- current speech recognition technology is not practical because it has difficulty in speech distortion or recognition depending on the external environment, such as when noise or mouth needs to be covered during everyday life.
- Some technologies recognize voice through the skin of the neck in order not to be affected by the external environment, but they suffer from poor performance and poor fit and aesthetics because they press the skin with plastic necklaces.
- wearable microphones in the form of electronic skin need to be developed, and various research institutes propose related devices with various materials and methods.
- some of the developed sensors only detect minute pressures caused by skin vibration and do not have enough frequency resolution to distinguish human voices.
- speech recognition is possible, most of the sensors are not sensitive enough to provide a quantitative correlation between the perceived acoustic waveform results and the speech, and the high attenuation and structural resonance and attenuation effects of the polymer material constituting the sensor. This results in little uniform sensitivity in the human speaking frequency range.
- the wearable microphones and vibration sensors in the form of electronic skin developed to date do not meet the basic requirements of the speech recognition device which must maintain high and uniform sensitivity in the voice band frequency range (80 ⁇ 3,400Hz) which is most important for speech recognition. There is a problem.

- Test Example 1 Influence of diaphragm material and geometry on sensitivity and frequency response
- FIG. 2A shows the frequency characteristics of the SU-8 diaphragm with or without holes (pink) and the loudness (dB SPL ) of the PMMA diaphragm (blue) without holes.
- 2b shows the diaphragm diameter
- FIG. 2c shows the diaphragm thickness
- FIG. 2d shows the support layer thickness
- FIGS. 2e and 2f show the sensitivity analysis results and the vibration response curve analysis results according to the array amount.
- the tendency is that the greater the frequency, the greater the damping effect, and the less the damping of the material, but the structural attenuation cannot maintain a constant sensitivity with frequency. Therefore, when holes exist in the diaphragm, the damping effect of the air under the diaphragm can be reduced. In addition, the hole can increase the sensitivity by lowering the stiffness of the diaphragm.
- the vibration sensor including the SU-8 having a hole manufactured according to Example 1 may have a constant sensitivity according to frequency.
- the stiffness increases as the thickness of the diaphragm increases, indicating that the sensitivity decreases.
- the weight increases proportionally, which increases the sensitivity, but since the same gold electrode has a density 16 times larger, the effect is not large.
- the capacitance decreases, so the change rate also decreases.
- the rate of change in the rate of change due to capacitance is not as large as the change in thickness.
- the sensitivity decreases as the support thickness increases. This is because the increase of the thickness of the air film under the diaphragm, the initial capacitance value is greatly reduced, the capacitance change value due to the diaphragm bending is significantly reduced and the sensitivity is analyzed. On the other hand, the resistance of the air film is reduced and the diaphragm can move better. This tendency suppresses the effect of decreasing the sensitivity when the initial thickness change ratio is relatively large. As a result, it was analyzed that as the support layer thickness increases, the sensitivity decreases and the reduction rate tends to increase.
- the diaphragm array is shown to increase in sensitivity as the number of diaphragms increases.
- the sensitivity is proportional to the number of diaphragms because the diaphragm array is horizontally connected in a capacitive structure. Since the area of the sensor that can be attached to the neck skin is limited, the maximum number of diaphragms that can be fabricated within the same area is inversely proportional to the square of the radius of the diaphragm. Based on this, the sensitivity at the radius of 400 ⁇ m was shown to be greater than that at 200 ⁇ m and 800 ⁇ m.
- the magnitude of the voltage according to the acceleration of vibration is constant regardless of frequency, and the sensitivity is constant regardless of the magnitude of vibration.
- the applied vibration magnitude ( ⁇ 2 g) reflects the acceleration range of neck skin vibration when a person speaks, and indirectly shows that the attached vibration sensor of the present invention can detect all human voices through neck skin vibration. give.
- Figure 2g shows a graph of the frequency response of the sensor according to the vibration of the attached substrate when the vibration sensor of the present invention has a diaphragm diameter of 400 ⁇ m, the number of 400 arrays,
- Figure 2h is a vibration of the attached substrate It shows the result of analyzing the vibration limit of the sensor.
- the voltage output sensitivity measurement result of the vibration sensor of Example 1 generally confirms that the voice recognition device maintains a constant vibration sensitivity at 270 mV / g for the voice band frequency range (80 to 3400 Hz). there was.
- the vibration of the sensor attached base was 0.02 g to analyze the measurement limit of the sensor, the sensor showed a signal-to-noise ratio of about 10 dB for each frequency. Since 0.02 g is less than the minimum vibration of the neck skin (0.03 g), when we speak, we can see that we can detect almost anything that speaks by dropping the vocal cords.
- the attached vibration sensor of the present invention has a constant high sensitivity irrespective of the frequency and can detect even the minimum voice vibration of a person, and thus it was confirmed that the sensitivity is excellent.
- Figure 3a is a photograph of a method of measuring the skin vibration when a person makes a voice, in order to know what elements of the skin vibration should be accepted by the sensor quantitatively recognize the human voice through the skin vibration It is a photograph and FIG. 3B shows the measurement result which shows skin vibration with displacement, speed, and acceleration according to sound pressure after a measurement.
- the pressure and the vibration element have a linear relationship with respect to a specific frequency even if the sound pressure is represented by any vibration element of the skin vibration.
- the vibration acceleration was a constant linear relationship for all frequencies.
- Equation 1 below relates to the principle of operation of the device.
- the magnitude of human voice and acceleration of neck skin vibration are proportional regardless of frequency, and the magnitude of acceleration of vibration and lower electrode-

Description

참고로, 상기 원거리 복용량 계산은 Titze I. R., 쪐vec J. G., & Popolo P. S. (2003). Vocal dose measures: Quantifying accumulated vibration exposure in vocal fold tissues. Journal of Speech, Language, and Hearing Research, 46, 919-932.
