将夹持板的宽度设置的稍微大一些,以确保夹持板的强度。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,如图26所示,第二卡槽26为沿连接管2的周向方向设置的环形槽。
在该些实施例中,可优选将第二卡槽26设置成环形槽,这样不管从那个角度均使得固定夹7能够夹持住连接管2,因而在具体通过固定夹7夹持固定连接管2时,便能够从任意角度实现夹持,而不需要从特定角度实现夹持,但若第二卡槽26为非环形槽,那么在安装固定夹7时,只能够从开设有第二卡槽26的方向上实现夹持,这样在安装时,便需要将固定夹7与第二卡槽26对齐,因而会导致安装效率低。而将第二卡槽26设置成环形槽,便可避免必须将第二卡槽26与固定夹7对准的问题,因而能够快速方便地通过固定夹7实现对连接管2的固定。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,固定夹7的夹持面上设置有防滑结构。
在该些实施例中,通过设置防滑结构,能够增大固定夹7与连接管2之间的摩擦力,从而可防止固定夹7与连接管2相互打滑的情况发生,进而可增大固定夹7的夹持力,其中,具体地,可在固定夹7的夹持面上设置凹凸不平的花纹,以增强固定夹7的摩擦系数,当然也可在固定夹7的夹持面上设置一些摩擦系数大的材料,以增强固定夹7的摩擦系数。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,如图27至图30所示,任一固定位上均设置有贯穿连接管2的通孔27,第二固定件为一固定轴8,固定轴8能够插入到任意高度位置上的通孔27内,且固定轴8的两端能够固定在容器盖5上。
在该些实施例中,也可在固定位上设置通孔27,然后将一固定轴8插入到通孔27内,并将固定轴8的两端安装在容器盖5上,这样便可通过通孔27与固定轴8的配合将连接管2固定到不同的高度位置上。
当然,在其它方案中,第二固定件也可为其它结构,即连接管2也可通过其它方式进行固定,在此不一一列举。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,如图1至图30所示,连接管2伸出容器盖5的一端上设置有提手28,或容器盖5上设置有把手50,第二安装孔52对应把手50设置,并贯穿把手50。
在该些实施例中,可通过提手28来操作连接管2的升降,进而实现对滤筒3的升降操作,而设置提手28一方面便于用户对连接管2的操作,防止连 接管2在升降时打滑,另一方面设置提手28也便于用户握住连接管2而上下升降连接管2。而通过在容器盖5上设置把手50,使得用户可通过把手50来进行容器盖5的打开和关闭,因而可提高容器盖5的操作便利性。而将第二安装孔52对应设置在容器盖5的把手50处,这样使得把手50和第二安装孔52都能够重合设置在容器盖5的中部,而把手50和第二安装孔52重合设置,能够使容器盖5的结构更加合理美观。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,容器盖5和/或容器本体4具有透光性,比如,容器盖5和/或容器本体4为全透明结构或部分透明结构。
在该些实施例中,容器盖5和/或容器本体4具有透光性,比如可将容器盖5和/或容器本体4设置为全透明结构或部分透明结构,这样可通过容器盖5和/或容器本体4看到液体加热容器泡茶时的情况,具体地,可将容器本体4和容器盖5均设置成透明的结构,这样在泡茶和淋茶等操作时能够通过容器本体4和容器盖5看到容器本体4内的情况,从而可提高淋茶或泡茶等时的观赏性。而具体地可根据实际情况选择容器盖5和/或容器本体4的实际透明度。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,如图1至图30所示,容器本体4上设置有手柄42。其中,通过设置手柄42能够使容器本体4更便利的进行移动,从而更利于倒茶、清洗等操作。
在上述任一实施例中,优选地,如图1至图30所示,液体加热容器还包括:底座9,容器本体4能够放置在底座9上。
在该些实施例中,通过设置底座9一方面能够提供一个放置容器本体4的平台,另一方面可通过底座9来加热容器本体4,或者控制容器本体4的具体工作,比如控制加热功率,加热时间等。
其中,具体地,底座9上设置有操作面板、控制板、外壳、电源等结构。
其中,优选地,液体加热容器为茶壶或者咖啡壶,当然,液体加热容器也可为除茶壶和咖啡壶之外的其它产品。

Claims (23)

