Abstract
The subject matter of the present invention is a LED signalization light made of fully recyclable thermoplastic material; characterized in that it accommodates special design sealing gasket (thermoplastic material TPV) that provides sealing from 4 point in total on the frame, two of which at sides and two of which at bottom and socket assembly area with the purpose of overcoming the sealing problems of the state of the art lamps.
Description
LED SIGNAUZATiON LIGHT
The present invention relates to highly hermetic LED signaiization light used especially at the tractors, heavy equipment, forklift and commercial vehicles at the automotive sector.
Technical Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to highly hermetic LED signalization light used especially at foe tractors, heavy equipment, forklift and commercial vehicles at the automotive sector.
State of die Art
The thermoset (non-recydable rubber) sealing components such as the gasket, 0~ ring, etc. are compressed and used at lamps installed to the tractors, heavy equipment, forklift and commercial vehicles. Said sealing components offer sealing generally from a single point in terms of their structure and location and they lose their sealing properties due to user errors during lamp replacement or in case of malfunctioning of the lamp or due to deformations occurring in time, thus causing failure of the lamp. in the state of the art, die lamp is either assembled or dismantled by applying pressure ort the bolt installed on the frame during injection, which ensures the mounting of the lamp. As replacement of these bolts that suffer from deformation in time is not possible, such bolts cause the lamp to become unserviceable or shorten their service life.
In the signalization light of the invention it is possible to achieve complete sealing by means of the fact that u-shaped special design sealing gasket (thermoplastic material TVP) ensures full sealing from 4 point in total, two sides and two bottom, and by means of the lens welded on the body by UW (ultrasonic weld) thereby minimizing
the sealing problems resulting from the user errors. In this subject of the invention, bolt assembly zone located on the body of the lamp is in flexible structure and the bolts are fastened on the body subsequently and thereby allowing the replacement of the bolts that are corroded ih time or deformed due to user error, and thereby preventing the lamp fo be in unusable condition that may result from replacement of die bolt. The socket is installed directly to the frame by removing the slot as a part of foe frame from foe frame itself, to which the socket to be inserted to foe lamp frame will be inserted, and which is removed during injection on the frame. In this manner, rupture of the cables due to external factors is prevented.
Brief Description of the Invention
The subject matter of the present invention is a LED signaiteation light made of fully recyclable thermoplastic material; wherein it accommodates special design sealing gasket (thermoplastic material TPV) that provides sealing from 4 point in total on the frame, two of which at sides and two of which at bottom and socket assembly area with foe purpose of overcoming the seating problems of the state of the art lamps. It is characterized in that ft has full sealing provided by the lens (recyclable plastic) welded by UW (ultrasonic weld) method on the frame and in that ft withstands the torque value as equal to foe bolt system installed within foe mold when the bolt is installed on the frame wherein the anchoring bolts allow replacement without causing any sealing problem and damaging the interior of the light by virtue of the resilient structure of the bolt installation zone such that the entire light is not scraped due to the problems experienced at foe anchoring bolts during assembly and dismantling of the light.

Claims
1- The LED signalization light externally connected to the vehicle and used especially at the tractors, heavy equipment, forklift and commercial vehicles at foe automotive sector; characterized in that it comprises LED card (8) placed on foe dips which are flexible in the frame (1), decorative cover used to give an aesthetic appearance, reflector (6) placed on the LED card, lens (3) connected on foe reflector, TPV thermoplastic sealing gasket (4) providing foe sealing between the lens and the frame, bolt (6) that ensures the mounting of the lamp and subsequently connected to the part, nut (9) and washer (7).
2- LED signalization light according to claim 1, characterized in that; foe light contains (thermoplastic material TPV) sealing gasket that achieve foil sealing from total of 4 points, two at the Sides and two at foe bottom which is redesigned with regard to sealing problems of the lamps in the state of foe art.
LED signalization light according to claim 1, characterized in that; it comprises resilient befit installation zones which allow replacement of the anchoring bolts and which are in flexible structure on the frame.
3- LED signalization light according to claim 1, characterized in that; the frames available in the prior art fights accommodate the socket installation zone in its structure in order to prevent rupture of the cables used for energizing the tamp due to external factors.