  1. 一种泡制组件,用于液体加热容器,其中,所述泡制组件包括:
    支撑盖;
    连接管,所述连接管中空且沿长度方向的两端具有开口,所述连接管的一端安装在所述支撑盖上,并与所述支撑盖的内部连通;
    滤筒,所述滤筒呈一端开口的筒状,所述滤筒的侧壁和/或底壁上设置有滤孔,所述滤筒内设置有散水件,所述散水件上设置有散水孔;
    其中,所述支撑盖能够拆卸地安装在所述滤筒的开口端上,并使所述滤筒、所述支撑盖和所述连接管组装成浸泡形态;或
    所述滤筒的底壁能够拆卸地安装在所述连接管的另一端上,并使所述滤筒、所述连接管以及所述支撑盖组装成淋泡形态,所述滤筒的底壁安装在所述连接管的另一端上时,所述散水孔与所述连接管连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的泡制组件,其中,
    所述支撑盖上设置有进水通道;和/或
    所述支撑盖与所述连接管为一体式结构,或所述支撑盖与所述连接管能够拆卸地连接;和/或
    所述连接管为能够伸长或缩短的伸缩杆;和/或
    所述滤孔的横截面的面积在大于等于0.2mm 2或小于等于7.1mm 2的范围内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的泡制组件,其中,
    所述散水件的一端安装在所述滤筒上,所述散水件的另一端位于所述滤筒内或从所述滤筒的开口伸出到所述滤筒外,所述散水件的另一端上设置有容水腔,所述容水腔的腔壁上设置有所述散水孔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的泡制组件,其中,
    所述散水件与所述滤筒为一体式结构。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的泡制组件,其中,所述散水件包括:
    安装管,所述安装管的第一端安装在所述滤筒上,并能够与所述连接管拆卸地连接,所述安装管的第二端位于所述滤筒内或从所述滤筒的开口伸出到所述滤筒外;
    喷头,所述喷头安装在所述安装管的第二端上,所述喷头上设置有所述容水腔;
    其中,所述滤筒、所述连接管以及所述支撑盖组装成淋泡形态时,所述滤筒能够通过所述安装管与所述连接管连通。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的泡制组件,其中,
    所述滤筒的底壁或侧壁上设置有第一安装孔,所述安装管安装在所述第一安装孔内,且所述安装管的一端伸入到所述滤筒内。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的泡制组件,其中,
    所述支撑盖和/或所述连接管和/或所述滤筒上设置有透光区。
  8. 一种液体加热容器,其中,包括:
    容器本体,所述容器本体上设置有容器开口;
    容器盖,所述容器盖能够打或关闭地盖装在所述容器本体的容器开口上;
    如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的泡制组件,所述泡制组件能够从所述容器开口安装到所述容器本体内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的液体加热容器,其中,所述滤筒、所述支撑盖和所述连接管组装成浸泡形态时,所述泡制组件的连接管远离支撑盖的一端能够拆卸地安装在所述容器盖上;
    所述容器本体的底壁上设置有加热装置,所述滤筒、所述连接管以及所述支撑盖组装成泡制组件时,所述泡制组件的支撑盖能够盖装在所述加热装置上,并能够与所述加热装置和所述容器本体的底壁形成一容纳腔。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的液体加热容器,其中,
    所述滤筒、所述支撑盖和所述连接管组装成浸泡组件时,所述泡制组件的连接管能够升降地安装在所述容器盖上。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的液体加热容器,其中,
    所述容器盖上设置有第二安装孔,所述滤筒、所述支撑盖和所述连接管组装成浸泡组件时,所述连接管能够拆卸地且能够沿所述容器本体的高度方向升降地安装在所述第二安装孔内,并通过所述第二安装孔伸出所述容器盖外。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的液体加热容器,其中,
    所述连接管沿所述连接管的高度方向上间隔设置有两个或两个以上卡扣结构,所述容器盖上、所述第二安装孔的边缘上设置有配合结构,任一所述卡扣结构均能够与所述配合结构配合,以将所述连接管安装在所述容器盖上。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的液体加热容器,其中,
    所述卡扣结构为设置在所述连接管的侧壁上的第一环形卡槽,所述第一环形卡槽沿所述连接管的周向方向设置,所述配合结构为两个或两个以上沿所述第二安装孔的周向分布在所述第二安装孔的边缘上的弹性柱塞;
    其中,所述弹性柱塞靠近所述连接管的一端能够卡入到任一所述第一环形卡槽内,以将所述连接管能够沿所述容器本体的高度方向升降地安装在所述容器盖上。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的液体加热容器,其中,
    所述连接管能够转动地安装在所述第二安装孔内,所述卡扣结构为设置在所述连接管的侧壁上的限位凸起,所述配合结构包括设置在所述第二安装孔的边缘上的止位部和避空槽;
    其中,所述止位部能够与任一所述限位凸起卡扣配合,以将所述连接管固定安装在所述容器盖上,且转动所述连接管使所述限位凸起对应所述避空槽设置时,任一所述限位凸起能够在所述避空槽内上下滑动,使所述连接管能够沿所述容器本体的高度方向升降。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的液体加热容器,其中,还包括:
    第一固定件,所述第一固定件的一端设置在所述滤筒上,所述滤筒能够拆卸地安装在所述连接管远离所述支撑盖的一端上时,所述第一固定件的另一端能够拆卸地安装在所述连接管上。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的液体加热容器,其中,
    所述连接管能够伸出到所述容器盖外的一端上设置有多个固定位,所述多个固定位沿所述连接管的高度方向设置,所述液体加热容器还包括:
    第二固定件,位于所述容器盖外,能够与任一高度位置上的所述固定位进行配合,以将所述滤筒固定在所述容器本体内的多个高度位置上。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的液体加热容器,其中,
    多个所述固定位在所述连接管上沿所述连接管的高度方向相互间隔设置。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的液体加热容器,其中,
    所述连接管能够伸出到所述容器盖外的一端上沿高度方向上间隔设置有多个第二凸起,任意相邻两个所述第二凸起之间形成一所述固定位;
    所述第二固定件为能够夹持在所述固定位处的固定夹。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的液体加热容器,其中,
    所述第二安装孔的内侧壁上对应所述第二凸起设置有避让槽,所述连接管沿所述第二安装孔的轴向移动时,所述第二凸起能够在所述避让槽内滑动;和/或
    所述固定夹的夹持面上设置有防滑结构。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的液体加热容器,其中,
    任一所述固定位上均设置有第二卡槽,所述第二固定件为能够夹持在所述第二卡槽处的固定夹。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的液体加热容器,其中,
    所述固定夹的两个夹持板的夹持面上均设置有第三凸起,所述固定件夹持在所述第二卡槽处时,所述第三凸起卡入到所述第二卡槽内;和/或
    所述第二卡槽为沿所述连接管的周向方向设置的环形槽;和/或
    所述固定夹的夹持面上设置有防滑结构。
  22. 根据权利要求17所述的液体加热容器,其中,
    任一所述固定位上均设置有贯穿所述连接管的通孔,所述第二固定件为一固定轴,所述固定轴能够插入到任意高度位置上的所述通孔内,且所述固定轴的两端能够固定在所述容器盖上。
  23. 根据权利要求11至22中任一项所述的液体加热容器,其中,
    所述连接管伸出所述容器盖的一端上设置有提手,或所述容器盖上设置有把手,所述第二安装孔对应所述把手设置,并贯穿所述把手;和/或
    所述容器盖和/或所述容器本体具有透光性。
